Service sucks
Room was fine and comfortable. Service sucked. Asked for the room to be cleaned daily during a 3 nights stay. Was not cleaned or refreshed in any way. Asked again each morning for service and again not serviced. Additionally the electronic blinds were broken, asked for them to be fixed. No joy either

This place was filthy…. Mud on the entry and bathroom floor. Used toothpicks, food and trash in hallways… sour mold smell on shower curtain. Bed had a horrible loud metal clanging sound when you sat/laid on it. Just awful.

The water pressure is terrible and the AC had a constant vibration sound that was not normal, and the bathroom sink wouldn’t drain unless you completely pulled the stopper thing out. Other than that, the rooms were clean and everyone was nice. Not bad for the price either.

Because it was a garden inn I was not expecting the normal quality of a hilton. I was so pleasantly surprised with this hotel. I could live in that room that I had the linens were exceptional the space was great the amenities were great the parking was great a block from the beach was great having a bar restaurant in the building made things very convenient the pillows were amazing

Squeaky Beds!!
The original room's door would not close. The keypad appeared to be malfunctioning. I asked the frontdesk clerk to switch my room after I got back from lunch but she deactivated my key anyway. She acted as if she didnt know what to do to accommodate us and was told to give us a new room. We had to be escorted to gather our things from the original room. The bed frames were so cheap that you could hear them rattle with each move. So much so that I heard my neighbors and their "activities" over in my room. I've never stayed at a Hilton with such poor beds. For the money, they should really invest in frames that dont make noise. I wasted $300 in key cash to stay a weekend to hear my neighbors getting it on all weekend

I just love this hotel. Everyone is extremely helpful and accommodating. We arrived long before check in so they kept our bags. We also had a late checkout and they kept our bags until we were able to call an Uber 2 hours later to go to the airport.
The beds were super comfortable. The exercise room has a peloton, TRX strap, treadmills, and free weights. There is a bar with happy hour from 5:00 to 7:00 every day. The beach is a very short walk or you can take the shuttle golf cart. There are restaurants in shopping. Very close by for whatever you need. We will definitely be back again.

Good hotel but a little “tired”.
This hotel is in a good location to walk to several restaurants. The bed was comfy but the bathroom and the curtains were older and a little tired. The maids were excellent at re-supplying our towels and coffee pods.

Very accommodating & pet friendly! The beach was just a short walk across the street & there were many food options around the area including a grocery store just feet away. The gym is small, but will work if you just need to get your cardio in. The pool stays open pretty late. We will definitely book here again during our next trip.

This facility and it's staff was wonderful, from check in to check out. The room was great and the staff was very courteous and helpful.
The only complaint that I would have is the food and drinks in the restaurant are way over priced.

Breakfast was pricey. We are coffee & tea lovers, But the coffee machine in our room was notbworking when we arrive late in the night. I was about to use the hit water, however the water is filling out from the coffee maker. We woke up late in the morning becuase we arrive late in the night from our 10hrs trip from home, when i go down at 9:50am it was already close and no coffee available. I talk to the front desk (mexican white lady maybe) and ask her if she can send someone to check the coffee maker, until we go down to the beach at 12noon no one came. So we kust leave and take our coffee and breakfast outside. When we came back the coffee machine still wasnt fixed, then i have to go down again and ask someone to check it. Luckily, the guy on the front desk call someone to go with me to check the coffee machine. Upon checking, he told me that theres something missing on the coffee maker that needs to fixed and put it on. And it was fixed. But it was already past 8pm and in d morning we’re checking out. We checked in On the 5th and checked out on the 7th..

Husband and I stayed for one night as we were passing through. The day before our stay I received an email from one of the front desk ladies. She said that they tried to authorize my card but it didn’t go through, and if I didn’t contact them they would cancel by reservation after 12:00pm the next day. I called the front desk and spoke with a man who said that I could pay with my card in person at check in (check in is at 4:00pm) and he would let the woman who sent the email know to not cancel the reservation. The next day we arrive at 4:00pm and check in. The lady tells us our reservation was canceled because we didn’t contact them and she had to “rebook” us for a different room. I was frustrated at first, but she informed us the room had a balcony that faced the ocean, which was a nice perk. We get to our room and there wasn’t any towels, so had to request towels and they were brought up quickly. The sink drain cover was broken, they do have breakfast but it isn’t complimentary. Overall the hotel was nice and in a good location, but staff seemed unorganized.

Property was in a great location for a quick weekend away. 2 blocks from the beach (best that I been to and I have seen 25 both domestically and internationally). Easy walk to local stores and outlets. Starbuck across the street, CVS super market, liquor store literally behind you. 10 min walk up the beach to Surf Hut for lunch or q0 min walk to the Whales Tail (breakfast or lunch). Only drawback is that in the area without a car be prepared to uber to resturants from this location.

Bathroom was in the terrible conditions, faucets are wobbly, drainage is very slow and water just seats in the tub and the sink. When we addressed the issue to the stuff nothing was done. Barn door in the bathroom will smash your figures if closed from the inside . Coffee machine is very bad and for your sanity better not to be used. The worst thing that the hotel is brand new and just overall quality is very poor. Also, there no crosswalk if you walk to the beach which is very dangerous, however, the walk is pretty short (if you make it across the Gulf Scenic drive).

Window shad would not close, therefor the parking lot lights and buildings around lights kept me up most of the night.
I was given a handicap room and when i inquired about a different room the woman at the front desk was somewhat rude.
Also i was not greeted as a Hinton honors member.

The property itself was beautiful the only problem I had was requesting my room be cleaned we had sand everywhere asked room to be cleaned all they did was remove the dirty towels no sheets changed or nothing plus my room was not ready when I arrived but I overall I enjoyed it will definitely stay here again

Nothing carpet in hallway need cleaning room 203 need their A/C unit service blower in bathroom does not work and A/C vent does not blow out any air soon as you walk in by the bathroom tv remote needs battery overall i wasted money and time will be staying somewhere that has a balcony to look at ocean

Enjoyed our stay here. The property was very clean as well as our room. There was a pleasant fragrance throughout the hotel which was a plus for me. The property is a 5 minute walk to the beach but the plus is they will take you there if you don't want to walk.

I really enjoyed my stay here! I decided to stay here for my birthday and was pleased at how friendly and helpful the staff was! The room was spacious, very clean and had everything we would need. We had a balcony room with great views and I was able to see a tiny bit of the ocean. I will be returning here to stay again!

The overall stay was good. I was disappointed because I arrived 2 hours before my checkin time and was told that my room had been cancelled because they couldn’t authorize my card for one day stay. I booked my room months ahead of time and wanted and had a balcony room. Well I couldn’t and did not get the room I wanted because she gave my room to someone else. If I thought I could get another room somewhere else at such short notice I would have not stayed there at all because it was completely wrong for her to do this when we were in route to the hotel. Also she lied and said she called me and left a message with Expedia and neither of those things happened. She was not welcoming and had a very unapproachable attitude toward the guest. Definitely shouldn’t be working in customer service.

Our hotel room was updated, spacious, and smelled fresh. Our balcony had a small view of the gulf and overlooked the pool. The staff was so kind and we saw someone cleaning windows, doors, and other things that can often be overlooked. The hotel was a short walk from the beach and provided an outdoor shower for rinsing off sand. We loved our stay here and will definitely be back!

This was my second stay in the last 11 months. It is convenient to the beach, shopping and eateries. I choose not to eat in their grill area because the prices for the food does not equate. The staff are always professional and courteous. . Everything was clean and the room was clean.
