Friendly staff
This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The room was clean and Dana at the front desk was very friendly and cheerful when I checked in.

There was no coffee maker or hair dryer in the room. There was also hair in the bathtub. The bed so was horribly uncomfortable! The mattress was like sleeping on concrete!

Dont stay here
My wife got scolded for touching the touch screen at the check in desk looking at the dishes you have to ask for in full kitchen room, room stunk so bad had ask for airfreshner just go in room . Still had to go buy glade plugins to mask the smell ( didnt work ) found a pill under air-conditioning unit woke up next morning to a cockroach crawling on the wall

The room needs some updating, the carpet had some strange sticky stuff on in, the sink was spraying water (a hole in the faucet), the fridge was pretty gross on the outside. Thankfully bed was clean and comfortable and AC worked great. I wasn’t a fan of some of the people who seemed to be “living” there-many of them constantly smoking cigarettes outside (even though they claim to be a smoke-feee property).

They have signs around the property about a 10 point cleaning process. The carpet had some lint and paper on it. The counter top in kitchen had spots and in the morning, I discovered the shower had hair in the drain and on the walls. Although staff was pleasant, it was not clean. I checked out early and desk clerk said he would pass my complaints on to the manager, but I never got a call. I don't recommend this property to others.

The sheets on the bed were not clean. We went to the front desk to get a new set of sheets. There was no TV remote in the room. We had to ask for plates and silverware because there were none in the room. The manager of the hotel said we should contact you for a refund. I slept very poorly related to this experience.

Worst check in I’ve experienced
Worst check-in I’ve ever had. Hotel said they couldn’t pull up reservation, even though I had confirmation e-mail from Hotels.com, and my credit card already had the amount taken out. Said they couldn’t call anyone about it either. Repeatedly just said “we don’t have anything to do with hotels.com.” Then tried to check in normally with another room they had, and they couldn’t figure that out because “computer shows it dirty, even though it’s not.” Literally 40 minutes later, 1 am, they said “oh it’s showing up now,” but was for the wrong day — even though my confirmation was correct. Eventually they called some hotel manager on the phone who told them (2 people who couldn’t figure this out) to just do it. It then took them 2 tries to make keys that work. Hardly worth mentioning but room had food on the floor in between two beds, too. I stay in about 50 hotels a year - worst check in I’ve ever seen. Hotels.com makes it near impossible to get a human on their phone, too, which doesn’t help.

Very Disappointing
Wasn’t nearly as clean as the pictures would have you believe (dirty floors, shower still had someone’s hair all over, sheets and towels smelled like burnt rubber/oil). Check in staff member displayed unprofessional behaviors ex. Smacking on gum…loudly! Noisy guest with zero control.

The room smelled very musty. I had to get a febreeze plugin, a candle, and some spray to get it out. The toilet kept clogging so I had to keep asking for a plunger. The elevator stopped working at one point. It's not the worst hotel I have ever stayed in but...if you have no other options.

You get what you pay for. Exactly as billed. Plain but clean with no extras. I don't know why I am being asked to review since the hotel in question didn't have my Expedia reservation. It didn't show.

Nice room but don't expect an actual breakfast.
Hotel was listed as providing breakfast, but we do not consider instant oatmeal and granola bars breakfast! There is no ice either. On the plus side, the room was comfortable and having a little kitchen and a table was very convenient. Staff were all very friendly.

Hotel was not clean, smelled of smoke. Although there was a kitchen all necessary items to cook were not available and had to be retrieved from the front desk. The hotel was loud between floors and pretty work down.

Facility was decent for pricing. Went against reviews and still booked. Saw a roach on my wall. Had to wash all my things expeditiously. Came in at 6am after the club. No breakfast but bars and old tasting muffins. Nice area with restaurants and businesses near by.

It was raining and around 40 degrees outside when I checked in. The room (otherwise in good condition) had the windows open and air conditioner set to cool to 60 degrees. Very strange and unwelcoming. Otherwise, the experience was fine for an inexpensive hotel.

Window was partially opened when we entered….we soon noticed a weird smell, perhaps the reason for the open window.

The staff is amazing! Everyone is so kind hearted. Felicia, Oscar and Deovian should teach courses in the lost art of customer service. They are they kindest and most energetic staff members. I felt right at home.

Nothing stood out. The room had two plastic wrapped cups and nothing else. There was a kitchenette with NOTHING in it. We asked for an ice bucket but were told that there were ice trays for ice and no ice machines and there were no trays in the freezer. The "breakfast included" were small wrapped muffins in two flavors and some coffee. Nothing else - no juice, cereal, etc.

Don’t be Dissuade by other poor reviews. I got a queen room for a work trip for 2 nights. I’m a frequent traveler who suffers from poor pillow problems. Here they are perfect! The whole room was clean and no visible issues. Best bang for the buck. I slept so well. I will definitely stay here again the next time I get back. I would highly recommend it.

Room was not cleaned! Had bugs in the kitchen area, Not vacuumed carpet was stained and had food crumbs, Bathroom floor was not clean, had toenail clippings near the door... a Total mess, checked out with out staying. Notified onsite staff and confirmed refund the next morning with Manager.

Room smelled of cigarettes even though they claimed it was non smoking. Saw several roaches and other bugs in the room. Went to open the bathroom door and door knob came right off. Was not a comfortable stay.

We were in town for an event at another hotel nearby. That hotel was full so we booked here. Price was comparable but that’s it. Grab and go breakfast was granola bars and packaged muffins. The room had a kitchenette but was not furnished with dishes or utensils. At check-in, he did ask me if we needed something to just ask. No hair dryer in the room either. Bathroom sink was very slow to drain. Room door did not latch unless you pushed really hard. Thermostat on Air conditioner didn’t seem to work. It was cool in the room, but definitely not as cool as we had the temp set. Bed was hard. The room was not cleaned mid stay but that could’ve been part of “saving the earth” or whatever. Pros: easy to find, adequate parking, close to restaurants and shopping, quiet, plenty of room in the room for 2 people with luggage to move around comfortably. It had a table and chair, desk and chair, dresser, and reclining chair in addition the the kitchenette and bed.

Room was overpriced. Toilet had not been flushed and the TV was on. Room is not clean at all. Not worth the price. Room was more expensive on hotels.com then through The website. Was thoroughly disgusted by the unflushed toilet.

My room was hot and smelly. I could hear the neighbor snoring loud, the bathroom tub had a yellow to dark stain due to the water leak. It kept leaking water during my whole stay. No other amenities included during this stay.

The one person I want to point out is Charles. He was the night desk clerk. My wife was there for more than a month and his service was always excellent, friendly and compassionate. He went out of his way to make sure our stay was pleasant and even dug me out of a parking spot after a snow storm. I thanked him personally and I hope he receives praise from the company.

The problem I encountered was I went to bed at 8:30pm and was woke up at 11:15 pm with someone tv blasting until 1:15am in the morning. Also there was a laughter and talking out load and screaming.

This is a nice place to stay. Lots of the lodgers here travel for work. After a long day doing their often difficult jobs, they come back here to crash. Therefore, it's pretty quiet. The only things that are different are that there is a scent of cooking ongoing and there is a pervasive smell of what I call "almost cigarette smoke." It's like high school when the teacher tried to catch kids smoking. Smoke gets blown out of windows. Some smokers stand very close to the entrance and smoke. Some smoke by the other exits. The smell is NOT in the rooms, but it's in the hallways and the outside of the facility. The rooms are plenty big. We had a king bed.
We did not use the full-size refrigerator or the two burner electric range on our trip. My advice to stayers is to ask for a room AWAY from the Interstate. You will thank me for that advice. I have now stayed here twice. Once booked under Cheap Tickets and once booked directly through ESA's website. Here's more advice: DO NOT BOOK THROUGH CHEAP TICKETS because they will put you into Procedural Hell if you have to cut short your stay. You get to chat with an unhelpful online bot and then go websearching for their number that is staffed by carbon-based life forms. Then you will be on hold like I was for 38 minutes just to get one night refunded. ESA can't change reservations booked by third-party sites like Cheap Tickets. I paid a price for a room that frankly wasn't that much cheaper. Go direct to ESA.

The air conditioning was not working properly it wasn’t that bad the first night but the 2nd night it was horrible. They have a hole on their parking lot & I twisted my ankle. The receptionist moved me to another room with only one bed & it took her 2 hours to get me a roller way bed. No one helped you had to keep running up & down getting everything on your own

Long term 'paid' guest are booted off the hotel free wireless daily (at the same time each day). You're in the middle of something important, and lose valuable time to stop and go through the process of logging back in to re-authenticate to the network.

Where to begin... as soon as we got in the elevator to go to our room it smelled like marijuana. We get out of the elevator into the hall to go to our room and it smelled like trash (we literally held our breath it was so bad). And there was trash from several of the rooms outside of their doors that didn’t get picked up by the cleaning service the entire time we were there. We get into the room and it is ok, or so we thought.... then we find a makeup stain on the pillows, the sink did not drain properly and would back up. We also discovered someone’s dirty socks in the closet in plain view on the clothes rack. Disgusting. Would never stay here again. The cleaners need lessons on how to clean. Wish we could get our money back.
