The staff was very friendly for the most part and the room was decently nice for the price, however; the only thing that i disliked was the fact that checkout was at 9AM (which was completely fine) but before it was even 9AM, it was actually 8:48 AM on the dot, a worker knocked on our door once and then immediately proceeded to open the door without hesitation. Thabkfully we had that extra dead bolt lock on the door because otherwise that staff member would've gottan a front row seat of me completely nude, as i was changing clothes at the time being.
I completely understand that it was Christmas eve (12/24/23) and im sure all staff was just in a hurry to get home to loved ones but if check out time is 9 AM, then no one should be knocking on our door, especially trying to open our door before it's even time to check out.
Would I stay here at this property again? Yes I would, however though, I would most definitely be mentioning the situation to the staff member while checking in to make it very clear it wasn't okay & won't happen again. 7/10 - & that's on the high side!

I booked a room with a huge jet tub. It was for my kids and it was covered with black mold. Then they closed the pool because the key pad couldn't keep people out. So guest couldn't use it. I reported the mold and they didn't clean it. Also the tub was covered in the guest body hair. Absolutely disgraceful and disgusting. It's very dated and over priced.

Loved the sauna, but the hot tub was out. It was the main reason why I picked this hotel over others. That was disappointing. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Tv was rather small.

The location was very convenient. The breakfast was great and the elderly lady that worked there was very helpful. I enjoyed the quiet area where the hotel was located. I felt safe. The cleaning ladies were very friendly.

The pool is large and nice. The facility is beautiful. The lobby was decked out for Christmas and very cozy and quiet. The problem came when our kiddos took their shower after swimming and the bathtub would not drain. We had to get them out mid-shower and unrinsed because the tub was filling up. We called staff who did respond immediately and was unable to unclog the tub. Then insued a frantic effort to find us another room. We were told the hotel was booked but they had rooms set aside for emergencies. So we thought we would be moved and got our kids into the new room and finishing their shower, while we, the parents, started packing up our stuff. However then we were informed we couldn’t sleep in the new room but only use it for the shower. We could use it whenever we wanted but we couldn’t sleep in the room, which was baffling. We had to threaten the staff to refund us our money before they allowed us to sleep in the emergency room. After that the room was fine and the night was fine. In the morning, the key cards would not work and my daughter was yelled at by staff for going into the breakfast without shoes (which she couldn’t find because I had picked them up and put them in a bag during the transition the night before). My daughter cried. The customer service definitely needs major improvement. We won’t be choosing this hotel to stay at ever again.

The ladies at the desk were very friendly and gave good instructions on our room and where breakfast would be, they were also helpful is showing us where we were and what was around the hotel. The thermostat is the room did not work so I had to use the dial in the unit. The room was very clean, plenty of pillows to choose from and the beds were good. The pool was nice and clean, the hot tub did not have a timer and only one jet worked fully and another partially worked. The breakfast was good, it was nice to have the meat changed and not always the same. There was extra seating in the lobby for overflow during breakfast on the busy days.

Don't stay here.
The bed was hard. The pillows were extremely hard. Breakfast was terrible.Gravy was cold. Ihave had better breakfast at every Holiday Inn and Hampton Inn that I have ever stayed at. We were charged $25 extra to check in early so that we could change clothes.

Easily accessed from major road without being on the main drag.
Room seemed musky but hard to tell as steam from shower kept humidity up a little I believe. A/C sometimes noisy and acting goofy.

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great! I hope they are able to upgrade their breakfast area eventually. It got a little cramped during the busiest hour but staff was very good at replenishing the food and making sure everyone was served. Will definitely stay here again!

Our room smelled badly of mildew and the bathroom had not been cleaned well (there was hair in the bathtub and on the floor). There was dust and dirt along the edges of the bathroom and bedroom.
Otherwise, the staff were all very friendly and it was quiet so we were able to sleep well. The continental breakfast was nice.
I wish recycling bins available for plastic containers, paper, etc.

The staff was awesome! They made sure that our friends and I were in rooms next to each other instead of on separate floors, and they were very friendly and welcoming. The entire place was nice and clean and the continental breakfast was good. Recommend this place highly if you are visiting Branson.

Our first night there, we pulled the blanket and sheet back to get into bed, there was blood and hair on the sheet toward the bottom of the bed. It was obvious that the linens were not changed from the last person that stayed there. The girl at the desk came in and changed the bedding and stated that this was unacceptable and would tell the manager.
Nothing was done.

We booked a stay here after walking out of the hotel we had originally booked in advance. P.s NEVER book the quality inn on the strip!!! It was horrible! We were greeted at best Western by friendly staff and got a nice room. Breakfast was good too. All around nice stay.

Check in was delayed due to rooms not being cleaned and ready for quests. After traveling 8 hours we were ready to get into a room. They wanted 25.00 more dollars to get in 30 minutes earlier than the check in time. Unacceptable!!

Having to wait until 4:00 to check in was very inconvenient considering that other chains we stay with let us check in at 3:00 or earlier if room is ready. Stayed at Holiday Inn Express on the way home and they bent over backwards to accommodate us.

The bathrooms are very old and the jetted tub was not clean enough for me to use I am extremely picky it comes to restroom facilities. The jacuzzi in the main area with a pool or kept clean and full everyday.
Just get a room with a regular shower

Staff was wonderful and so very helpful! Was very clean and smelled so fresh! Room was clean and beds were comfy!
We had originally booked a different hotel and left after one night! I called Best Western and asked to check in early and explained the situation, they were so helpful and got me in quick! I also had to end up extending our stay by another night and they made it so smooth and easy.
From the maintance main to the housekeeping, everyone was so nice and helpful!
I will forever stay here when I am in town.

The room was clean, not spotless. The breakfast was mediocre. Pictures show fresh fruit offered for breakfast. There was an offering of small apples only. The pool water was less than sparkling. Chemicals must have been out of balance. One couple sat in the hot tub, near the sign that said “no smoking,” as they vaped! The lobby is nice and welcoming.

Pool and spa was kept in good working order. Staff was a huge disappointment. They were short staffed and I was told by an employee that I would not be able to check into my room at 4pm and he quoted me an hour. I spoke with the manager and she was able to move my room around to get it now. Also was given instructions on where to find a cart for our bags vs the staff member just going to get it.

I only have two complaints with this hotel. One is the gym is extremely small and some of the equipment doesn't work and the location is not walkable to the strip. staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool is fairly small.

Lovely stay with family of four-clean-super nice staff, very seasonal lobby decor for Christmas and Santa even visited the littles! Breakfast was your average , they have the waffle maker which is always a fav. Some of the hall ways needed some updating and the vending room machines didn’t all work. Pool looked nice but didn’t get to use it just because we were too tired! Staff was very helpful!

Pictures and reviews are deceiving.
There was missing trim in our room around the drywall edges leading to the bathroom with multiple nails protruding out of the wall. Bed covering was 2 sheets and paper thin blanket. Room was by stairwell and the door in the stairwell would slam because it had no spring assist. Heater fan was going out and would make a grinding noise when starting up which would wake everyone up. Asked for a refund, but they wouldnt help us because we booked 3rd party. Not a good experience.

Front desk was great at check in. I was 45 min early and they were able to check me in. Staff was friendly and down to earth. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was stocked very well even tho it was busy. We love staying here!

Arrived after 5:00 p.m. Were checked in, and the room was filthy. Bed unmade with major stains on the sheets, room was a mess. Staff was apologetic, but didn't do anything above and beyond to fix the problem. We went to dinner and when we got back the room was still being cleaned. Not good after a long day traveling. Stayed 2 nights, and the maid failed to make the bed after changing the towels out. Overall very disappointing. Won't stay here again

This is our new place to stay- but has quirks
We had the honeymoon suite. It had a few quirks like the wall mirror not being hung, the toilet running, etc but very minor inconveniences.
The pool and hottub area was great and both were handicap accessible which I enjoyed seeing.
The staff were all amazing, and the gift shop was cute and handy for getting last minute tickets to a show.
The sauna controls had the info all worn down (and smelled awful) and there was no sign for the hottub switch. The elevator went on trips between floors that didn't make sense.
We left the privacy please card on our door at all times but once came back and it was missing and then found on the table. The trash was switched and new towels were added, but I was a little annoyed they entered our room anyway.
Overall though it was very enjoyable. Very nice room, clean, great staff, great breakfast, great features. I would love to stay here everytime we visit the area.

Make sure you are 21 before renting
No complaints about the room or staff they were super sweet and helpful! But I was unaware that the hotel required you to be 21 years old to rent a room. Me and my younger sister travel often together and I am just barely under 21. We got there and the staff had to help us figure out what to do about the situation.

Solid Place to Stay!
Great service. Our room was pretty clean and well maintained. The air was on and the room was comfortable when we arrived which was nice because it was soooo hot this week. I like the location because of what all is on that side of town. Silver Dollar City is on that end of town a few miles away. White Water is just a few blocks up the road. There are a few family friendly chain restaurants right by the hotel i.e. Golden Corral and Cracker Barrell. McFarlin's is right there as well, it is country food, shopping, IMAX, great time killer if you need it. You have quick and easy access to the color routes that help shave time off of travel to the other end of town like the Branson Landing. It isn't a perfect place (haven't seen a hotel that is) but have always felt like they are putting in an effort to make the stay enjoyable. The staff was friendly and helpful. We have stayed at this property a few times before and continue to come back. That is probably the best review I can give right there!

When we checked in I was concerned because the room they gave us was next to the indoor pool area. I was concerned it would be to noisy for my husband and me. Joy was able to make a room change at it was very quiet.
