there is a leak from the bathtub in 103.
i checked in at 12:15 and was told the tap house serves until 1, but last call was actually 12:30
the breakfast was terrible, the coffee mug had lipstick on it. Improve the ingredients and the breakfast would be great, it wasn't due to the prep or service.
have charging cords available in your store to purchase.
the outlet on the desk next to tv in 103 wasn't working so i had to work on laptop in bed so i could charge
overall cleanly, nice hotel with kind staff.

The hotel was very nice as was the room. We stayed for 3 nights and even though it is posted in the room that housekeeping comes every other day to bring new towels and such we had no service at all. No clean towels, trash was overflowing out of every can, no coffee refilled. For the price I expect better service. I will stay elsewhere next time

I would have given the highest rating because the staff was so helpful but we had the handicap room with the roll in shower and when my husband used the shower the water went all over the tile floor and even into the entry way and closet. The floors are tile so it was very dangerous. I had to use all the towels to mop up. Just be aware of this.

This hotel is completely run down. Did not look like anything from the pictures. Bathrooms and beds were not clean. No one ever came to clean. Leaks in the sealing. Musty smell. Will never stay here again.

The office staff was very helpful, and I appreciated their assistance when my Expedia reservation was not showing in the system. My issue was resolved quickly, and they matched Expedia prices when needing to cancel my Expedia reservation and rebooked it through Hilton.

When I checked in, there were no carts (nor on any of the floors) available to carry my suitcases in. The clerk said people just keep them in their rooms. As a disabled person, this was distressing because I need that aid! You need more or a better system.

I was traveling to Winter Park for business. My only complaint was the pillows. I typically will bring my own pillow; however, I forgot it on this trip. The pillows on the bed quickly flattened out as they seem to do in most hotels these days. I wish the Hilton would spend a little more money on good pillows!

We always stay at The Gardens Inn.. and this was one more good experience.. I want to mention that we decided to stay for one more night and Mr Pastor …front desk manager.. did all the accommodations to relocate us on the same kind of room on the same floor .. .. The only negative comment is that buffet breakfast $9 is not great ..

Excellent property, clean, spacious rooms with nice finishes and updated decor. Rooms were quite large as well. Only drawback was the road is a bit busy. If that concerns you ask to be on the parking lot side of the property.

The hotel and our room were clean and in good repair; reception and check in/out was fine.
Our complaint was the "continental breakfast," as follows:
Two very old oranges were the only available whole fruit;
Peeled and diced fresh fruit was in an uncovered dish with tiny insects hovering over and landing within;
Barely warm grits had been standing so long that the water and butter had completely separated from the meal;
Three of the four coffee mugs examined had lipstick residue.
This continental breakfast buffet was a disgrace to the Hilton name. Any Motel 6 on I-95 would have been better. The second and third morning we went to McDonalds! What a shame!

The hotel was lovely. Bartender was fantastic...my only issue was the breakfast, they will charge you for the Continental breakfast, $1 per slice of toast, are you serious, after dropping a few hundred dollars for my stay they charge me per slice of toast. Stay in about 100 hotels a year and I have never seen anything like this this is beyond money-grubbing and they are nickeling and diming people to Oblivion, if they can't afford to give toast out to their patrons I will not ever come to a Hilton ever again, i dont care how nice it is. All I got from the employees said Well it's upper level Management's decision well tell upper level management you're going to lose people who are Road Warriors and I'm going to literally tell everyone I know not to stay at Hilton ever again because people who cheap out on the Small Things cheap out on the big things eventually.

I found the staff to be very friendly. The room clean and quiet. I am a 68 yr old women traveling alone and felt safe at all times both in my room and around the premises. Would stay there again and recommend to friends and relatives.

Late evening staff was unhelpful and not engaged. I felt as if I were bothering them when asking a simple question. I purchased items for the room and never once did they stand, smile, offer me a bag or any type of customer service.

The rooms were very comfortable. Most of the staff was great.
Our A/C was difficult to control. I asked the male Hispanic front desk worker if someone could help me with it, but he didn’t send anyone up.
The sliding door to the bathroom was so messed up we’re afraid someone is going to get their fingers broken by it.
The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work, so the was very little privacy while in the bathroom.

Nice new looking facility. The room they gave us was very noisy and difficult to relax with all that road noise. There were no drinking cups in our room or bathroom. Sorry…but we won’t be booking at Hilton in the future.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I needed printouts and the desk clerks printed my information for me. We sat at the bar and had wonderful conversations with all the bartenders. It was very relaxing. I would definitely go back again.

We woke up our first night to AC not working. Front desk was informed, and said they would send maintenance. Unfortunately, when we returned to our room in the evening, the AC was still not working. We were given a new room , so it all worked out.

Clean, Comfortable and Excellent Location
Check-in was fast, friendly front desk staff. The room was nice and cold, the bed super soft and comfy. I was surprised by how quiet the room was given there are two busy roads nearby. I didn't hear a thing all night! Close to retail and restaurants too.

Everyone makes mistakes/ No harm no foul.
It was one little honest mistake, but we were tired and grumpy from long travels.
We had been travelling for nearly 12 hours and were very tired. We checked in and were given keys for a 4th floor room. We took our luggage and went to the room. Keys wouldn't work. A very helpful member of the housekeeping staff asked if she could help and opened the room for us. To everyone's surprise, it was already occupied!
We had to go back downstairs, (we both use canes to get around), get assigned a new room, then go back up to the 4th floor to the new room. Being tired and cranky this was not a good start to our stay. The hotel invited us to have a few drinks at the bar that evening on them, but we don't drink. They offered us a free breakfast for two, but our room came with breakfast included. The hotel eventually made it up to us and we enjoyed our stay once we had gotten cleaned up and rested.
Chris, the morning shift server in the restaurant was an absolute joy. Will stay here again next time we are in town.

Would not stay again unfortunately
The hotel itself was clean, comfortable & overall a good stay. I book through hotels.com often due to my Expedia standings and am also a hiltons honor member, however I find it extremely rude when they treat someone checking in through them completely different than someone who used another site such as hotels.com to book their room. As a vip through hotels.com you're supposed to receive perks & upgrades when available and that never happens with Hilton properties, they treat you like black sheep and won't even give you a bottle of water.
This hotel didn't have a pool and no outdoor lounge area except for their front porch, for that reason alone I would not stay here again as I enjoy being able to sit outside in the sun in the morning with coffee/breakfast/etc.
In addition, it came with free breakfast, and it took quite a while for them to prepare, when I finally got back up to my room, it was completely wrong and had to come back down and order something different. Just found it to be a hassle and the bartender made me feel like I was bothering him because they gave me the wrong order and I wanted the right order.

Wonderful stay but would eat elsewhere
Beautiful hotel and great stay we had. Great attentive staff at the hotel but the food was overpriced for the quality. We ordered pancakes and they were uncooked in the center. No, we didn't complain at the time as we were hungry and ready for bed.

Great but Pricey Hotel
Everything about this new hotel was GREAT - location, new construction, room size, amenities - except the price. It was a great place to stay but price was very high for the level of hotel offered.
