Terrible Experience!
We reserved two king bed rooms. When we arrived at the site there were three guests checking on ahead of us. There was one lady at sitting at a computer with her back to the counter. She did not acknowledge that anyone else had entered the lobby. It wasn’t like she didn’t know, because they have a bell that rings incessantly when someone enters. It got on my last nerve, as I had to stand there for a good hour 20 minutes waiting for her to finish with the guests in front of us. Several people came and went during this time and each time this annoying bell! The lobby was dark and dingy. I was hoping I had the wrong Travel Lodge and finally interrupted her and asked if this was the address on my confirmation. She responded “yes” without looking up. Finally got to me…told me that she had one room with 2 queens and one room with 1 queen, even though I had reserved 2 king rooms. ?? We went ahead and took them and were sorely disappointed. One room had a badly stained sofa and the rooms overall were dark and dingy. TV in one room did not work. The pictures on the internet showed a breakfast room, but alas…no type of breakfast just coffee. There was a broken down travel trailer parked in the back part of the parking lot…overall not a good experience. Not what I would expect from a Wyndham property. We definitely will not stay here again

The cleaning staff used too much cleaning solution and was too strong, curtains were torn and wouldn't close, we couldn't adjust the temperature, a large hole under the door. pillows were flat ... too many issues I'll never stay there again

This place was a dump. Curtains that didn't close, door that wouldn't close with the deadbolt, TV didn't work, tub drained SLOWLY, one hanger, no tissues, sink faucet leaked and drain stopper wasn't put together, toilet leaked, washcloths and towels were worn and grey, no extra roll of toilet paper, lights had to be turned on by plugging in, and the room was freezing when we got there. Heater was inadequate. We used blankets from the car until it finally got warm in the middle of the night. This place was terrible. But the beds were OK.

Nobody there to check us in!!
After driving all day with 6 kids in the car, it was about 2 am when we pulled into the Travelodge where we had 2 rooms reserved. On hotels.com their check in instructions say check in anytime.
Upon arrival, we entered the front office and nobody was there. I rang their bell, no body came to check us in. I called the hotel, I got no answer on the phone. I hollered hello as loud as I could and still got no reply. I called hotels.com customer care line. They tried calling and got no answer as well. After about an hour of trying to reach someone to check in I ended up going to the motel 6 3 hotels down the road and having to pay for 2 more rooms. Customer care was putting a report in and informed me it was up to the travel Lodge to decide if they were going to charge me for the room or not since it was after midnight. Haven't looked to see if I was charged or not yet, and have not received any follow up call from hotel.coms customer care . Very disappointed!!
Will not ever book a room there again. And would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This was so disgusting we wouldnt even put our stuff down. Stuff all iver floor, poop lile fingerprints on the walls, inside door hasnt ever been cleaned. Room smelled like sweat. And urine. Filth on tub. Tweekers everywhere. We didnt stay and he wouldnt give me a refund. Out 65.00.

Property seem to be kept clean. You get what you pay for applies to this peoperty. It is acceptable for what it is. You arenot going to get outstanding up to date facility. You have clean room and clean bathroom. We had a king bed room, it waa spacious. Everything seem to be good 20-30 years old, but for most part in working order. Our room had a leaky sink. Water puddled under the sink. And the vanity light didnt work. And i assum there is a exhaust fan in the bathroom, just not in working order. But ac/heat worked, microwave and refrigerator, tv all worked fine.

Room was very dirty with stains on the walls & ceiling (I can send pics). Hair in crumpled bed sheets. Looked like they simply made the bed after previous client. Space for light in bathroom was filled with a towel. Dirt & grime everywhere.
My father & i were exhausted after long drive so stayed but slept on tip of bed & used luggage for pillows. Extremly suspect of cleanliness of sheets due to stains.

When we got to our rooms (we had reserved 2), there was an old air conditioner box in the room, blood stains on the bathtub, and stains on the bed sheets. In the next room, it smelled like urine. We didn't stay, we checked out immediately and then the owner stated no refunds. The parking lot had vehicles that looked like they were there abandoned. There were multiple homeless around the property. The lobby was filled with flies and smelled horrible. Definitely unsafe for me and my family. We ended up needing to find another hotel down the road for the night. I would not recommend even attempting to stay here even just for 1 night.

We came to the property due to limited availability in the area. There were cars broken down in the parking lot. It was past 5 and they JUST started cleaning the room? While we were waiting in the parking lot- And man walked to the building and up the stairs with a knife in his hands- then came back down a few minutes later with it tucked in his arm area so it was harder to see. My kids did not feel comfortable about any of this- So we went back to the customer service rep and he LAUGHED in my face and said it was the safest place in town- My family wasn’t comfortable- and I asked if there was any way we could get any of my money back- And he smiled at he and said “No”. So- He was happy that weather or not we stayed- He got my money. Zero stars. Everything that we saw about the location was disgusting. Unfortunately, I can’t give you a review on the room- We never got that far. We took the loss for safety reasons.

Shabby would be a good summary. The door to the room had damaged hinges and wouldn't close correctly. The ceiling had water damage that had not been repaired. The sink was leaking onto the floor.

Good Hotel, Safe, accomodating, would stay again
I had a great stay here, I really liked the room I liked the way it was laid out I had the one bedroom that has the separating wall in it between the living room area and the bedroom area which I absolutely love.. there's a microwave there's a refrigerator the TV is actually programmed with all kinds of cool stuff it's got all kinds of movies like more than just Netflix it's got all kinds of awesome channels and stuff I was actually impressed. I didn't see any laundry facilities there, the pool was very small very tiny I didn't go swimming but I wasn't there for that.. they did have a pool though and people were using it so that's always a plus if people are wondering. I had no problems checking in early and the manager was very nice and accommodating and let me get a late check out when I was running behind the day I was leaving. I didn't run into any issues the water pressure was fine the sheets were clean it's everything that you need in a hotel stay I thought it was great if I ever did come to Kingman again I would definitely stay here again it was a good property and it was a good stay place was clean and safe.

Cheapest option at less than 50 bucks but remember you get what you pay for…. Room lacked any modernization looking like a bad 80’s sitcom. Beds were comfy but the nonsmoking room smelled like smoke and the lamp light kept flickering even after tightening. Bathrooms were key tubs but old. Staff was marginally helpful but slow.

The front desk wasn't friendly the owner asked for my credit card and Id after having it to him he threw it back to me. The rooms were dark and scary and the bed sheets were dirty.

I stayed in a room that was unacceptable for a paying customer. I had to enter through the window for 2 days, then I was transferred to the next room 103 to be bitten daily by insects with visible bite marks all over my arms and face. I will never stay with any TRAVELODGE again. This was insane to know that a business is still in operation after such viruses as COVID. I feel Expedia is wrong for allowing this and to be involved with such place of business. I know, it's all a money thing, but surprise when you get sued for such behavior, risking a person's health is WRONG for the sake of a dollar bill. Look at what we as Americcans are dealing with now.

My family and I showed up and the service was not great. We’re traveling through and just wanted somewhere to rest for a few hours so it was late when we arrived. The lady working was rude, she charged us extra because she said her rooms were only meant for 2 people per room(Queen beds, easily fit 4).. that was nowhere on her booking info. Once we finally got to the room, there was dirty towels, only 1 clean one… no toilet paper. There was also dirty paper towels left on the counter too… we were in a pet friendly room and it seemed like pee is what was on the paper towels. We also had to wait at check out because electricity went out during check in and she wasn’t able to complete our payment. Could’ve been worse, but also wasn’t great. 5/10.

BE CAUTIOUS when check-in. I was rejected to check-in, because I booked with senior citizen discount, which was not true at all. There was no such category in Expedia. The manager asked for full price or leave. After I hassled and called Expedia (unreachable though), the manager finally admitted his fault, and I can successfully check-in without extra expense.
I just recalled my backpacker experience in India 20 years ago. This was a common tactics to rip off tourists. I cannot believe I am still trapped in modern days in USA.

Smoke detector was covered with plastic bag in one room and completely missing in the other one. There was a hole in the bathroom wall and cobwebs above the bathtub. Generally run down and sketchy. The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly but the housekeepers we're not.

Worst stay ever!
This place needs to get new beds. What 2 hours i stayed was a nightmare. I woke up to itchy skins. That was because they had BEDBUGS. I hope they get this place cleaned up before letting other ppl stay there. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Everything that a hotel is supposed to have is there. Like a comfortable bed, hot water for a shower. This is is an over night hotel it was ok. I would recommend the hotel to invest in a new washer so the linen could be cleaner.

Needs Some Work
When I travel and just need a place to sleep, I look for budget hotels...It's just another roadside hotel that relies on customers who won't ever be back, luring them in with old photos. I've been to worse, but I feel they they overcharged for what they offered.

There was a Broken mirror, and broken tiles everywhere. They bathtubs looked like it had never been washed.the first room’s toilet still bad poo marks.when you looked at the sheets it was hard to accept that they’d been properly cleaned. It was Absolutely disgusting, and that’s being kind. It was on par with some of the low end places I’ve stayed out of necessity in Indonesia. Had there been anything else available I would have left.

I never leave bad reviews, but...
The light above the sink was burned out. There was a patched white space in the orange bathroom wall. Moldy looking areas on corners of trim. Hole around bathroom fan. When i flipped on bathroom fan i think that is where the large roach came from. Ended up on shower curtain . My husband came to my rescue. Don't have roaches back home, so i probably overreacted. There were several rooms that had chairs and personal items outside doors and many work trucks outside. The person playing loud music with door open saw us moving in a few doors down and did turn it off shortly after. The freezer section of minifridge had at least an inch of frost inside and dirt in seal of door. Dust on everything. The lady who checked us in was very nice. They gave us extra towels when we asked. For the price we paid, i expected a cleaner place. We stayed in an older hotel the night before in same area. I don't mind a place that looks old, but this one Travelodge didn't look cared for. I don't think I'll pick a Travelodge ever again.

Do not stay here
It took about 30 minutes to get check in. Once we were in the room, we had to clean it ourselves. The shower curtain was just thrown in the shower. This was an absolute nightmare.

THUMBS DOWN DISGUSTING
This was 1 of the trashiest places I've ever stayed. I should have known driving up this was not going to be good.
1.the marquee said all rooms $39.00 (i paid $72 through HDC )
2. there were shopping carts outside of a few of the downstairs rooms
3.when checking in at 430 pm the process took forever and the attendant old us we had to wait 10 minutes for a room
4.The room .... omg where do i start absolutely NOPE
Although the floor was damp from someone obviously trying to make it appear cleaner the floor was dirty with sand and mud.
The bedding looked as if someone just made their bed after they slept in it.
Dont even get me started on the bathroom
Nope id rather pee outside.
Please understand i am not a prissy lady
Im a outdoors enthusiast but when i pay for a room to get cleaned up and have a good night's rest i assume i will get cleaner not feel as if i need to lysol myself.
I will NEVER refer or stay at this property again. id rather sleep in my car.

When I was browsing for a place to stay, something told me not to stay there. I should’ve listened to myself. The place was awful! Walking into the office you’re smacked in the face with that gross curry smell. I don’t know how those people make that smell but it’s disgusting. The room was a “suite” and it was one of the worst rooms I ever stayed in. The door didn’t open without using all your body weight to push it open. I was greeted with the odor of a dirty, wet dog previously had been there. Whoever was supposed to mop that room either didn’t mop it at all or used dirty water. Fortunately I brought Lysol with me and sprayed the whole floor which help kill the smell a little. The sheets and towels looked clean. The furnishings were anything but clean. The wifi hardly ever worked and when it did it was worse than dialup. The bathroom had no soap or toilet paper! The bathtub was totally clogged and needed paint badly. There are definitely better places to stay in Kingman. I highly suggest going somewhere else! Yuck!

Our sheets had stains(chocolate or blood) smears, a burn hole and a long black hair. I would have remade the bed myself, but we checked in too late. We slept on top of the sheets. The bathtub surround was peeling and dirty. Baseboards were disgusting. We slept well. Bed was comfortable enough.

Total Dump
This place was so dirty that I did not even sleep here. I continued on driving and slept in my car later that night. The owner/manager was very combative and did not attempt to solve the problem when I told him the room was too dirty to sleep in. He immediately argued that I "did not come back to the office within 5 minutes" so there was nothing he could do to help me. The non-smoking room reeked or cigarettes, had cigarette burns on the bedding. The towels were stained, the bath tub was filthy, scruffy looking clientele sitting on the stairs smoking (maybe hookers) -- the back of my car was looking really good. The owner/manager continued to scold me for first contacting Hotels.com to resolve the issue instead of him. He demanded my room key back, then refused to give me any refund. Hotels.com needs to screen their properties better and intervene in situations like this. They were no help at all. I paid $130 for this room on Hotels.com, but the sign on the property said "all rooms $39.99". Stay away from this place!

Nightmare in Kingman, AZ
If I could give this hotel negative stars, I would. BY FAR our worst hotel experience ever. After a 12 hr drive, we were totally exhausted, so we made the best of it, but this room was FILTHY. The good bed had no bottom sheet on it, the other was lopsided and I had to fight all night to keep from falling out of bed. The toilet leaked water all over the floor. The bathtub didn’t drain. There were splats of spilled stuff all over the floors, the lock on the window was broken, and there was garbage, including a half eaten pizza crusty behind the door, and gross, greasy children’s handprints on a mirror. There was even more, but I’m half queasy just thinking about it. Absolutely abhorrent. This “hotel” should be removed from this site.

This place is terrible. First night got in late, our room 212 had a trash can under the sink to catch water cause the pipes were broken, also only have of the lighting in the room worked. After complaining we got room 203. This room was gross, shower had something weird growing in it. DONT GO HERE!!! You are better off sleeping in your car!

This is on room 205.
There is a hole in the wall by the phone stand, next to the head board, a perfect 2 inch hole, drilled. The couch/love seat is worn out. The arm rest sunk in. The room has odor. Good thing that we have a Lysol spray. The toilet was noisy and took forever to fill the tank. Floor tiles loose in the bed area.
The receptionist guy has an accent. He showed me (in print) a room rate of $168.00, yet the hotel's tower sign says $39.95. He said that "It's a good thing that I reserved a room in advance". It still cost me over $80.00. The hotel's picture really is deceiving.
The office/reception area smells like curry, chairs were all over the place wrapped around the reception counter.
The only good thing; the towels were clean and plenty of water.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

You get what you pay for, I guess. The place is old not entirely well kept. The beds were clean, bathrooms could have been a whole lot cleaner. We didn’t have had much choice where to stay being it was a baseball tournament weekend and most places in the are were booked.

1st the pictures on hotels.com are WAY WAY nicer than this place actually is. Whomever took those pictures is one really good photographer. He made the pool look really nice and way bigger than it actually is. (It’s like a bath tub) next the actual rooms paint, furniture and bedding is extremely old.
So at check in I find out we have a smoking room. Because of the baseball tournament there were no other doubles. So we say fine can we get some Lysol . They come in and spray 5 things. So we went to store and got Lysol and 3 room deodorizers.
Next the air conditioning unit is not blowing real cold (it’s 113 out) so we tell him. He comes in and says it’s working fine but we need to close window(open because smoke smell really bad trying to air out) I notice the temperature knob in ac unit is missing. I go up and ask him about it. He says he has it. Really ? Can I have it ? So he brings it to us. Then guess what ? Hey now we have COLD AC. Next we notice most of the bulbs are gone . We ask about that . He never brings any. (These two things they do in every room to save money $ ) the next day after sleeping in this room my wife and son ask for new linens and comforter (they smell like smoke and have burn holes) so I ask he says they only change EVERY OTHER DAY! And it will be 10.00. So we are gone all day play 2 games in 110 heat. Get back to our room.
And it still smells (not as bad as our deodorizers are helping a LITTLE) but. we have the same burn holes in blankets

Great service, pet friendly
My husband and I stayed here on our way through to Florida and I can't say enough good things about the owners. Since we're moving we were traveling with our two cats and 140 pound dog that can't walk up stairs and the owners went out of their way to accommodate us and even checked in the morning we left. I would highly recommend.

Meh Flagstaff travelodge is nicer wood floor
I booked 1 kinf bed. The ckerk gave me 2 beds said all king upstair 🤔 rm 105, he daid if extend another day differ rm, check out, check bk in at 2. Im new in town. Wwho in the world have $$$ go shop? The only comfort is beds. The broken A/C, 1 lamp, bed side lamp loose automatic off, towel rag & bath towl looks filth.

Okay if you're on a budget
Affordable place to crash for the night on my way to Las Vegas. It is right off Route 66 so you can hear the traffic passing through the night. It had the basics that I needed aka a bed, a hot shower, blackout curtains and a door that locked. The room could have been cleaner. Floor and furniture was a little dusty and the blanket and upholstery had a few cigarette burns. There was also mildew on the walls in the bathroom. On the bright side, management is nice and seems to consist of one guy who I suspect owns the place.

The motel was clean however there was a hole in the bathroom wall that looked as if it had been patched but then broken through again by the door knob. It looked as if the room had been painted but trimming was not completed around fixtures. The towels weren't in the rooms and they only gave one per guest and we had to ask for wash clothes etc. We had stayed at travel lodges all throughout our vacation across Arizona but this was the only one that needed a lot of work. We didn't eat the continental breakfast because the lobby smelled so strong of cooking spices such as curry that it was hard to think about breakfast. I would have looked for something else if we had seen the condition before booking online. It said privately owned so I don't think it was like a lot of the other travel lodges we stayed in previously.

I was thoroughly disappointed with this property and the staff/manager on site. While I understand it is on the less expensive side, and that is the benefit, I was not expected it to be as uncomfortable and dirty as it was (so much so that I actually left and staying at another hotel).
The staff, who I believe was the manager, initially attempted to attempted to charge me more money on arrival, indicating that I paid a senior fee on Expedia and that the pet fee was $20. I advised him that I paid for the hotel through Orbitz and paid the same rate posted outside on their marquee, and the pet fee was posted in the confirmation e-mail as $15. He only charged me the pet fee ($15), but I probably should have known at that point it was less than ideal.
The room was the final straw for me...after driving for 13 hours, I just wanted to relax and I absolutely could not. The room dingy and grimy; cracked mirror, cracked tiles, dirty doors and walls, an door to the adjoining room that wouldn't lock. While I was not expected anything fancy or spectacular, I was hopeful that the room would be more comfortable, clean, and safe.
This hotel could work for some people who just want somewhere inexpensive to sleep and shower, and aren't bothered by that old and dingy feeling. I personally would not stay there, or recommend it.

Sheets on one bed had big dirty hand prints other bed had a dirty comforter and pillows weren’t the best.

Won't try this place again.
My cc was charged for the full amount. I had already paid it thru Hotels.com. under refused to tell me why it was charged and then lied saying "it would be released immediately at checkout". It took 2 days.

The staff was attentive and rooms comfortable. I liked that there was a half wall between the bed and the sofa. It felt like we had a place to entertain guess and not feel like your in a bedroom.

Go Anywhere but Here.
Horrible. Going on 6 nights with no WiFi, and the owner isn't treating it with any sense of urgency. I'm stuck here for 9 more non-refundable days, then never again. Feeling robbed.

Rooms were not clean, toilet was leaking. There was no internet in the rooms which was advertised. The owner pulled out a router and said it had just broke.

I should of known better when the owner at the front desk told a customer "deal with it", when the she complained gge T.V. remote and phone didnt work. This place should be called a Motel.

Utterly disgusting, run-down hotel. It looked NOTHING like the pictures on the website. They must've been taken 10 years ago. Questionable stains on the floors, walls, chairs, & bedding. We had rented three rooms for three nights and all of them were FILTHY!! Needless to say, we didn't spend any nights here, eating the single night's occupancy cost for the rooms (Expedia has able to reimburse the other nights' fees). We all re-booked next door at the Super-8 & Days Inn motels. Nobody should select this hotel, sight-unseen, ever! EXPEDIA SHOULD STOP PROMOTING IT!

The couple/family that managed this location didn’t want to be bothered by the guests/customers. Bells on everything, the door to say you were walking in and then another bell you had to ring to get service whether daytime or nighttime. And to turn in the key, no contact, just leave it at the desk. The facility itself was ok. Clean. Took forever for the temp in our room to drop bc they don’t have the AC’s running, you have to turn it on yourself (personally I would think if you knew a guest was coming and it’s 100 degrees out you’d have it on in their room but that’s just me). Water temp was hot and both the sink & toilet in our room was iffy. Room was clean, floors & beds both. Downside was all the wall damage/paint discoloration/plaster repair you could see. Oh and maybe as managers they need to learn more about service animals...my husband is in the military and has a trained combat service dog. We were asked to show paperwork...had to tell them that legally we don’t need to show it to have her stay with us (yes I know people in this day & age lie and probably bring their non-service pets to stay, but still). All in all this place was just ok, if you’re staying for just a night as you pass through it is a good price and clean.
