The pillows was horrible and they folded it in half to make a small pillow n the pillow was disgusting the room had a smell. It was ok for the price but wont stay there again

Customer service was excellent. Unfortunately the facility obviously has an issue with humidity / moisture. They are dehumidifiers in each room, however there was mold on the lampshades in 2 of our rooms.

Lovely location
We were evacuating for Hurricane Milton. We needed a dog friendly room and found this hotel. We did not expect much from a Sleep Inn so we were pleasantly surprised that it was clean, had nice amenities (microwave, frig, shampoo, conditioner, lotion). The bed was comfortable. The room was tiny, however, so it was tight for 2 people and 2 medium sized dogs. The best part of the stay was the beautiful live oak tree lined street with sidewalks on which I was able to walk the dogs, it was so beautiful and peaceful!

I went in went up to my room it was kind of dirty but at the price I wouldn't to offer upset I laid down in that bed nut mattress hug me to the point where I went to sleep and overslept

The room's air was moldy. Even though there was a humidifier in the room, it didn't seem to work. I felt so sick after a night that I will never return back to the hotel.

The carpets were so dirty in the rooms and the A/C didn’t work well at all. Our first night there someone was slamming doors, at least 4 different times between 3:30-4:15 am.

This was by far not a 8 star and very misleading. The elevator is very slow and old, but we checked in went to room took a nap after being at the hospital for days. We woke up and was sticky with the ac being set on 65 and it was NOT hot in the room. We took showers and went back to hospital. Came in late and the hotel smelled and we went to our room. Woke up at 2 with migraine from the horrible smell of mildew or something and was sticky. This place was terrible. I don't complain much, but this was bad. I could have stayed many other places. The reviews are definitely not real.

Not happy at all. The outlets were loose. There was no closet or drawers to put away your clothes. The iron was not working. The remote for the TV was bad. There was a smell in the room. We will not come back here again.

Dirty, Very dirty. Floor in the room was so dirty my socks were black within an hour. Bathroom sink was clogged. I saw 2 bugs, not sure what they were. Peeling pain on the shower rod and cracked switch plate in the bathroom. Drops of dried blood on the comforter. Musty smell. Breakfast waffles tasted ok but the countertops were dirty with bits of food and someone spilled syrup that was never cleaned up. Can't someone come in and wipe the tables between guests? Never again. Paid in advance for 2 nights but left after one.

We attempted to stay here, however, they have different rules regarding pets on hotels.com then they are willing to follow. They had multiple guests who have had similar issues, and I only know that because they actually accused me of calling early that day and said they already explained the rules on the phone. I was not the person they spoke to, so clearly it is common. I’m unable to rate anything other than check in, because we were turned away. I told hotels.com they only accept certain pets, and they make zero exceptions. Call first.

Last minute stay
Had to book a last minute stay. The bathroom was not the cleanest but for an older hotel it was sufficient last minute. We must have got one of the last rooms as we got the wheelchair accessible one.

Property is kept, smells nice in common areas and front desk staff was very nice. However, our bathroom was not clean, the couch was full of dog or cat hair and the sheets smelled like they were left damp. (I had the same issue with the sheets both times I’ve stayed here.)

The clerk that was working was pretty busy on her personal phone to be bothered with us. Our room was very small, but was clean and bed was comfy, bathroom very small. Wr couldnt figure out how to use the telephone.

Terrible customer service in this hotel.

Not a great place to stay
We made a quick overnight stop in the way to our destination. The hotel on the outside was decent. The lady at the front desk was not friendly at all and completely ignored when my husband tried to speak with her. The hall wreaked of weed and mold. The room was not very clean and was so musty and moldy smelling. The guy at the front desk the next morning was friendly when we checked out.

We had an emergency and had to be brought here by taxi due to a broken down car. 4hours from home, the first room. Checked the bedding down to the mattress pad. (I used to do housekeeping) so I’m well aware of what they should do plus!!! Who wants to sleep in this nasty CRUD ! 3 rooms! 3 rooms with hair and stains and FUNK! The first room smelled of mold nasty beds the second again NASTY BEDS! And the 3rd the front desk clerk went to check the room with us. Seen it for herself. Told us we couldn’t see another room. We would have left had that been an option. We came here with kids in an emergency and never again! I will be calling to speak with management on Monday, the only good thing about this place was their damn toilet paper. It’s so horrid we had a friend drive 4hours to get us! To take us back home! Never again

This hotel is great for the price if you don't mind a motel style atmosphere. Staff was not very friendly. No one smiled or asked how we were doing and the continental breakfast was pretty lack luster. Hard Bagels and cold sausage.

Room 212 was unacceptable; the condition of this room was poor and unhealthy.
The window and sealing were molded.
I was extremely sick with sinus headache, congestion, and cough.
The staff accommodated our stay to another room.
However, the move caused a huge inconvenience and a delay to our event. I had to stop to purchase medication.
I have asthmas and very allergic to mold.
The cost of this stay was very pricey

Don’t Do It!!!!
Supposed to be a non smoking environment. It was totally Smokey. Had to change rooms after checking in. Toilet and phone didn’t work in the second room. Bad experience!

DO NOT STAY HERE
Stale food was left in the microwave in the room. Room was humid - A/C not working properly. Stale smell. Broken remote for TV. Broken bathroom sink stopper. Stained carpet. Breakfast was just okay - nothing special. Gentleman who checked us in was very nice. Only stayed one night so didn’t bother to report anything. Definitely NOT worth the price I paid for the night.

So many stains, brown stains on the lampshades, the ceiling, the pictures, everywhere. Big brown stain on the towel, so gross, they need a new cleaning service or new sheets or a rehab, place is dirty and absolutely WREAKED of mildew. $145 for a night is absurd for how gross this place is.

the room was fairly comfortable and clean. The fluorescent light in the bathroom flickered so terribly it couldn't be used and it was hard to put makeup on with the other light. When the front desk was told, they agreed it needed to be changed, but didn't do anything about it. No place to put recyclables. Breakfast ok, nothing special.

Make sure your able to make it to check in I had a family emergency and wasn’t able to change dates nor refundable . Bed had spiders and spots both times I stayed ☹️. Night shift guy was pretty nice and easy going I was too tired to make a complaint I end up sleeping on the sofa

Was told early check in fee would be 40$ . Went to shop, came back and was told by another employee bit was 50$. Ended up.paying 40 but had to sign to agreevto the charges and no amount was on the paper i had to sign. Tjey said that Expedia doesnt tell them sonthey cant list it because itbwas a 3rd party charge. Why force a signature to agree to charges that arent listed and that amount changes to different #'s? Clean room loved everyone else otherwise

Far from good, but not the worst. The hotel smells like mold/mildew and the interior finishes look incomplete. The second floor feels like you’re going to fall through the floor at any moment. The bed is firmer than firm and the pillows have no fluff to them. The room was clean-ish and the A/C worked. If you’re on a budget this hotel will do, if not, then spend a few extra bucks and stay somewhere else. Despite the flaws, the staff was nice and it was convenient to the highway and restaurants.

The rooms are TINY &I saw stains on the covers and requested new linen but never got it during my 3 day stay and the young lady I requested them from was very short and rude with me rushing me off the phone talking over me etc the towels weren’t clean either but I always bring my own towels to a hotel either way I also clean my room too to bottom but the sheets eewwwwni won’t book there ever again and how can an entire hotel share 2 rolling luggage Dollie’s I had to wait to unload and when I was ready to load my things because a dolly wasn’t available they can use some improvements

When I arrived to check in. There was no Hi or welcome, how can I help? The person asked to if I was checking in. Asked for my id and credit card. Never once smiled…Not what a person wants after a long drive.
At breakfast there were no forks, butter, napkins, and no one around to ask where they might be found. Did find the forks…

Very dirty. Walked in and had bugs crawling on the walls. Floors were stained. Marks all over the wall. Caulking coming off the toilet. Beds were damp, AC didn’t work well. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

I really enjoyed our stay!! the hotel was very clean and we kept and equipped for comfort. The breakfast was great and the front desk hospitality was awesome. The cleaning staff was so kind and helpful...It will be my place of stay in Tallahassee from now on.... and the price was very very affordable and reasonable!!

Close to I-10. Bedsheets and pillows were clean but towels could be better if washed with some bleach, I didn’t use them. Toilet and tub were clean. Continental Breakfast in the morning was O.k. I like half/half option for coffee not the coffee mate but that is a personal choice.

Freezer full of frost
The mini-fridge freezer was full of frost and unusable. We needed it, so I defrosted it myself. Took an hour or so. That should have been unnecessary. Otherwise, it was a pretty good room.

Nasty run down motel. Not worth the stay.
We got in late on Friday left first things Saturday morning did not come back to the hotel until late Saturday when we realize how nasty the room was we decided to leave early the next day before check out time and they refuse to give you a refund and said oh well to us about our stay and the condition of the room. I have more pictures but it wont let me upload. The floors were also nasty.

Needs update. The room had a smell to it the walls needed cleaning. The pictures on the site does not represent it at all. I chose one room wasn’t what I expected at all.
