Ive stayed at this motel before because of the Ihop and R's place restaurant close by,but this was my first time booking a jacuzzi room.The tub was nice but its extremely hard to get in and out with no grab bars in place.(Senior citizens enjoy the jacuzzi too) there was NO coffee maker in the room,and $139 for this room was a bit much,and the bed and pillows were harder than im used to...not comfortable for me.The breakfast,was no more than a snack bar with mini muffins and waffles without syrup!! Next visit will not be with DaysInn.

The person that checked us in was very nice and cordial.
The building is older.
There were a couple of men standing outside across from the door smoking.
Upon arrival in our room one of the first things we noted were car air fresheners hanging from the fire water sprinklers. The room was dark
due to poor lightning.
A member of our party went into the bathroom and discovered all kinds of hair on the floor and in the shower. As well as trash behind the door.
We went downstairs to talk with the man that checked us in. He showed my daughter 2 more rooms. Both with the same level of cleanliness and one of them did not have a smoke detector. We asked for a refund and left.
We are still waiting to hear of the will give us a complete refund.

Front desk person was friendly. Beds were comfortable. Rooms reasonably clean. Wi-Fi didn’t work and pool had no water. We were told the Wi-Fi equipment was 12 years old.

I will no longer stay here. Last fall it was ok this time awful as I did get a non smoking room but it didn’t matter as all the other rooms were smoking. The second band smoke was horrible. Bathroom needs some repairs Frig needs repaired or replaced for that matter. Not much for breakfast but ok

There was NOTHING in the room. No info on area - no phone book, no clock - didn't have any information on places to eat, just nothing. Ref. did not cool well and no space in it to put anything that needed to be kept cool. Just a total disappointment

Very nice
This hotel is very convenient. Rooms are clean. Beds are on firmer side the way I like them. I am picky on my pillows so I bring my own but partner said choices were good. Most importantly, we had a bathroom mechanical problem which was fixed promptly. Breakfast had choices. We will stay here again.

The property was OK for an overnight stay. The furniture looked new, but cheap. The chair in the room was not at
all comfortable.
When we checked in we were given one card. When we received 2 key cards, they did not work.

The pool is closed temporarily and we didn't know this until checking in. The complimentary breakfast is very limited....cereal, muffins, toast, waffles, no eggs, yogurt, or any type of fruit.

Room was dirty (dead roach on floor in bathroom), no tissue paper, beds unmade for second night, hairdryer and coffee pot missing, drains were slow. Breakfast was bare minimum. Overall, poor maintenance. Appears management isn't managing. Doubt that we'd return.

We arrived and the pool was being serviced. It would be nice to have seen a notice by hotels.com or the hotel I advance of this. I understand I could have called in advance but a notice from someone could also have been given.

Poor professionalism
Rooms were not as requested but they did not care nor any type of reimbursement was offered! I double verified the rooms were correct on Feb 28th for our stay on March 17th! But of course it was still a fail! Very very disappointed with the service from the hotel! Not professional at all!!!

Left a sour taste.
Our stay was less than spectacular. Just to get to the room we had to walk over construction debris. There was not one piece of furniture in our room that was not damaged. Chunks out of the chair arm. Dings in all furniture. Generally not clean. Construction dust along all the baseboards. Loose tiles in the floor of the bathroom. Sloppy work on the shower. That looked new however. The best part of the stay was the ease of check in and check out. Overall, I would not stay there again.

Completely disgusting. Lamp shades had holes in them, burnt iron imprinted in the carpet, hanging ironing board stains all over, ceiling in bathroom crumbling & entire room needs to be gutted & remodeled.
The shower head had mold but good pressure, only positive thing.

Worst rooms ever!! Gross and filled with flies. Leftover garbage from someone else's stay in dresser drawers. Floor makes socks black. Shower didn't work. Moved me when I complained second room was just as bad. Don't use HOTELS.COM they refuse to reimburse me. They advertise this hotel as a good place to stay obviously they have never been there. Pictures of room on website is NOT what you get!!! Never stay in Morris Illinois Days Inn!!

Room was comfortable and acceptable. Nothing great. Bed was good and we got a good night's sleep which, really, was all we needed. Hotel is dated and could use a facelift but it was farely well kept up. Breakfast was bare minimum....cereal, toast, muffins and waffles, juice or coffee. Would stay here again because all others in town were overpriced.

A Short Stay OK.
A lot of Big Rigs parked out in front of the hotel and the gas station was right out in front and was very busy all the time. The parking was okay and not that secure. The hotel wanted to know the make,model,color, and plate #. There was an I-Hop right next door also.

The service agent was very accomodating and took care of all of our needs...but there were several "needs." We had to request a desk chair for the room and towels for the pool (which was wonderful!). Additionally my husband grabbed the headboard to help himself turn over and it came off the wall. The room was clean and the pool was a huge plus!

The property was very nice with good amenities. Very convenient location. The parking lot could have been a little better set up, especially because a large portion was flooded when we arrived. The bathroom light was also not working in our bathroom, but we decided to rough it for one day. Otherwise, everything was very clean, the staff was friendly and things went very well.

Was originally booked in a non smoking room, called hotels.com to get an extra night added and when I checked into hotel, I was put in a smoking room. I have allergies to smoke and was miserable the whole weekend there, couldn’t open window to air it out either

Will avoid staying here in the future. Very dirty hotel that smelled strongly of marijuana and cigarette smoke.
Carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed. Mattresses were stained and there was human hair all over the sheets making me think they werent changed. Also had a bug crawl on me...not a bed bug but still not good. Overall just a very gross stay and wont be back.

They put us in a room right next to where they were remodeling a storage room. Contractors started banging stuff around at 630 in the morning on the wall right at our heads and woke us up. This is ridiculous

Hotel walls are super super thin and you can hear everything going on in all rooms around you. Online booking placed us in a room right across from the ice maker so noise all night in the hallways let alone adjoining rooms.

Despite all the negative reviews I decided to stay here. Staff was wonderful. Front desk area and halls were clean. The stairwells smelled like smoke. The room had a smell from cleaning products that wasn’t very pleasant but we lit a candle and it was gone in an hour or two. Sheets were very soft, bed was comfy. The room itself was very clean. We will be staying here again.

Great place to stay
This was a quick trip. My husband is a truck driver and he was close enough to me that I could see him for his 10 hour break. Instead of staying in the truck, I opted to get the room so he could see some different walls. It was very clean, the guy who checked us in was incredibly friendly, there was zero noise around us and breakfast was very good. We will definitely stay here again!

We booked 2 rooms, they gave us connecting rooms and it was a good thing because one room did not have ac. Both bathtubs did not have a stopper for the kids to take a bath. Front desk attendant on Saturday during the day was very rude.

Took forever for the staff to come to front desk for check in at 11 p.m. Downstairs and elevator smelled terrible of marijuana. Got up to room to find pizza box outside of door and when pushed aside roaches came crawling out. Opened door saw roaches crawling up the wall and door. High tailed it out of there and money refunded. Absolutely disgusting.

Will never stay here again and am in the area annually!
Definitely not a smokefree facility as posted...the entire hotel smelled of stale smoke.
Asked for 1st floor room in reservation but got a 3rd floor room. Was told by a coworker 1st floor is for those that do not make reservations, 2nd floor is for those who "live" there, 3rd floor is for reservations.
Advertised nice breakfast but in actuality breakfast was almost nothing (at 6 AM when it starts).
Mold on ceiling in bathroom. TV remote had no back to it so batteries flopped around and had to push buttons randomly to turn TV on because buttons were worn to point couldn't read anything. Elevator smelled horrible. Floor was consistently wet from kids in pool running back and forth to room where their parents/guardians/adults were (why were children allowed in pool area without an adult?). Said kids were also knocking on other guests rooms.

Up in smoke
We were greeted by the clerk smoking outside. He wanted us to wait to check in while he went to get some cigarettes. Lobby smelled. Elevator was worse. Room extremely outdated and in poor condition. Room chair was torn. Sheets and cover was in poor condition. Hair on bathroom floor. Needless to say we didn't stay there!

Check in was 2 hours later then what was posted on line. Room was supposed to have 2 queen beds, got a room with a king size bed. Had to change rooms. Room was not clean, dirty sheets in the closet not folded. Some one else's wash rag up on the shower curtin holder. No smoke detector in the room. All around bad hotel stay.

Gross hotel
The hotel it self smells so bad. The carpet was beyond gross. Your shoes stick to it as you walk. The bathroom was gross the floors were sticky and shower was so gross you couldn't shower. The beds were really low and you feel ever single spring in them. The sheets were stain. There was someone toe nails all over the floors. Everything felt greasy to the touch.

Disgusting Place to Stay
If you want to be totally disgusted and disappointed, this is the place to stay. The filth began at the doorway and went all the way up to the room. They tried to give me a smoking room disguised as a non-smoking room, and when I complained, the woman clerk tried to say that there were no non-smoking rooms available. The hallways were covered in detritus, and the elevator hadn't been cleaned in years. The entrance to the hotel had potholes large enough to swallow a car. To say this place is "good" is ridiculous. It's disgusting. There are several other places to choose from, and don't be fooled by their association with Wyndam. This is what they mean by a "flea-bit" motel!

The worst ever..
The worst ever. We checked in and it smelled like smoke in the lobby. The person was not helpful or even there. Went to room to unpack. To notice the window had not locks. Safety issue. Went to front desk hopefully for a solution and she was like a brick. All I can do is give you a refund. BEST thing that came out of her mouth. We went back to room to pack up and scrambled to find another hotel that was not full and available for the 4th of July weekend. This “hotel” is geared to long term stays “housing”. It was filthy, stunk of smoke and at 640pm they still had their breakfast still out in the lobby.

0 large towels. No extra blanket. Dressers and tables look worn out with the finished chipping off. Room smelled a bit musty. Bad was OK. Check in procedure was terrible. The man was simply overwhelmed. Elevator was stuck And manager could not even find the keys to reset it for 20 minutes. No continental breakfast at all as advertised. Yet overall a disheartening experience that I would not go to again.
