Hot tub did not work. None of the side or back doors worked. Could only could enter through front door. Front desk make worker was on phone the every time i went to front desk to complain. Seemed as if i was bothering him

Staff was kind and able to help guide us with directions easily.
Our door to our room didnt lock correctly. You could lock it and still be able to open it from the outside. Beds were super small, weve stayed at plenty of hotels without issue but these were unusually small. Bathroom faucet wigggled inside wall and wasnt secure at all. The keycard reader at the back/side entrance didnt work, so that was inconvenient having to lug all our stuff the whole way around building. Pools was nice and decent, until a large family came in with screaming/yelling kids and adults, which made not just us but other guests leave the area because you couldnt even enjoy swimming at that point. And the absolute worst was that at 3am some how some way the fire alarm went off, without any fires. So we got woken up and had to ebdure listening to it for almost 40 minutes. No apologies or anythihg offered to make up for that insane inconvenience. Would honestly recommend you look elsewhere to stay for the night.

Very comfortable beds and pillows. Common areas have seen better days and the airport shuttle only runs until 10 PM. If you don’t have a late night flight this place is a good value.

The very nice hotel agent allowed me to check in a little bit early so I was able to drop my bags and return to the airport to take the train into DC. The hotel was very clean, but there was no water available aside from purchasing. The water spigot from the breakfast area was locked.

We’ve stayed here a couple of times, and the rooms are always clean, modern, and they have a good breakfast. The hotel shuttle isn’t really a thing… only goes 7am-10pm and they advertise that it goes once per hour, but a couple of times now, we’ve been waiting at the airport and then we call, and they say that you have to call for them to come, so I’m not sure it’s ever worked out for us to use it. We’ve just ended up Ubering. The pool seems nice and it’s convenient to park here because they offer parking through SpotHero, so you can stay and then leave your car through SpotHero while you’re on your trip without having to worry about airport parking. Good value for the money!

The staff is definitely amazing. Love how friendly they are from the desk staff to the house keeping. Only thing that would make it better is if they updated some of the place starting with the elevators. Loved my stay and would absolutely recommend it.

Extended Parking - $10 per day
The only thing is that parking is not free for extended parking - it is $10 per day - which is not clear on the website. Otherwise the staff were great to us and accommodations were good.

Arrived to no electricity and rude staff. Waited 2 hrs in the car for the electricity to come on. Once electric was up and running it took a hour to boot up the computers and key cards. Had to wait. Overcharged me by $300.00 and called me today 12/13 and asked for another credit card to charge again. They currently have 3 pending transactions on my cc, all for different amounts.

If I could I would not give this hotel even 1 star. First let start with, the room had a weird smell to it. It wasn't the cleanest either but the tip of the iceberg was the next morning! I stayed at this hotel due to the closeness to the hospital. I had to leave the hotel at 5:30 to make it to my appointment. Woke up at 4:30 to take a shower with special instructions using surgical soap. Only to find I had NO HOT water. Used and bathed in the sink. Went out to tell him that he gave me a room with no hot water. He apologized and said I didn't know. I was very upset. Went back to my room got my bags loaded into the car and got my husband's key to check out. Now around 525. I asked him how he planned to compensate for the inconvenience to me, and offers another room for me to shower after I've already told him that I had a surgery appointment to me. I asked him again how he planned to compensate me and just kept repeating I didn't know the room didn't have hot water. Then he tells me I have to go through Expedia since I booked through them. Connected Expedia, explained the entire situation only for him to deny any refunds to me because he offered me an alternative shower option at checkout. Absolutely ridliculous! Don't waste your money here. On top of the uncleanness, they also don't care how they treat their customers!

I would recommend staying well away.
Shuttle bus is not available until 10pm, it does it's last pickup at the airport at around 9:30. Informed of this when I landed and was ready to be collected at 9:50. I had tried to find an email address or way of contacting the hotel in the days prior but they have no way of contacting apart from by phone which is not helpful for international travellers. They did not respond to messages sent on hotels.com
Staff member was awful when checking in. Just took my passport and gave me keycards (1 of which didn't work). Didn't give me any information. I had to ask where the rooms were and he just said over there and pointed to a corridor. Extremely unprofessional. Rooms were ok apart from a spotlight outside my window. Even with blinds down, a huge amount of light comes in around the edge. There's other stuff but I think I'll leave it at that. Extremely disappointing stay

This property is in a good location for Chantilly/Herndon visits. It was clean and in good condition. Our room was quiet even though Dulles airport is close by and the flight path went directly over head. While breakfast was included, I would have appreciated some variety as we stayed for 3 days and was pretty tired of the choices by then. But the coffee was great!

I’ve stayed here twice and have been completely happy with this hotel. It’s clean, spacious rooms are so comfortable. Breakfast is hot, varied, and well presented. The staff are friendly and polite. Free parking and a lovely walkable area.

We got delayed at Dulles and needed a hotel room for the evening. Hotel worked out great......nothing fancy but clean. Only feedback is I wish shuttle started earlier in the AM but must not be a demand for it....we had to Uber at 4AM for a 6AM flight but all worked out.

Where do I start? I booked this hotel on accident, mistaking it's location to be close to Regan. I'm a FA so I was ending my shift and needed a hotel ASAP. I was extremely exhausted from my shift, frustrated and overwhelmed from the error that the manager told me was a common mistake made by travelers based on online description of the hotel. (Online needs to change the description). Anyways, Ernesto the hotel manager, heard the panic in my voice, my money was non-refundable, check in was at 3pm, and it was 11am, I was extremely exhausted from a 4am shift, I was 40 mins away from the airport I needed to be at and I still had to work the next day. Not only was Ernesto compassionate to my circumstances, he made sure a room was ready for me immediately upon arrival, and made sure I had a ride back to my airport the next day AND ALL OF THIS ON HIS BIRTHDAY. I am EXTREMELY GRATEFUL. JUST FOR THIS ALONE, REGARDLESS OF DISTANCE, I WILL PROBABLY OVER PLAN JUST TO STAY HERE BCUS OF HOW COMFORTABLE HE MADE ME. I WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HE GAVE ME THAT WAS OVER AND BEYOND.

The shuttle from the airport was slow. We waited for 25 minutes for it to arrive. The TV did not work in our room. However, they immediately moved us to another room with a working TV. The front desk staff was semi friendly. Fortunately, it was close to Dulles which was our goal.

We have stayed here several times because it's so close to our family members homes.
Its always clean, beds are comfortable, and staff is friendly. Breakfast has few healthy options but that's pretty standard.
Something I really appreciate is the pretty walking trail around a pond beside the hotel.After 9 hours driving, its a pleasure!

There was nothing unique about this property. I forgot that I had stayed here before and that it was a terrible place. The rooms are dingy and dirty, the halls were not well lit and smelled musty and the a/c in the room was loud. There was hair on the bed and on the floor in the bathroom. The safe in our room wouldn’t lock so we had to leave personal items in safe with front desk, but realized that they weren’t locked away, but simply put in room next to reception counter. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this establishment. My level of comfort was exceptional however the complimentary breakfast could use some improvements. The sausage served that morning was not fully cooked. This caused me to become sick. Please prioritize food safety and cooking levels.

The room itself was decent! However there were few things that were major let down.
The parking was a mess. They had allowed trailers to park in the side of the building that took 4-5 space. They had construction going on in the back. Parking didn’t seem ample enough for the hotel. The lobby was decent but the hallway and elevator smelled really bad. I had booked for two nights but I ended cancelling the second night. The place just seemed very off putting and uncomfortable. When I shared my concerns to Expedia they didn’t seem to mind cancelling my second night but the hotel staff was very rude when I approached. The guy at reception was very rude and dismissive. He told me that the only way my reservation can be modified if the general manger allows it. The only way to reach general manager was to call back the next day after 1 pm and leave a message. So when I asked if I can still check out the next morning he just shrugged. They didn’t have cards for the said general manager. He mentioned that the general manger may not return my call for 3 days, if I were to call. Basically his way of saying I don’t have any options. So reach, I reach out and shared my experience to Expedia, the representative called the hotel staff took care of my request.
I booked the hotel because of decent pricing and good reviews online but my experience did not resonate what they have advertised for.
May be next I should do little research not book it in a rush.

Our Hotel room door was extremely hard to secure the deadbolt. It took all my strength to LIFT up the door in order for the deadbolt be lined up to be able to get it to look. The door hinge squeaks super loud when opening or closing the door. Entire door could use a little maintenance to work properly. Other then that it was a great stay!

I booked 2 rooms, one in my name for me and my boyfriend and the other for my boyfriend’s sister and her family in her name. My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay because it was quiet and the rooms were clean. The room for boyfriends sister had loud next door guests who were fighting all night while a baby cried. The worst part of our trip was when i called the front desk to ask when breakfast started and they told me 9:30. That is the time breakfast ended. When i was upset that we missed breakfast because an employee told us the wrong time, he laughed and said no hotels have breakfast at 9:30. I told him “how am i supposed to know that? that’s why i called to ask” then he apologized. Honestly i was pissed because breakfast is included with what i paid for and we all missed it even when i called to verify. I would have gone down earlier had i known the correct time.

Get there after a long day of traveling and no one is at front desk to check me in. I yell in the back down the hall- nothing. Finally call the hotel and someone answers and says he will be there when he can. Another employee walks i and stands there. I ask him is anyone going to check me in? He goes to get someone. Finally I guess the guy that is supposed to be there shows up and asks me what room I’m in. I then repeat what I told him on the phone that I need to check in. O he misunderstood?? Get in the room and it stinks. Bathroom floor is nasty like it has not been cleaned in months. To tired to deal with it. Woke up to their “breakfast” but after seeing the rotten apple in the basket didn’t feel the need to take a chance on the rest.

Laundry facilties were poor. There were 2 washers and 2 dryers. Only 1 of each worked. This was the half way point to our vacation and my husband made sure there were laundry facilities here but we were disappointed they only half worked.
We had to change rooms after our first night because the tub didn't drain after our morning showers and couldn't be fixed while we were out for the day. Also, not all the electrical plugs worked in the first room.
Orange juice and apple juice dispensers didn't work for breakfast.

It was very conveniently located for our stay. The amenities were exceptional too. The room was on point and the king size bed gave way to a heavenly, relaxing rest for me and my girlfriend during our time here. The staff was also very helpful and courteous. The hotel did not have our reservations through hotels.com. I called hotels.com cust service they had me on hold forever and couldn’t resolve anything. The staff at the hotel wouldn’t accommodate us. He said my confirmation number didn’t mean anything because it was through a 3rd party app. They were sold out of the type of rooms my family required so we had to find accommodations elsewhere.

We enjoyed our stay at the Wyndham Chantilly. It was pleasant, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast bar was full, the pool and hot tub were warm. The only problem was the floor in the pool was extremely slippery. Close to several eateries. I would stay there again.

We were assigned in room 201, please avoid with all costs. It's very poor quality. Furniture, TV are all very old and dated. Thank God we stayed only one night. My kids didn't not use the bathroom at all. It was ugly. Floor, toilet 🚽, shower tub all are really nasty. They seem to be not cleanable. All need to be replaced. I'll never go there again even with free stay.
