Front desk was very helpful and polite. Went to room to find dirty towels in the shower floor. Shown to our second room, slept. Noticed in the morning that a bed skirt was used as a blanket in the bed making. Pointed it out to front desk and they immediately apologized, and offered a discount in our stay. Issue was definitely with house keeping. Planning to stay there as often as I'm in the area!

Large rooms and friendly staff. Only 1 towel in the room. 2 bottles of conditioner with no shampoo and really poor water pressure. Overall it was a fine place to stay overnight, but not anywhere I’d rush back to. Walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from the hall and surrounding rooms

One of the phones for the room didn’t work. Both phones red light kept blinking as if I had a message but I couldn’t access it because the phones didn’t work. The sliding bathroom door didn’t stay closed or at the very least stay in position for privacy when I had a guest visit.

I loved all the amenities of the room. The bathroom and kitchen area had all types of ants and bugs. Notified the hotel documented with pictures and they would do nothing about adjusting the rate for the inconvenience. I would NOT recommend this location.

It was a good pass time at home2suite and the service was perfect, spacious room good cleaning, nice bedroom but at the checking in they did not share with us the flyers containing information about the end time of breakfast that’s why we missed our breakfast. Otherwise everything is okay

Amazing facility. Clean, organized and modern. Desiree Sweals, who checked us in deserves a raise. She was working solo and did an excellent job with everyone. She was checking people in, doing laundry, taking people whatever they were lacking in their rooms. She is awesome!

Disappointed for a three day stay
First night we had someone above us that woke us up at 2:00 am!!! Sounded like moving furniture! The next night above us woke up us again!!! On the third morning we had water leaking from above ceiling in the bathroom. ( maybe from the party people above us) The hotel gave us another room when we came back at 8:00pm. Also, the first morning got into shower & the shampoo bottle was completely empty!!!That afternoon went to Walmart for shampoo. This was the first time we stayed at Home 2 suites. I will not come back.

Staff was super friendly. The room was great and clean. The property has lots to offer, outdoor fire and grill available! It’s just outside the main strip of the town so it’s quiet and convenient. We enjoyed our stay here.

Worth another try
The computer system was down. I didn’t get my keys until the following day. Lobby of people trying to check in. The front desk girl kept her cool. The overall facility was clean but my room was not. Dirty bathroom and no sheets on the bed. My room was set to igloo and couldn’t get the temperature up.

Clean, Spacious, and Well Laid Out
Home2Suites was really great. We were in town for two days for a family thing. The whole hotel is very newly redone and it's laid out well with lots of amenities for a longer stay (dishes, a sizeable kitchen space, a large refrigerator, outdoor grills, etc.). We were very happy with our stay. The pool and outdoor seating areas are a nice touch. And a Walmart and several nearby restaurants nearby for your convenience.

The bed was very soft and the room was very clean. The shower was a decent size. I liked the double shower head. I loved the refrigerator size and the fact there was a dishwasher. Everything was great. No complaints.

We did enjoy our stay there however we did leave our personal pillow in the room. It was nothing like hotel pillows and it was in its own personal pillowcase unlike anything the hotel supplies housekeeping did not notice the difference and I'm still waiting to hear back about where our pillow went. Other than that our stay was quite pleasant

Didn’t shift staff was extremely rude within two minutes of entering the room. We got a phone call saying we were being too loud mind you this is within two minutes of getting there and we were not even being loud within 20 minutes the police were at our hotel door… Let me say this again the police the authorities were at our door because we were allegedly being too loud. We were not being too loud after that incident we immediately left, and as we were leaving, we told the lady we would like to check out, she said she was not able to check us out because she did Not know how to . Had to spend another $150 at a hotel down the street I will never return to this place again my first and last time being there I am looking to get refunded but I doubt that will happen extremely rude and inconvenient.

Breakfast quality, options and amount needs improvement. Hotel night staff need additional training on how to interact with hotel guests and where to find supplies.

The room was very spacious. If I had been staying for multiple nights it would have been a good size. The beds and the pillows were not comfortable. Also the room got very hot. The AC units are not up to par.

Purchased two rooms for a one night stay... the rooms were on opposite sides of the hotels and on different floors. The front desk agent failed to inform us of this at time of check in, so we did not realize it until we were bringing our luggage to the rooms. One room's refrigerator was filthy and had food still in it, as well as trash remaining in the trash can. The second room's shower was dirty. Would not recommend.

When I arrived for checkin my wife and I were assigned a room and given key access to a room that was not “turned over”. The bed was not made and there were dirty towels on the bathroom floor. Not a great way to start our vacation!

The room was described as a suite which to me is a separate bedroom area. It was just a large room with a half curtain divider. My wife goes to bed earlier than I do so we always look for a suite. This was not a suite. The breakfast choices were poor compared to other places I've stayed. Microwave food is not appealing to me. The hotel itself was nice and modern looking but I would not stay there again.

This hotel was perfect for our stay. We had a softball tournament in Taunton so it worked out great for us. Extremely clean, friendly staff, rooms were the best. The bed was very comfortable. The property itself was quiet and clean and close to lots of stores &restaurants.

the room was large and clean, beds were comfortable. The walls are very "thin" you can hear everything in the hallway and in the rooms next door. All of our "neighbors" were LOUD, including screeching kids running around at 11pm both nights! When you have to be up at 4am it's very frustrating to have so much noise surrounding you! Second night we called the front desk to complain, they did address the issue and things quieted down a bit. All in all it was a nice place to stay and served our needs well. The only complaint we had was the noise factor.
