Excellent stay at the Innovation Hotel
Our stay at Innovation hotel was excellent.
The lobby is a thing to see. The room was clean, spacious with 2 queen beds and a large bathroom with laminate floors. The remote controlled everything including the lights, blinds and thermostat. Service was friendly and the included breakfast was also excellent.
My only comments are that there is only 1 chair to sit in and there is no place to put your clothes in the bathroom when showering and no where to hang towels after using them.

Great stay. Excellent value option.
Excellent stay overall. Very beautiful property. Only negative was noisy HVAC which kept making noises which were audible via ducts. Kept music on to comfort kids from distraction. By morning noises were gone.

Hands down this hotel has to be the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff was incredibly nice, the hotel was very clean and well kept, it was very clean and well kept and it was very quiet. The plant life inside is very serene and relaxing and the use of the wellness center was amazing. I think the only thing that I didn't like were the pillows in the room, they were too soft. Other than that it was a perfect experience.

This was a great property! The facilities were immaculate and the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The rooms are more on the modern size, hence the Innovation name, but that just gives them a clean look. The rooms also win for best hotel room design for USB plugs. Fantastic! We will definitely stay here again in the future.

New high tech hotel at a great location
This is not a regular commercial hotel. It has been built and used for the orthopedic doctors conferences. It so clean, new and equipped with high tech stuff. Everyone will appreciate it, especially the youngsters. The first floor is a school itself and the fitness center is very modern.

I had to move to a different room after we were ready for bed and my husband was already asleep because the lights would not turn off despite the engineer trying to fix it. I asked them to comp our room for that one night since we had to relocate all our things. They did not offer to help even tho my husband is 80 and can barely walk. We had to move it all ourselves. There were no luggage carts or bell hops to assist. They told us breakfast was served until 11:00 but we did not get to it until 9:30am because we were moving all our things to the new room.
The breakfast had been cleared when we got there. So we had to drive around looking for a place to eat. We ordered a supreme pizza to share for dinner at their restaurant and requested that the sausage just be on one side not all over since I cannot eat it. The pizza came with sausage on the whole thing and the veggies on 1/4 of the top. We complained to the waiter but he said it was the cook's fault. We each ate one slice and had to leave the rest.They showed no interest in correcting the mistake. The room had no where to sit except on the bed. There was no fridge to store medication. No ice and no ice bucket. We could not chill our water nor add ice to it. For such a high priced hotel it was a total disappointment.

What a Safe, Clean, Quiet, and Nice Hotel Stay
Our stay was very nice. It was a quiet environment and very clean. The staff was professional and courteous. The room was just as described. The extras in the room were much appreciated as I had to iron and steam clothes for the next day. The Baby Bliss hair dryer was an extreme plus as it went beyond my expectations. The lighted mirror for my make up preparation in the morning was also an extra nice touch. Breakfast was also more than I expected and we were pleasantly surprised. It was what I would call an actual breakfast and not a continental breakfast buffet. This was quite the nice touch for a perfect stay. Thank you so much and look forward to visiting the hotel again. Kudos to all the staff.

Above and Beyond Anything You've Experienced
Super modern and European style, so much so you'll need training on how to turn on the lights - and the shower!! Not knowing this hotel is connected to one of the leading manufacturers of surgical orthopedic devices, it was more than startling to turn on the TV and see a surgery in progress installing a device in someone's knee!

The hotel is really clean and small innovative features that I’ve not seen at other hotels. Staff is super friendly and you can tell that your satisfaction is important to them. Breakfast was nice. Added bonus was the few wild bunnies hopping around our front when we arrived at night.

Hotel is nice.. staff not really. Before booking at this property I spoke to the front desk staff and asked about their service dog policy. I was told they accepted service dogs and proof wasn’t needed. When checking in, a gentlemen with glasses and a burgundy suit told me they did not accept animals in the hotel and that emotional support dogs weren’t considered service dogs. This happened yesterday, August 29TH at around 2:00 PM. Please train your staff properly on how to answer questions and communicate with customers paying to stay at this hotel.

Great staff! Loved my girl at check in! Also they had my room ready early as requested. They even got my pizza to my room after 10 so I didn’t have to come down! Cozy bed! And very high tech!

When you arrive/enter, it's not obvious that it's a hotel, as it's mainly a medical conference/training center called "Arthrex." Based on what reception told me, all of the rooms with one bed face inward to the courtyard, so not much outside light comes in. The room we stayed in did have a fridge, but not a microwave, however they offered to heat something for us at the front desk, if necessary. All of that being said, it was a really nice experience. Everything is really nice and new. The Wellness Center (gym) was top notch and the lounge area was cozy. The breakfast staff were all super friendly. I definitely recommend staying here!

Amazing hotel
Although it was only for one night, our stay at Innovation hotel was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment we stepped into the contemporary and sleek looking lobby, it did not stop to impress us. The entire hotel exuded a modern and chic ambiance that instantly put us in awe. Check-in was smooth and efficient, with the friendly and attentive staff making us feel welcome and appreciated. The room was a delight – spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean. The modern decor, combined with luxurious touches, created a comfortable atmosphere. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The only downside - the breakfast selection could be better. Other then that, the entire hotel and the staff were amazing.

My time here was amazing. Staff was so welcoming and professional. Food and drink was great. The rooms were clean organized and the whole building is very modern. The hotel was modern, quite clean and pretty quiet during our stay which was nice. Didn’t seem to have too many guests so it was a fast check in and check out. The property is about 5 mins to a beach and other amenities. It is also located in a complex with other medical buildings and so seemed to cater business travellers but that didn’t make a difference to us. The downside was that there was no pool.
