No staff or check in after 11 PM
This needs to be refunded. When I got to the hotel last night there was no front desk staff at all. I waited around for hours before giving up and going somewhere else.

It was not at all like what was online. Door was ajar and very old and smoky - filthy - we had already checked in, but we immediately left and went to a Marriott close by. I would take this site off of your listings.

The staff had turned my AC on full before I checked in. I WAS SO GRATEFUL!!!
I probably won’t choose this property again because. I felt the unsafe. There were lots of people milling around the property who did not look like they were clients. Seriously -I thot there could be some dealing going on

Old, smelly, room different than picture
The room was nothing like the picture online. There was no coffee maker, no dishes, and worst of all no table and no chairs! I had to open the ironing board just to have a place to put my suitcase! The kitchen outlet was black where it had burned. The toilet seat was broken. The kitchen handle was just hanging on. The curtains were halfway off the rod. The crack in the door was large enough for bugs to come in. Very old and smelled terrible. I had to go buy air freshener just to be able to stay there. When we checked in, there was a note that said out to lunch be back in 30 minutes. No seats to sit in and wait. Breakfast was a breakfast bar but when we went to get one, the door was locked with a sign be back in 30 minutes gone to lunch! Will not stay there again.

Never again!
We arrived late and immediately went to bed. Next morning we discovered that it was bot the accessible room with roll in dhower that we had reserved. the carpets were stained and the dedk chair was dirty. There was only one lsrge bath towel. When I spoke with management the bext morning she stated tt the rewuested room was not available and the Hotels.com did not specify our request to the hotel

Came for a wedding.
I did not realize until I arrived that all of the rooms are accessed from the outside. The room was somewhat clean but everything in the room was cheap. The suitcase rack fell down, the bathroom towel rack fell off, the shower had the plug and metal piece missing to take a bath. The towels were barely more than rags. I was never approached but there were many people walking around that were rough-looking. When I first asked for more washcloths I was told to bring the dirty ones down to be replaced. When I did so the next day, a much nicer man gave me enough to get through the stay. Shower controls were hard to figure out. Hot and cold were not as indicated. Overall, not a good place for a woman alone.

Ok at Extended stay
It was pretty average. The bed was terrible. It was way to hard. There was supposed to be a grab and go breakfast and they had none. The price was fair. It had a kitchenette, so we were able to do some cooking.

Faulty door
My room was clean and the bed was adequately comfortable. It was definitely not something to write home about for comfort, however. Unfortunately, the problem was that the front desk staff put me into a room with a known faulty door and when I returned from the wedding I was in town for, I was locked out. The front desk called the on-call maintenance staff, but it took hours for the person to arrive. In the meantime, I was able to get another room, but my belongings were stuck inside my original room with the faulty door. I did not get my belongings until 2am!! Despite my significant inconvenience, the hotel staff were all very kind and respectful throughout the experience.

This hotel was dirty and runned down. The bathroom floors was disgusting and had torn furniture. The absolute dirtiest hotel room i have ever been in and it had a big beetle the only thing the front desk staff where nice i will ever go back there. Nothing like the pictures

Roach Motel
There were roaches in both rooms the one I checked in and the one they moved ne to. The rooms were not properly cleaned. The night staff was great.

In short, my room was not clean. It had not been swept or vacuumed, there was a roach leg on the wall, there was a roach and a spider, there was food residue in the sink and the stove, a used water bottle behind the chair, used soap in the bathroom, and the outside of the tub had not been cleaned. Also the bathroom door would not close/lock.

Upon arrival they gave us a key to someone else’s room. Once we actually were put into a vacant room the towels were dirty, floor was completely stained & sticky. Stains on walls. Cockroach legs on walls. “Kitchen” area looked filthy and falling apart. Our first night there was a fight that broke out in front of our door, we were unable to go up until the police arrived to diffuse the situation. And even then I listened to a girl screaming because whoever was going to jail. I chose this extended stay for my 2 night stay based on reviews. I could’ve stayed at a 1 star rating and got the same experience for alot less.

I am very disappointed, frustrated and upset. After a long day, we were tired, ready to rest only to find out that there is nobody in the front desk to check us in and the door was locked, this was 1015pm. We tried to call the emergency number posted if help is needed, no answer.30 mins passed still no one came with plenty of people with us waiting, I called customer service,it’s unfortunate that they can’t do anything but to call FD but no answer. We finally called police to get help, after 2 hours around 1230sh am we were transferred to nearest Extended Stay america, expecting to have our previous reservation honored, No, they made us pay again!!!
So frustrating!!! but because we were tired we needed to rest, we just paid the room. But never again to stay in this hotel ever! Very bad customer service! Stay away if you’ll take my advice.

Not happy

Overpriced, lousy stay.
The front desk person couldnt log in to check me in so it took over 20 mins of waiting after working 13 hrs at the hospital. Then when i got to my room, all the windows were open as if there had been some odor or fumigation or something. I didnt notice any odor so i closed the windows. For the second time ive stayed there people were fighting outside my room disturbing my sleep. someone played loud rap
music late into the night when i have to be at work at the hospital at 6:30 am. There was only one pillow on the bed and the linens very thin but at least clean. The floor had some sort of residue on it. I was too tired to go through any more aggrivation so I tried to get some sleep and get up to go back to work. i didnt use any appliances or anythi ng else in the room, simply slept a few hours and left. Then they have the nerve to charge me $250 for SMOKING!!!! I do not smoke and never have. I am furious. I called and asked for thee manager and am awaiting his call. I will be calling back. They charged more than my receipt on hotels.com was and then i still paid the additional $100 deposit. I will NEVER STAY here again. Its super convenient but every stay has been marred with some disaster or another. NEVER AGAIN. I am a registered nurse and have to be nicotine free for my job. Furious!

Price was ok. But this property had cockroach. Not very clean. Front desk staff made me wait for 1 and 1/2 hour for check-in because they are unable to find my reservation in their system. I asked for toaster multiple times, but it was not available.

Out all of the traveling I’ve done and hotels I’ve stayed this is the worst trust me do not do not reserve here. You’ll be in the office room resolving problems then in your room. Smelly rooms, bad costumer service. They don’t give you room you reserved

Poor Cleaning
Do these places even clean thoughly anymore? The sheets and bath tubs were clean, but I don't think the floors were cleaned. I know for sure the window seal was not cleaned, or they would have seen the dead roach that was on the window seal.

Skip by this property if you can. The desk attendant had to go make sure the room was clean. She failed to tell us the nonsmoking room was actually smoked in upon returning from the room. Carpets were stained and was definitely not vacuumed in a long time. No cabinet doors in the kitchen. Toilet seat broken. Surfaces were not cleaned as well. Tough stay here.

The Heat unit did not cut on. No one was available at 2am when I got back to the room. The room ph didn’t work. They said maintenance didn’t come in until 9. I just left and headed back to home.

Ok Last Minute choice
The stay was nothing exceptional but the price was good. My complaint is the room was not clean like I expected. All lamp fixtues had dust and spiderwebs (spiders too) on them. Lots of roaches outside and around the building. Thankfully no roaches in the room except for 1 really small in the bathroom. Other than that the was fine. Parking was pretty full but usually space to park behind the building. Given the choice I would not stay again or recommend.

Ghetto! Beware!
I have stayed in other extended stays but nothing like this.. there are long term living guest there.. you can tell as they have their camping chairs and personal grills set up on the back side of the property close to their doors.. they would congregate in the hallways and stairs talking loud and slamming doors. No consideration for regular guest. It Seemed to be an attraction for the homeless folks.. Room was smelly a combination of cigarettes and just old and dingy smell. Pretty pricey for the type of environment you get. Should be considered an inn.. bed is super hard could not sleep. We were considering leaving in the middle of night.. room service never came on the two nights we stayed. very disappointing to say the least!

Get what you pay for.
You get what you pay for. The whole place smelt of marijuana. I was told if I wanted to smoke a cigarette( which I don’t smoke) I had to leave the property. Meanwhile there people smoking everywhere. The room need updated.

The room smelled like something died in it the toilet was constantly running and the carpet and headboard were ripped I was only there long enough to look around the room and I went back to the front desk to request a refund because I decided to just go to a different hotel and they wouldn’t give me my money back it was a wast of time and money I will never stay in any of the hotels owned by this company ever again

Got there and was helped by the front desk. Tony was working at the time, she had a very pleasant attitude. I did get sent to a room that had a bad smell but they fixed it right away no questions asked.

Horrible treatment for returning guests!!
Upon check in me room had plumbing problems. Issue was not corrected until check out. Additional issues - TV which was reported by previous guest was corrected during my stay. Plumbing problems was worst after maintenance fixed. Extended my stay one day, transferred to another room. Room had a bad smell and furniture and kitchen fixtures cabinets was in bad need of updates/fixing. It apprears that room was not updated at least 10 years prior. Horrible. Will not stay again

Don't Stay Here!
The room was clean but shabby. The hallways and stairs were filthy and have not been cleaned in years. Disgusting! All the garbage cans in the laundry room and the outside storage areas were full and overflowing. Plus there were heaps and heaps of garbage behind the building. Looked like they have not used a garbage collector in months. The place is a slum all around the building. Looked like "guests" were homeless used to living in a slum. Couldn't wait to check out. Gave me the creeps.

Read the comments before booking
Cigarette burns in the sink and on the tub. There were "candies" sitting next to the tv plus outside the door. Best item was a pregnancy test kit underneath the bed. I ended up getting 1 night back on a refund for a 2 night stay.

This location is extremely poor when it comes to the cleaning. My first night I had some kind of drink sticky liquid stain on the floor. The fridge handle was so nasty I didn’t even want to touch it. Inside of the fridge made me wanna throw up. Open the Cabo under the sink and there was black moldy spots. I had asked for dishes and there was wet mold in one of my bowls. They could at least have someone do outside door maintenance and make sure the elevator, stairs, and walkways aren’t filled with nasty cobwebs, bugs, dirty, etc. the only thing that is stopping me from marking this property terrible was the sweet old lady who worked at the front desk. She was very pleasant.

Rooms and carpet need major upgrade... I did not feel safe because people hanging outside my room door. The parking lot was dirty and the front desk staff is not on one accord ... they all tell you something different. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone and will not be staying here ever again!

Horrible
The dirtiest most foul smelling hotel i ever stayed at. Stains all over the carpet. No blanket. There was garbage under the beds and behind the chair. Stains all over the walls, and what i assume is mucus on the lamp shade. I wasn't able to get a refund and i refuse to sleep in such filthy conditions. Beware of this place.

Horrible, run down property
It took 4 room assignments before i got one that was suitable to stay in. The first two rooms were dirty. The sheets were off the beds and they had not been cleaned. The third room had broken drawers, the TV didn’t work, and the AC didn’t work. There was also no shower curtain???? This is after driving 5 hours and it was late at night. The only reason I stayed, was because I was charged a deposit, which I did not know about until I checked in, and it wouldn’t be credited back to my card in time for me to go somewhere else. I was told I would get a free upgrade. That didn’t happen. When I checked out, I told the lady who said the was the assistant manager what happened. She told me she would speak to the general manager about it and would call me. That never happened either.

NEVER AGAIN!
BEWARE! Cheap rate but beware of the “fine print” where you have to give a $100 deposit when you check in. I did it and didn’t like it at all. Like I told the front desk, you should state that in your ad for this location so people are well aware and won’t have to wait and see the “fine print”! I will never go there again just because of that. I don’t like being deceived.

The staff was amazing. The room justifies the price, adequate but worn. This establishment draws all sorts of crowds and such, whoever had the room prior had left quite an odor that the staff could not eradicate.

Nothing special.. If you just need a place to squat briefly and dont care about breakfast, quietness, cleanliness. I got there really late. about 1am. Room only $50 but because it was late i had to leave the office and request the room online then wait 20-30 minutes for processing then go back in the office. Something about security issue. Then they mention a $100 deposit hold you get back in a few days. Anyway lucky me i got there at 1am on wednesday morning and they have a lawnmower crew cutting and blowing leaves at 8am. Hotel quiet time is 10pm to 8am...I cant remember the last time i was that mad. Took over a hour and i know i wouldnt get any more sleep so i just laid there and then the clean up crew start moving furniture around upstairs over me. i just got up showered and left. Wish i slept in my car and just used that money for a seafood dinner which im sure i would have really enjoyed. A big dud for me. I still rated this too high

Worse hotel
Check in was fine but my mother room had no heat do they had to change her room after unpacking to packing again after a 13hour driver here was frustrating...than to find out because we not here for more than 7days we dont get house keeping we have to take our own trash out....bring our duty towels n washcloths downstairs to get new ones or we can pay $10 a day for house keeping on top of that we had to go a day without running water we had no working room phone.......if we didn't already prepay we would have went to another hotel ...we driver to Virginia once a month for business n this is yet the worse hotel we stayed in

Disappointed
The "kitchen" had no oven and only seating for one, which ruined our meal plans for the trip. The no smoking rules were clearly not enforced; the elevator had a very strong cigarette oder and there were butts all over the passageways outside the rooms. Two lamps in the room were broken and we were told there was not maintenance staff to repair on the weekend. The staff tried their best to be helpful, but had little to work with. Comfortable beds and clean rooms, but building is quite worn down and not as advertised.

Aside from the staff- Never again!
Positive first: Great staff. Negative: Rooms are dirty. They attempt to clean, but they are just dirty. The floors are stick, bed bugs, and the bedding and towels stink. Lampshades are dirty. Two lamps broken. No dishes or cutlery because “I wasn’t staying long enough”. The elevator smelled like beer. Guests smoke in the breezeways.

No cleanliness here!
YUCK! There's a complete lack of pride at this property. I don't ding properties that are older but clean; this one's the opposite. It's had a few updates (hello, newer floor), but it's DIRTY. I discovered dirt in the sheets, and when I walked back to the front desk to tell them, another woman had the exact same complaint. Of course, I walked because the telephone did not have ALL OF THE BUTTONS and I would not have put that filthy thing near my face. Also, don't believe them when they say they offer breakfast. At least the front desk had the good sense to refer to them as 'snacks.'

Nice Service. Okay Place.
The people at the front desk were awesome. The tv remote was for the wrong tv. At first it didn’t work because there were no batteries but then they sent some and it turned on but wouldn’t change the channel. It’s like they got a newer version of the tv but didn’t change the remote. The room smelled a little musty. The bathroom floor was not clean. (I will insert a picture.) I didn’t notice when I first came in because I was rushing. I dropped my bags off and left. I didn’t notice until the morning. I understand it’s an extended stay but you could at least supply cleaning supplies (mop, broom, soap) or some utensils.
UPDATE: I tried to upload the photo of the dirty bathroom floor but it’s not allowing me to.

Needs rehab
There were dead bugs in our room, outside needed cleaned daily. Looked like possible homeless people living in woods outside. Filthy carpet, while place in desperate need of rehab. As others noted Jasmine was great! Everything we needed she took care of,. All staff was very friendly and polite. Will not stay again.

Housekeeper definitely could have put more effort in the cleanliness of the room.
Had to change room because our 1st room, room 333, smelled like a dead mice/rat was somewhere in the kitchen area. The base of faucet in the bathroom was full of dirt and soap scrub, blanket was dengy, tv remote control was sticky and sticking to the tv guide on the night stand and there was no dishes and dish detergent for the kitchen. Also the outdoor stairwell was full of spider webs and needed a sweep and power wash.
With all that going on we definitely did not treat eating the continental breakfast.

If I could give this hotel a NEGATIVE 5 stars
Please take the good rating down for this hotel! This hotel had fleas and bed bugs. I wasn’t the only guest to “discover” the uncleanliness of this horrendous hotel! I would sleep in my car if this was the last hotel on the planet! All the other reviews regarding this hotel, had to be made up! Severally disappointing.

Pass on this location
I have stayed with Extended Stay hotels numerous times. This one was easily the worst in terms of conditions. The guest service personnel were very good though. Even called me when I got settled in to see if I needed anything. There wasn't anything she could do about the outdated conditions or loose plumbing fixtures.
