This place was horrible. It’s ranked at almost 8.0 and I don’t know how that is possible. From getting there at 4pm to 2am this place was so noisy with no staff to intervene at any point. I’m starting to think Expedia ratings are payed for or very incorrect. The cleaning staff were so loud. No elevators just some old wooden stairs that are so loud when walking up. Broken down sign. The bathroom smelled like it was mopped with old dirty water. I might start using another app than Expedia because this deserves a 3.0 rating at most. There was people fighting, playing radio and being so loud from early afternoon to early morning. I will not be booking this place again. Gross!

The hallway in front of the room had a wierd dip and the room was missing a blackout drapes and the room had to much light coming into the room.

Reliable hotel
Spent the day driving through a torrential rain storm and was so happy to arrive at the Comfort Inn for a safe, dry, comfortable evening.

Curtain missing from window
About what you'd expect for the price. The curtain was missing from the window and the front desk was unable to move me because they were full and also unable to provide a curtain, so I had to sleep with the floodlights from the parking lot shinning in my eyes all night.

I stayed here two nights and was very dissatisfied by the condition of the hotel and room. The hotel and room were damaged throughout and not cleaned thoroughly.
Also, our room was not serviced on Saturday (11/11)
The only positive thing I have to share is that the staff was great and very helpful.

We picked this hotel because it had a pool and a spa - they were both dirty and non-functional. Before we knew it was non-functional - we went to get towels for the pool - so the office staff provided them for us - and never let anyone know that the pool or spa was not working. The beds were comfortable. The staff was great. Next time will ask to be moved to another hotel though.

The hotel was dirty. Transients and drug dealers in the parking lot. Halls smelled like Marijuana and had trash in them, rooms were musty, tv was broken, floors were dirty, front desk personnel was not friendly.

Awful Stay
Awful hotel.
Smelled like weed, stains on the floor in the room, blow dryer blew up, bathroom door didn’t close, stains on the sheets, sticky patch on the floor, disgusting overall. For how expensive it is to stay there it’s not worth a penny.

The front desk clerk was unprofessional, slow , and completely incompetent! The bathroom was not clean, used soap was the first thing I noticed with the wrapper on the counter. Only one hand towel and two bath towels. TV did not work. Wifi did not work. No statement left under the door. When we tried to check out there was a sign at front desk that they had stepped away! Hotel was dirty.

Some Good, Some Bad
The hotel was average. Beds extremely comfortable. Lots of TV Channels. Cleaning service not great. Towels taken and not replaced so had to ask for more at desk. Bathroom not really cleaned. Breakfast very good but not available to us because it closes at 8:00! Who the hell does that? We don't want to get up at 7:30 when we're on vacation.

2 of 4 front desk staff we encountered were rude. Generally clean and always smelled of pinesol in main areas, but room doors all looked like they had added metal plates after being kicked in, all carpet in main areas and rooms was horribly stained. A few odd characters in halls gave me pause. No maid service for a 4 night stay. Pool was dirty. Breakfast was typical and fine, clean. We chose to stay because we didn’t want to deal with all that goes into moving, but wouldn’t stay there again.

The hot tub didn't work, the smoke detector had to be taken off the wall because it wouldn't stop chirping. you had to go to the front desk for fresh towels. There was no room service every day.

My room was a disgrace, room was filthy, there was blood on the spread, carpeting was dirty. My fridge was broken, phone was broken, when I went downstairs to inform them of the room, they said they would move me, explained I would like some thing on the lower floor, I was informed they had a room but the Tv was broken. I have pictures of the blood on the spread. When I tried to get some compensation for the in convenience they said sorry there was nothing they could do. Well they have lost a customer. What kind of hotel rents rooms in this condition, its just deplorable.

Proximity to day's event.
The bathroom's ceiling had significant water damage and appeared close to failure. Debris had blown in from outside and the on-site staff were aware of the debris and it remained until our departure the next day The front desk staff were also very impersonal and unfriendly.

The breakfast was good. The hot tub wasn't working. The pool signs said it closes at 10, yet at 9 it was already closed. They were understaffed. I waited 20 minutes just to check in. The toilet paper role was broken in the bathroom.

One side of the beds was dirty. My kids did not want to sleep on it. I liked the breakfast, but I also didnt have a laundry bag in my room. I had to go to the front desk and ask for one. I don’t think our room was cleaned very well prior to us.

This was a last minute booking after a family member booked myself and my friends and a horrible hotel the night before. All I can say is this place was so clean, so friendly, safe, and welcoming. After what we had been through the night before walking into a clean lobby with a smiling staff and a clean room that had a hot shower this place was wonderful.

We reserved the room well over a month in advance and granted we got there late, they first did not have a room for us? They found one but TV did not work in that room, no biggie , they were gonna change our room the next day. The next morning I found out that hot tub was not in use and I ask over the phone when we reserved if hot tub was good to go and I was told yes. I realize things happen unexpectedly but I based my vacation and hotel pick on a hot tub to enjoy. I wanted to go and find a hotel that had a working hot tub so we ask for a refund on our reservation. We have been back for a week now and I haven't seen anything yet. Hopefully today? Bed was comfortable and staff was nice and professional. Besides the not prepared for us when we got there and the inoperable hot tub, I would recommend.

Stay somewhere else!!!
This hotel was way overpriced for the accommodations! The heater stopped working when it was 40 degrees outside. The shower was either scalding hot in the morning or freezing cold in the evening. They were very minimal with towels- no hand towels provided. They did not inform us that a request must be made a day in advance to get the room cleaned. Then after we requested the room be cleaned, we were given 2 bath towels total (no hand towels) and no bath mat. A big hazard of slipping on the bathroom floor! The pool and hot tub were drained and drilled on while we were there. There was nothing noting that the hot tub would be off limits. Lots of homeless people congregated around the parking lot making it feel very unsafe. The TV was VERY small and made a humming noise when in operation-very annoying! It was a somewhat rundown property. We stayed here for 3 nights.

Horrible! Find Other Options!
Horrible two night stay! Check in was smooth but that was the highlight of the stay. After a six hour drive and getting into town at 11:00 PM we just wanted to get a good night sleep. There was trash on the floor - it was obvious the floor was not vacuumed! Woke up to watch the morning news and the TV did not turn on. Got ready and on the way out we told the front desk the TV does not work and was told the maintenance guy is on vacation so there is no one to fix it. Spent all day out and get back to the room to see housekeeping never came to turn the room. Went to bed and got up the next morning and left town. What a bad experience - needless to say we won't be back!

We did not stay at this hotel at all- our employee was not close enough to the area to make it to the hotel so he had to find another one closer to the area he was working in, and we still got charged for the entire stay even tho we cancelled it the next morning as soon as we were informed that he could not make it to the hotel and arranged to stay in another area much closer to his work sites.

Never again!
Ok when we got here and checked in with my reservation, first the clerk checked us into a room that was occupied. Then after walking all over the motel, we finally got in our room. We were booked to stay 2 nights but the next day our keys were turned off and it took two trips to the front desk before they were turned back on. My biggest complaint is the ad for the motel claimed they had free breakfast, The first morning I went and got orange juice and we were slow getting ready so we went out to eat but this morning we are to take our granddaughter to an early morning appointment and needed just to grab a little something for her to eat. When we got down there apparently this comfort Inn considers a glass of orange juice breakfast! Needless to say no breakfast is not that big of a deal except that they advertised it…..why? If you have all the trappings for serving breakfast and you advertise it then why not serve it! I asked one of the workers if they had hot chocolate and she told me she would get one especially for me lol but only one I guess hot chocolate is in high demand there so they hide it in a closet….I’m not sure but I can say that the most competent workers I saw at this motel were the maintenance guys! They were helpful and nice. One thing I can say is never again! We usually stay in comfort inns every where we go but after this trip I will be very careful before I book to stay in another one!

Was disappointed in the bed as the mattress was saggy,causing us to roll towards the middle. The shower had too much pressure and stung a bit taking a shower. There was no ice machine on our floor so we had to go downstairs to get ice. Then we went to get breakfast at around 7 there was nothing till 7:30 when we were checking out. So while the room was clean and we'll appointed not the best for sleeping and the details seamed to be lacking.

I don’t care where a hotel is located but if it’s clean that’s really what matters to me. I have never understood why a property can’t keep it clean inside and out. Understaffed? I don’t believe that’s the case here.

It was an ok place. We showed up to check in late so it took a while before someone saw us. Then he gave us a little sass which was not necessary. They also said they had breakfast but there was definitely no breakfast. Saw some homeless people meandering but nothing cause us to worry. The room was good though. It was a fine hotel.

The bathroom needed to be swept. Had to reset the Direct TV box. The brown bag breakfast..all the bags were picked thru, some of them had only 1 item inside. The front desk staff seemed a little disorganized, they had to call housekeeping to see if rooms were ready, we checked in at 430 pm.

Nice front desk staff
The front desk staff are very helpful. I needed a late check out and they accommodated me. In addition I came late for breakfast and they had breakfast bags in the refrigerator once breakfast hours are over. One little problem is there was a stain on the comforter in the bed but overall it was a nice stay.

Nice stay
Requested early check in the day before. Arrived at 230pm. Paid extra $45 for early check in. Was given key. Then go to room and they just started to clean it. House keeping lady spoke zero english. She phoned her manager. For some reason the front desk showed room ready, but housekeeping didn’t. Went back to front desk and was refunded $45. Otherwise, room was very clean and I slept very good. Elevator lobby could use a mopping with the sticky floors.

My room was never turned down during my 3 day stay. The floor by the elevator is broken and unstable 2nd floor. There was a nice coffee bar that never had coffee in it at 630am. They said it wouldn’t arrive for an hour.

Dont always listen to negative reviews
I have stayed here before and while yes it is an older hotel does have some stains we had no problems. Check in process was easy great customer service. Beds were cozy had no issues at all. Would stay here again.

Spacious, clean and comfortable room. The air conditioner is a bit noisy but otherwise no complaints about the room. They need to replace their luggage cart, the desk clerk said the homeless people stole it! The hotel is very close to I-10W which was convenient for our travel plan, but not very convenient if you want food delivered after a long day of traveling instead of going out to eat.

Easy to find and get to. Property on outside look nice. The rest of the place was a disappointment. Coffee and bed was good. Breakfast of bean burrito is lunch. Hard boil eggs and ham would have been better. Less food wasted.

Property was clean (with an almost overwhelming scent of Pine Sol) and well lit on the east side. Due to COVID, nearly all amenities were closed and the free breakfast was a brown bag of prepackaged carbs. Room AC worked nicely. Bed was a bit hard, but pillows were soft and abundant. Shower pressure was awesome. Location felt safe. Would easily stay there again.

I travel a lot and by far the worst experience I ever had when we got there I was informed that it was a 250 dollar deposit “ cause it was a bad area” ;( witch it’s not listed on the website I had 4 teenagers with me for a football tournament and was such a inconvenience

Non smoking property but people smoked in there rooms. Management ignored this. Room was clean but plumbing was not good in shower. Drain very slow and head leaked bad. Go somewhere else!!!
