The only seat was torn and very worn. There was mold on the furnishings. Tub was chipped in several places. The window screen was pushed out. Floor/wall molding was torn off the wall. Refrigerator door was filthy. Walls were filthy. Entire floor was sticky to walk on. Pet kennels are better maintained. I have pics if anyone is interested but I doubt it. Showed to staff who seemed pretty disinterested

Room was outdated and nothing like the pictures. Under the beds was very dirty and even had trash under it. Gum stuck to bathroom wall, front desk was unhelpful and breakfast was very limited.

Won’t go again unless I have no other option
Other people staying there we’re running through the halls and talking loudly we’ll past “quiet hours” and we were a few doors down from people with wailing children who had the door to their room propped open almost all night.

The 2 bed room we booked was ‘exchanged’ for a single queen ADA room. The rooms are horribly lit with ugly fluorescents and the bathroom ceiling was moldy. The adjustable shower head was tied up by string as the clamp was probably worn out. There were no glasses in the room for water. The bed came with 3 very flat pillows. And the place stinks! Best thing to say was we found no bugs.

I selected a non smoking room but the room smelled horribly of smoke including the linens. The toilet around the floor had clearly not been cleaned for some time. The front desk clerk did not seem phased by my complaint and did nothing to respond to it. Very disappointed!

The hotel had a musty smell in the halls and room. Hotel says free breakfast. A grab and go breakfast with (breakfast bars-prepackaged mini muffins - instant oatmeal and lousy coffee with no regular creamer) is not a real breakfast. If we did want something, we had to bring it tom our room. Don't know the situation there but people were hanging.around the lobby and parking lots. There was a large group when we returned late playing loud music and grilling in the rear parking lot. No toiletries in the bathroom and the phone did not work. Will never stay here again.

I arrived at the hotel on July 9 as planned. And it was to my surprise when I learned that I did not have access to the hotel because there was no room available. I couldn't explain anything to my daughter who was attending this farce. I had to call the police because I was making this reservation a month in advance. I had to look for another hotel. It was really the biggest nightmare of my life.

Extended Stay - People Live Here
We needed a very last minute hotel. Checked in around 9 and out at 5:30 the next morning. It is an extended stay meaning people live there long term. The halls stunk of food cooking, very outdated, the room had a gas stove top in it. Never ever would have stayed had this been planned ahead. As a woman travleing with her daughter I was not completely comfortable.

They should be reported
Just after checking in, we saw cockroaches in our room and checked out immediately . It’s been two months and still waiting on our refund. I’ve contacted hotel multiple times with no call back and no answers. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

There was alot of noise through the night from the rooms on either side of my own. There were some "questionable" characters through the hallway and roaming around the parking lot when i went to my car at midnight. The staff and room itself were not an issue, but i was nervous about the people staying there.

Was not too expensive- they work with you, especially when staying longterm - woudl highly recommend for short or long trips, work related or personal - they have great staff and are very easy to work with and willing to accomodate with almost anything we asked.

Wouldn't stay again!
I stayed here due to an urgent situation of having no heat in my house. Immediately upon entering the establishment I was met with a strong odor of cigarette and marijuana smoke.
After getting to my room, I noticed immediately that the carpet was all torn up and burnt all over, there was food splatter all over the kitchen fridge and counters, burn marks all over the bathroom sink, bathroom floor was burnt with what looked like the bottom of a beer bottle, the toilet had questionable stains, shower head was broken and there was a cracked sink counter. The desk chair in the room was stained and crusty. The room itself was disgustingly filthy, everything had a greasy feeling to it, and it was clear it hasn't been dusted in quite some time, cobwebs in the corners etc.
I did a check around the room for bugs, thankfully there were none to my knowledge but, I did find a syringe tip under the kitchen sink. When I called down stating this did not work for me and was completely unacceptable, I was told they were completely sold out but, would dispose of the needle, which thankfully they did.
The only redeeming quality is that reception staff were pleasant and apologetic for the state of the room. As stated in the title, I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend this place to anyone else.

The rooms were disgusting, the checkin area was full of rif-raf and in disarray. “Breakfast” was scant and had to be taken back to the room to be eaten. Tried to get my money back after seeing the state of the rooms but they would not allow me to because I’d “checked in” even though I only just walked into the room. Would never recommend.

No breakfast, coffee & fruit bars. 1 bulb for all lamps. dirty windows. Entrance/exit doors propped open. No dish washer, oven nor dinnerware/pots. 2 burner stove. No water one morning so no showers. No suitcase stand, chair moved a lot. Worn towels. Trailer parked outside window so view was of it's side.

For the money and location, this place is great. The hotel is very run down. The room was out of date, very filthy, the "white" bed sheets had a yellow tinge with hair that was not mine all over the bed and towles. The rooms and bathroom is set up like a hospital. I would never stay here again.

The place is falling apart. Really needs an upgrade. I’ve stayed at these hotels in the past and they were pretty nice. This place was a dump. Vending didn’t work, worthless kitchen; no eating or cooking utensils whatsoever. What’s the point?
Panels falling off in the elevator. Laundry and garbage left out in the hall overnight. No place to get toiletries.

Cheap, but…
This location its great on price, but the look, feel, comforts, services, are pretty much sacrificed for price. For example:
- The people were great, polite, attentive. I have zero issues any anyone here. All exceptional. The room was quiet.
- Room service is only when you check out. Sheets are able to be requested every 2 weeks and you have to do it yourself.
- No pool, gym or other in-house services. Overnight hotels have “something”, this place has nothing.
- Coffee in the mornings only, granola bars
- The overall look of the location is dated, old carpet, old counters, no thermostat (in wall heat/cooling)
- The windows are single pane and we stayed in the winter and the cold just radiates off them all the time
- Which means you are constantly fighting the too hot vs too cold battle to offset the drafts.
- The unit we had wasn’t sealed properly, so in addition to the window issues, even more drafty around the unit.
- The wifi is terrible. I paid for the “upgrade” for $31 because I had to work from the room and it wasn’t much better. Drops all the time.
- Verizon cell coverage in and around the hotel is 1 bar barely. The restaurants within walking distance have no wifi either, and the cell service is 1 bar or less. So if you have to stay here and work, good luck getting online.

The room was not cleaned at 1:00 am when my daughter arrived from out of town for my mothers funeral. They had no other rooms so they went up the street to an other hote. Very upsetting. I have still not received my refund from this disapointment!

Walked In On Someone Sleeping!
When I got there the check in process was unbearably long, for myself and several other people in line. I was given my keys to a room, they didn’t work twice. On the 3rd try and employee assisted me, and when I walked into the room... SOMEONE WAS ASLEEP IN THE BED! This happened to another pair down the hall from where I was! I was given the keys to my own room, and it was unoccupied. The desk chairs in the room were covered in crumbs and cat hair. The bed was comfortable but that’s about the only good thing about my stay.

Fire Alarms go off often Suspcious activity around property Police circle premises often and are called here on guest they release their reservation list to them Also I did not want their housekeeping I brought my own towels that were clearly clean and folded on the shelf and they took him and still have not returned them. The door to the laundry room often jams and I wouldn’t leave your laundry unattended for I have seen people touching other people’s clothes including my own for no reason out of the washer and tried to steal some

I really like the kitchenette to prepare food especially being here for long periods of time. I was not at all impressed with the availability of the staff. Every single time I went to the front desk for assistance nobody was available. The room key card deactivated after midnight which was frustrating. My first 4 days I complained about the TV & Internet being intermittent but nothing was ever rectified. 3 days in a row I was told I'd receive a call regarding the Casting issue and I never did.

Likely one of the worst experiences ever in a hotel. First, a random man off the street bangs on my door aggressively at 5p when I’m sleeping and my wife is sick in bed. I open the door and he’s clearly not a hotel employee. He says he wants to do maintenance on TV and I don’t let him in. Then I call lobby and Assistant Manager demands that I let him in immediately to do work on TV with no notice or, if not, he’ll evict me. When I asked to speak to his supervisor or see the terms of service he proceeded to call the cops and evict my sick wife and I. I do not lie! I stay at hotels often and this goes down as the most aggressive and unfriendly staff experience ever!!

So I wasn’t able to sleep good, I was in at 8:30pm and left at 12:30am couldn’t sleep because receptionist had 2 very young children in the lobby and they were making noise by talking screaming etc !! I was trying to fall asleep but couldn’t !!! Was waste of my money and they charged me 2x still fighting with this issue

Will not be returning. There was blood on one of the pillows, a food wrapper and clothes tag near the bed floor and when I went to the front desk to ask for assistance on the WiFi, the front desk clerk was making out with, I’m assuming her boyfriend. It was awkward and not professional. Would definitely not recommend!
