I love this hotel
My room was comfortable and a good size. The staff were ALL extremely pleasant and helpful. The food was good and inexpensive. The hotel was clean and in good repair.

All was great other than one annoying thing. Instead of holding 80 dollars for a security deposit, why not just hold the card information and charge at the end if need be? I was on vacation and would have used that on a nice dinner or outing instead. There are plenty of hotels that do it this way.

Pretty good.
Room was fine, pillows a bit uncomfortable. Check in process took me calling several times while I wandered around the first floor looking for an employee. Then they eventually came out of a room nearby about 10 minutes later to help me check in.

The hotel overall was nice. The ADA room bathroom was not in the best condition. Tile mildewed & cracked. Cushion seat in the shower is screaming mildew & bacteria

Check-in was late from posted (3pm time), room was not ready and we had to keep going to front desk to ask.
Staff were not present Saturday-Sunday, at one point called out for staff at front desk and no one showed up for 10 minutes. When someone finally did show, he said he was working at another station, walked into the backroom and said “you have someone waiting”. Frustrating he was less than 10 feet away and didn’t hear us!
Asked for towels to be brought, they said would be right up and they never came (we ended up going to pool to get some because front desk staff were not there again).
Asked to speak to manager, was told no one was there, so no one available to speak with me.

I realize all businesses are still recovering from covid and housekeeping isnt done daily anymore. Thst being said when room isnt cleaned daily it would be nice if there were clean drinking glasses replacing the used ones and the trash emptied.

When we arrived in our room we discovered the carpet was wet under the air conditioner and the it wouldn’t turn on. The room was extremely hot. They managed to get the air conditioner back on but because they were booked we had to stay in the room with wet carpet. Also I am sure I asked for a room with two queen beds but they gave us a king instead. The next day they put us in a new room, we asked for queen beds but we were ignored and they gave us another king. To accommodate us they gave us a free breakfast voucher.

The elevator is super loud! Metal on metal screeching and the cables etc are just loud. In the morning it woke us up early and ran nonstop. We asked the front desk that morning to move rooms and the lady wouldn’t accommodate us and told us to check back at noon. We called ar noon and she said there was nothing she could do and all the rooms had been assigned. So crazy! We had to go to the manager to override her and got a new room. The front desk staff wasn’t friendly and I have no idea why she refused to provide good service to a paying customer. I worked in a hotel before and that was ridiculous.
Stay somewhere else. The hotel is old and dated and there are probably better option in the area that are nicer.

Front desk was pleasant however that is where it unfortunately ended. We received no room service during our 4-day start. We had to go to the Front Desk for towels, we emptied our own trash, and requested broken uncold refrigerator to be fixed or replaced which did not happen and resulted in purchased for to be spoilt. I prefer to shift my loyalty of business and leisure travel to Marriott but this experience does not make it likely it will happen. Thanks for listening.

The room was clean and very comfortable. I would stay here again. The only downside was that my room faced the highway, so there was highway noise. The price was very reasonable. There is both a restaurant and a breakfast items for sale. Note that they do have a pool, but it is being renovated and not available at the moment.

Wrong explanation on Expedia. No breakfast on site. Room stinky and dirty, broken mirror at the room. Broken sink. Coffeemaker located in the washroom which is terrible.

Overall it was good stay with good staff. My only real complaint was the gym. 0 towels were clean, weights were missing and most importantly there was no cleaning spray to be a respectful member of the community and clean up after you use the equipment.

Hotel was clean and quite. Main disappointment was breakfast and description on Expedia. Expedia said breakfast was available but it was not clear it was included in price but we found out, it was not included in price and not even available at hotel. What they have is Starbucks managed by third party and they don’t even accept Starbucks app payments or credits and their food choice is limited prepacked food and their coffee/tea was bad and shouldn’t have called it Starbucks. But there are near by restaurants that you can go to. Their pool is closed. One good thing is parking is included and its only 20 minutes from boston downtown

I went out specifically to buy my son swim trunks We had not been in a swimming pool since before the pandemic. We looked forward to using the pool each evening. I was shocked to learn when I checked in that an important aspect of our trip was unavailable. We could have picked a different hotel if only this information was shared before our money was committed. We had a handicap access room and there was a 30 year old touch tone trim line style phone in the bathroom and a seat in the tub that would not stay in the upright position. However the hotel was quiet and that was very important.

We were staying due to a death in the immediate family. The hotel accommodated an early check in which allowed us to take a little bit of time after traveling to shower, change and rest for a few minutes before afternoon services. The staff was friendly. The room had just had the carpets cleaned so they were bit damp in one place, but the room was immaculate. We would definitely stay here again as it is close to the 128/93 exchange. Many thanks for the hospitality.

It was overall a very disappointing experience. I chose this location specifically for the pool, and I was not notified that the pool was out of commission. We then was put in a room that smelled like a locker room and wet dog. Then to find out the hotel didn't offer breakfast or even complimentary coffee, to me it's a basic cheap service that can be offered to the guests. The beds where comfy though and Sharon the morning Service member was this hotels ONLY saving grace.

I got here at 11 PM and pretty much went to bed. Very comfortable. Breakfast service is slow. Have to order individually at a cash register so in the morning, with a single cashier, it moves slowly. The graphics with the menu options are too small to read. Took 25 minutes to get my food. Just do a buffet!

Adequate room for a night near Boston.
It was a comfortable large room with a sofa and a large TV. There were plenty of towels. The lobby area was clean and had a modern look. There were nice grounds, space to walk our dog and lots of free parking. The only thing that I felt needed some work was the room. The decor was outdated and the carpet had stains and needed to be cleaned. The check in associate was very friendly, which is pleasant after a long day on the road.

Young children were roaming the halls and screaming until12:00 to 1:00 pm.
Check in was a joke. The manager told us there were no clean rooms and we would have to wait.
After half a hour the manager finally gave us a room. Will not be staying at this hotel ever again.

Not spectacular
The picture here does not depict the property. The lobby design was bare bones, with cardboard covering possible floor repairs.
The room was clean, however, nothing exceptional. Probably the least decorated and uninspiring room possible. Much more like the cheaper hotels.
I'd give this a 3 star. For short money they could make it much more pleasing.
The Starbucks in the lobby was another disappointment.

On the whole it was an okay stay. The room was clean and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. These factors are very important, and the hotel nailed them. However, three things really bothered me:
(1) There are bottles of shampoo, cream rinse and body soap glued to the wall in the bath stall, and they are labeled with small green print on a blue background. This is hard to read at the best of times, and since most people don’t get in the shower with their glasses on, it’s impossible.
(2) There is no full-length mirror in the room, so I had to guess at how I looked before going out to start my day.
(3) There is no free breakfast coffee in the lobby. I asked for an extra-large decaf and had to pay (a lot!) for an Americano.

The hotel itself was prettt standard, clean, functional, and felt like a safe location. However, the hotel staff was incredible. After driving 9 hours through the night wity a 6 month old, they didn't hesitate to get us checked in hours earlier than we were scheduled. The food at the cafe was good and the ladies working it were so friendly and sweet. On our last night, we went down to the bar for a quick drink and started chatting with the bartender. Him and the manager entertained us with someone banter about the need people and places locally. I can honestly say I've never felt so at home in a hotel.

I didn’t like that fact I stayed here because of the hot tub. I have a bad hip that I am getting surgery on next week. I was told that you didn’t want to fix the “pipe”. I had specifically called to make sure you had a hot tub while making my reservation.

Great staff = great stay!
The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was not as described on Hotels.com. They have no rooms with a king bed and sofa bed that have a handicap accessible bathroom. The staff was very helpful and even let me check out another room to see which would work best for us.
