Nasty hotel. They gave my reservation away, then offered me an unacceptable dirty room that didn’t meet my needs and smelled like an ash tray.
Refused to work with me and would not give me a refund.

Waited 30 minutes for someone to check me in. Watched multiple drug deals take place while i waited. Whole place was filthy and super sketchy. Didn't even get to the room before we decided to bail. Asked for a refund and they couldn't give a full refund. No manager to complain to. Ended up disputing the credit card charge. Do not stay here!

I liked that the person who checked me in made sure I knew how to get to my room, as I checked in pretty late.
There was honestly nothing I didn’t like. The slightly less than perfect rating is simply about the obvious age of the property, which probably makes it difficult to look “perfect.”
Oh, and it’s 2022. PLEASE update the rooms with charging stations for cell phones and other electronics.

I liked the lower price with less amenities as when i travel for business i dont have the time to enjoy amenities. When traveling for pleasure i do not go to remain in a hotel pool, or restaurant.
The staff kept the place immaculately cleaned.

NEVER AGAIN
The hotel was very disappointing. My reservations was canceled, we had to go and ask for the silver ware, pots and pans for the room. My neice cut her finger on a broken toilet cover.

The receptionist could not find our reservation based upon my name. I had to find the confirmation number (not included on your email) and check in that way. There was trash piled up in the hallways, the rooms were not properly cared for and our room reeked of smoke, even though it was nonsmoking. I would never stay here again. I’ve had good luck with extended stays as well, but not this one.

This was a trip out of a bad movie.
It started with the location cancling my reservation and charging me full price on the sly. Mistake of not it does not look good. I was given a room and no one had cleaned it. There was human excrement on the bed and the room was destroyed. We were given a new room where the plumbing would not drain. People were fixing cars in the parking lot at night. Just a very run down hotel. It would be nice if it was maintained but it appears the owners just gave up. Look for another place...just a let down.

I was disappointed that there were no chairs in the room at all. I called about my tv, and no one ever came. I made my reservation online which was easy. I decided to extend my stay for one more night, so I went online to extend it. Good think I made a cope of my receipt because the hotel could fine nothing showing the changes. I finally got it take care of.

Does not look like the pictures. I thought this would be a decent hotel to stay in after driving 12 hours and it was not clean, there was leftover garbage from the last guests who stayed there. The bathroom light wouldn’t work so I called to tell the lobby. He said he’d give us another room. When I went down there he said they were sold out that he would give me a discount to stay in that room. I did get a $30 discount but I would not recommend staying here. The only reason I did was because I was so tired from driving and had to leave early the next morning for another long drive. It was only a place to sleep but was very sketchy. Not clean. Didn’t seem like a safe area.

False advertising crap hole
It had a kitchen, that is why we rented it, because my dad was going to be in the hospital for awhile, I called before I reserved it and I asked the guy did we need to bring our own dishes and if it had a coffee pot,mind you we were traveling from another state, he told me they wasn’t kept in the room but when I got here and got to the room just call the office and they would bring it to our room, so whenI got here to check in, I asked the guy, so do I just call y’all then when I get to the room for y’all to bring the coffee pot and the dishes down, he was hateful and said No you get them from here yourself we don’t bring them down and I can tell you now we are out of coffee pots and it will be about an hour for me to get your dishes ready, I said that is fine we have to go over by the hospital and then go to the grocery store so we can cook dinner when we get back it will be a couple hours, so while I was out getting groceries that you cook I picked up a coffee pot, I was with my mom and granny by the way which are both handicapped and we reserved a 2 bed, on the bottom floor which we only got a 1 bed and I had to sleep in a chair, but anyway they were really wore out and me not as much as them, I go to get our dishes and he said they our out and don’t have any, I asked how are we supposed to cook our dinner, he said he has no clue, and then to beat it all after being there a couple hours we discovered they had roaches

WORST HOTEL EVER! NIGHTMARE!
ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! It's like they took a crack motel and stamped it "Extended Stay". Description says, "coffee maker, cookware, dishware and utensils" yet NOTHING was there. My booking was for 3 nights. We stayed 1 night and canceled the rest. My credit card was overcharged. People were hanging out in the breezeways like they were doped up. Between people banging on the walls all hours of the night, being right next to a highway and worried that my vehicle might be broken into by the crackheads, I didn't get any sleep. DO NOT BOOK HERE!

The hotel room was comfy, however I they don’t have an official lobby, and the only way to call someone for the office is to use their phone in the middle of the hotel. Then for my bathroom, the suit was fully clogged with urine and feces and wasn’t cleaned before I got there. Overall a 3/10 experience and probably wouldn’t recommend.

This place is disgusting! I found a cockroach on my pillow! Expedia contacted the hotel when Imcomplained and left it up to me to negotiate on getting my money back. The hotel offered to move me to a different but refused to refund me for the night. I will never go back nor will I ever use Expedia again!

When we checked in to our first room - the toilet was stopped up, we got sent to the next room and it hadn't been cleaned, then we got sent to another room and it hadn't been cleaned. We asked for our money back and went to another hotel. In all of our travels - this has never happened before.

I was having a weekend away woth my aiaters and all of our kids. We reserved our room 2 months in advance and paid for them when we did. Two of us got there early and checked in, our other sister couldnt check in until later around 10, we talked to Bentley at the front desk and told him, he said it was okay. We didnt go into our rooms, we went to dinner first. When we got back to the hotel and my third sister went to get her keys for the room she paid for 2 months ago, he told her that he had given it away because she didnt check in earlier. After a small argument with him over it, she had to settle for a queen room, just 1 bed. My second sister went into her room and the bed was slept in, dirt all over the floors, tv was on, bathroom looked like someone had just used it. So down to the office we go again.... Bently had to give her 2 rooms, those were at least empty. He is just a very unfriendly man, he sighed when we told him things and just looked at us. In the past 3 years, we have stayed there over 15 times, Ive never had problems with it until this time. We wont ever go back and I wont ever recommend it to anyone!!!

From what I could tell, it is a welfare hotel, and thus was fully occupied. There were what appeared to be drug addicts who live there hanging out in back. Loud music emanated from multiple cars filled with questionable characters. The dingy room had too many bugs of various species. The floor was dirty and stairs to the unit way worse. I had stayed at Extended Stay in Boise for six weeks and it was excellent. Thus I hit this pit while on a road trip. Other than two very nice and attentive front desk persons, this was actually a scary place to stay for my wife and young kids.

The people they have cleaning their rooms is sad. The lady was on drugs and couldn’t even check out a key. Also my total on my confirmation was way less than what they charged my car 200 dollars difference!!

For the price it was okay. I didn't realize people live there for a long period of time. Was like an apartment complex and people hanging out in the halls.
No dishes or pans were in the room. I asked about it and then they said they could supply some. Was very minimal. Clean and in decent shape.

Extended Stay Hotel in Roanoke was terrible. Our feet stuck to the floor and the carpeting was all stained to the point that it looked like a crime scene. First room they place to send was clearly occupied previously by a smoker and when we requested a change the front desk clerk told me that it was not his issue but that of housekeeping and I should take it up with them. He finally gave us another room.

Extremely Rude night clerk
The hotel clerk turned down me and my two children after we drove 3 hours to Roanoke. He told me we couldn’t stay because I have a local ID and had to book for a week even though I had already paid. I was stereotyped because I was a young black man with tattoos. I’m a union welder and I’m on the road for weeks at a time so I don’t reside in the area anymore I was trying to spend my one weekend a month with my children. I’ve stayed there numerous times for one night only with no problem that’s how I know he was lying and stereo typed me and was extremely rude when I wasn’t. He wouldnt even help me with the refund process. I would not recommend this place to anyone, that was really unprofessional and uncalled for.

I received two rooms at check-in that where dirty. The first room was not supposed to be rented out and the second belkng to someone else. The third was ok. Loud guest rude service. No pots or kitchen wear considering its a extended stay. They advertised they have these items but no available.

Great but hygiene products cheap.
Everything was amazing great bed everything. Only problem I had was the bar soap they give you to use it made me break out in small hives and bumps other than that this is a great place to stay for the price just don’t use the hygiene products bring your own.

You get what you pay for
Good price. Near highway. Service was pleasant and professional. After checking into the room, 2 police cars showed up for some issues with something. We saw people working on the their car in the parking lot. 2 men dressed in drag. Trash can outside the room filled to the top. Room is clean, no bad odor is a plus. No pots, pans or eating utensils. Kitchen cabinets could use better cleaning inside the door. No coffee maker. Not the ritz but comfortable. Clientele can be somewhat scary.

Its a NO for me
We had stayed here before, about 2 years ago and it was the best place to stay, so to say we were disappointed this time was an understatement. We had a 100 deposit upon arrival that we were not informed about, prior to arrival. Then our room door kept locking us out. The fronr desk man had to come out ar midnight and "warm" the door lock up for us. We stood outside in the cold with him working and doing his best to get us in, but we ended up having to pop the screen out of the window and climb through it to get in our room.

Carpet was extremely stained. Stink bugs all over the room. No remote for the tv. Had to wait on the boy in the office to get done on his cellphone just to check in. No washcloths. Very noisy between the traffic and other guests.

They put me in a room that wasn't cleaned (bed not made, towels on the floor). I let them know and the second room was on the third floor. The elevator doesn't go to the third floor because it's broken. That room was ok, but in need of some updates. Noise from the highway was terrible. I moved to a different hotel for the rest of my stay. Courtyard Marriott was wonderful.

Pretty disgusting honestly. There was blood on our sheets, one pillow case, and two pillows didn’t have a case. We tried to call the front desk for more & our phone line was cut. We went downstairs and the guy claimed they were in the dryer and he would call when they are done. That never happened. We covered the bed with a blanket & grabbed our own pillows and blanket. There were fleas jumping out of the carpet. I should’ve known better when I pulled in and there were 4 cops in the parking lot. Just needed a quick place to lay our head because our campground didn’t work out & I promise, I will keep extended stay off my list next time!

Detailed experience
Upon arrival, i cleaned entire room with their very own white wash cloth. It wasnt white after i was done cleaning. Found under chair in room was a black Bic lighter and a small candle. Finally, room is clean. All linen appeared to be clean with no stains and room was in order. Kitchen area appeared in order. Being a painter, i noticed the room appeared to be professionally painted while seeing no overlapping. Some of the furniture had sligjt damage as is the bathroom molding. A/C worked wonderfully intermittently shutting on and off as it should. Motel was visited several times throughout my 8 day stay with 2 small operations taking olace involving at least 6 Police cars. Appeared to be at least 1 abandoned car outside with broken window and another being mechanically worked on. The exterior of my room was a train wreck. Halls to and from rooms being severely filthy with large nasty stains throughout. There appeared to be food smeared about at end of the halls. A large pile of dirty bed linen laid in hall for at least 2 days. Clearly i could see 2 employees with brooms and dust pans cleaning butts from lot but they appeared under maintenanced. Inwould recommend a small blower (battery powered) as well as a power washer to clean halls occasioanlly. They have a working elevator but am unsure if it was cleaned at all. Although I am not a smoker, I saw a smoking area in the parking lot but know its unprotected from rain. Lastly, parking spots are extremely small. Park with skill

We were placed in one room that had no cord to connect the tv so we were transferred to a second room. The door became stuck in the locked position in room 2 and we had to wait a couple hours for someone to let us in. Then we were transferred back to the room with no tv connect. Unsure if that problem had been addressed already.
