Room was not clean. Lounge chair was so dirty it was sticky, had to wipe with wipes just to touch it. Tv remote was also not cleaned. Room had new paint odor. Also the street noise was unbearable. Toilet was left dirty. For the price of a single night stay you would expect better. First time hotel . Com has let me down. Will not stay in extended stay hotel again.

Not a good stay.
The room didn’t feel clean, carpets felt dirty. Bathroom sink didn’t drain, heard road noise through windows as if they were open, walls not insulated enough and can hear people in next room and when they used the shower at 4am. Staff weren’t all that friendly and felt like I was inconveniencing them. They advertised breakfast grab and go, it was only a chocolate muffin. Very disappointed especially for the price I paid.

Room from tales from the crips.
I got in late my plane arrived late they couldn't check me in it was very sketchy the reception put me in a room that smelled like pee like feces was dirty the floor had mud the bathtub was dirty it had a dirty sponge it was the creepiest room I've ever stayed in I couldn't even sleep 2 hours and left . The shower SO DIRTY DIDNT EVEN SHOWER.

We tried to check in on Thursday Dec 7. We were told by 2 ladies at 10:45 pm that our reservation had been canceled due to their hotel being overbooked. The next day while working with hotels.com our agent talked with Jim and was told that they had several rooms available on Dec 7. We had to sleep in our car because we could not find another hotel. BAD EXPERIENCE!!

Liked: We stay at this location at least once a year. It's always reliable, convenient to what we need, reasonably priced, quiet, and well staffed.
Disliked: The facility just seemed a bit more down-at-heel than previous years. The parking lot and outside entry area was dirty, littered with cigarette butts and sticky from spilled beverages and napkin/paper fragments. I stayed in room 316 and the room had a chest of drawers that was missing a drawer--just an empty hole, and another drawer that kept drifting open no matter how many times I closed it. There was also a live bug on the sheet the morning I left (I smashed him) -- don't know if it was a bed bug or not, but it was dark brown and the size of a large sesame seed! THAT was upsetting!

Our flight had been delayed so we arrived very late. Got to property at 11:30pm and told we had to wait possibly an hour because the system was running an audit. We got the room after about 20 minutes, had to back walk down because key didn’t work (which the front desk worker was nice enough to walk us up to make sure we could get in the second time). Entered the room to find a bug on the counter, the toilet wouldn’t flush and one of the beds sounded like it had a broken box spring; was crazy loud all night.

I was very unimpressed. It seams many who stayed here were possibly construction workers and some tracked a lot of dirt in on their shoes that did not get vacuumed up while we were there (2-nights).
It says they have breakfast but that was a joke. Basically 3 kinds of granola bars and some instant oatmeal.
The staff was friendly and efficient, the room was OK so no problems there but if you want the room cleaned while staying there, it costs an extra $10 and the wifi also costs $6 per day to use.
Look, I don't mind that the carpet in the hallway was worn down a lot in some areas, just keep it cleaned.

. No coffee maker in the room. It’s smells like cigarette smoke. Bed is like a rock. The bed smells musty and there is hair in it. The carpets are filthy in the room, as in the rest of the hotel. No toiletries other than hand soap.

I was very disappointed that I had to walk up three flights of stairs because that was the only vacancy available and I have MS in my legs and there was no elevator service. However you don’t know that until you’re actually on property inside and I had secured my room online which was nonrefundable

The room itself was not very clean, carpets had some stains on them, the shower curtains were broken so, the curtains were hanging down lower than normal. The drain in the shower was rusty and broken. The ambience was unwelcoming, the hallways were very dark. The staff was nice and as helpful as they could be. Thank you staff!! Overall, less than mediocre experience. However, nothing that can’t be improved. Hopefully the company sees this.

The property was in a shocking state. Smelled of cigarette smoke. No fire alarm. No door handle on the bathroom door, yet there was a locking mechanism (latch) in it meaning that you could get locked in the bath room if you shut the door. Broken glass on the floor.

Nothing at all to like. The room stank like animal urine and smoke, i had to push my way through a gang of thugs WITH GUNS just to move my car away from them as i saw them from my window. Reported it to management who only shrugged their shoulders. Ill never recommend or stay there again. Place was a dump. Dirty, filthy, trash in the parking areas, and the staff was VERY RUDE.

I paid for my nightly stay at extended a stay and reserved the room before paying for the trip well drove there witch was over five hour drive let me remind who ever this may concern gas exspenses in top of vehicle rentql fir my favorite holiday that ended very poorly due to the coperate of expedia that some how took my money of 120.00 for the room that was promised by time we arrived not only was there no room there were no way to be refunded my money that expedia promised me that that money of mine was going on the hotel for one night with a king size bed which was dated for the 30th to the 31st when I was on the internet it had said there was one left so I typed all the info that was requested that lead me to pay for this last night that extendastay had left on there websight witch expedia had on there websight advertising for extendastay long story short wen i arrived the hotel said that the had no more rooms left and that they are sorry this didnt only happend to me it happened to about six other familys so now we are broke out of gas and no where to sleep for the memoril holliday witch is very scary that we were no sleeping in my car sobyou guys need to oay us our money back and sone how make up fir this horrible trip from hell

Pay later stay so at checkout it was $0 I had gotten really sick with covid 2 days before travel and thinking because I did the book now pay later I wouldn’t be charged since we weren’t going to travel. After reviewing my account I was charged for a night and told they couldn’t do anything about it even though I never stepped foot on the property. Vary poor management that I spoke with two times.

I rented this room for my nephew for one night. He said they were unable to stay at all because they were told the room had bed bugs and there were no rooms available. I am requesting a refund. The staff said they would refund the payment but as of now - 4/10/2021 - they have not.

I did not like anything dirty , staff did not wear mask,no hair dryer in the rooms ,horrible that I was not awake enough to see the room and how dirty it was I picked this motel because was 2 minutes from my granddaughter house I will not stay there again ... the general manager did give me a full refund which I greatly appreciate

Staff not very helpful or friendly. While the kitchen and bathroom surfaces were clean enough, the rest of the room was not. The floors in particular were disgusting. Sticky, stained and not swept, debris under tables and bed.

I liked nothing about this hotel. Got there at 3 for check in waited till 5 before i had a room. They said they didn't have any ready they were being cleaned. Then i over hear them saying that they don't have bed sheets for the beds. So was hoping that i got clean sheets when i did get a room. Room looked dirty smelled funny also. Went and got a bottle of lysol and used almost all of the can. Would have left to a different hotel but spring training was in town so no other hotels were available. Will never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone

5AM Fire Drill
The false fire alarm at 0440 was absurd! We had to evacuate and wait for Phoenix Fire Dept to show up, turn off alarm and leave.
Front Desk staff obviously concerned for everyone's safety & company liability, but she was extremely panicked when knocking on doors (more likely to cause additional fear and chaos than helpful). I say this after speaking to other guests that have been on an extended stay complaining about it "not being the first time the fire system had a false alarm. How many times does this have to happen before they fix it" and so forth.
The accommodations were overall "ok". It was this apparently repeat failure of the fire system that was the worst part of the stay.

Avoid at all costs, “cheap” price isn’t worth it.
Very rude front desk staff checking in. Dark hallways lined with trash. Sketchy clientele that are up all hours of the night. For the same price you can get a much nicer hotel. To top it all off after checking out driving out of the parking lot I ran into a large pothole and blew out my left front tire. Avoid this place at all costs.

This is a get what you pay for kinda thing. The room was smelly when you first walk in, but you adapt to it pretty quick. No hair blow dryer in the room. The TV remote didn't work. Kinda a seedy looking hotel. But overall not horrible room/bed. Works for a quick stay if you are just looking for a place to crash.

Everything was dirty. Hair on beds and towels. People working on vehicles in the parking lot. Some employees not wearing masks. Not requiring customers to wear masks. Web site stated grab and go breakfast. I was told it was temporarily discontinued. I think management are using Covid 19 as an excuse to cut corners. I will never book a stay at any of these facilities.

Night employee sleeping on the job
I walked in shortly after 11pm to check for a room. Nobody was behind the front desk as I called out for assistance. I assumed the front desk employee was away walking the property so I sat in one of the chairs in the lobby. After waiting for over ten minutes I decided to call the hotel number and got the corporate operator. I mentioned there was nobody at the desk and they called for me of which David the front desk employee popped out of the side where he appeared to be sleeping. I then asked him if he had any rooms and he rudely said he only has one room and told me the price. I then told him I could get it for a lesser price on hotels.com he then proceeded to be rude and raised his voice in saying he Would not Match the price. I then asked him if he was sleeping and just woke up because he was being very rude to a customer. He aggressively yelled back,”no”! So I just booked the room via hotels.com and asked him to please check me in. He said it’s going to take at lest 20 min for the confirmation to come through. I showed him my immediate confirmation on my phone and he wouldn’t look at it. I called the corporate number again to let them know David was being very rude and then that’s when he started being nice. Too late for malcontent behavior from an employee yelling at a customer and calling the customer a lier.

disappointed, request refund for one night stay
I selected the hotel from the website, upon arrival and one day stay I am greatly disappointed. I stayed in 304, hotel clerk was no friendly, asked redundant personal questions, all of my personal information entered during online registration. There are no amenities, no blow dryer, no coffee maker, only tiny bathsoap, the bath towels were still damp, musty, furnitures were old, scrapped, a lot of scratches, no continental breakfast in the morning and overall disappointment. I do not recommend this particular hotel for stay. The website is grossly misleading.

The woman running the front desk was nice, but seemed more interested in vaping outside than being inside. Was never told where the grab and go breakfast was. Or the laundry. Or vending machines. The hotel itself is just old and outdated, which the staff can’t help. My bathroom door had finger smudges on it and dark hair all over the floor. The walls are paper thin. I heard a shower turn on around 2:30am and it woke me. Overall like a 2.5 out 5 for this place. I wish I had stayed at the brand new one they were advertising in the rickety elevator.

This is by far the worse hotel I ever stayed in the beds feel like your literally laying on a pile of bricks, the stove is so stained and rusty I refused to use it, the tv is out dated with incorrect tv channels and shows are blurry had to watch our car DVD players. The faculty had police fire fighters and paramedics called the 1st 20 min we checked for an issue, and not to mention it’s a lot of traffic running in out of that faculty it seems very unsafe I would not recommend this hotel and I would never stay at another extended stay this was a total waste of my time and money

Staff super friendly and fast acting and efficient with their attentiveness to our requests and needs. Room was falling apart with bathroom vent falling out of wall and another vent or smoke detector or something falling out of ceiling. Room needs renovating. Disappointed as complimentary breakfast was not included due to COVID-19 which was not disclosed prior to booking online and had we known that we would have picked another hotel. However, the customer service was the reason we stayed and I really appreciated their friendliness.

Check-in staff was not very friendly. Room was ok but had no coffee maker. Not we’ll sound-proofed. I could hear water running in other rooms at all hours. Breakfast in the lobby was just plain oatmeal packets and pre-packaged muffins and granola bars.

Clean and smelled good. I didn’t like the breakfast. There were no choices and the hot water was not hot. The coffee was empty at 730 am.
My room was not cleaned my entire stay. I did not put up a do not disturb sign so I thought they would at the bare minimum, take the dirty towels and trash and restock. But they never came in at all.
Nice clean property with friendly staff. But I paid way too much for what I got.

I walked in after a late trip and the man at the counter didn’t even acknowledge me. Then when he finally did, the first thing ever said was ‘we dont have any rooms but how can I help you?’ I then said, ‘I just booked the last available room online about 30 minutes ago can you please check again?’ After mumbling a bunch of nonsense about how I managed to get the last room he finally got me the room key. I go up to the room, key doesn’t work. I go back down and say ‘this key doesn’t seem to work’ and he scanned another key. I go up to the room and slide the key.. someone is in the room already! I go back to the front desk and he says ‘nobody should be in that room’. He walks away from me up to the room and speaks with the guest. Then tells me that he has only one ‘pet friendly room’ and that he’s not supposed to give it to me, but he will help me out. I told him I don’t want a pet room, he says ‘well I can’t kick that guy out, he paid.’ I said ‘so did I!’ And he says ‘well you can get your money back.. sorry I can’t help you’ TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I recently found myself in a tough spot, homeless. After staying at two of the worst possible places we could and the red roof inn, which is barely a step up from the other two. When I arrived that first night Melissa was wonderful! She was friendly & very helpful. After a few days I was back in the struggling to make it all come together boat and the manager Dave and everyone at the front desk were so patient and kind. That means a lot when you’re in a situation like mine, Sadly, if you have been anywhere in the north Phoenix area lately you know the transient population has grown immensely & there are times when they may loiter a bit too long but they pretty much leave you to be. The worst thing I can say is the plumbing here stinks, tubs drain slow and toilets easily back-up. That’s just the result of older pipes and a lot of usage. Overall this is a great place to be and has been a real gift in my time of need.

Worst Extended Stay in AZ
3rd time in a row booked room online and and once get to check in “paul” at front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. I spend half my nights of the month in hotels all over the valley, 90% of the are Extended Stays, first 2 I ended up cancelling my reservation and going elsewhere. This ones location is very convenient to freeways but now after 3rd time in a row I’ve been treated extremely poorly even after overlooking the homeless people, trash all over parking lot and used needles and caps all over the place.... Never again, save yourself the headache and look elsewhere!

Extremely poor customer service
I called ahead to say I was coming in late and the front desk said that wouldn’t be a problem. When I got there I was greeted with, “we do t have any rooms. It doesn’t matter if you have a reservation, we don’t have any rooms”. This went for about half and hour before the front desk person finally talked to someone on the phone that explained to him what the issue was and how to solve it, as like I said, I had a reserved room. Then, after all that and being told it’d have to go somewhere else, we finally get upstairs to the room and t is a double bed and NOT the king that I paid for.
Needless to say, very disappointed with this facility.

It was my first time to stay at Extended Stay, and this will also be my last. I found a cockroach flying across the room and I had smashed it with my shoe to get rid of it. The property is old and it smells.
