Great stay in Neosho
Hotel staff were friendly and professional. The complimentary breakfast had a great selection of food with coffee and juice not just a granola bar and yogurt. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel was centrally located for all of the activities we planned for our trip

Pristine hotel to stay in 10 out of 10 stars~
This hotel is amazing! Clean, the workers friendly and professional, the complimentary breakfast had a great variety of selections and the temperature on all of the food was perfect! My room was amazing and clean and I loved the jetted tub in the room I stayed in. I had to extend my stay and they helped me with that too and I was able to continue staying in the room I was in which was an amazing help! I would recommend this hotel to friends and family and anyone traveling to the area! I would give it a 10 out of 10 stars! Thank you! Only thing is the pool is outside and the weather does not permit year round swimming but thankfully the room I stayed in had a jetted tub so I took advantage of that and it was amazing! Thank you!

Very easy check in and out. Staff very pleasant, courteous, and professional. Our room was absolutely clean and very comfortable as was the entire property! The complimentary breakfast was yummy! We would not hesitate to rebook

Not twice as good as motels that cost half as much
The noise from adjacent rooms was very disturbing. The room was only cleaned on request. The service is very bare bones. The room is a bit worn. I have stayed here for years and it is showing its age.

Place was clean. Our room had a loud heater unit that would rattle when it kicked on. They don’t serve breakfast on Saturday until 7 am which we had an event that started at 7. Hotel was good for the price.

Great stop for a night. Actually had a lot of eating options around (not many healthy). Had a little gift bag for the dogs and was overall very pet friendly with a great space for them to be active. Also had good parking spaces for vehicles that were towing or had trailers. Good breakfast.

We arrived and had a very easy check-in. Our room was very nice, very clean; no view but that was okay. Our king bed was comfy with lots of pillows. Breakfast the next morning was good and varied.

Everything was great. Clean hotel, looked fairly new. There was a power outage right at breakfast time (not the hotel's fault--a lot of the city lost power), and the [FRIENDLY] staff did an amazing job at accommodating everyone, including continuing the free breakfast past the posted time.

The staff was friendly and the motel was very clean. My room was very clean with nice beds. The beds were high from the ground so if you are short, then you would need a way to get up on the beds. Other than that, it was worth the money we paid to rent it. Also, it had a breakfast buffet which had a variety of breakfast foods and beverages.

Hotel is clean, nice room, but bathtub was stopped up, I was asked to leave hotel because a complaint from another guest claiming that the tv volume was high.. I was in the room with my business partner and I was sleep like a baby I didn’t hear the tv volume being loud or disturbing.. or anybody knocking on the door or ringing the phone nor have I ever been put out of a hotel..

Me and my Fiancé traveled quite a distance to Neosho for work and it was extremely nice to find this hotel. Very clean, it smelled so good in the lobby, the bed was super comfortable, the breakfast was amazing, staff was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay!!

I could not get the TV remote to work properly. The shower curtain was too short, it would not stay in the bath tub and water got all over the floor. I let the front desk know about it when I checked out and they were already working on the curtain. The staff was very friendly and knew I was checking in late (after 1am). A very quiet nights sleep!

The room was very clean except for a few ants that i saw but it was not due to a dirty room. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was always hot and did not disappoint. Will definitely stay here again when I am in the area.

Everything about the facility was great. No problems....except the front doors were decorated for Halloween with crime scene tape. My husband did not realize it was a decoration. He was ready to pull away even before the check in because he thought it might be dangerous! I thought it was a decoration and decided to go in. It might scare some people away!

We had a suite it was very nice size and the hotel and room was cery clean service was also great. Definitely could improve on the free breakfast food was cold and undercooked with no flavor. Also pool was closed which we were unaware of when booking :( bed and pillows were just ok.

Best hotel stay in very long time.
Staff were warm and welcoming, even when checked in after 10pm. Property was very clean and bright. Room was very clean and super comfortable. The bed and pillows were great. The hot full breakfast bar the next morning was the cherry on the top. Keep up the great work!!
