This place was amazing. We were the only guest most the time we were there. It was so quiet and had an amazing view of the ocean from our deck. If you rent here you definitely want to try and get apartment 6, 7, or 8 as they all have the ocean view. Only takes a minute to walk down to the ocean. Fully furnished full kitchen. If I ever come back this is where I plan on staying. Only downside is if you get there after dark YOU WILL MISS IT. There is no street lighting and if there isn’t any other guests it’s just a dark spot. But worth the money. Five stars

Our Cottage wasn't exactly a cottage as advertised , these are 4 plex 2 storey buildings with a very small balcony for 2 people..although it can sleep 4. Best left for 2 people .... It is extremely difficult to move around with pull out couch open and cant even open the couch with coffee table, which we put in kichen under counter overhang, and the 2 people sleeping in living room have to come through befroom to use bathroom.... The apt is cute, well decorated, all the ammmenties you need including beach towels, chairs, soaps sunscreen and more. Very noisy being right on Altlantic Blvd. Traffic started very early and woke us daily. Better units would be units 5, 6 and 7 on the beach .. ammenties at rear as shown in pictures are not for everyones use, only for unit #7.. only one deck with 4 chairs for everone to use.
Although we loved the apt.... there was construction going on and a dump bin sitting at rear . I would stay again but not with 4 people. I think proerty shoud re title their units as they are not cottages . That was the main reason i booked this because i thought we could walk right in front door and have a small backyard patio..

This property is clean, well designed interior, kitchen had everything we needed and the sunrise view is spectacular over the ocean. The property is on the beach so except for food there is nothing else required to enjoy your stay!

Pleasant stay
Nice, clean, cozy place. Units 1-4 face road but parking is convenient. Nice amenities like sunscreen, beach towels and boogie boards in good condition.

The property was excellent for my wife and me and we loved being at the beach with few people in nearby units. The only concern was the bed linens were uncomfortable with polyester type sheets and too heavy motel like comforter. We switched to the provided quilt on the closet and purchased sheets for the bed and all was veery comfortable.

This was a cute cottage that was great for our family. We stayed two nights and we had a great time. The cottage offers direct private access to the beach. It's close to shopping and restaurants too. I love the private patio we had at the cottage. I wish that there was a separate outdoor shower, or even a better shower head in the bath tub to wash off the sand. I felt horrible that we had so much sand in the cottage. But the property manager was great at reassuring me that it was not a problem, and they would clean it. Over all, we had a great time and I would return again.

The apartment had everything that you would need when you're away from home. On the beach. Loved the outside shower, garage full of beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas!
One downside was noise from upper apartment. We could hear everything...conversations, vacuuming, and loud footsteps.

The room was well equipped for our stay including a full kitchen to prepare meals in. They even have a basket of items for the beach that is provided.
We stayed in room 1, the perfect size for my young daughter and me.
Our unit was not directly on the beach but a 30 sec walk to get to the path, which we did not mind. The beach is beautiful and quiet and felt private.

It was quiet, clean and had great beach access. Large supply of beach chairs, umbrellas, etc., for guests. Loved our little cottage, only suggestion would be to update your mattress. Not a deal breaker but could certainly benefit from a new one. Still would come back!!

There is easy beach access and lots of beach items to borrow, which was great. However, these are not cottages, rather apartments. Unit 3 would be fine for a young couple but not really appropriate for any more than that. It is upstairs and tiny. The only vote of the ocean is from the tiny window in the shower. The “shared” outdoor space feels like you’re in someone else’s personal space, so we didn’t feel comfortable using it.
It was fine for our family for the 3 nights. Any more than that and we would’ve needed to find somewhere else.

Just a cute cozy place. We dont need huge new just the basics. I would recommend changing the mattress in cottage 2. There was a huge hole in the center of the mattress needs replacement for sure

Great location to beach and amenities
We loved the location and accessibility to the beach. The room was very spacious, and there were great amenities. The bed was too soft and hard to get comfortable. Also the air vent blew directly into my face as I tried to sleep.

The large deck pictured is only for the use of one unit. That was why I booked this stay. Would have given higher rating for cleanliness, but , had to clean toilet. requested toilet cleaner. Did not receiver. Had to purchased toilet cleaner.

Great location right on the beach. The apt was very clean and had everything you’d need for your stay.
Good WiFi, tv with Netflix’s and plenty of towels
The outside back on the water was just amazing.
There were lots of new beach chairs, floats, boards, kids toys and even a few fish poles to use.
This property gets my 5 star rating

There was a slight view of the ocean of you looked over the other unit and between the next building. Unit was not very clean and there was a water pump running on the next door building from 7am to 10pm that was about 80db. There was no peace and tranquility. The pictures in the posting do not match the property, I looked and could not find where the pictures were taken from. Not a good experience and not recommended... Was just a place to stay.

Super nice place. Stone's throw from the beach. Highly recommended. The only downside was the shower door was difficult open-needs replacing. Otherwise, great place for a couple or family.

The property is in a quieter part of the city just a couple minute walk to a nice beach which is not crowded at all. There’s a nice bar and restaurant about a 10 minute walk. The property is well-kept and very clean everything you need there. To Enjoy your stay.

The unit itself is very clean, properly appointed, good TV. No luxury, but everything there. My unit faced road A1A, very noisy. Access to the beach is good, private with a small platform. The neighborhood consist of single dwellings that are low end. A bit creepy, not a place to take a walk at night, but I am Canadian !. It is a quick 5 mins to the hearth of the action around the Minuteman /A1A intersection.

This was the perfect little romantic getaway!

The place I stayed is not the same as the picture, but was better, with beach access and a private deck. The place was clean and nicely decorated, plus there were chairs and sand toys to borrow instead of buying them. Parking was right outside the door. When I had issues they were answered quickly. I would love to stay there again sometime.

A very cool set up right on the shore. If circumstances permitted I would live there. Our cottage was very clean, pest free, and well stocked with everything needed - from bug spray to fast wi-fi and cable tv. No check in or check out hassles at all. This family was thoroughly impressed with it all.

Convenient access to the beach and a short drive or walk into town. The staff was very friendly. The condo is old and shows its age. Needs a good bit of repair work. We found holes in the walls, peeling paint, and the counter was loose. It wasn’t the cleanest either. We found trash under the bed, sheets and the mattress had stains, couch was dirty. The kitchen was spotless though and had everything we needed to make our meals. Not a terrible place to stay but it definitely needs some love. Overall we had a great time on this family vacation.

I loved the fact the beach was directly behind the property. Just a short walk and you are on the beach. Unit one was cozy and cute, the decor is a beautiful beach theme. The extras really made it cozy. The only negative thing is the smell. When we walked in it smelled damp and musty. The smell was not overpowering and seemed to dissipate after a few hours. Overall, this place is awesome for creating memories. My husband and I stayed for a week and would stay again.

These cottages were better than we expected! We had unit 1 which was small, but perfect for the two of us! The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on and the cleanliness of this place is spectacular! We also really love it for how close it is to the beach and we always had somewhere to park. The host communicates so well and even let us check in early cause we got into town early. The only few things that made me give a 4 vs a 5 star is we wish check out time was a little later AND they don’t specify which unit is which- per the photos it looks like all the cottages get a cute outdoor space right off the beach which was the main reason we booked this place, but to be honest we have no clue where they got that photo from because none of the cottages had much of an outdoor space, unit 1 & 2 (I believe) has nothing and if you were in a upstairs unit you get a small patio. The only unit that had a really nice outdoor patio was unit 7 so we were really disappointed about that. Overall we had a great experience and my boyfriend and I got engaged right on the beach during our stay! So we will definitely be back :)

This is my third year at this property, and there will be a 4th year. The communication from property management is clear and thorough from the moment you book, and the property overall is well maintained, and your apartment is spotless and cleaned. You have an early checkout and late check in because they clean it from top to bottom between guests. As mentioned, there will be a 4th stay, who knows, as many stays as I can get in between now and the end of time.

Our group (4 adults and one 2 year old) enjoyed our stay here very much. We were in Unit 6 on the second floor with a partial view of the ocean and a small patio outside the entry door with some outdoor seating. It has two bedrooms with a queen bed in one room and a bunkbed in the other bedroom, and sofa sleeper in the living room. The unit is small but very cute and functional and a short walk to the beach which was not crowded. I would highly recommend a stay here.

I enjoyed the fact that the room was so close to the beach. Literally just a few steps. The negatives were the Expedia listing showing all of the units available (you don’t know which you will get) versus the unit you will ultimately get. Also the bathroom in the unit we got could be updated, specifically the shower. Otherwise we didn’t spend a lot of time in the room so it was okay for us. Not sure we would stay again.

Cozy property with beach access in a quiet area. Unit 1 does not have a beach view or outdoor sitting area which was fine for us. The unit is perfect for a couple or a family with two small children, any more would be too cramped. This unit met our needs perfectly and would consider again in the future.

It was nice being on the beach. The only feedback I have:
- it was hard getting luggage up the stairs if you’re on the 2nd floor
- there’s not a lot of food places, stores etc in the area so best to grab those beforehand.
All of that is further north of the city. The pier is also further north.
This is good if you just want to relax. If you need amenities get it before you go.

Perfect location and the unit was clean, comfortable and cute!!! So close to the beach and in the quieter section of Cocoa Beach, which we loved!!! Our host kept us informed and was very responsive when we reached out. 10/10! We are already planning to come back with the family!!

Great little place to stay
Our stay was short but sweet. This place is perfect for two people. It says it sleeps 4 and it does but if you want to hang out and watch TV it really is too small for 4 people. That is my only complaint. It was clean and very nicely decorated. Great for a couple.

Cottage was right on the ocean. Quick 30 second walk from the door to the beach. Bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and will probably stay again next time we are in the area. We had a question and got a response back right away.

Good access to the beach and ocean! Not crowded and they let you use their beach chairs, boogie boards, and buckets/toys for kids to play in the sand. The property was clean with plenty of towels but it is older and shows it’s age in a few areas. It’s a good option for the price!

It is close to the beach, although not on the beach as we were expecting. The unit itself is not very quiet and the people upstairs sounded as if they were moving furniture and clomping around in army boots.

they were very accommodating we arrived early and were allowed to get in early. when asked there was no hesitation at all. very friendly. Also when we were ready to leave we had to checkout. we were not quite ready to leave the beach. and I called and asked if we could park there for a while. again the answer was sure no problem. the whole stay was Brilliant . By the way they had everything you could need. Thanks again brilliant. we will be back
