Very well put together establishment but I think it’s not right to have to pay for parking when we already paying for a room . Maybe you should just include it in the price and call it a day. But over all besides the parking situation I give the hotel a 10 out of 10

Overall it was a nice stay, it was only for one night.
The check out is at 11 am, but I had the housekeeping knocking at the door at 9 am, waking me up. That’s the only complaint I have.
Again overall it was a nice experience.

Very well kept. Clean. Quiet. Staff was great. Gym was spotless, although I wish there was a cleaning product or wipes for after they've been used. We went for a night away for my daughter's 13th birthday and she was so happy. Parking is too tight, that's the only property issue. It will be exciting when the plaza is built across the street to have lots to walk to!

Our 2 night stay was adequate for our needs! The staff was extremely friendly.
I do have to say the towels were very rough! Not soft at all and the toilet paper was like sand paper.

Improve breakfast and you'll have a winner hotel.
My overnight stay was on December 22nd 2023.
The hotel room was very clean. The staff was amazing and very accommodating.
But, they need to improve the breakfast.
First of all, paper plate and plastic cutlery????!!!!
Food was horrendous and not fresh at all.
If you improve breakfast, it will be worth the money I paid.

I Loved the overall experience nice clean rooms, clean spacious pool, lovely gym. This is a Hotel I would recommend to everyone. Andrea the front desk worker was very pleasant, and assisted with any questions.

The hospitality that was shown by this hotel was top tier… the entire hotel is so up-to-date. Modern tech-savvy. It's like one of the best hotelsales I've ever been in. Complimentary laundry Duff products in the restroom. It's Clein tea and coffee available the name brand stuff, the bar food was phenomenal. We were there for 3 days and could not wait for the bar to open so that we could order. We did not even want a order from restaurants around. The people were so nice and helpfull. Shopping chopping stores are so close walking distance.
Let's set up an gonna do tomorrow, why?

The facility, property amenities, and the overall overnight experience was lovely. Everything was functional and clean and the stay was peaceful and relaxing. However, it is quite difficult to contact the hotel if you do not have a US phone number. Perhaps a WhatsApp number or internet service alternative would be really appreciated for international guests. I also would have appreciated more communication updates or maybe even signs posted on breakfast hours, the shuttle service, etc.

Fantastic staff
Front Desk staff was outstanding, incredibly helpful regarding arrangements to get to Logan at long before dawn the next day., the bar keep was delightful. I enjoyed a comfortable night with early departure for my flight from Logan the next day.

The hotel was very clean and staff was friendly. My only complaint is there is very limited parking for hotel guests. The hotel shares the building with an apartment complex. The complex takes most of the parking spots. Parking for the hotel is limited to one small corner.

We booked this because of the free airport shuttle. Not the hotel’s fault but the shuttle was loaded with employees of Spirit airlines and they were extremely negative and rude. They complained to each other about their employer and the same thing in the breakfast room. Consequently we took an Uber to the airport coming back as didn’t want to deal with them.

What I liked: they allowed us to drop off our suitcases and locked them in a storage room before check in so we were able to return our rental car and spend the day in Boston. They have a shuttle to the airport. The driver left on time and was nice and friendly. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was yummy. The only thing I can complain about is I didn’t have any bath towels in my room. I called down for them and no one ever brought them. We dried off with hand towels. Not the end of the world, but it could’ve been easily fixed

HIDDEN FEES! there were many options to choose from in the area with similar price points. But I choose this Holiday Inn Express and was pleasantly surprised. Everything went well except for our check out when I find out we had to pay $15 a day for parking. I was never told upon getting my parking permit or when booking online that there was a fee. The person who checked us out even had to click on multiple buttons and drop boxes to prove this in the small print. I never have had to pay for parking unless staying in a major city where the hotel has no control over the parking garages. It is new to me to pay to park at a hotel with their own parking lot. If I would have known, I would not have stayed here or at least adjusted my travel plans significantly.

Room was normal, though didn’t get cleaned once in our 6 night stay. Not sure what we did wrong? We placed the “refresh room” placard on our door 4/6 days and came home in the evening to the room not cleaned. Trash in the room became in issue, we ran out of toilet paper and tissues and clean towels, had to ask front desk for more. Shower pressure was horrible. Great breakfast and lobby dining options. Awesome staff at front/bar. Only issue was housekeeping/shower.

Housekeeping needs to be improved! We had a 7-night stay, every day when we left our room, we hung out the tag asking for our room to be replenished with towels and trash be removed, this never happened once! Every night when we returned to the room, we would have to call the front desk and ask for all the things we needed, a few times it took 2 calls and over an hour and half to receive towels and TP. Twice we were told we needed to clean our room ourselves, they would supply the things we need to do this. Finally on our 6th night stay after returning to a dirty room with no clean towels I had to insist on having someone else other than myself service our room. This took an hour to happen. We reported our shower was not draining and the bathroom was flooding every time we showered, this was not fixed till the 6th night. This was reported to hotel management both verbally and by email with no response.

The staff was not very helpful for the shuttle, my friends and I scheduled an Uber instead. Our first room smelled terribly disgusting after our quick trip to downtown Boston. We were given a new room, thankfully. The draining in the shower was clogged so the water would spill out into the restroom. We spent our whole days out of our room walking so the last thing we wanted was to have to move rooms or complain again. The handle to the shower was drop down to steaming hot so showers were so uncomfortable. Staff was average. Breakfast was good and bar food was okay.

We stayed at Holiday Inn Express Boston Logan Airport - Revere for one night and it did not disappoint! The free shuttle that runs between the airport and the hotel was a big plus!

I booked this hotel for the airport shuttle - be warned they have changed their shuttle hours and now don’t start until 5am. Which Doesn’t work for the 6am flight. Big bummer.

A very enjoyable stay !
This is a smart modern hotel with stylish fixtures and fittings throughout. The room is a reasonable size with everything you need for a short stay ; TV, coffee machine, safe, blackout blind, air con, fridge, iron and board, good shower unit, hairdryer, plenty of pillows etc. However, the bed could be a little more comfortable. Everything was very clean. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of items and staff work hard to replenish things. The bar / restaurant area is stylish, welcoming and comfortable. The food quality is also very good albeit a little on the expensive side. The bar and restaurant staff work hard. The Blue Line subway is just a 10 minute walk away. There is also an Italian restaurant nearby. There is major construction on the opposite side of the street, but this didn’t cause me any issues during my stay. However, the nearby highway can be a bit noisy at rush hour. Overall, a very enjoyable stay. I would definitely choose this hotel again if staying in the Boston / Revere area.

We selected this hotel because of the shuttle to and from the airport. When we arrived around 8 pm from an international flight we called the hotel to try to get the shuttle. We called the hotel many times and they never answered. So we grabbed a cab to travel to the hotel. We arrived to check in and the clerk was checking us in was friendly and we asked what we did wrong to get the shuttle. He said did you call? We said yes many times. He then stated oh yeah the phone was ringing but "I did not answer it". So we were out another 25 dollars on a fairly expensive one night stay. We did schedule a ride back in the morning which went absolutely wonderfully. The hotel was very nice and clean. The bartender was very nice and very helpful providing a late night snack.

The room was really clean and the staff is great. The airport shuttle and breakfast are a bonus. But the breakfast wasn't that great. Everything but the sausage was overcooked. The pool was also cold. But, for the price I would stay again. It is an awesome value and cleanliness is paramount

I asked for face towels 3 times never got them ! No bar soap for the sink and I think it’s wrong to have to play for parking at any hotel what so ever ! The towels weren’t changed when I asked on Sunday ! The room was fine but the service was lacking ! The staff was friendly!

The property and staff are excellent. The only issue (and it is a minor one) is the lack of dining within EASY walking distance. You could cross the 6 lane, divided street and maybe walk several blocks but why bother when there is a bar with limited food options in the hotel?

Close to the subway. Rooms are new and look great. The breakfast is worth it alone especially if you have a big family. They have free laundry which was a huge bonus and a shuttle to the airport. Target is close by and 7-11, Wendy’s and a grocery store and a Tesla supercharger station is by Wendy’s.

Pretty new facility. Very clean. Everything was in working order. Easy access to airport. We used Uber XL but they have a shuttle that may or may not be available. Also can take subway but about 5-6 minute walk to hotel. Not many dining options close by. We ate at bar first night which was ok in a pinch. Decent breakfast.

We had a terrible accident and Manager Joanne? Joleen? Was incredible. I am so sleep deprived I shouldn’t be writing this review until tomorrow when I can remember her name.
But she was so considerate, constantly checking in about my parents and helping me with my very young kids. The hotel itself was beautiful with a fully loaded continental breakfast.
Uber wasn’t working for me and I wasn’t going to try and sort out a bus with small kids. So a cab was $30-$35/way into downtown and took about 20-25 minutes.
I would recommend this hotel for sure!!

The hotel is pretty average. The check-in staff is not efficient in communicating services offered. eg, I did not know breakfast was free and available only until 930am. I would expect to receive this type of information during my checkin. Overall, pretty average stay - rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.

For the money, I would choose a better hotel in downtown Boston. This is not in a good location. The hotel while supposedly new is very run down. The entry is the only clean area. Hallways are very dirty and haven’t been vacuumed in weeks.
Checked in to first room and the sheets had hair and fresh blood stains. Asked for a new room. Second room also had rumpled sheets and hair in them, indicating they had not been changed. Asked for original room and to have new sheets to put on bed. Maids came immediately and put “fresh” linens on. To be honest they either don’t have a good dryer or they have me used “fresh” sheets as they were rumpled and crinkled after they put them on. Had to request the bed coverings be changed as well as they looked like they had other bodily fluids on them.
After all that, the deadbolt for the door did not work. Requested maintenance around 5 pm and they did not arrive to fix the issue until after 7. Did not feel safe traveling with two young children and no properly working door and placed at the end of the hallway with a stairwell.
Due to the issues and now the time of night, we had to dine downstairs in the lounge area. Food was overpriced and school lunch quality.
Only good thing about this hotel was the shuttle service. It arrived early 5:50 am for our 6 am service. We arrived at airport at 6:11.
Would definitely never stay here again and would be happy to pay more money for a nicer hotel with better dining choices & location.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very clean and well updated. The staff were accommodating and knowledgeable. We were flying out early in the morning so we didn’t get to enjoy the breakfast but it looked delicious. Also, Joanne at the front desk was very kind and was able to multitask so seamlessly. Thank you!

MIxed impressions of hotel
--Disappointed that when we agreed to no linen or towel changes, no one cleaned/tidied the bathroom at all.
--Did not like that there was no separate light for hall area of room so that someone sleeping in first bed was not bothered by room light which came on with the hall switch.
--**NEED A BATHROOM NEAR THE POOL (also not ideal to have to walk past registration desk to get from pool to elevators.)
--NEED HOT WATER AT COFFEE STATION IN LOBBY
--NEED WATER -COLD AND HOT NEAR BKFAST BUFFET
--Liked the fireplace & dining spaces

Staff was very unfriendly and some were not at all helpful. The answer to some questions changed depending on who you asked. For instance when we asked about the airport shuttle we were told the one closest to when we needed it was 12:45 but when we signed up for it we were told 12 noon. There may have been a good reason for that such as the 12:45 was already full but we weren’t given any reason.
