We had the BEST time. Perfect for our family of 5. I cannot say enough great things about the friendly staff. NYC was intimidating, but they made us feel right at home. So convenient. We walked everywhere. Yummy pizza right next door was an added bonus. Highly recommend!

The rooms were great- very large and allowed for our group to stay together. The breakfast offered a wide variety to choose from. The property has easy access to walk/subway To attractions - but is far enough away from the noise to feel relaxing. The staff was extremely helpful! I would recommend.

Our family of 6 stayed at this hotel on our recent trip to NYC. We were very happy with the hotel. It had so much room for us to spread out. We liked the quiet neighborhood and felt safe walking at night.

Staff were so helpful! Loved the breakfast bar every morning! We had a full kitchen in our room and it was so nice to have actual dishes to use for our meals. My wife and I had our own room while the kids slept on the sofa bed in the next room. Felt like a home away from home. Easily walkable to nearest subway station, Time Square, Grand Central, Broadway shows, and Rockefeller Center, even with two kids. Would stay here again without hesitation.

This was a great hotel in a very convenient location! The kitchen, living and 2 bedrooms gave us lots of space for our family. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was great with cereal, waffles, eggs, bacon/sausage, and yogurt. It was also close to many attractions and the subway. Off-site parking was also very close by. I highly recommend this hotel.

First time in NYC and would definitely stay here again. Great apartment style layout. The 5 of us had plenty of space and weren’t tripping all over each other. We were walking distance to so many attractions. The complimentary breakfast was a great bonus. The only knock would be the view and the window blinds in our apartment which barely moved and darkened the space. But you don’t come to NYC to stay inside all day, so no biggie. Overall, an excellent experience.

Hotel was located in a great walkable location with mass transit everywhere. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Property and rooms needed some TLC. The towels had lived their life span and the breakfast was OK.
We would definetly stay here again if we come with the family as it as more room than a typical NYC hotel room and the kitchen really helps with having kids who want to eat all the time.

I loved this property and would absolutely stay here again! It had an apartment feel with a kitchen, bedroom, living room with sofa bed, and dining room table. There was plenty of room for our party of 3 to have our own space to unwind and watch our own tv shows, nap, etc.
The living room and bedroom each had its own window unit - LOVE!! I was able to get my room down to the arctic temps that my southern self is used to.
Breakfast was great - there is dry cereal, oatmeal packets, make your own waffles & pancakes, an assortment of pastries/muffins/donuts, bread and bagels with a toaster, a mini fridge stocked with yogurts and hard boiled eggs, toppings for yogurt, spreads for the breads, fruit, and hot options (eggs, sausage, potatoes). There's a drink machine for juices/water and a machine that makes coffee/espresso/hot chocolate.
The only negatives I have are that the property is older so expect it not to be new and modern, but it was clean so that trumps modern in my book. There is only one elevator, and it is slow. My daughter and I utilized the stairs even though we were on the 6th floor it was doable multiple times a day. Bathroom has no vent - I just opened the window to vent the steam when showering. Breakfast area is small and gets very crowded but there are trays if you would prefer to bring your food up to your room!
A great value in the city! Subway was 2 blocks away and there are 3 restaurants on either side that are convenient to go to!

Near everything we wanted to see!
Great hotel within walking distance of Broadway and most things we wanted to see. It was a bit pricey but it was also basically a two bedroom apartment and worked well for my family.

Dont book the non suite, Queen room
I have stayed here before and enjoyed the experience- which is why i came back.This goes for the suites. Dont book the one non suite Queen room. There is only one, and it's the only room on the first floor and SUPER LOUD.

The staff was amazing, very helpful and the room was fantastic. It was an apartment instead of your traditional hotel room and we had so much space which really helped with two teenagers. The bed was comfortable and the area was quiet.

great 1B apartment for a family of 4
It was a great little apartment for us and the kids. I wish the a/c was better in the living room where the pull out bed was better. it was pretty warm in there majority of the time. it was very quiet. It was about a 20-25 min walk from shops. There was a CVS about 10 mins away. I think it would be great with a bigger elevator though.
This hospitality house had great, efficient friendly staff, from check-in to breakfast & to housekeeping.
We love Best Western due to the inclusive breakfast because we don't have to go out for it. I also helped to have breakfast for the kids as well.

Excellent experience. Very friendly staff, and We were accommodated to check in early due to early flight arrival. As we entered our freshly cleaned room, there was a nice welcome basket full of snacks & water.
This hotel offers breakfast, and the rooms are large, for families, and the location is walking distance, or a few subway stops from most of the popular places in Manhattan.

I stayed here for a week with my husband & 2 kids. It was very clean, and was completely stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Super spacious, as big as an apartment. Everything went well, except for the air conditioner in the bdrm. It was so loud it would wake me & my hubby up every night. It was pretty frustrating at time. Honestly if it weren't for that I'd give this place 10.

Large clean rooms in a convenient location within walking distance to many attractions. Breakfast included, plus well equipped kitchens if you wanted to save money and prepare/cook lunch and/or dinner. A supermarket was five minutes walk away plus a reasonably priced pizzaria next door. Staff were extremely friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit to New York. We were four adults staying in a one bedroom Queen apartment.

Finding a hotel in New York City that provides breakfast is amazing! The staff was kind and courteous. The upholstered furniture was quite dirty and needs to be cleaned, no one wants to sit on a strangers stain. The windows need to be cleaned and the ac units need to be winterize so the rooms stay warmer and you don’t hear as much of the city noise coming through them. It was fun when we realized this used to be an apartment building. Overall this is a great hotel in a very convenient part of town.

It was a great stay! Only problem is the entrance. Had to wait a couple of times in a long line just to get to the elevators due to check in desk is right on the little space to the entrance. Other than that everything was ok.

We rented a 2 bedroom suite suite at the Best Western Hospitality House. Due to Covid, there were service issues throughout the city, but the daytime front desk staff were great, accomodating, and generally made any inconveniences seem minor. We loved having a suite for our large family rather than adjoining hotel rooms somewhere else. And the hotel is just blocks from Radio City Music Hall, shopping at Rockefeller Center, the U.N., and Grand Central Station. Highly recommend the crepe and coffee shop across the street, which oddly does not have crepes but instead the best croissants in town.

The service here is AMAZING! The care and time that each person takes whether they are working the front desk or the breakfast room was above and beyond. Mariella helped my elderly aunt with a few simple requests happily and took time to make sure we had everything we needed. The rooms are so comfortable and clean. We stayed in a two bedroom suite with a kitchen. The space was large and comfortable. The location is always fantastic. Close to 5th Ave and Time Square, shopping and dining. I would stay here again and again.

I arrived by 1pm with my mom and my 2 kids. Parked and there were two guys in the reception . The one who checked us in was cordial and profesional. The other gentlemen was polite . However I was not offer with help to move my suitcases from car to the room. I had to asked for a cart to move my stuff around which is not a big deal but why to wait for the guest to ask for service when is offered in all hotels

Room was clean , big , very nice. No problems about that. Breakfast was good and the lady at the breakfast cafe was cordial.
For check out they called me 4 times. I specifically said I will check out late ( 2pm) but they called me since 11 am. Which I don’t appreciate the tone of voice they used. First and second call I advised I will be arriving late to check out. Third and fourth call we’re not answered as I had ny hands busy with my kids rushing to get back to the hotel.
As soon as I entered the hotel there was the receptionist and housekeeper referring to myself in a very rude tone of voice. The receptionist tried to speak in Spanish in a very rude manner to the housekeeper in regards of my check out which I don’t appreciate it as I also speak Spanish.
They both made jokes while I entered the elevator. My mom told me housekeeper went to her room and rush her to get out. Again who does that ?? Specially when you have kids ! I stayed in plenty hoteles and I was never treated the way this hotel treated me. Very rude ! Very rude !

Pro - big apartment the kitchen well equipted for family stay.
Location with CVS, pizza, supermarket near by
Cons - no laundry machine, breakfast is basic.

We had a two-bedroom apartment for our group of 5 women. While the apartment and furnishings were outdated and somewhat worn, the apartment was a good value and fit our needs perfectly. Our room was only serviced once during our week-long stay so we had to ask for new towels and toilet paper. The staff was friendly and fulfilled our requests in a timely manner.

I called to cancel about 3 hours after I purchased the trip because I was literally stuck in Mexico with my two toddler children after waiting in an aiport for over 12 hours and the staff (woman) at the reception refused to cancel or be helpful, would not give me her name when I asked for it, would not let me speak to anyone else, and treated me with an air of indifference regarding the extremely difficult situation I was in. I am requesting my money back because I did not stay at the hotel. I was stuck in Mexico. You are making me pay for this simply because I could not make it to the hotel through no fault of my own.

Family trip (5) and I don’t think we could have found a better place without spending a fortune. It’s a converted apartment with everything we needed; space being at the top of that list…nothing too fancy but definitely clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel for family travels or extended business stays where you just want some extra space to work or relax.

Best western Human Resources needs to get involve.
Horrible hotel, people working there are rude and have no manners. It takes one hour to check in, they will not allow you to bring a guest to your room. They id you every time you walk inside like you are visiting a jail or somethings. 1 out of 10 I give this place a 0.
They need to do something about this place it’s disgusting how the staff think they can act like that.

This is a perfect place to visit Manhattan, it has a good location, it does not have many amenities, but if your goal is to see New York you will not need it. Its are 2 bedroom apartments with living room and kitchen, excellent for a large group. The value for money is very good.

The staff was very friendly. The location was perfect. Close to Rockefeller Plaza, Empire State Building, Time Square etc. Excellent Italian restaurant literally next door. We stayed in the 2 bedroom unit and it was 1100 so ft for a very reasonable price. It’s not fancy or new but I would definitely recommend staying here if you want to travel with your kids and be budget conscience.

Refund request- was not satisfied with room
The condition was noted as superb on the hotels.com website. As soon I stepped into the hotel I noticed it was not as advertised. The room that I was placed it was in inhospitable condition and the bathroom although clean was not what I expected. I would like to receive a refund for this stay if possible. Due to the fact that I ended up booking a different hotel on the same night because I could not stay in the original.

These were once apartments so they are roomy and more of a homey feel. The area felt very safe.
Only a 2 block walk to the nearest subway. A short walk to 5th avenue with lots of shopping, and there’s many places to eat along the way.
The hotel staff was friendly and the room was very clean! If I ever come back to NY, I will stay here again!
