Disgusting
The room was disgusting we had to sleep with clothes on head to toes! The headboard was filthy the carpet was stained. There was no shower curtain! Absolutely disgusting!!!

All the staff I was in contact with were pleasant, helpful, and efficient.
I realize that replacing carpet is expensive, but the hall carpet and my room carpet were pretty disgusting.

There is no maid service if you stay less than 7 days. If you have garbage you have to take it out yourself. I could hear people walking above my room. I felt like ceiling was going to come down.

Had to wait about 15minutes at the fromt desk before i could check-in because there was no one there, and at check there was still no one i just ended up leaving the key at the front desk.

Liked the refrigerator/freezer size; property condition was decent, but not 5 star; cleanliness was fair, but the microwave had shredded cheese under the turntable; breakfast options were less than expected - coffee, muffins, & Nature Valley Bars were the choices. Also, you had to contact the front desk for any tableware or pans needed - kitchenette was not stocked.

Never again
Carpets were stained, filthy, and sticky feeling when walked on. The room smelled mildewed, the kitchenette was broken down, with tore up counters. The curtains wouldn’t close, and the tub wouldn’t drain, so we showered standing in dirty water.

Worst stay ever
Im a long standing Gold Member with Hotel.com. I booked a room that was pet friendly and the room was horrible. Smelled wasnt santized and the staff was not professional at all. Worst stay ever

The lady at the front desk was snappy and rude. no greet or personality. the room was DISGUSTING!! Stains on all the chairs, dirt in the tub.. didn’t even want to shower or sleep in the bed. Dust on everything looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. gross!! Never again!!

Extended stay was short
The customer service was poor. The WiFi is a joke. Had to pay for uploading and streaming. Couldn’t get that to work so I had to call the internet provider myself since the front desk said it was after business hours for her. The bed was very uncomfortable. The laundry room cost more than a regular laundromat. The light on the stove didn’t work. To be honest I need a refund. I hated the whole experience. I won’t be back.

Front Desk Downfall
We arrived for our reservation check-in at around 6:30-ish (it wasnt late at night). I expressed we would need dishes. We specifically stay at Extended Stays to eat in the room as much as possible and save money. The front desk girl (wish I caught her name) told me that she just got to her shift and needed to do the dishes, so "not yet." To make a long story short, we got to the room and not even a disposable cup to drink. My hubby went to desk for something else and just thought he'd ask about dishes and told her he knew she had to wash them first. She looked surprised and said "no they're ready, what do you need?" It was no problem...so I guess she did the dishes in 25 minutes and...ok my bad. things we needed...bowls, silverware...to start. Long story short, We could never get everything we needed to just go back to room and be done. We had to keep retirning to the desk to get a couple dishes, then back later for a couple more dishes, etc. At one visit my hubby saw the girl shaking her head as he walked up...like, oh no him again! My hubby tried to kinda joke about it, saying "its me again!" Haha The girl was very short/curt with her answers and acted tired of helping us, but all of this nonsense could be avoided if they just gave us everything we needed at once. We were there for 4 days and had to get a few things slowly over time. Thankfully the first morning, after shift change, we were able to ask a new girl at the desk who brought a coffeemaker down to our room.

Wish We Could've Stayed
Was perfect for us. We were traveling in our RV and had a tire blow out and cause significant damage. We had to find a place to stay that was pet friendly and this place was great. We are still waiting for the repairs to the RV, but had to switch motels because this place was booked for the extra days that we needed. We wish we could've stayed as the motel we are currently in is nowhere near as good as this Extended Stay.

Unfortunately a bit so good experience. The furniture in the room was dirty, carpet was dirty, furniture paint was chipped, bathroom tub faucet running full stream. No utensils or plates in the cupboard to use.

We just needed a place to stay for the night. The shower drain did not work . . . tub filled and therefore shower could not be used. Drawers on dresser were literally falling apart. Bathroom counter was dirty.

Gross. Cockroaches
When we checked in could clearly see that the place was pretty run down. there was some sort of dried flowers in the sink which lead me to believe it was not very clean. it was hidden by the horrendous paint covering the bathroom counter and shower. I immediately wiped everything down with clorox wipes and was ready to suck it up for a few day until.... my husband woke up in the middle of the night and comes back to bed and says there were cockroaches scurrying in the backroom when he turned on the lights. I could not sleep after that and worried they would get into my bags etc. In the morning I planned to go to the desk and see what they could do. Since I could not sleep I woke up before dawn and got ready. I am totally freaked out by bugs so was going to make sure none with in my crocs before putting them on. Well i didn't have to look inside because one was on the outside. After flinging that across the room I went downstairs but not before i saw another in the corner. I took a pic to show the desk person. She didn't even bother to look and said she didn't blame me and I'd get refunded for the 3 additional days i would not be staying. still haven't seen the money. i am now charged for this dump and another hotel. hoping they do the right thing and refund me. avoid this place unless you want to bring home roaches.

Bad experience/Waste of money
A bad experience. Doors didn’t have access. The odor from other rooms were entering my room. People knocking on doors in the hallway. Kept hearing a loud booming noise that shook the entire room. Tried airing out the room by opening the window but, a stench or marijuana smoke entered the room. Could not sleep at all. Purchased a room from a different hotel down the road. Very disappointing and a waste of money

We had an emergency and needed a place to stay with our young kids. We booked online. Made it to the hotel after midnight, and then it took another hour to get checked in at the lobby. The room was not encouraging, very outdated, and while the beds looked ok, the bathroom was dirty. There was dirt packed into the corners along the floor. We did not stay the 2nd night we thought we would need even though they refused a refund.

Clean, affordable, and comfortable in Mesa
The hotel was a welcome to us compared to the one we stayed at the night prior. It was clean and comfortable. The only bad thing was the stomping coming from the above room and the way they basically pushed us out the next day for check out. We got a phone call at 10:30 and at 11:01, we had housekeeping pounding on the door!

We checked in at 4:45 PM and our room was not ready. The halls needed vacuuming. Our room was not cleaned very well. There was popcorn pieces on the floor between the bed and night stand. The confirmation email said that dishes and silverware were provided but nothing was there. Not even a coffee pot. Found out the next morning that we needed to request it. That information should be mentioned on the information email. I will never stay there again!

The customer service as good. The rooms were not cleaned or new towel given daily. The continental breakfast constisted of dry granola bars, old muffins and the coffee was always empty and lack of sugar and cream.

The room was clean enough, but was not fitted out completely. Unlike the commercials for the chain, the kitchen area was NOT equipped with any dishes, silverware or utensils, you had to go to the desk and specifically ask for them. Then you got a plastic bin with enough dishes for two people and one saucepan. There were no towels in the bathroom and I had to go down to the desk and ask for those. Then I discovered there were no hangers in the closet area. The desk clerk told me that was because guests stole them. I left a set of Dollar Tree hangers in the closet when I left. The included 'breakfast' consisted of small banana or chocolate muffins or Nature Valley granola bars and coffee, tea or hot chocolate. There was a microwave, a full-size refrigerator and a two burner stove No room cleaning during the 5 days that I was there. I suppose you had to ask for that at the desk too, but there was no notice anywhere about what you had to ask for.

Dirty and Stinky
I had lost my phone. It was very hard for me to find the hotel. When I finally found it I needed to email my family to let them know I was safe. There was no computer available to use and the front desk attendant said he could not send an email. (like he didn’t have a phone? ) The hotel was gross and my room smelled like someone had been smoking in it for years. When I turned on the air conditioner it stunk to high heaven. I had asked the morning manager if he could please send the email. He said he would but I later found out he did not contact my family.
The elevator was so disgusting someone needed to sweep it out it was absolutely filthy. This is the second gross hotel I’ve been in the Phoenix area. I feel like if I pay over at $100 it should be at least decent. Super 8 in Chandler and this hotel in Mesa we’re absolutely disgusting. What a waste of money and a terrible nights sleep in both these places.

When my husband and I got to the hotel the room was not clean. The pillow cases were full of dog hairs and the telephone had dog hairs and it was not sanitized. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom and no towels. Luckily I had some sanitizer wipes and wipes everything down. The room smelled like dog pee.

The property is very old. Needs to be updated. The first room I got was on the 1st floor and the windows didn’t shut. I did not feel safe at all. The kitchen appliances were very dated. very dingy. I asked for a safer room. The staff was very accommodating. They put me on the 3rd floor. The windows still didn’t lock but was fine for 2 nights. Room was a little cleaner but the shower leaked really bad. They didn’t restock the toilet paper and it was iffy if I could get extra linens. The only redeeming quality was the staff but I wouldn’t recommend this place and I won’t be going there again.

We requested a 2 night stay, the management/front desk was kind and respectful and willing to help. Although the Room was filthy, unsettling I had to ask for refund on 2nd night, we literally had to go online to view another Accommodation, in other words, we went to La Quinta, paid an additional $80.00 so I wouldn't be in this hotel, sorry to be honest, but the pictures online are deceiving, I will never put my family in this situation again and to make it worse, the hotel cost was pricy...

Lack of someone at the desk, there was always a sign saying we’ll be right back. But almost never was someone there. And the lack of towels and washclothes was not acceptable.
And when we checked out, we asked for a receipt. The person we finally found said it wasn’t policy to give out receipts. Are you kidding me?

Bathroom vent fan so noisy even neighbors could hear it. Big red stain on carpet.

This was the worst extended stay I’ve ever stayed at. The exterior was great to the eye but the interior of the common areas were old and shabby looking. The elevator was in very bad condition and then my room was not anything like pictures. Very angry that I was robbed and mislead. I will never stay at extended stay again especially if that’s what the company feels is ok to make people pay for.

This property is ratty and tired. No coffee available after 10 a.m. and no coffee maker in the room. No blowdryer. Minimal toiletries. Awful mattress. Dirty carpet. Front desk staff were very pleasant. There is no way this hotel should be priced at $200 a night under any circumstance.

You definitely get what you pay for. This was one of the lowest-priced hotels in the area, but other than that, it had few advantages other than a kitchenette (the fridge was very clean, and the floors seemed newer). The entrance was fine.
CONS:
Dingy elevator, bad smell permeating the room, hair in the tub, damaged counter in the kitchenette, no supplies for the kitchen, no pool, cheap/swayed mattress, no daily cleaning services, lamp on one side of the bed only, no hangers, etc. Most of the room needed updating. The room had two ceilings--half was flat; the other half was popcorn.

There really wasn't anything unique about the property other than it was cleaner outside and well kept compared to the inside.
From the baseboards peeling/missing, elevator door grime, chairs in the rooms filthy with who knows what the substance was to the microwave being dirty with food splatter and missing the glass the turntable inside to the furniture looking worn out and dirty and the screens on the windows falling out and the bathroom trashcan full with the previous guests trash. The list goes on and on.
I paid over $800 for 2 rooms / 2 nights and was sorely disappointed with the condition of this hotel. I've stayed in ESA properties several times, however this one really needs to be renovated. The staff was polite and courteous.

The room was unacceptable. The sink still has soap running down the side the nightstand was dirty there was stuff stuck on the carpet. You can tell this room hadn’t been cleaned properly in quite some time with the dust.

When we arrived they told us they were overbooked and had no room with 2 beds. One of us slept on the worst fold out couch bed I ever saw.. We did not get the room we asked for. A refund did not help a sore back!

When entering our room I thought it was going to be decent, but then I went into the bathroom and there were cobwebs around the sprinkler head, there was gunk in the tub, and it just didn’t have that “clean” feeling for paying $225 to sleep there. The parking lot was covered in random water puddles which made it a challenge to get out of vehicle with our luggage. (Unfortunately there wasn’t spaces available when parking that were away from the water). There is only one entrance in (through the front door) the stove was completely dirty, the fridge wasn’t working correctly. Our food had spoiled that we had purchased. Pretty bumming for paying $225!! As thankful as I was to have a bed to sleep in (it was pretty hard) I won’t be back. “Breakfast” is a granola bar or a pre wrapped muffin

Never again! $182.00 for nothing!
Dated, dogs running free inside and peeing on the piller right outside the door. People complaining while i was checking in about sheets not being changed after asking for 3 days. Said furnished kitchen not 1 thing in there. No hot water for tea, coffee was out had to wait while they made it. Creamer wouldn’t work. Muffins tasted like sawdust! Bed was hard and tv so small could hardly see it.

Terrible hotel. I paid for my reservation weeks ago, only to arrive at 8:45pm and the rude girl at the counter tell me they overbooked and she gave away my room. She lied and said she contacted me to tell me. I had no email nor a phone call and then she lied again and said “we’ll sometimes the contact info isn’t there”. Easily can tell she lied about calling me! Then she said she already refunded me but she didn’t! They obviously didn’t refund me if hotels.com sent me an email to rate them two days later right? She was rude and combative, and thanks to your mistake, the only option left was to stay in casa grande for $550! Your incompetence cost me an extra 350 that night. Don’t stay here- these people are thieves and morons. Give me back my $200!

I didnt like that the kitchen wasn't stocked. You had to get what you needed from the front desk. They said due to covid. The place really needs to be updated. It might have been clean but i wasnt confident that it was.

Extended stay
The bathroom was dirty. There was mold around the bath tub which we wiped with a towel that came out black. We could see the difference around the tub that was wiped and not wiped. The remote for the TV was filthy. We sipped that with a wash cloth which was black afterward. The room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. TV reception was marginal with limited viewing channels.

Customer service was not existent.
I was not able to stay here because your credit card machine was down and I did not have the hotel fare along with an extra deposit to pay. The front desk person would not take a copy of my credit card to run through when it came back up nor would she call and do it manually. I had to find another room elsewhere and then you charged me anyway because it was after the cancellation time. So i got charged for a room I was not allowed to have and am now fighting the charge which I should not have to do. Seems to me she could have called the credit card company and put it through. I was left calling around for another room. I will not bother with your hotel again.

UNHAPPIEST EVER
After I booked my rooms in APRIL AND CONFIRMED IN JULY 3 weeks before I left, I get there they tell me they over booked, and tried to reach me... Thats a lie, as they had ALL my contact info. That left me with 1 hour to find 2 hotel rooms and pick up my 80yr old Mother from The AZ airport in 100 dgr heat. They offered me a free nights stay. No Thanks I cant trust they would have the room. Isnt the whole thing about a reservation HOLDING THE ROOM.??? So I do not give them any good rankings. La Quinta was way better

Everything was fantastic! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! The hotel was very clean and decorated very nicely, and there was even a lovely fragrance throughout the entire building! We definitely plan to return here with every trip to Phoenix!

What bs!
After staying at this specific hotel last year for 4 months, I finally returned for a week's stay. I had to add more days for my stay and when I went down to the front desk to sign papers to renew I handed them my ID and was told that on their computer it was pulled up DNR, meaning do not rent. I had already been there an entire week handed them up my ID when I checked in and no one said anything to me. When I asked why all of a sudden is it coming up this way no one could explain anything to me. The worst part of this is is that I had just gotten out of the hospital when I had gone to the front desk to sign any papers and everything else. I literally could not walk at all and was given 2 hours to leave the hotel. The manager of the hotel could not tell me why it said this. But blamed prior staff for not checking my ID probably as being the reason why it wasn't noticed before. He gave me an 800 number to call I explained what was going on and the 800 number people said they would pass it on to a specific team and they would get back to me in 24 to 48 hours. So regardless even though I just got out of the hospital couldn't walk anything else I was still asked to leave with no explanation of why. In the past 2 years I had stayed at that hotel for work for a total of 11 months. With zero issues. During my week's day this time the elevator broke for 4 days. There was trash thrown all over the third floor along with cigarette butts thrown down hallways.

I saw a homeless person on the side of the building. I still tried to check in and was told that they had NO pet rooms available. I am trying to get a refund through you all and No is able to help me. I get a call from someone who gives me an incomplete call back number and she barely spoke English
