Ten Minutes to LAS by Hotel Shuttle Bus
In order to make trans-continental flights more manageable and less tiring, I stay overnight between connecting flights. This hotel is ideal for that purpose because it is close to LAS. It is clean with comfortable beds. When I was there it was very quiet which is rare in Vegas.

Beyond the hotel being dated and dingy, they placed us in a first floor room off the lobby that shared a wall with the breakfast room. All night we heard staff talking and people in the lobby. Starting around 3am staff began preparing for breakfast, talking loudly and banging around in the kitchen. Suffice to say we werent able to get much sleep and actually left the hotel at 4am out of frustratio and since we couldnt take the noise any longer. This was after 27 hours of being at airports or on airplanes and getting our flight canceled and unexpectedly having to layover in Vegas. I let staff know that they should not be renting that particular room out to anyone as it is inexcusible to think that people can sleep while sharing an adjacent wall with the breakfast room. I really do help they take that into consoderation so that no one else has to experience what we just did.

Unfortunately we left a personal item on the nightstand and when we called yhey said they would check to see if anybody turned it in. Never received a call back and we drove back to hotel and still no one found it. Hoping they had honest employees

Shelf & bed & pillows great.
Would stay again but pick a room not so affected by the car traffic. Put on my gentle rain white noise & slept like a baby. Thank you!

My girlfriend and I stayed here for just one night. It was one one of the best hotels in the area for the price. The staff was friendly, check in was a breeze, and the entire hotel seemed pretty dang clean compared to some others we’ve been to in the past.
You’re away from the strip, but still off of a busy 6 lane one way street. However, pulling out of the parking lot was still extremely easy.
You’re well within range to walk to some things or drive to some things within 10-20 minutes.
The included parking and breakfast were awesome. Some of the cheaper ones don’t include parking, go figure.
The sheets on our king size bed were extremely soft and the pillows were great as well.
All around, this was one of our best budget friendly hotel stays.

I don't want to give a one star review but ....
Although i understand there was a mass shooting, my reservation was canceled as I was in a place approaching the Vegas airport. 3rd party or not, I was left trying to find a hotel last minute on my own, (extremely expensive). If the cancellation had included an offer to rebook on my behalf, I'd be more forgiving.

I have never stayed in a place with the people are more hospitable and kind and they always had a smile on her face. My daughter and I both had rooms there and we all made comments. The people act like we were family. I’ll definitely stay there again if I go that way.

Super friendly staff. I got in a little bit early, and worked in the lobby for a couple hours before my room was ready. It is clear that the staff go above and beyond to keep the lobby looking fantastic. I honestly felt like this hotel was way better than anything I could have chosen on the strip.

Not within walking distance to the strip….. no restaurants around…. Closeness to the airport was a HUGE plus. Not a bad stay but the hotel could definitely use some upgrades and comfortable beds!

Lots of Airport noise but you are near an Airport. Not much for Restaurants in walking distance. Taco place had great tacos but that was it. Ubered everywhere, and that was fine. Shuttle was great. Breakfast was hot and good! Would consider it again

The OJ was watered down to the point of being unrecognizable. The nonsmoking room smelled like stale cigarettes. And they had zero hot water the second day.

I liked that it was close to the airport. The breakfast was decent. The lobby was clean staff were inviting. I was frustrated that the rooms did not have anyUSB ports for charging devices and when I asked about using the EV charger they did not tell me I needed a key and wasted 30min trying to get it to work, but when I came in someone was available to provide me the key

Functional Airport Hotel
The hotel is super close to the airport with a free airport shuttle, free breakfast and seems like it was recently renovated. Not a bad option. No good food immediately nearby unless you want to go to the strip. The staff offered by the books service, but they weren’t gracious or very accommodating, shrugging when we weren’t given the type of room we’d booked. Breakfast was adequate. Stay here if you need to save money and be close to LAS, otherwise I wouldn’t recommend it

The staff was extremely helpful about my problem that I had been pickpocketed in broad daylight while visiting Las Vegas. Thanks to their suggestion of having someone text me a copy of my government photo id, I was able to fly home that night instead of the next day. However the hotel itself did not meet my expectations based on the picture. The room was quite frankly depressing. Furthermore for whatever reason, the airport shuttle did not run between 2P and 4P.

The hotel was super convenient. Close to the Las Vegas airport and offered shuttle services to and from there. Breakfast was standard. Employees were a mix of amazing and awful. When we checked in the staff was super friendly and helpful, but the next morning while checking out the person mopping the floors and other staff were arguing with each other and I was concerned it was going to turn into a fist fight ( luckily it didn’t).

Super close to the airport which is why I stayed here. My room was on the first floor and was very close to the front desk. It was noisy throughout the night with late night guests arriving. That was my only issue. Would stay again.

Everything was great.
My only issue was I specifically asked if the shuttle could drop me off at the rental car location. Turns out the driver only drops off at the airport. Had I know this I would have got a cab. I lost an hour off my trip due to this.

There is a lot of road work going on and driving in Vegas is not much fun. However, the desk clerk was great and got us a taxi and we could park our car at the hotel free. There really is no place nearby to walk for dining or shopping. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable but not exceptional.

I find the price a bit high. Regular breakfast available, their pre-wrapped muffins are a bit mushy and wet. Their boiled eggs are prewrapped as well. they have scrambled eggs, yogurt, juices and you can make your own waffles. Property is located near airport so you can hear the planes noise overhead. The door of our room had a space at the bottom so we heard loud noises like vacuuming, banging of other room doors, the dropping of ice cubes from the ice machine, etc. I was not very pleased. good thing is we just had the room for overnight since we were leaving Vegas the next day.

The driver had difficulty finding the hotel because everything in the area is surrounded by chain fence.
I you are assigned Rm 125, refuse the room-it has a window onto the parking lot so blinds must be shut (no light), there is an ICE MACHINE next to the room that runs all night long, the area has no cafe's or restaurants, they are a 15 minute walk away, The vanity in the bathroom is so small it is useless. After all of this disappointment for $253.00 there was a BUG crawling across the bed. We were only in the hotel for about 10 hours and when the TV did not work I asked for another room and was told the service man would fix the TV,
It was a TERRIBLE experience, I will Never stay at a
best western - In 60 years of traveling this was the worst,,,

This hotel is very close to the airport and the shuttle is great. The breakfast is average. The bed was good. However, the hair dryer didn’t work and had to be replaced. The sink didn’t drain and the safe vault lacked power and didn’t Work.

Since our visit was primarily for an event at the Thomas Mack Center this was the perfect spot. Close to airport and walking distance to the Thomas Mack. Also walked to Von grocery for snacks and soda and the people working at the hotel were so friendly and accommodating. Let us check in 3 hours early when we got off the plane. Great experience!

If you’re looking for a place that’s off the strip this hotel is ideal. It’s just a few blocks away stepping outside the hotel you get a view from the strip. Also didn’t have any issues with ride shares since maybe because of the location I never had to wait extensively. Staff are nice and really fun to talk to! I wish I would’ve gotten their names so I can give them a shoutout! Overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay again!

only there the night before early flight home from vacation. Was worried the airplane noise would keep us awake, but the flights slowed down around 9 pm and we slept very well. Place is 5 minutes to the terminal, clean and the front desk staff are very pleasant and thorough.

Upon arrival at the property at 1am, I was told that the elevators were out of order. I had to make two trips from a dark and sketchy parking lot, carrying 4 suitcases up 3 flights of stairs where I ran into a very drunk, angy man that gave me a very unsafe feeling. The room itself was clean, but the hotel had an off-smell. Will take it off the list for the future.

This BW needs a refresh. Great staff and service. Needs USB plugs, a carpet change and a new elevator. I know it’s Vegas and can’t compete with the big boys, but a little will go a long way. And having an awesome taco shop across the parking lot is a plus.

Okay Place Near Airport
Staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. Location near airport was good for next day flight out. Not much in the way of nearby restaurants (thought the walkable taco place was just okay). Shower drain was slow and couldn’t get the TV to connect (fortunately not a propriety).

Room was dated but clean. Elevator was broken so staff tried to relocate us but still had to use the stairs to haul up our suitcases. Bed is fine, pillows are terrible. Front staff was very helpful, first to try and relocate us and second when I needed to use a desk phone.
