The hotel is in a great location everything is in walking distance. We arrived to the hotel early and requested an earlier check in which cost 57 dollars. When we got in the room the bed and pillows had prior guest hair on them. I requested sheets and just put them over the old sheets. The bathroom soaps in the containers were empty. Also, the bathroom is in desperate need of a paint job and the walls looked dirty. I stayed in room 215. Each room door has a quote from a famous person which I thought was cute. The staff was very pleasant. The cost of the hotel was very reasonable. However, I would not stay at this location again.

I absolutely LOVE this wonderful hotel! The front desk staff and cleaning crew were extremely kind and very helpful!! The rooms are super cute and made me feel like I was at home. This is definitely the place to stay while in South Beach!!! Thank you so much to everyone at The Fashion Boutique Hotel! I’ll see you all soon!!!

There is an overwhelming smell of air freshener in the lobby and hallway. Upon opening the door to the tiny room, we realized why. The room reeked of mold. Stay away if you are even a little bit smell sensitive or care about your lungs!

Rooms are weathered and need maintenance. When we checked in we had to knudge the guy because he was playing on his phone. All night we could hear people in the hall.

The only thing good about this hotel is the location. Walkable distance from the beach, restaurants and ocean drive.
Overall the experience was poor, our room was not as shown in the pictures. We had super thin sheets and were consistently cold at night because we had to keep the room cool as it was humid and smelt damp in the room. As a result we left feeling very ill. The windows are completely frosted and we got no natural light during the day and couldn’t see what the weather was like . We only had our room ‘cleaned ‘ once during our 4 night stay. We consistently had to chase reception to get our room cleaned and new towels for the bathroom. The one time our room was cleaned only one of the two beds were made. The staff were rude and unhelpful, we once I asked for another coffee pod because the previous one didn’t come out correctly and we were told we can have only one coffee and insinuated we were lying about the previous coffee not coming out correctly.

The hotel is conveniently located to restaurants, shops, and the beach. The rooms are rather small, but tastefully decorated. There was not much of a view from our room.

I have given room #114
- Room is tiny and no room to keep your bags and walk around. Basically they fit in 2 beds in place of one.
- A/C doesn’t have working controller, either you run it or unplug to turn off. You can’t adjust temperature lol.
- My booking confirmation clearly stated that breakfast was included but staff insisted to pay additional $15 tax per person(Adults & Kids) and with rude tone. When I showed my reservation says it included they print a receipt and say room only and I need to talk to Expedia. I did spoke to Expedia and they did confirm it should be included.
- No fridge or Oven provided
- Public parking is available 2 blocks
Only advantage of this hotel is it is near to Ocean Drive and beach.

I have stayed here several times and never had any problems until recently. Disappointed how their customer service and compassion they are about understanding situations that you have no control of. My flight was recently cancelled. Therefore I called and explained the reason n also requested if I can have a credit for a future stay and I was told no. I wasn’t asking for a refund just a credit. And was denied

One night stay before a cruise
Good location. Small room. Bathroom had no counter space or even a place to put the bar soap. Shower was fine. Bathroom walls looked unfinished - needed to be painted.
Room had a safe, mini fridge tv and 2 queen beds. A/C worked well. Staff was friendly. Pastry and lemon water available at check-in. Beach towels provided. Room key was a wrist band.
It was fine for a one night stay but a bit overpriced for what we got.

Overall I want to give this spot a rating of 3.5. It’s more of a Motel & not a Hotel. The concept is dope, tho. The location is convenient. CVS is across the street; Walgreens is 1 block away on Collins & 5th; the liquor store is right there just ft to the left & the beach is only 3 blocks away. Damion at the front desk was friendly & kind so checking in was cool. To be honest, no other staff matches his energy. So shout out to you, Damion. When I checked in on Sunday I noticed right away there was water & cookies there. The next 2 days there was nothing. That was really disappointing. No water was offered at all. With that said, there is no free breakfast. They send you down the block & around the corner for tea/coffee & breakfast. Like I said, the idea and theme of the hotel (motel) itself is really cool. I really enjoyed reading the quotes. The likkle rooftop space was cool too. Heads up once the sun goes down it’s pretty dark up there. There are no lights which sucked because I went out there to eat & couldn’t see nothing. Also, for the non-smokers, be prepared because folks are allowed to smoke up there. That was a BIG bummer for me. My room needed some minor maintenance. The room had a wicked smell to it when I 1st walked in; the freezer did not freeze at all; the sink was missing the cabinet & it kept clogging. With a few upgrades I’d stay here again. It’s cool for a short stay.

The property definitely looks and feels run down compared to the photos. The fan had a thick layer of dust on both sides, the washroom had mould in the shower. The walls are thin you can hear everything. The roof top is run down. The doors don't automatically shut so make sure you doublecheck. The staff was AMAZING and they provide beach towels which is great. Short walk to the beach and all the entertainment.

The staff at the front desk is very kind & helpful. Overall the hotel is not a bad stay for the price as it is cheaper than other hotels. With that being said I experienced terrible service as we staying in the hotel for 6 days & we had to ask three time for our room to get cleaned (including changing of the bed sheets). It was finally cleaned on our second to last day only because we kept telling the front desk that our room wasn’t being cleaned and it was brought up to management. Our blinders was also broken. The room was not bad for what was paid but I will say that this hotel is only worth it if you are looking just for a place to sleep and nothing else.

Landed in Miami on 10/25/23 called the hotel for the shuttle that it implied it had. They couldn’t pick us up. We had to Uber for ~30.Then when we checked in there was not a sense of professionalism by the staff.We asked about rides around town because they were not able to pick us up before and he said we can get a ride by the shuttle and I asked multiple times if there was a fee and if it was free and the staff said yes multiple times.We got into our room and the room smelled like mildew and mold. Had to sleep with the AC off and the windows open. When we got into the shuttle she took us to the plane and changed us $40 $5 tip for the ride. I would have ubered because when I checked it was $14 but the staff said it was going to be free. When we went to check out the next day there was a fight between the staff and some guest and then police were there. Overall I was not satisfied with my stay and want to talk to someone about it.

I didnt even end up staying here. I checked in and the 1st room was horrible. Sand and pubic hair on the sheets and pee stain on toilet. We got moved to another room and it was even worse. Dirt stains and other stains as well, it was so bad my partner cried and said we not staying, so we left and asked for the manager. Manager wasnt there so we emailed them pictures of the room and asked for refund and he has not responded back, ive been calling as well everyday and i get no answer or supposedly he is busy or isnt there. Save yourself and dont go.

The staff is what makes the hotel a great place. The location is a plus also.
The rooms were not the cleanest but housekeeping did come by and clean for us again.
There were no rags on site at all. We were a 4 guest stay and they only had 2 rags available on site and said hopefully tomorrow will have more.
If you’re staying bring a rag.. otherwise everything was good. The location is really good.

Needed to cancel on the day the cancelation window ended. Orbitz could not get through to the hotel to cancel the reservation, so we got charged the full amount even though we needed to cancel. This is he last time I’m using ORBITZ for anything. AirBnB from here on out.

They offer valet parking and that wasn’t available when checking in. The room door wasn’t opening properly you needed to push with your body to open it. The room smell musty, the bathroom was rusty and shower was moldy. No ice, purchased ice and they didn’t have anything to hold the ice one terrible experience. Please remove them from your site.

Perfect Place to stay
I love this property. Perfect location. Close enough to the beach and ocean drive but just far enough you don’t hear the madness. Subway is about 20 feet away. CVS is about 100 feet away. Plenty of dining and shopping options close by. Staff is friendly and they loan you beach towels. The vending machine on the second floor has snacks that are cheaper than you’d find in any stores on Miami Beach. The room keys are bracelets, so they’re easier to keep track of. AC in the rooms is amazing and there was a ceiling fan and a mini fridge.

BED BUGS!!!!!
This place is realllllly dirty. There were ants inside by the fridge (even tho the fridge was empty). The place is really old and run down. Scuff marks all over the walls and floors. Window are thin, so I heard the garbage truck picking up the trash and cars speeding by.
I woke up in the middle of the night because my legs were really itchy. In the morning and the next few days after, all the little bites started to show up all over my thighs and calves.
NOTE: there is no elevator, so you’ll have to carry your bags up to your room if you’re on the second floor.
The best thing about this hotel is the staff. SUPER friendly and helpful.

We stayed 2 nights here. Front desk staff is the only nice part about this place, they are very nice and helpful. Rooms are filthy, there is >1" of grime on every fixture and the containers for shower gel and shampoo were empty. There was old food in the fridge and the AC unit is ancient. This room (can't speak for all) has not seen a proper clean in a very long time. Would not stay here again.

Excellent experience at The Boutique hotel. Guido is super friendly at the reception and open to help with anything you need. The place is 2 blocks off from the beach and all the attractions so it was super easy to get around. Parking for $20 all night was off Collins and 7th so just a block walk. the 24 hour CVS was across the street so if you need toiletries water snacks etc you could walk over and get them anytime. Room was a good size well maintained decent bathroom size. Bed was comfortable, no time for TV so don't know about that. Only issue, no view or pool but when the beach is 5 minutes away who cares really? I would stay again.

Quiet, cozy hotel in a nice area. Less than 10-minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Very nice staff. Nice, relaxing rooftop patio at second-floor level. I would definitely stay here again on future trips.

Our trip to Miami on American airlines has been a total mess thank goodness we were coming a day before because we have been in airports missing connections everything all day long I don't recommend American airlines but Guido at the hotel when I called him was very helpful gave us instructions that don't worry he would take care of us everything was great can't say enough good about Guido!!

Ok Hotel at Miami South Beach
Bedsheets and floor were not clean, some of my allergies kicked in. Overall stay was OKayish as we just needed a place to sleep. I am still waiting for my security deposit refund. I don’t know why they took so much time to refund security deposit.

The staff was super and the rooms were clean. Would be nice to have luggage stand since the rooms are on the small size - but quaint. Could hear the guests upstairs just walking but still able to sleep. Would definitely stay again. The customer service is excellent!

We had a horrible time sleeping at this hotel. The ac units of the neighbouring building was way too loud. The light of the same binding was in our face and there was a translucent curtain that didn’t help. They refused to a change our room. Super small rooms and old washrooms.

This is definitely not what you see on the pictures. Everything has been run down and not well maintained. The room was nasty bugs smashed on the wall and not cleaned up, the bedding was discussing with stuff stuck on it. The tv didnt work. would definitely never book this place again and i feel bad for anyone who wastes there money on this place. Barley sutable to be a homeless shelter.

The entire hotel smelled strongly like a grow-op. There was no elevator and a fairly steep staircase. Once in our room, one light switch did nothing at all while the other induced a seizure producing strobe flashing.
The bathroom was quite nice, but the room was subpar and the stench was hard to get around.
If you wanted coffee, it was an extra $3 in the lobby and the paint was peeling in the room.
All this for north of $200 a night.
Would not recommend.

Staff and service was great! Super convenient to walk anywhere if you prefer or catch the trolley. Property seems to be going through some minor renovations like painting. The room was great although the cleaning products they used smell like musk and the sheets were slightly damp or just very cool as the AC was pumping at 70 upon arrival. All in all it was perfect for my husbands stay if one night before heading to the cruise terminal. The morning front desk attendant was even kind enough to print some documents for me. Thank you FBH staff for the great service!

Would not stay again. The hotel was very dirty / the floors looked tile they hadn’t been swept or vacuumed in weeks. Tv didn’t work - they had to replace it. Complimentary coffee in the lobby didn’t start til 11am! Not that it was late - we asked the night before about coffee and they told us it starts at 11. Who wants to wait til checkout time for a coffee??!! Air conditioning in the room also didn’t work and maintenance had to come fix it

We booked the King room 3 months in advance and were told when checking in that the King room was not available. How unprofessional is that?
On Expedia, it says "covered self parking on site (USD 35 per day; inlud...", exactly that. We thought the parking fee is included in the hotel fee, and there is no saying that we have to deposit $50 for the parking card as well.
When we tried to explain that, the front staff said we need to book a room with the hotel directly or go talk to Expedia, what does that even mean? Anyway, thank you for the wonderful experience.

Their ice machine was not working they got another source from somewhere on the property and then it ran out of ice. But the staff was super friendly and it was very convenient and walkable to lots of restaurants and shops and bars

The property is in a good location. However, the hotel does not have an elevator which it's a huge inconvenience as a guest. They don't offer to take the luggage to the room. This should be a must if they don't have an elevator. They can also work on keeping the rooms cleaner.

Upon arrival we realized the room was very small. There was no closet space and the pant was chipped of the walls. The bathroom is really small with exposed pipes and the sink is very close to the toilet. Not only that, the faucet doesn’t clear the edge of the sink so water was spilling everywhere when we turned the faucet on. The toilet had hair on it, sides of toilet was brown and the shower with DIRTY! All four corners had brown residue built up with hair. The soap area in the shower had hair from a razor on it along with mini shampoo etc they give you set up nice and neat in-front of it. The bed sheets and pillow cases had hair in multiple places and so did the towels.When we complained they didn’t have staff available so we had to wait until the next day and even then they didn’t clean properly. The bed was made with the SAME SHEETS. We threw the decorative pillow on the floor because it had dry white residue on it and housekeeping put it on the nightstand instead of removing it from the room. My boyfriend and I went out to bring in my birthday and when we got back he went outside to smoke. It’s 5am and he can’t get back in the room and I can’t get out because the lock on the door jammed. The overnight desk attendant made threats to call the police because I was upset and talking loud. He said I was causing a disturbance and my boyfriend must have stressed me out that’s why I won’t let him in the room. So I recorded myself trying to open the door.
