Won’t return
When enter hotel it stunk as getting on elevator my husband killed a roach. After 15 hrs travel all wanted to do was rest. Was to tired for what was happening. The room was old and had horrible smell. Was very uncomfortable to go to sleep. The floor was dirty furniture was discolored and looked like never been clean. Under air unit was super dirty. Couldn’t hardly get no rest. Was to tired to deal with front desk, but couldn’t get rest of the horrible smell in hotel and room.

Less than satifactory
The stench was terrible because there are cooking facilities in every room. However there is no exhaust so people crack their doors and the smell goes into every room eacht time the door is opened.

The hotel was overbooked and they had no rooms available at any of their three properties.
I was left on my own to figure out a place to stay.
Incredibly annoyed and angry with Expedia!
I hope I don’t get hassled getting a refund!

This hotel had odors in every corner of the space, the walls are clearly so thin I could hear another person's cell phone vibrate in another room, and I am certain I have bites from bed bugs all over my legs. I am still waiting on a call back from customer service. This was disgusting and I expect a call back and a refund. I will have to get all of my clothes professionally cleaned so I don't bring bed bugs home. What did I spend over $700 for?

Disappointing.
The ladies at the front counter were lovely, helpful and kind. It's an older property that needs upgrades. You could tell the hotel had seen alot of turnover and had not been kept up at all.

Booked a stay here because it was very close to my office and other hotels were booked. I prepaid through Expedia. I had a very late cross country flight and knew I was going to be in after midnight and would not be n until 1:30am, so I called the hotel a day earlier to confirm the late check inThey told me that they would note my account and that everything was good.
I arrived at 2am and went to check in and they did not have a room for me. They were quite rude and told me that because I booked with a third party (Expedia) that the room was not guaranteed. I told him that booking and paying for a room absolutely should guarantee me a room. He told me that I need to go find a room somewhere else.
Beware booking a room with them through Expedia, because apparently it doesn’t mean anything to Extended Stay.
I spent 45 minutes outside trying to find another room. Had to Uber across town after finally finding the last room in the area. Spent a lot of money going back and forth to the office that was not expecting.
Not only did they give up my prepaid room, they were very rude about it. Never going to Extended Stay again.

Extremely bad experience
Had to leave because of bathroom issues. Toilet overflowed Nobody to repair. Had to change Hotels because no rooms were available. They refused a refund even when they knew we checked into another hotel. Manager very unfriendly and lied about the situation. We are discussed in our treatment and will do anything in our power to let people know to stay away from this hotel

The room was OK except that the bed looked like someone had slept on half of it. It was late, no more rooms were available. We got clean sheets from the front desk and changed the bed ourselves. An assistant manager said she would give us a partial refund through expedia, but we never got it. The hotel does not seem well kept.

I had reserved a room with a king size bed. They didn’t have any kings, despite my making a reservation well in advance and checking in right at the 3pm checkin time. It took them 15 minutes to determine which room they could put me in. They had a sheet of paper with a handwritten list of room #’s that were ‘clean’ (from housekeeping?) but they had no idea which rooms were what. They finally gave me a queen room and the key didn’t work until I slid it in and out about 5 times. I needed to do that any time I tried to get back in the room. The sheets on the bed had a hole in them, the room & furniture were dusty and old, the bathroom was filthy (I found garbage underneath the sink). While the room was equipped with a kitchenette, it had no dishes, utensils, nothing to cook with. Also not the cleanest. At night, I could hear the woman next door yelling at her kids, animals barking, and what sounded like a clock radio going off in a room with no one in it. I was only there for 2 nights and under a time crunch otherwise I would have looked for another hotel. I guess the good news is they claim they adjusted the price of my room since I didn’t get a king. Haven’t completely confirmed that yet. Hotel condition etc very disappointing considering how expensive hotels are these days. Was planning to mention this to the front desk clerk when I checked out but she didn’t seem to have any interest in asking how my stay was.

The motel had a horrible odor. The carpet in the hallways wasn’t clean with pet hair and pieces of garbage everywhere. Didn’t see a single cleaning person in the 5 days that we were there. The hotel staff seemed nice but overall the odor and cleanliness was horrible. For $900 for 5 nights I expected a cleaner environment to sleep in.

Our stay was good, the general manager checked us in he was very nice and welcoming, was in driving distance of restaurants and shopping centers.
The room was nice only thing we didn’t like was the bed the mattress was horrible

Front desk personnel was HORRIBLE, didn’t care my bathroom door was locked and made no attempt to help resolve the issue, kids running around in the parking lot, hallways dark and gloomy, my garbage can was full of garbage, worst experience of my LIFE!!!!!!

Last minute booking when our other reservation was cancelled due to a hotel maintenance problem. This hotel was literally “hidden” behind another one. I was not the only one who went into the wrong hotel only to be told “drive around the building. It’s in the back. Happens all the time.” Needs better signage. Lobby and hallways had an unpleasant smell. Hairdryer was missing off the wall unit. Not enough pillows for two people in a queen sized bed and no spare in room. Hotel appears to be used for housing. With that being said, the room was clean and didn’t smell like the hallways, the bed was comfortable and the woman at the front desk was helpful and pleasant.

Highly disappointed!
The first room we got was not very clean the tub filled up, when we ran the shower, and it smelled musty. It had vynal floors that were filthy.
The second one that they transferred us to had carpet that smelled musty, and like urine. It was cleaner than the first one, but I had to spray it with my car freshener.

The area where the hotel is located is nice but deceiving. The facility smelled the minute you walk in the lobby and the rooms were dirty. Before my family arrived I had checked them in since their flight was delayed. I went to the rooms to set up a few things that I had for them. I was taken back of what I saw. I had asked the receptionist for other rooms and was told they were booked solid. (Understandable since it was a holiday weekend). When I asked if the rooms could be cleaned, I was told that the person had left for the day. I ended up going back with cleaning stuff. I could go on, but it’s not worth rehashing my experience. Needless to say, I was able to find another place for my family of 7 to stay at another hotel the following day. Tara, thank you for your full understanding and for making things right.

We liked that there was a kitchenette and was close to the highway.
We noticed a very strong, disagreeable odour in the lobby. Don't know what it was. Also, felt a little uncomfortable having to walk by residents who plant themselves near the front door, to hang out and smoke.

They gave away our room in the middle of the night so I’m going to say this hotel is absolute garbage and I would never recommend them to anyone. The staff was rude and my family has to drive 2 hours home.

Not happy
It smelt like cat pee in the lobby. There was a bad smell in the elevator and the hallways. Our light in the bathroom was broken and in the sink when we arrived. The lights by the bed blew and the bed was noisey like paper and very uncomfortable. No one was around when I went to the desk to tell them about the lights. Checking out I couldn’t find anyone either.

Not a safe hotel for women traveling alone. The front desk staff person tried to enter my room in the middle of the night. If I had not had to double lock on the door he would have been able to get in with the key. He was really upset and told me someone else was supposed to be the room, and asked me who let me in the room. I told him his collegaue checked me in and gave me the key. It was a very scary experience.

I reserved a room with a double bed and got a room with a single bed. They said the hotel was booked (although it hardly looked it at all during our stay). They found us another room. Advertised they had free cribs which they did not have so 2 people and a baby shared a double bed. The fire alarm went off at 9:00 at night just after we got the baby to sleep and we all had to evacuate outside. Since there are kitchens in the room, staff told us this happens fairly frequently. Breakfast was coffee, muffins, granola bars and a packet of oatmeal. Not what I was expecting. It was fine for a quick overnight but I would have paid a little more for a neighboring hotel if I knew it was this bare bones. Staff was helpful and friendly though.

Place is filled with cigarette smoke. I had requested for non-smoking room. They gave me smoking room which had a lot of cigarette smoke and I could not breathe. When asked the front desk lady, she said all rooms were non-smoking rooms but if someone who stayed in the room could have smoked and they cannot control that. Even lobby smelled bad with cigarette smoke.

I booked this room because, I need breakfast. The property does not offer breakfast. They just served coffee and some vanilla flavored bread. That's it.
If you book through 3rd party vendors like Expedia, they do not like it and say they did not receive the reservation but still block the room to give it to the same person for higher rates. Its a scam.

I liked having kitchen appliances - the cups/utensils were at the front desk. However, walking in it smelled somewhat strongly of weed and cigarettes. Also, there was hair in the shower when we first arrived.

These hotel rooms are nasty as can be. I’m sure the redid one room and took pictures of it. I did the carpet test with a clean wet towel, and it was gross. I asked the the cleaning lady how often they washed the bed spread. She said once a week. Never again. Bring plastic and your own pillow to sleep on.

Smells like smoke and no breakfast

I booked a two-bed room however when I checked in, I was told the 2-bed room was not available. We had three persons. It turned out that I slept on a small foldable bed with a very thin matteres provided by the hotel. It was very uncomfortable and I could not fall asleep the whole night. I wanted to talk to the manger however was told the manager was not available. Very disappointed.

The property was what I expected but not for the price. It was pricier. The room was not clean (crumbs on the floor from previous guest), no phone in the room (though the front desk told me how to contact them using room phone), light switch was broken. Although they make you sign that there shouldn't be smoking in the room, but, there was smell of pot being smoked previously.

I got to the hotel at 11pm to check in. Upon my arrival there were a bunch of men in the parking lot drinking. I went to check in at the front desk and the guy that was working looked like he was high (or some sort of drugs) and was extremely rude and told us that there were no rooms available. I tried to explain that I had made the reservation thru Expedia and he was not concerned at all. His only concern was to tell me that there were no more rooms, and it was not his problem if I did not have a place to sleep. He immediately went to the back and did not come out. I tried asking to speak to a manager and he said there was no one there and I would have to come back the next day. After calling the hotel's customer service which couldn’t help me, I found him outside smoking, and I asked for his name and he responded “Manny”. I was extremely upset that he did not offer to help in any way but my concern at that time was to make sure I found another hotel to stay the night. I have never been to hotel that treated their guests like this. I will never stay in any Extended Stay America in any of my future trips.

The location; about 1hr west of Boston was good, however the unit definitely needed an upgrade. Fridge was old, stained/rusty and the wifi was very patchy. Keys didn't work on first try; front desk clerk was distracted with personal phone call.

Great suite room at a great price. Staff was very friendly. My only issue was that the hotel did not have an ice machine and they weren’t filling up ice cube trays because of Covid so I had to go to the store and get some ice. Would stay there again...bring a bag of ice

Property was outdated and not very clean. I think it caters to a lot of long-term guests so it was a bit noisy. Hotel is close to Rte 9, Rte 495, and the Mass Pike.

Efficient for the price
Check in was quick and easy. Room was clean, efficient and quiet. I particularly liked that there was no carpeting since I informed them, I was bringing a dog. My 10 yr. old Shih Tzu is very good about using a pee pad, but when there is carpeting and another dog has peed on the caret it is hard for her not too. There was a full fridge and 2 burners cook top, but you had to get the pots, pans and dishes from the front desk. I guess they have their reason for that. There was no coffee maker in the room. The TV didn’t work, but the clerk came up immediately to fix it, he offered us a discount when he couldn’t fix it. Quick walk to Owen O’Leary’s for yummy dinner. Convenient location to Rte. 9 & 495. I would consider there again for the price

When we checked in and got our keys, the keys did not work to the door. After replacing them we opened the room to find it dirty and untouched. The man at the front desk was accommodating and gave us a new room. The room was nice and clean, except for the grime around the tub. The beds were sleep able, but very soft and flimsy. I probably wouldn't stay here again.

Paint peeling from ceiling in bathroom. Cleanliness was minimal. As in floors had dirt in corners, shower was dirty, they never fixed the shower during my stay. I hope they fix it before they rent that room out.

It was neat and clean and had a great kitchen set up for fixing a light meal.
It also had a nice set up, desk and chair, for doing work at a laptop.
Unfortunately there didn't appear to be a port where I could plug in my cell phone to recharge it.
The desk clerk was cheerful, friendly and helpful when I checked in and the clerk on duty the following morning was the same.
The price was right and I was entirely satisfied with my stay there.

It wasn't filthy but more hastily cleaned. There were lipstick(i hope) stains in and around the sink. The power went out in the neighborhood for a few hours but this was not the hotels fault as it was winter. However no one came around to inform guests of what was going on and no generator in case of such incident.

While the exterior of the hotel was refinished the interior was another story. When I arrived to what was supposed to be a non smoking room was clearly a smoking room. As soon as the door was open there was the smell of smoke. I was told the 3rd floor was reserved for smoking and that because my room was on the 2nd floor it was indeed a non smoking room. This was not the case I could cut the smoke and it was clearly not a room that had been misused on one occasion. In addition, the room seemed to be outdated and something from the 80’s. The hotel clerk, however, was very accommodating and was able to have me upgraded to another hotel not far away as this hotel and the sister locations were booked. Considering I just drove 7hours, the situation was not ideal but glad they made an effort to accommodate me and my son.

Pros: Comfortable bed, Hot Shower with good pressure, A/C Heat worked well. Beverage vending machine worked and had good selection.
Cons: old conditions, room smelled like smoke even though it was non-smoking, carpet was not vacuumed, Toilet had minor shrapnel from a prior guest, meaning they didn't clean it. Wet towel hanging from the shower with curtain pulled back so I didn't notice it until I stepped into the shower. Room across from trash room was loud outside door. Thin walls, could hear neighbors talking normally while lying in bed. Only 1 plastic cup in bathroom. Fridge in room was loud. No Ice machine vending, snack vending machine totally out of order so no snacks. Breakfast to go had 3 granola bars left with 30 minutes left in "Breakfast"

Although the room we had said non-smoking, as soon as I opened the door the smell hit me. It was like an old ashtray. Fresh tobacco smoke can be fragrant but, believe me, this was raunchy. I advised the desk in the morning that the room really needed to be deodorized. The woman behind me said her room smelled also. As for cleanliness, the trash had not been emptied and dirty towels and leftover soap were lying there in the bathroom next to new towels and soap. On the plus side, the shower is great and for those looking to stay in an inexpensive room with a kitchen, this would meet their needs. I don't think I'll be returning anytime soon.
