One of the most enjoyable locations in the west side of Northern Virginia: main hwys are very accessible but the hotel is not on the freaking on-ramp, a welcomed “feature.” Parking is great, staff have been nice. There’s shopping and food within walking distance, a huge plus if not living in a car is of interest.

The people turned out to be really helpful, they understood about my little mishap, i turned on the heat an made the fire alarm go off. Scared myself but let them know it was me. Met a few really nice people onw with this awesome Shelby Ford an another from London, England who was biking across the states, had a good trip an awesome stay. Thank you very much, didnt see much of employees cause it was late an early morning when there.

The room I stayed in had roaches and the towels was dirty. I had to have come back and clean the room. This property shouldn’t be letting anyone stay here. It needs to be exterminated

The outside of the building appeared fine. The lady at the desk was polite and friendly. The room smelled like someone had be smoking in there daily for months. There was an odd red stain on the rug. We ended up leaving and not staying the night because the smell was so offensive. The manager called me the next day and offered a full refund. I do not recommend this property for anyone with sensitive lungs.

The elevator was down and unfortunately that day I was limping so I will not be able to climb up the stair. I asked if she can put us on the 1st floor or even on the 2nd floor but still she puts us on the 3rd floor.

Our room smelled like a fresh cigarette. From the little bit of time that our belongings were in the room they reek of cigarette smoke. Aside from that, it was a fire waiting to happen. The clerk at the desk graciously put us in a different room which smelled better but that might have been due to both hotel windows being wide open when we arrived to the room. The trash in our room hadn’t been emptied from the “party” before. Such a bummer to be on a family trip and have to deal with stuff like this. I hate to say but probably one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in.

Halls smelled like smoke and weed. The “breakfast bar” was just coffee and granola bars. Rooms were okay, outdated and bathrooms were not cleaned well. Convenient location but a bad hotel overall. Would not be coming again and do not recommend anyone stay.

Hotel was very dark and dingy. Bathroom floor was peeling up. A used toilet sat in the hallway for both days I was there. The last night of the the stay the A/C in the hallway caught fire at 2:30am filling the hotel with smoke.

A very nice place!

It was ok. Room was fair. One light is not working have a stain on one of the table. Very little toiletries given considering we are booked for 2 nights. Overall it was still ok. Quiet and comfortable stay.

Staff was rude and unhelpful. Was not told in advance when check-in was. When I arrived too early, was told I could not check in yet (even if I was willing to pay the early check in fee). When I explained that it would either have to be now or late at night (around midnight) I was told my room may not be there when I get back because of their system. So, I could not check in early, and could not check in later when I would actually be back because I wouldn't have a room, despite having already paid for it. So instead I had to drive 3 hours back from a wedding because this hotel screwed me. Paid for the room in full and wasn't even able to stay there.

The young man who checked me in charged me 2 times on my card for a room that I already had paid for. Waiting to see if I get refunded. Darrell was great and actually brought coffee and muffins up. He told me that I should receive a refund in 5-7 business days. Other than paying close to $240 for one night stay everything else was alright except the bed was hard and the pillows too soft.

Never Cleaned not Covid safe!
Main areas were not cleaned most of the week. Dirty sock in hallway from night I got there until night before we left. Trash in parking lot. I picked up a nail out of the handicap parking space. Got a screw in tire and had to have patched. Lobby elevators etc cleaned only once the whole week.
Took over 20 rings for front desk to answer phone.
Don’t think I will stay at this hotel again.
I also think rooms cleaned every other week during Covid is not enough.
It said common areas cleaned everyday not true!!!

Great Staff
The staff, Luxmon, Pranaj, and Bobby are great. Super friendly and helpful. Rooms are descent and the bed was comfortable. Short walk to three good restaurants. Shopping also close by.

My stay was ok. However, the smell that hits you upon entering the room is very unpleasant. Luckily, I thoroughly sanitized the entire room and bathroom for my own sanity and peace of mind. There are dust bunnies on smoke detectors and fire sprinkler. The curtains need to be washed, there were Hershey chocolate wraps under the bed. I lifted the mattress and there were crumbs. I wiped the entire room down, including the remote, phone, alarm clock, door handles, head board, etc...cleaning standards MUST be re-evaluated. Most importantly, some guests smoke just outside of the entrance and having my room on the first floor, the smell of cigarette smoke is evident, including in the lobby.

Expensive for what it was. I would not stay here again. People loud in and out at 3am, smoking ourside doors and littering. Halls smell like smoke. Hotel was out of certain kitchen essentials. Would not recommend or stay again. Carpets dirty. Mattress had boogers on it under the sheets.

You have to pay extra to login to your Netflix, Redbox, or Prime video accounts. I did this and it still didn't work. I called the online help number and they were never able to fix it, but still charged me anyways. Never again!

It is very dirty motel Room smells horrible. WiFi doesn’t work carpet so greasy it is disgusting to walk on it. Faucet fell apart when I was trying to use it. Towels and sheets not fresh too

Pro: 1 Cheap, 2 kitchenette.
Con: 1 Not clean. The shower had many little hairs from the previous guest, so Im guessing it was not cleaned. The floor was sticky. 2 maid service is only once a week. More frequently costs extra. 3 They advertise free wifi, but it is deliberatly made very slow. Then they offer to sell you better wifi. That is deceptive advertising.

Stains on carpet, tile floor was super sticky and the room had a really bad odor. We were only there for one night so we didn’t want to go through the hassle of changing rooms and all that when we had a busy schedule during our stay. Won’t be back though. The gentleman at the desk was super nice though!! The previous guest’s paperwork was still on the counter so I’m not sure how clean the room was in general.

I would not recommend staying here!!!
So I knew going in that this was not a good hotel. But for a quick overnight I figured why not. The person at the front desk was nice. When I went in to elevator and saw how dirty it was I was disgusted. Then I get off elevator and I am met with the overwhelming smell of marijuana (right after I signed my no smoking policy FYI). I go down to my room and it looks clean but I didn’t do an inspection as I had to run out. When I returned that evening to go to sleep I look at the bed pillows and notice all 3 pillows have hair on them like someone had just been sleeping on them. I then pull back the sheets and see mascara on them as well as more hair. So since it’s late I go to Target and buy sheets and a blanket which I use to cover bed and sleep on that. I also noticed a bunch of cereal on the floor by the bed and closet. So I barely slept due to overall disgust. I didn’t complain to manager. But did let him know in the morning at checkout. I would not recommend staying here I should have just paid the near $200 extra for another hotel.

Close restaurants to walk to.
The mattresses and pillows hurt our neck and back we even asked for a different room after the first night and still had problems with our back and neck aching each morning we woke up. Plus each room you could hear the room above you walking when we were trying to sleep and hear the shower next door. Walls and ceiling seemed like they were paper thin.

Roach Coach Motel
This place was disgusting. The room was dirty and has not been updated in decades. Most of the other patrons were rather unsavory, even scary at times. I would never stay here again and would recommend no one else try it.

This Hotel is Awful
To start, it took over 30 minutes to check in. Right before check-in, the desk clerk ran down to our room to clean it. Needless to say, the room was still dirty. The towels looked used. The entire room just felt dirty. One of the queen beds had a broken bed frame and leaned to the right. I almost rolled out of the bed. There was no soap in the room. There was old food in the fridge. The floor had a blood spot on it. If I wasn't dead tired, we would have drove home instead of stayed there. The "breakfast" in the morning consisted of a choice of a muffin or granola bar and coffee. I asked the desk clerk if she was aware of the broken bed, she replied "yes, sorry". The stay was a disaster and I am still tired. The bed is hard and super uncomfortable. The HVAC system never cooled the room. The shower head was at head height and I am only 5'10". I will NEVER stay at and Extended Stay ever again!

Had to change rooms twice. 1st room ground floor, windows didn't lock and privacy curtain had been cut away. 2ND ROOM HAD BED BUGS. They wouldn't refund my money, nearby hotels were booked. Up until 1 am washing my clothes. 3rd room had small brown stains on sheets (bed bugs again???) and floor was FILTHY. Complained, I was told manager would contact me regarding refund. no one has called. I TOOK PICTURES. YECK. DON'T STAY HERE.

They cancelled my reservation at 6:00 pm because it wasn’t prepaid. When I arrived from the airport at 11 pm I was told no rooms are available for me. The lady at reception was incompetent and actually ripped the phone from my hand when I was talking to her manager. Terrible customer service.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, room was not clean still had empty chip bags and paper shoved behind the night stand, iron didn't work, and to top it off the damn shower didn't work either it was awful. House keeping didn't even knock just tried to barge in thankfully I had the bolt on then just says "can you let me in?" NO as I was in the middle of changing! Walks away and doesn't even shut the damn door!!! Don't ever stay at this hotel!!!

Our room smelt like an old Italian sub.. where there was once a light fixture was just wires hanging... We kept finding long black hair everywhere and neither my husband or I have black hair... The floors must be thin because we were woke up 2 out of the 3 nights from the people upstairs sounding like elephants going in and out of their room at 2-3 am... We needed an extra pillow so we went down at night to get one and the lady barely spoke any English..and the hotel says it's non smoking but the people across the hall were smoking weed daily making the whole floor stink..

Dirty floors. Minimal breakfast option. We found ants in muffin served for breakfast and when we report it to front desk lady Samar, she said that the owner is from your country which we felt was racist and we strongly objected to it. We left a written complaint on front desk demanding an appology.
I would suggest to stay away and find some other hotel.

No dishes or coffee pot in the room.
It was fine except for the fact that we had to request dishes and utensils. I thought they came with the room. And there was no coffee/tea pot -- that had to be requested as well. Other than that it was very good in that they granted all of the special requests that were made.

Run down but adequate
I picked this hotel for price and location. It was clean enough but very run down. It seems to be a mix of blue collar workers from out of the area and local homeless families put up by the local government. Took a while to check in and had to make a special trip to check out because the front desk doesn't seem to be staffed, and when it is the staff isn't terribly interested in anything but their smart phones. Rooms are not very soundproof but this doesn't seem to matter as this is one hotel that seems full of people who are there to sleep. The rooms were also very run down, but clean. If I need a cheap local place to stay again that's convenient to my job I'll probably stay here, although it's not as nice as other Extended Stay Americas I've stayed at.

Needed somewhere to rest my head before I headed to work in the area since I live over an hour and a half away. They was able to check me in well before normal check in time which was great so I was able to get the rest I needed before heading to work.

Two day was enough for me
Was convenient to the airport, but I wouldn’t stay longer. Kitchen was dirty in the drawer, kitchen items needed to be retrieved from front desk were not in room otherwise, counters were banged up and needed repairs, lampshade crunched and phone worked periodically, cords needed to be wiggled. Breakfast was more of light snack, hot water for tea was brown.

My flight arrived at midnight, I have to wait at the hotel door for about 5 minutes until the night person open the door and took forever to do the check in. The first room has a smoke detector that was beep ing every 20 secons, I called and the guy asked me to go to the desk and will give me another room, in the second room the TV remote didn't work, AC was noisy and didn't have a termostat to adjust heat and duration, was running continuously and again noisy, I have to turn it off to can sleep. The bathroom was dirty, a lot of hair on the floor, dust all over. In the morning I went to the front desk to let them know about my experience and to ask for a better room. They agree to change the room but they told me they can't do anything about the A?C units as all are the same! I told them in this case I want to cancel my following 2 nights stay, they said I should talk with a manager but I was in a hurry and I have to leave. I returned later and let them know I will not stay at that hotel.

Cheap, not inexpensive
Staff was polite, friendly and competent. Bed were rock hard, pillows were paper thin. About half of the towels had large stains on them. Complimentary breakfast consisted of granola bars. Lots of stuff in the area, but next time I'll fork out an extra $10 to stay at a nicer chain one block down the road.
