Very clean
Only downside was the very cold air from the unit when we tried to lower room temp. Front desk lady was very helpful and cheerful. Would have appreciated water bottles so we didn’t have to drink tap water

The property is convenient to Coligny Plaza as well as the beach and a number of eateries.
The one negative is that the hotel ran out of regular coffee packets for the rooms. This was two mornings in a row. Very sad, one would think a hotel chain would be better prepared.
On another note, of the rooftop lounge, some young girls obviously had too much to drink. Very loud and slightly out of control. Nothing wrong with a good time, but the hotel may want to better handle the issue of drinks when it is obvious that the alcohol is influencing the behavior to beyond a little self control.
Staff at the desk was very friendly, but rarely ever at the desk, usually sitting at the TV.

We LOVE this Hotel! The Staff was super nice and accommodating. The Room ultra clean and we loved all the Hotel had to offer. Awesome Awesome Awesome! Definitely coming back when we visit Hilton Head again. Courtyard by Marriott 5 STARS!

Nice hotel stay
Hotel was great! It was cold and rainy when we went but made the best of our trip.
Rooftop deck was nice with a few cabanas, lots of couches, chairs and fire tables to keep you warm. Also had a big nice bar. Pool looked nice. Would be great in market weather. Lobby was nice with lots of chairs, couches and TVs. Front Desk staff was great. We had a 2 queen Room. It was nice with lots of electrical outlets, mirrors, lights, & big tv. Bed was very comfy. Lots of restaurants and shops to walk to. Would definitely stay here again!

Love this place.
I always stay here when I go to Hilton Head. Best place there is. It’s convenient, great location, clean, comfortable, the staff is always nice, and I love the roof top bar.

Dates of stay, October 7-9 2023. Room 130. Both nights we killed bugs in the bathroom. The toilet seat was loose, safety issue. Loose screw sticking up in floor drain, another safety issue. We did take pictures and reported it to the front at time of checkout. Front desk didn’t seem overly concerned about the issues and did not offer any type of discount or compensation. We hope the staff took care of the above mentioned safety issues before booking that room to other visitors.We won’t stay there again.

Very comfy beds and it felt clean and tidy. However the rooftop bar isn’t open as late as they say it is. All fireplaces upstairs were out and they closed the bar down at sunset. Part of why we chose this hotel is so we could do late night fires with drinks on the rooftop. We didn’t get to enjoy this once. The service staff at the front desk are super friendly, however the bartender is not. She closed down early and seem annoyed at anyone who ordered. They also advertise they have Starbucks. They do not. They brew Starbucks coffee in the morning, but it’s not an actual Starbucks. The drinks were all expired too in their cooler which was gross to me. However the hotel is located right by the shops and near the beach, so it’s very easy to walk places.

It was clean and convenient. The bedding was comfortable. The room had room darkening curtains. It was super modern and had usb ports and could connect to Netflix. There were many great features. Only a couple of things that I didn’t like was that breakfast was not included and the shower pressure was very subpar. The upstairs rooftop seating, bar and pool area was cool! Right next to Watsusi’s cafe which is the best. Super close to the beach. Very nice. Definitely coming back.

I would have rated it higher however the clerk at the front desk was outside talking and after checking us in went back outside. When we came in from dinner another night no one was to be found. This is concerning from a safety issue and customer service. The water was off for 3 hours one day.

The property is beautiful and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We mistakenly overslept on our check-out day and ended up checking out a little late and they were understanding. We didn’t have the opportunity to check out the rooftop bar because our stay was so short. I would definitely stay here again for my next visit.

A LOT OF PROS- but a few cons.
This hotel has so many amazing perks, it is literally smack in the middle of everything from restaurants on all sides, the beach is literally a 10 minute walk on either direction, live music in the park directly in front of the hotel which you can listen to from the rooftop bar. There is a free trolley that picks up directly in front of the hotel and will drive you anywhere on the island, we absolutely loved our bartenders Scott and Chet they were extremely friendly and enjoyed spending our evenings talking with them, unfortunately the bartender downstairs did not provide the same friendly experience, she also charged more for beer which seemed off. The hotel itself smells very clean and is renovated.
Negatives: the pool is a lot smaller than the picture shows, my baby needed a travel crib, it smelled weird and was unusually small for my 9 month old. Our shower was spraying water all over the floor which the housekeeper said was typical so we had to use literally 5 towels to keep the water from overflowing onto the floor. When we asked for no housekeeping since my daughter's toys were laid out on the floor on a sheet we brought from home we received an unusual attitude about it, we thought we were making it easier for them to not have to clean throughout our stay, but this bothered them. Overall, we would stay here again if we did not have the baby.

I like the proximity of property to beach, a few blocks through shops, restaurants to get there. I was disappointed with swimming pool on roof, very small pool in one small end of roof with limited view of ocean.

One of the elevator wasn’t working and it took for ever to get to our floor every time, to the point that ended up taking stairs eventually.
No much food options in the menu (both breakfast and Dinner).

this hotel is clean inside and out. Alexis checked us in, gave great ideas for restaurants and activities to enjoy our stay. The rooftop pool was nice with fire pits in the evening. A short walk to the beach and near shopping & restaurants. I will definitely stay here again!!!!

First time in Hilton Head. This was convenient, and comfortable. Room was set up great for moving luggage around. It was clean. Easy what to shopping, beach and dining.

For the price the size of the room with a King bed was very cramped. As the person sleeping by the wall, I was constantly banging my head, knees and toes into the wall. Also the room did not have a microwave though it was similar in size to the Marriot at Statesville.

Birthday trip
Hilton Head never disappoints, decided to extend our birthday trip to include a walk on the beach and some great seafood.. loved staying at the Courtyard. Everything was within walking distance.

Walk to shop and groceries.
HOWEVER: I originally chose you for your pictures of your pool. Your page states nothing about it being closed for the season. We're near the Canadian border and motels have OUTDOOR HEATED POOLS IN THE WINTER! You have no excuse. GOOGLE: Polar Plunge. People cut holes in the ice of Lake Superior and dive in!

Had a great time on my trip and loved the hotel but the service was not great. Attitude from every staff member we encountered and staff members were treating my guests as if they didn’t belong there. Our experience was also the same for the rooftop bar area. Very weird energy all around. Also when we asked for extra towels and blankets for the room we were not given the amount of towels we asked for so I asked them to bring the others we requested and no one ever came back so we got ignored the rest for he evening. They didn’t even have the right amount of towels in the room initially for our 4 guest stay. We were also told they had zero extra blankets available which seemed pretty unlikely for this price range of hotel. Paid almost 350 for one night and was not worth the price in our opinion. Room was nice but other than that, it’s a 1 star review for the staff and environment. I won’t be coming back on my next visit due to the lack of hospitality and I feel like I wasted money by choosing this property.

Friendly Staff and Nice Room
It was a great stay. There was a great welcoming staff. I arrived after 11pm. I believe Terrence was there and he was training another young lady on how to check in the hotel. They were both really friendly and gave great suggestions on where to eat the next day.
The room decor was nice for the King room. There was a stiffness in the smell in the hallway and room. Usually a fresher scent is smelled when you walk into a room. Maybe a new carpet smell. I’m not sure.
But it was a beautiful stay overall, and I will be back again for another stay when I come into the area.

Alexis was awesome. Great attitude. Pool area needs better maintenance and we asked for towels several times for the pool area but no one brought any up. Store in the hotel didn’t have any sunblock. Hotel 5 minutes from beach.
