Ok deal for the money
Everything was nice and clean.Stovetop is a little dated but ok.Need to change out mattress no spring left .Good thing they had a comfortable recliner type chair in there that worked for me.

The room smelled of smoke despite being advertised as non-smoking room. Carpet in the hallway was very dirty. Towels that are supposed to be white were discolored. Free breakfast is advertised but it was only coffee and granola bars.

Did not have second room of our reservation available. Took quite while to figure out. Desk clerk was working all alone so was pretty confused. Needed to call and be walked through. She did her best but it was 11:30pm and we were tited. Room felt overall grimy and smelled moldy. Bathroom floors definitely gross.

Dirty and unclean hotel
Poor cleaning job, dirty room, black mold in bathroom, dust all around, unclean door, door knobs, broken shower curtain rod. Bed sheets and towels very old. Overall hotel condition was poor.

I ended up not staying at this property. The first room had peeling along the whole edge of the counter. I was moved to a room that had a horrible smell of some sort of urine. I was unable to bear that smell and I resfused to be moved to another room. I ended up staying at the embassy suites in Tyson's corner. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here. It's dirty and the customer service was horrible.

Avoid at all costs
The sign at the check-in which informed me that all my info would be turned over to police, shoyld have been my forst clue that this wouldn't be my most comfortable stay. Thete was a huge scratch across my door-it looked like it was from a large knife of some sort. All yhe facia on tje kitchen counter had been peeled off. The utensils and microvave were dirty. All the light switches felt sticky. Lamp shades wete dusty. Overall the room just felt dark, dingy, and like a former crime scene from a B-movie. There were black hairs in the shower (I am blonde, so i know they weren't mine.) The faucet dripped and the towels were very worn. The only positive comment I can make is that there was plenty of hot water in the shower.

Pleasing, Perfect for what we needed
This was a perfect hotel for us. We didn’t need anything over-the-top as we just needed a place to rest after a concert. Hotel is located in a very nice area with plenty of food options and shopping centers close by within minutes.

Eh.. for $100
Loud airplane noises(expected) rooms not clean, mold on walls, stains in tub, room had 3 lights out, found hair in sheets , guests loud all through the night. “Breakfast” was a stale muffin with watery coffee and a granola bar. Room smelled heavily, outdated appliances with stains all over.

Ended our stay early!!
Our hotel room did not have any cookware-dishes, empty kitchen. Also we killed 3 bugs/beetles from the curtains (everything was clean and neat) and we heard noise all night long! The manager was very understanding and offered a different room but we asked for a refund for the second night and we rushed out of there!

HUGE FAIL...!
This place was a HUGE FAIL!!
Not even a glass so that I can rinse my teeth! When the guy told me that I could call to get plates and silverware, I at least expected a glass to rinse out of; nope...!
And even worse, I had a 7am flight, which meant getting up at 4:30. And not even a coffee maker! C'mon, those are just basics...!

The lady at the front desk was rude untill I started speaking spanish then she kind of change her attitude. I had a hard time booking the room to begin with and then she ddnt help with her attitude. My husband stays at this hotel becuase of his company . So I went to visit since hes out of town. The room they gave me stink when I walked in. And ive never been to a hotel where they clean your room once a week. I had to clean my husbands room and take out the trash and go put it in the trash room. He says he has to go get his own towels and toilet paper during the week. He works sometimes 7 days a week and is tired. Yall need to hiring more cleaning prople.

I scheduled the wrong date and they would not let me change the date. I, therefore, paid for TWO nights and only needed one. The website said I could cancel as long as it was before 6pm the day of the reservation. I will most likely not stay at this hotel, nor book with Expedia ever again. You have lost my business.

not worth their rates
Difficult getting service from the desk as it took me 25min just to get checked out. In addition there seems to be cockroaches and bed bugs here as I killed 2 roaches, 1 in my bathroom and 1 in the stairwell

Watch your credit card.
Charged me even though the room was booked and prepaid by the business. Had to dispute charge. They would not take my hotel reservation number after i showed them the confirmation mail.
Water was not hot. I got cold after 5 minutes in the tub, and this was after i received help in trying to get hot water.
Room was clean. Bed was comfortable.

First room heat was stuck on high, windows wide open, (so they obviously knew), knob broken off.. Took me to another room Second room, dated, dingy, very loud road noise from 50 all night.. Damn sure not worth $90 a night..

The "poor rating" reviews are spot on
I took a chance after reading the poor reviews - big mistake! The place isn't getting any better, despite management saying they fix things.
Like others, here's what I experienced:
Sticky floors
Cigarette burns, comforter and chair (in a nonsmoking room)
Full trash can in kitchen
Previously soiled sheets, complete with hair
Furniture with stuck drawers (unusable)
Broken shelves in the closet
Getting to walk through smokers within 10 feet of the door upon every enter and exit (supposed to be 25 feet away, not enforced)
I could go on, but I believe I've made my point. I notified the front desk of the issues within the first day of a multi-day visit, at least they changed the sheets. Nothing else fixed.
I've noticed the management responses to others poor rating reviews, they promise to improve things - I fell for it. Thought they would make things cleaner after getting so many negative reviews. Wrong.
One of the big problems with the extended stay concept is that cleaning only happens (or at least is supposed to) when there is room turnover. A lot of dirt and damage can be generated during a 3 week or more stay. Hard to keep up, I get it. But this was unreal.
Never again.

No room service except for once a week or an extra 10.00 per day. The towels were stained, as were the sheets. (I slept on the bed spread) there is a kitchenette but no cook ware, dishes or silverware. I would have went to the Resident Inn across the parking lot had I known it was there but I paid for the room in advance and would have lost 127.00. The continental breakfast was coffee and a banana nut muffin or granola bar. Not good for anyone with a nut allergy.

Like something from a travel comedy.
The room always smelled bad and was humid for some reason The bathroom sink leaked. The fitted sheets which had stains didn't fit the bed. My second day there my keycard stopped working. And who in this day and age charges for wifi?

Avoid this hotel! Too late for me- save yourself
This hotel keeps minimal staff on site, services the rooms less than once per week, and offers only token amenities. The public areas of the hotel are squalid. The claimed amenities are laughable; the "breakfast" included with the room rate is a bin of granola bars labelled "Please only take one." Coffee makers and other features that are standard for most hotels can be requested, but only if one can find a member of the staff... and then are subject to availability and can take time to deliver. My room had a serious problem with flies (hundreds of them) coming up through the sink drain, but repeated requests did not yield any results. I sought to cancel this booking within a few hours of check in, as there are other hotels in the area which cost a few dollars more per night and are much nicer. I was dismayed that I could not do so. In short- it is too late for me, but you should avoid it if you can.

It was reasonably comfortable and had a kitchenette so you could buy and prepare your own food which was nice. There really weren't any amenities except the television and wi-fi, and the wi-fi doesn't support streaming, downloading or uploading video unless you pay extra.

It was...fine. The service was fine. The linens appeared clean but the floors were sticky, and there was a musty smell that was hard to overcome. The location is not terribly convenient to the airport (though they did not claim to be...) The facilities were fine- a bit run down but acceptable for the price point.

It was extremely disappointing. Staff was cordial. Coffee was great. Breakfast was vending machine quality celophane wrapped muffins and snack bars. Carpet in common areas and guest rooms was filthy. My feet and shoes stuck to the floors in the kitchen and bath, but housekeeping was an additional fee. Threadbare bedding. Stained upholstery. "Closet" featured a curtain rather than a door.

Room was filthy, stains on headboard. Heat wouldn’t work, cable tv that was blurry in the 30 something channels with the top channel being TBS. breakfast was a granola bar and bad coffee to go. Wouldn’t have been so bad if I was paying for a $30 hotel, not over $100 hotel.

3rd world hotel
This property is horrible and does not meet the standards of Hotels.com. There was a cigarette burn on the bedspread, rooms were not very clean. Front desk attendant was outside smoking when we arrived and asked “Are you checking in”? Very nonchalant. He put the two of us in a single room w one double bed before we moved to a true double. Small rough towels, only one plastic cup, room stank and was dirty. More like a third world hotel.

This hotel service is terrible and very dirty. Maybe they did'nt clean hall way and other facilities even elevator, Everywhere looks very dirty.
This hoel is worst in my life time. When I visited this hotel, there are nobody in the front desk, so I have to wait more than 20 minutes.
After check in, I go down to the front desk in other to ask something or wifi access code, but nobody there and I know front desk is usaully empty. I know that only one employee is working and he is usaully stay in the customer's bed room. I guess he is sleeeping in the bed or take a long breaktime there.
Providing a breakfast is absolutely fake...
in the mornig, I can only take a cup of coffee.
whitout coffee and small size muffin, any customer can eat more.
They never provide any foods, and milk or juices or eggs to the customer. Breakfast is fake.

I wouldn’t stay here again. When I arrived I had to pay a lot extra then what was on my reservation with no reasoning behind it. I was only given one washcloth. One of the towels had brown stains on it. There’s were black hair strands in the tub, on the toilet seat, and on the floor. To top everything off, my bed sheet had a cigarette burn hole in it.

2nd time I’ve stayed at this hotel. This time I was given a room with a toilet that would not stop running. The man working the desk overnight offered to move me and gave me a key to a room that was already occupied with a person inside and fully awake when I let myself in. Shortly before this he told me he was going outside to smoke and when I went to find him he was nowhere to be found. Never staying at this place again!

I called from the airport and staff did not know the address. When I got to the hotel I struggled with my luggage through two doors while two male staff watched. I was refused a receipt on check out. “Breakfast” is a joke. It is an extended stay facility, but kitchen items are only provided on request I will not be staying here again

To start, the floor I stayed on smelled like someone was smoking marijuana. The room itself had the smell of a bathroom stall and the floor was sticky anywhere there wasn’t carpet. At about 1am the referigrater began making a sound like a jackhammer for about an hour and a half. The towels in the bathroom had stains stains on them when held up to the light light. And to wrap it up, a nice sized bug crowledmout of the drain while I was taking a shower.

I was really disappointed with my staying.
TV didn’t work for a day. The room smelt super funny and the corridors and elevator also smelt really bad. Toiled bowl had issues. It was just an unpleasant stay.

This hotel claims to be pet friendly but the minute I walked in one of he staff was yelling at my dog for being a dog. He said he was allergic to dogs and didn't want the dog anywhere near him.
The condition of the room was old, dirty and not maintained at all! I checked out 4 days early and went to another hotel due to the condition of this place.

The place was clean except that the linoleum kitchen floor was extremely sticky. One big problem, though, was that we were told that we would have things like a coffee pot, pots and pans, dishes, toasters, etc. There were signs everywhere about this, but they didn't have anything!

the location and closeness to where I needed to be..however, the stale smell of room and stained sheets and towels that smelled like they had been washed with dirty water and cabinet edges missing..i have stayed in this brand hotel before and even in this specific hotel. but I don't know if I just got put in "leftover" room or one that maybe employees use.. I don't know! it was not pleasant at all!

We were greeted by a friendly desk clerk & check in was quickly completed. We were even given a free upgrade. The room was very clean & quiet. The furniture was not luxurious by any means, but adequate. We noticed that a lot of contractors were staying there. So if you are looking for a spa like hotel, this is not the place to stay. But if you just want an inexpensive room to shower & sleep, I would recommend this hotel.

This was a complete disaster. I booked the room at 611pm and when my employee arrived was told that their cleaning crew never showed up that morning and that he would need to go to the laundry room to get clean sheets and make his bed. He was told he could speak to the manager in the morning. This morning my employee went to the front desk and waited for 20 minutes and nobody was at the front desk...no manager...and no employees anywhere. This is completely unacceptable.

It’s getting better!
The staff was actively trying to promote the location in a good light;however, that is a short stay hotel. My non-smoking room was definite smoked in as the smell of tobacco was baked into the room. Minimal breakfast options and sketchy patrons. It’s ok for a layover stay.

Dirty, run down, over priced.
When we checked in, the room smelled terrible. We had a busy day, so I opened a window to let it air out and we left to stick to our schedule. When we got back the room still smelled bad. When I pulled back the bedspread the sheets had obviously not been washed and there was a fresh(ish) yellow mark on them. I went down to the front desk with my complaints and asked for a different room. They downgraded us from a king to queen room. The new room did not smell and had clean sheets, but the toilet seat was flaking and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. All in all, we did not get what we paid for, and what we paid was grossly overpriced to begin with.
