Both rooms had roaches, one room had no microwave and fridge was warm, bo wash clothes in rooms, sofa bed had crumbs, staff was very friendly but hotel was not uo to par.

I wish I would have read reviews before booking. We just needed a clean place to stay while we visited Busch Gardens and I always book a place with breakfast because it easier than trying to get the kids out to a restaurant in the morning.
There was dirt on our sheets in the made beds, the furniture was not clean, the floors were just swept in the main walkways but not around the walls or under/near furniture, and the 2nd night we found a german roach crawling up the wall. Their "breakfast" is just snacks of prepackaged muffins, oatmeal packets and snack bars on a tray in the lobby and that is it. We could have stayed somewhere much nicer for what I paid and with a full breakfast.

Hotel had horrible smell…got to hotel late after Busch gardens…receptionist was not as desk, waited patiently, til I called hotel from my cell phone…I could hear the receptionist waking up in a room behind the front desk…hotel filthy, slices of watermelon laying in the hallway, obvious mold growth on floor…hotel smelled highly of urine, never again

The front door was always blocked by people hanging out and smoking. The hotel was noisy all night long and we were woken up many times.
When we got to our room, there were toys and dirty socks under the bed, so it clearly hadn't been well cleaned.
There were no sheets available for the pull out couch and the mattress was stained and gross. We even had to go down to the front desk because we didn't even have a remote control for the television.

Front desk did not have the type of property I booked available. Room was roach infested. Roaches crawling on walls, under fridge, in the fridge. Roaches on the towels. And blood like liquid stains on carpet. Absolutely unacceptable. I checked out within 30 minutes of check in.

Satisfactory but not by much. Smelled of weed in the reception area. No waste basket anywhere in the room despite it being a suite with a kitchen. Advertised as providing breakfast but I wouldn’t call some stale granola bars, bad coffee and plastic wrapped muffins in small quantities adequate enough to claim that breakfast is offered. Overall rundown feel to the place.

Do not recommend.
I would not recommend this hotel. My reservation was messed up, said I didn’t have a room when in fact I did. Sheets had dried blood on them crumbs in the chairs and the floors were so sticky from the cleaner they used. I couldn’t take my shoes off. I was very disappointed in this stay!!!! The desk attendant Mackenzie was extremely wonderful and very apologetic.

Do Not Stay Here
I rented two rooms for 3 nights each. Both rooms were to have 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. One room did not have a sofa bed. There was no where to sit. There were many roaches in the bathroom and kitchen. Informed the front desk and their response was we can't do anything about it, we have a guest that has been here for 3 years and they are coming from that room. We checked out after the first night. Will never stay here again.

The desk clerk was very efficient and friendly. Facilities what I have one to expect. But I specifically requested no stairs. I was placed on the 3rd floor and when the elevator was out of service was not able to get assistance to bring my bag downstairs to leave. 2 flights of stairs with bags was extremely difficult and painful.

Roach infestation
My room had a terrible roach infestation. They need to get the exterminator to really bomb the rooms. They need to make sure the bomb the beds too since the roaches will crawl in the bed. Just nasty!!

Excited to be at the property however we received a letter of a roach issue and a fight broke out with lingering shouting and noise having the police to return. Cut the trip short but will say the staff assisted in giving a refund and free one day stay for a later date.

I didn’t like anything. There was dried urine and pubic hair on the toilet. The room reeked and smelled old. The kitchen was not the one pictured on the website. And it looked as if there were a lot of illegal activities going on in the parking lot.

Absolutely terrible! The room we prepaid for was not available when we checked in. We needed 2 beds and the only room they had left had 1 bed.
The hotel smelled like pot. The property was filthy, trash everywhere. No one was at the front desk, I had to wait 15 minutes until someone came.
Do not stay there!! We left and requested a refund.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was very close to a lot of different stores, across the street from a Mall. Multiple food places to eat. My room was clean for the most part. You can get free dishes/pots to cook with in the kitchen that is in your room. The staff was very nice and helpful. The only issue had with my room was a extra broken couch sitting in the room like storage. Also I didn’t like the tub in the bathroom. I add bathroom pictures and a picture of the broken extra couch left in the room.

Arrived to the property after a long day at the park to find out they had not held a room for us. Did not feel safe upon arriving. There were people loitering ouside, smoking and drinking. Clearly long term clients. Lobby smelled horribly of smoke. Never even saw a room. I could not get out of there fast enough after they had no room available for us. Would not recommend

Worst Service Ever
Worst customer care ever!
My family came there to stay 2 nights while visiting Busch Gardens. At around 10:30pm while we were sleeping our door was trying to be opened but was caught on the latch inside. I confronted the people trying to gain access to the room, which was terrifying for my family which includes 3 children, and they informed me that they had been assigned that room by the front desk. I called the front desk and informed them what had happened and that I would be speaking to a manager in the morning.
In the morning I went down to get my keys re-done(since they had assigned new keys to someone else) and the lady at the front desk, who was the same person during the night told me (without an apology) “our computer glitched”. I told her that I didn’t care, that it was a security and safety issue for my family. Then she tells me “I’ve already spoken to my manager about it and if you don’t like it you can leave”! There are a few heated exchanges back and forth where then she tells me “I should apologize to the people tying to get into my room because I was rude to them”! Mind blowing the lack of concern and self importance this person has.
I returned to my room with new keys and promptly 30 min goes by before we had a knock on our door from the local police. They informed me that the management wanted me and my family out and that they didn’t have to refund us for the 2nd night. The room flooded from the upstairs and I was given a small trash can to catch the water. It took 2 1/2 hours to get a different room. Before this it smelled bad and the furniture was in bad shape. The front desk was either poorly trained or just not professional.

The 2nd and 3rd floors smelled like weed the entire 5 days I was there. They have a strict “smoking” policy but clearly it’s not enforced. Front desk is no help, I was told they would add the notes for management. There’s also loud music, children screaming and running in the halls at all hours of the night. Dogs barking all day and night. Even with with quiet hours they have from 10pm to 8 am. I got no sleep, again front desk wouldn’t come up and tell people to be quiet. I wouldn’t stay here again EVER!!

The entire place smelled terrible in the hallways and in the room like gross food and stale smoke. Our room was dirty, windows looked like someone was licking them. Walls were dirty. Nail clippers from past occupant left on the nightstand. Floor sticky. We had a diffuser with us that we turned on in the room and we left for a few hours to try to get the smell out of the room and it helped enough for us to return and try to sleep. Other guests slamming doors and yelling in halls throughout the night. This is not a non-smoking facility. Room did not look like pictures on this site, was very outdated. Was harassed all night in the parking lot by another guest asking for cigarettes and then the next morning while trying to check out again for cigarettes then was also trying to hit on member of our party. When mentioned to front desk she acknowledged this mans behavior and said she would take care of it. We had planned to stay for a week but decided not to extend Our reservation past the one night we already booked once we walked in the room.

Side tables next to the bed was also dirty horrible experience. Went down to the front desk and ask for a new Room I showed the video I took of the room Initially the front desk person Gracie said she was unable to give me a new room after speaking to the manager over the phone I told her this is unacceptable and asked her to call back the manager and I demanded a new room after receiving the receiving a new room. Stayed here 3 nights and ended up getting another night. 3rd night on my way to work I let the front desk the toilet was backed up and all I was offered was a plunger to fix it myself! I told them that I was leaving but u would be back in the morning. Fast forward to the next morning my daughter used the restroom and flushed it before I could catch her and the toilet started flooding the whole room!! 3pm today I had management knocking on my door saying I had to pay $150 in damages or I had an hour to get our if I couldnt pay even tho after spending $218 for 3 nights and then $70 for a 4th I have to leave because I refuse to pay $150 in damages they claim the reason was excessive tissue and they will not give me my money back! From the cockroaches and now this I can say this has been my worst experience EVER staying at any hotel.

At first glance the room seemed nice. But after turning on the lights it was very dirty and had roaches crawling out from behind the dresser and my 1 year old even had a dead body of a roach on his pant leg. After that we grabbed our stuff and checked out. No way we were staying there with our children.

We booked because of price, availability and location. Room was outdated and smelled musty. Tub was moldy and creaky. Handle on toilet was loose. We fixed it ourselves. Shower head also loose. We fixed it as well. Shower curtain was smelly. Bedspread had stains on it. Hallways smelled. Not sure if it was because of kitchens being used but every time we entered the property we were greeted with unpleasant odors. Having to take our dirty towels to lobby to get clean towels was inconvenient.

The property is conveniently located around all I required (mall, restaurants, gym) The staff was outstanding... friendly... and helpful. The property could have been cleaner (stairwell floors) … the continental breakfast satisfied my needs (the coffee was excellent) … The elevator was out of order the entire weekend which didn't negatively effect me because I prefer using the stairs but would have been a nightmare if I wasn't physically able to carry my 50lb bag up 3 flights. Over all I enjoyed my stay... the lodging suited my purpose.

I booked this property after my usual go-to hotel next door was booked. The check in process took nearly 20 minutes. Not sure why since the room was pre-paid. There was a sign on the front door that the elevator was broken. However this turns out to be fine because the staff accommodated us on the second floor. The first room was dingy looking, had some type of sticky substance on the floors, and the lights blew out. We were switched to another room on the first floor, which was slightly better aside from the hair in the bathroom shower and sink. The televisions are the size of a computer monitor. Entire hotel needs updating. Luckily I was only staying overnight.

The location was secluded and somewhat quiet and very close to all of the eateries. Naturally, said hotel has probably see better days, but the room was quite large, clean, somewhat quiet and the bed was comfortable - slept quite well. The coffee was quite tasty and if in the area, I'll gladly stay there again.

Very spacious, found this a great deal on Hotels.com. Loved the kitchen with the full size refrigerator and 4 burner stove top. Queen size bed was a very comfortable replacement from the bunk in my semi.

At first glance our room appeared to be clean. Once we got in and started unpacking we noticed there was dog hair all over the floor. There was toothpaste dried up in the sink and there was also dog hair on the sheets. I called the front desk several times and also went up there but was unable to reach anyone (this was around 9:30 pm). When checking out the next day I alerted the woman who was working the front desk of everything and she did not seem concerned at all and said that I should have called. I told her I did several times but again she did not seem concerned or even apologize. Will never stay here again!

When entering the lobby it was dirty. The ladies waiting on me were very nice and accommodating but they had on dirty white uniforms and wrinkled sweater with stains.
The room was furnished with damaged furniture and the couch looked soiled along with the chair for the desk. I actually went and bought two blankets in order to sleep on the bed. The bathroom was clean. Again the girls were very nice. I am just wondering if the hotel cleans their uniforms and didn't want to dispose of them.

The common areas in particular were disgustingly dirty-lobby, halls, stair wells. The toilet wouldn't refill on its own, we had to keep the tank lid off and manually lift the thing for it to refill. There was a... body fluid strain on one of the chairs. There weren't enough pillows or blankets in the room, and when we went to the lobby to get them, there was a line of people waiting (one woman was calling around looking for another hotel) and no receptionist. We just had the kids sleep in their clothes. The elevator was broken. There was a lot of trash in the parking lot-hub caps, broken umbrellas, etc. I was relieved in the morning that my car hasn't been broken into. Also, my husband was pretty sure that some of the guests were prostitutes. Spend the extra money and stay someplace else.

Sold my room to someone else & charged me for it
Sadly, our room reservation that we booked weeks before our trip was sold before we got there. We knew we would be running late so I called hours before we arrived to let the staff know that we still wanted the room and would be arriving late. The staff member said okay and to use the call box since the doors would be locked. We arrive around midnight only to find that they not only sold our room, they didn't have any rooms to accommodate my family. Then I was charge for the room and was listed as a no show. An hour later we found another hotel and I called Hotels.com to let them know what happened. The rep called the hotel to verify my story and the staff member agreed that they had sold my room. It took several days to reach the manager ( actually a staff member, I believe she said her name was Ashley Shea helped me) before I was issued a refund. I've worked at this chain before and anytime you have a reservation, you assign rooms so you then know what rooms you have left to sell. This was not done. I was terribly disappointed that this happened but happy it was finally resolved. I cannot truly give a rating on the cleanliness, comfort or condition since I did not actually stay at the hotel.

The place is filthy, the bed is very uncomfortable hard as a rock and make too much noise. The sofa bed has a blood stains all over it and it didn’t come with sheets we have to go to the front desk and get it. Filthy chair on the dining area. They give you two keys one of them is not working. The toilet bowl has a disgusting stain inside. Water slow in the shower. No shampoo, just one bar of soap. The worst part is that the website tells you there is a “grab and go breakfast” not true. The breakfast was supposed to be 6:30-10 we went down at 8:00 and there’s no more coffee, no hot water and no grab and go breakfast. When I ask the front desk I was told it’s first come first serve and the front desk person told me that they are only putting out certain amount of packet oatmeals and chocolate packets as per manager.
Now if the hotel is fully book and the people are counted, there should be enough breakfast on the go for every guest.
That’s not it, I also reserved 5 rooms and when I was about to pay the 5th room I was told my room was given to somebody else and the front desk personnel doesn’t know how and why. So I have to adjust and divide my kids to sleep over with my other family members which is not very convenient. This hotel is not worth $94, I would never stay in here even if they let me stay for free. The management are not properly well trained to train their employees on how to make the customers happy. I feel bad for their employees who just follow.

The staff were nice but the cleaniness of the uniforms should have been a lot better. I had to ask for the cookware in which all the pieces were not available. There were no utensils available at all. The toilet had instructions but were worn off so i could not see them. The toilet was clogged for the first night . And the elevator was also out of order and i had a partial disable guest with me

First I picked this place becuase it was a good online, pet friendly and free breakfast. All the things that I look for in a hotel. This fulfilled all those things but in the wrong ways. The free "breakfast" is oatmeal, coffee, tea, packaged muffins, and stale granola bars. No fruit no juices nothing healthy or slightly filling thank goodness for the cracker barrel next door so we could get food. The place was cheap becuase they didnt give you anything! Most extended stays give you plates cups coffee maker ect but none of this was in our room and I had to ask for towels beucase we didnt have any! The Tv barely worked and only has like 15 channels. Bed wasn't too bad but the lamps next to them didnt work at all and were falling apart. Also this hotel advertises that it has an outdoor pool well that's a nope they filled it with concrete!!! Also no trash cans outside for me to dispose of my dogs business or they were all stuffed to the brim with alchohol bottles. The second floor smelled of weed and who knows what else. This place is disgusting and should be shut down! Highly disappointed and will never come back

The room was decent but the elevator broke one day in and still wasnt fixed when we left. Only one cleaning per week which was odd. Pretty much self service. You want towels come get them. You need toilet paper come get it. Staff were friendly.

Horrible
This was horrible. The room was filthy and they wouldn’t give me my money back. I pulled down the sheets to find hairs in the bed, shower was dirty with a huge gaping hole in the wall. Service was Horrible!

Breakfast was a joke. Workers not friendly. Rooms were big though. No ice.
