Amazing stay property is fantastic breakfast is delicious with lots of variety the pool is also great little cloudy when we where there rooms comfortable and relaxing we can’t wait to go back this was our second stay and we will definitely be back

Good hotel overall
The service was spot on. The shower pressure is kinda weak, took a while in the shower but it’s all good. The refrigerator was kinda weird because it has no freezer and had to constantly press the button to keep it cold. We found few dirty areas in the room but we just stay away from it.

Stayed here while we visited the mermaids at Weeki Wachee Park. This place was wonderful! Clean, updated and fresh. Huge shower, great breakfast, and nice employees! Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay
James at the front desk is so very helpful and pleasant. Rooms wete kept clean. The only thing I would change is they had an aroma pumped in in the hallways. It was overwhelming.

Hotel overall was clean, but the pool was dirty. Also, for some reason they put us in a handicapped room, and every time you ran the shower, the entire bathroom floor flooded. Created a slip hazard, especially for the handicapped. Not a great design.

My complaint with this hotel is the cheap awful artificial scent they have piped into the vent system throughout the hotel. It caused horrible headaches!! It was hard to sleep the odor was so strong that we couldn’t have the A/C on. It tainted our entire experience.

What You'd Expect
The hotel is in new condition. The experience is what you would expect from this type of hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. Our breakfast was included our food options were fairly standard.
The pool was small but clean and enough for a dip.

I accidentally put the wrong dates and attempted to cancel immediately after. I was informed there is nothing they can do and it’s non refundable and that’s ridiculous. I was forced to pay for a room and keep it while I’m in another country. Absolutely unacceptable.

Great Time for a BBQ
Thank you for allowing us to stay here as we had a special BBQ hangout with close friends this week. We were in a great location far away from the elevators and ice machine. Everyone was so nice and helpful even at out LATE check in. Thank you for getting the dehumidifier working after the first semi-damp night in the room. When we come back again, we will be staying here and brining more people with us! We already had 5 other folks here with us this week.

We’ve arrived about one hour before checkin time ,the receptionist was nice to get us a different room which was appreciated.Room was clean and comfortable if there’s one thing I would change is the loud air conditioning.

The entire staff was so very friendly and helpful. They told us about all the attractions around the area and gave us directions to them. The breakfast was amazing. Very quiet little town great to vacation here. We stayed two days and both were wonderful.

A Great Choice
We choose this hotel based on the good reviews and it did not disappoint. The free breakfast was better than we have had in some restaurants. The make your own waffles (blueberry or regular) was a favorite of ours. Different egg and meats every day, 2 different yogurts with toppings to make a fabulous parfait, fresh fruit, oatmeal, cereals and more. Coffee was also available in the evenings. The fitness center had great equipment, but because of the weather we did not use the pool. Our room was clean and spacious, the refrigerator was a must have, we did not use the microwave but appreciate that it was also standard. The only problem we encountered was the tub diverter did not work very well when taking a shower. Water pressure was good. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic property top to bottom
From the time you pull up you can tell the property is well tanken care of. No trash nothing worn or broken and trash cans along with ash trays are empty. Walked in to check in and the associate behind the counter was extremely friendly and helpful. Went up to the room and i always check for bed bugs and to my surprise not only was it bed bug free but it looked as if no one was ever in the room before me. Bathroom was of nice size and again appear to be brand new. Shower had fantastic water pressure and hot water was plentiful even in the morning when everyone was up and moving. Breakfast area was very clean and everything was neatly filled and coffee station was immaculate and fully stocked. All and all definitely one of the best stays ive had in a hotel.

Nice, but not $200+/night nice.
For the price, we were less than pleased. There was no daily housekeeping, and they don’t even give you any trash bags for your room. We have a baby in diapers so we accumulate a lot of garbage. The AC is only on one side of the room (without the bed) so the baby is freezing by the AC blower and we’re sweating to death by the door. The hallway is not air conditioned either so you get to sweat the moment you leave the room…They offer breakfast which is nice, yes, but for $200+/night we would at least expect a restaurant with room service, and an indoor pool not outdoor. We travel a lot and have stayed in hotels for less than $100/night that have these amenities.

Great rooms breakfast lacking
The room was super clean and spacious. The only disappointment was the included breakfast. They did have a waffle maker and cereal and individually packaged jimmy dean sandwhiches but no real good options like fresh eggs

Spring Hill Florida Stay
Visiting family in the Spring Hill area and it is tough to find a neat, orderly, and “clean” hotel in the area so we always look for a newer hotel. The Fairfield is fairly new and is very clean and orderly. Room was neat and clean. Bed was comfortable. We only stayed one night, but hotel seemed nice throughout.
My only negative comment would be the price per night... $249 or so a night in such a non-resort area is quite frankly ridiculous, but we used reward points to defer some of this cost.

Immaculately Clean
This property is immaculately clean! It is brand new. The location is convenient on a highway but the traffic noise at night was minimal. Its a tub/shower combo which I like. The TV was ginormous and the mini-fridge and microwave were of a decent size. I skipped the room coffee and just got it from the breakfast area. The coffee was good and the breakfast offerings were very nice with a waffle station. I would stay here again for sure.

In general everything was fine. Cleanliness is important to us and everything was clean, neat, and in order. The air-conditioner was on the noisy side but we slept fine. the drapes we automated and either i could not figure out how to operate them or they were not working. The issue was not important enough to me to call about.

PERFECT LOCATION - PERFECT ROOM
PERFECT LOCATION ON THE ISLAND / PERFECT ROOM TOO! Our room was behind the pool with the Gulf of Mexico on the other side. The windows were tinted in such a way that the sun DID NOT come in the room. I didn't realize how dark they were until the morning when the sun came up! The A/C worked beautifully.
Our room was steps from the beach. We rented chairs (and umbrella) and left our belongings there while we took walks along the shoreline. The kitchen came in handy. I brought lunch and appetizer items with us since there isn't a restaurant on-site. I made our yummy sandwiches and brought lunch out to the chairs and we had a picnic on the beach. We relaxed in the chairs for quite a while and we caught up on some reading.
We walked to dinner about an hour and a half before sunset. The "Town" starts less than a half a mile away and the walk along the shoreline is gorgeous. Plenty of people to entertain us on the walk! There were some street performers that we passed by. Instead of watching, we went to The Salty Crab. It was amazing. Our seats were on the railing, looking out over the Gulf and people walking by on the beach. Delicious Dinner - I ate it all so I didn't have to carry it back to the hotel! Wink! Wink! We caught an amazing sunset! LIFE IS GOOD!

I stayed in Brooksville while in town for a baby shower and to visit friends. I stayed alone and felt very safe, the room was nice, comfortable and clean. The hotel is in a great location. I will be staying again.

The room was clean, modern, roomy and quiet - The bathroom could use some clothing hooks and maybe a couple of shelves to hold clothing when the shower is in use. It would also be helpful to have a night light in the bathroom to help find the bathroom at night without disturbing others with the main lights. Breakfast was fast, easy and tasty.

Modern AC Required
Stayed here for 6 nights Pleasant quiet location welcoming staff.
Clean and comfortable. Breakfast is simple but adequate. My only complaint is the noisey loud A/C unit that never fully switches off when it reaches the required temperature.

Room was reasonably clean, it wasn't spotless but I have definitely seen worse. Biggest takeaway was the staff was extremely friendly, the young woman at the check-in counter was very polite every interaction, so was the woman who was setting out the breakfast in the morning.
