We had an excellent vacation at this resort. Have stayed here before and will definitely be back. The units are clean and equipped with everything you need for a long stay as a family. The properties are well maintained. Our son loves the playground!

Awesome!
Was very happy here! We have been before and always look to see if there’s availability. The rooms are always clean! The area is fantastic. Having to look out at the water in front and the bay in back is a plus! You have 2 pools awesome one inside one out. Was dissatisfied the hot tub was closed but not much you can do about that. The staff is pleasant! Cant wait to go back!

We enjoyed our stay here. The bed was very comfortable relative to other places we stayed on the cape. The beach is very convenient across the street. The air conditioner was in a very awkward place right next to the bed at head level. They should have placed it 2 feet higher and there is very little counter space in the kitchenette area otherwise all was well.

Unique location. Loved the rooms and amenities. Not being able to check in until 4pm and check out at 10am is quite restrictive. Our room was not ready until 4:10pm!!

Fantastic for a family!
One of our best stays out of hundreds in the US. Spotless and nothing left to decay. Extremely well up-kept and clean. Good base for cape cod; tops is 1:30 hr to the provincetown side. Kitchen very well stocked, big baths, a huge balcony and super comfy beds.

A gem with an ocean view!
Very clean! Even all the windows and doors very clean! Very comfy! Nice kitchenette stocked with coffee, paper towels, plastic bags etc. easy check in with friendly helpful staff. Perfect for walk on beach or a bike ride on the local path! We will be back… plus they called (personally picked up the phone!) to tell me I’d left my sweatshirt!

Peace and quiet

We love all the Inn Seasons and have stayed at most now. But really enjoyed this one for the river and ocean front! Such a cool spot just minutes away from the downtown! Our tv broke in our room and the front desk came up to fix it. I also got a flat tire and Daniel from management actually changed my tire for me and got me all ready to go so I could make it to the tire place. I took a last minute trip with just my two daughters during their school break and we had a wonderful time. Absolutely did not want to leave! My only constructive criticism would be that the pool was a bit cool for what we are use to, but that is really just a small detail. Kids still swam and had a great time anyways!
We will most definitely be back here, next time with my husband and kids! Can’t wait to get back to the Cape and stay here again! And thanks again Daniel for the car help!

InnSeason Surfside was a perfect place to enjoy some alone time. I usually did hear other guests while I was in my room. The beach access was convenient, and it would have been much nicer at a less windy time of year. As a solo traveler, I would have enjoyed an additional manual lock inside the front door. The selection of dishes and appliances provided by the resort was really nice.

Wonderful stay
We enjoyed staying here for our 10th Anniversary and it was wonderful.
The view was perfect, the indoor pool and the jacuzzi was perfect.

The AC is right next to the bed and blows in your face all night. The building had no hot water the night we were there. The staff was helpful though in trying to remedy.

I liked the location and the outdoor facilities. We stayed in the 100 building and the exhaust fan for the indoor pool was OBSENCLY LOUD!!! So sitting on the beautiful deck was difficult.

Great family oriented resort with beautiful views of the ocean, great playground and mini golf for the kids, fire pit in the common area for the families to sit around and relax in the evening. There are also an outdoor and an indoor pools. The units are updated and have all the amenities for a longer stay with a family: large refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, electrical stove, dishes, pots and pans. The location was great in my opinion - right by the ocean and within walking distance from several nice beaches.

We loved the balcony view of the ocean. The morning walk to the Black Dog Cafe for breakfast was the perfect start to each day. Cleaning service was excellent, but our towels were changed every day which was not requested or necessary. Will return !

This is a great run away, a little bit more than one hour drive from Boston, Logan Airport. The resort is a great place between the ocean and the lake. Insite pool with jacuzzi heated outdoor pool and open fire pit on the bay side will give you a taste of New England holidays. If you like the white sand beach with primarily untouched nature and want to feel the New England style without any "decoration," this place is for you! The Old New England-style Falmouth town center with restaurants, cafes, and boutique shops is simply irresistible! We will definitely get back to InnSeason Resort Surfside!

Apartments are spacious and well furnished. Great proximity to Falmouth and surrounding areas. Tracy was very helpful at check-in and anticipated what information we might need during our stay (restaurants, sights, etc.).

I wanted to like it…
The walls are thin, and extremely so with the floors - I had a family a floor above me, and it seems all they did was walk around heavily, and allow their young children to be very loud, and even kick a ball around. The family wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but the thin floors did NOT help. The sheets were too thin for me, but it was my fault that I didn’t look in the drawers until later, where apparently there were extra blankets. Last, I would call it an inn, not a resort. The view was terrific though…

Our room was great, full-size refrigerator was super, our only downfall was the shower, the way it was set up the floor outside the shower got flooded each time. All else was great.

Very clean and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Stayed in the king apartment suite, complimentary coffee. Beautiful views and a private beach front. Only downside is you have to drive 5 mins to nearest restaurant so walking is not an option.

Staff person walked in on us while we were taking a nap in the afternoon...he knocked quickly and then without waiting for a response, opened the door... not cool at all. Thank goodness we were just napping.... still a great place to stay.

InnSeason Surfside is one of my favorite places to stay on the cape. My children also love the indoor pool and the in room jacuzzi tub. The staff at the front desk is very courteous.

This is a lovely place to stay. It’s right on the ocean with a private beach. Our room was very large with a full kitchen. It is a time share place so they will contact you for a tour and presentation but took “no” very gracefully. We had to cut our vacation short due to the Nor’easter coming in, but rebooked for next year already

Loved the access to the beach to watch sunrises and sunsets. Loved the fire pit and outdoor areas. It was great to have a kitchenette, especially the bigger fridge. Coffee makers should be auto off. The bed was ok, not the most comfortable.

I loved having the beach right across the street. Didn't use the outdoor pool, but the indoor one was fantastic. Loved the in-room jacuzzi. It would have been perfect if the property had a small restaurant on the grounds. But there was a great little place less than a mile away. I would def stay there again.

You can’t beat the location and the size of the unit and the view were both unbelievable. However, it was a little dated and the master bedroom was quite bright in the morning. (I love hotel blackout curtains and one window let in a lot of light!)

Beautiful seaside retreat
Just walk across the street and you are on the beach! Nice quiet apartment with deck, table and chairs. Loved the jacuzzi tub. Everything was clean and complete. Full sized appliances. Indoor pool also available by appointment. Wildlife refuges with salt and fresh ponds nearby for bird watchers.

Love the Resort not happy with Hotels.com
I enjoyed the Resort itself it offered a good deal. My only complaint is that booking through hotels.com I was under the impression I had booked a much larger room. I would contact them directly and book through them directly next time. This has no reflection on the Resort it is a misleading booking through Hotels.com.

lean room, convenient location
The room was basic but clean. We weren’t looking for anything fancy as we used our room only to shower and sleep in. It fulfilled those needs perfectly. We had a Queen room with sleeper sofa. The small outdoor patio was a nice bonus. The location was very convenient to downtown Falmouth and the Woods Hole Ferry. There is a small beach directly across the street that we spent a pleasant couple of hours at. My recommendation for the motel is to add a mirror to the general living space. The only mirror is in the bathroom and with 3 teenage girls that one mirror was in high demand!

This resort is located in a beautiful location with the beach right across the street!
We enjoyed a one-night stay in a one-room suite with a king-size bed and comfortable couch. The efficiency kitchen included everything you need to do some cooking or just heat up take-out. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was quite large with plenty of towels.
Our unit had a nice patio (first-floor suite), but unfortunately it was too cold to sit out there.
The checkin/checkout process was fast, although our key cards didn't work so my husband had to return to the front desk so they could reset them.
Indoor pool was crowded since it was the end of Massachusetts school vacation week, but my husband still enjoyed a short swim.
Our friend recommended this resort and we're happy we tried it!
