We had an amazing stay and would recommend to anyone looking for an excellent budget hotel in the area. Pet friendly and parking and pet fees very reasonable and there is a dog park right across the street. We felt safe taking our dogs out at all hours of the night. Great variety of breakfast options, very friendly and helpful staff, on site parking and a view of the space needle from our suite. What more could we want?

The most unique thing from my stay was the staff. We came in early and David went above and beyond to help us get in to a room. Our room wasn't ready and he got us in a room so we didn't have to be carrying our luggage around. So is the owner or the boss reads this give this man a raise!!!! Thank you David....

The location to my surprise was right in the heart of downtown. You can see the needle from the front of the hotel. There is on site parking i think $21 a day. Public transportation right around the corner both ways. The hotel looks a little out dated when you go up. The room was spacious and had the largest balcony i ever seen and had. Bring your own snacks for later the vending machine once it's full it won't take your money🙄. Over all staff was fine, area was fine. There are alot of UNIQUE ppl who take the bus and there's a main ave that almost the whole length of it its a bunch of misfortunate people so be careful. There's plenty of food and shopping near by. Great location not far from the pier.

It was near to downtown of Seattle, but there were too many dogs in the hotel, and carpet were very dirty, Aldo the shower was clog and the water did not go through.

The only thing I disliked was how sheer the front curtains were. Our room looked straight into an Amazon office and the curtains were dang near see through and didn’t block the light from the building

Amazing stay
It was an excellent stay. Soon as we landed and seattle and got to La Quinta, Nathan the front desk was very helpful and friendly which made the first night excellent. When we come back to Seattle we will always book with la quinta.

This facility is located in the downtown Seattle area. The only compliant I would have is the noise. You can literally hear trash truck loading/unloading garbage bin at 2:00AM. It's in the downtown area. So sound control is always the issue. Other than that pretty happy with the stay.

Good base for sightseeing
Staff was friendly, location was great - walked to all the city attractions I was interested in seeing, room was clean. Not fancy but functional. Breakfast was included and had a variety of options. One thing if you drive there’s an additional fee for parking, which I missed when making my reservation.

I liked the location of this property. It was easy to get tp by city bus from the bus/train station. There is a bit of street noise, so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. I felt safe here and got to everywhere I wanted to go on foot and by bus. The breakfast is ood and there are lots of pptions.

Great location and price
Very friendly staff who were super helpful with local information. We got a pair of suites with excellent views. Affordable parking under the hotel. The location was perfect for walking to the Space Needle, downtown, and Capital Hill. Only negatives, the hotel is a little bit run down in places (but not uncomfortably so) and the breakfast was a bit chaotic, but bang for the buck is fantastic.

Property was in a great location and all staff were very helpful and polite. Never found parking garage, maybe better signage would help, but found a spot right by lobby entrance. Breakfast area was packed so we were unable to eat, but that wasn’t a make or break issue.

It is convenient to walk to most tourist destinations. I’ve stayed at Hiltons, Marriotts etc. The room quality is up there with them. The staff was friendly and helpful. The Greatest value you can get compared to neighboring hotels that want to charge $50 - $200 more. Wonderful breakfast. Convenient laundry.

Nice hotel, very clean. Housekeeping staff was great. The parking garage under the hotel was very tight and hard to get into but the $19 parking fee was way less then other hotels and the garage was protected my a gate that you needed a code to enter

Not bad for the price and location. Walkable for food and space needle. Very busy one way roads in downtown Seattle so be prepared. Hotel is decent for a cheap price but definitely older. Seems like they’ve updated but could have spent more. Stayed here for a medical appointment so it did the job. Shake shack for dinner is 900 feet away. For Seattle this area is pretty decent. Not too many homeless and garbage around so felt decently safe walking at night. Definitely better than other areas of Seattle.

We came down from BC to go to the Century Ballroom and the location was great. Even better than the location was Dave who was working on the front desk when we arrived. He was very helpful, and when the phones were going and new guests checking in, he was very patient and was still getting holiday decorating done!

Affordable room with awesome view
Had a fantastic stay here! Our room had an amazing view of the Space Needle!! Everything was clean! They have a pay parking garage underneath the hotel that made me feel safe and secure parking there. Free breakfast had plenty of microwavable options of breakfast bowls, breakfast burritos, vegan breakfast sandwiches. Waffles, hot syrup, danish, bread, muffins, yogurt, cereal and milk. Would definitely stay here again!!

Birthday/weekend trip to Seattle
My family and I took a trip to Seattle and we were looking to stay in a area that would be walking distance to popular points of interest. I chose La Quinta from prior experience and also of the hotel providing additional roll away bed, which would be needed. Upon request, guest services responded quickly to our needs. The hotel was a short distance to Space Needle, Pikes Place and eateries that we were interested in. Staff at La Quinta is always nice and helpful and the breakfast provided was excellent with the options. They had coffee, waffles, patries and bagels and also Jimmy Dean breakfast meals, which was nice. Thank you for your hospitality.

Great room, great staff
I found the staff here very friendly and professional. While the breakfast good but not great, my room was spacious and clean. I was here for a short business trip and will gladly return here if I get to return to Seattle.

Our room was awful. There was a pair of underwear left on the floor of the room, the pull out bed had hair and dirt on the sheets, and there was only one pillow. There also was no parking available so we had to find parking elsewear.

Short review - would I stay here again? Yes absolutely.
The good. The location is fantastic for downtown Seattle and vacation and sight-seeing. You have great views of the Space Needle from the street outside. Most of the main sights are easily within walking distance, and for further away or if you don't like walking, the bus service is brilliant and easy to access. The area seems safe enough and the rooms are exactly what you would expect. Not fantastic or luxurious, but more than adequate. The included breakfast is a bonus, again nothing special, the usual juice, coffee, muffins, make your own waffles, typical of this type of hotel.
The less good (this is relative). The available parking is very limited. There are 10 first-come slots for 72 rooms. On most days we were staying, there did seem to one space available. But, I can see how this could turn into a real headache and I would not rely on the hotel parking in future. We came with our rental car after touring the state. If I was doing this again, I would drop the car off earlier and not bring it to the hotel.
With that proviso, it ticks all the boxes for a place to stay.

What a great location that also offers parking! Walking distance to bars, restaurants and easy access to Pikes Market. Wonderful breakfast selection. Room was very clean, quiet and spacious. Shower was incredible. We were on 6th floor and worried that the water pressure would be poor, but this was by far one of the best hotel showers I have experienced.

Majority of stay was pleasant except for the pot smokers. We're allergic, and the occupants of a nearby room thought it acceptable to smoke pot on their balcony (or indoors, we're not sure). We had to keep the balcony door closed so no fresh air. Overall, we'd stay here again. Might suggest preferred up-front parking for pick-up trucks since they don't fit in the garage area.....

Not easy to see from the street. Staff was friendly but did not go out of their way to accommodate. Would not check-in before 4:00pm which was the posted time. I have never had that happen before. We arrived at 3:20pm. Not their fault, but sirens all night.

I stayed one night at La Quinta, My car had a break-in early in the morning in the hotel parking lot. The Hotel does not have any security cameras in the parking lot and frontage of the hotel property. The hotel security was helpless. It's not a safe place to stay. My trip was ruined.

Our stay was overall good. Staff was friendly, breakfast was great. Room was overall good but with a weird smell to it. Parking spaces were small don’t recommend bringing a big car.
