The hotel has more of a “motel” feel like it’s sister hotel at Lake Buena Vista. Staff was not very friendly when checking in. Room was soooo far away from the main lobby. The buffet restaurant was good and the staff in the restaurant were friendly. I would not stay here again.

I almost want to leave a bad review so people don’t find out how great this place is. I did not pay much for my rooms so I did not expect much, but boy was I wrong. The pools are heated and clean along with the rooms and everything else we encountered. Parking is easy I cannot recommend this place enough. This is a great place to stay for the money.

We always stay at other Rosen's but this one was ok. Two elevators were broken and just a little unorganized. I went be staying at this property. I'll stick with the other ones. Staff was ok this too.

Prior to booking I thoroughly read other reviews as I was skeptical because of the low cost. Overall the room was clean and property maintained nicely. It is an older property that is undergoing updates. Our room felt damp at times so we kept the fan running constantly on the AC. With the age of the rooms there was also a slight musty/older odor which went away as we kept the fan running. We enjoyed the restaurants around the area, the CVS was handy and we were able to easily walk to our daughter’s dance comp at the convention center. After check in we didn’t have much interaction with staff and did not dine onsite. We were in building D, pool side and didn’t hear much noise once in our room. The pool area was clean and enjoyable. I would recommend this for anyone looking for a budget friendly place to stay.

Honestly, the hotel looked so nice online when I booked my stay but it wasn’t what I expected. Rooms seemed clean but lacked a better bedding. A/C was loud and the food was ok, not great. There was construction going on some of the buildings in the area. I was expecting more. I don’t think I will stay there again.

Absolutely horrible stay. Had to move rooms at midnight because of the overwhelming smell of fresh paint. Then the new room had roaches in it. We killed atleast 6 while we were there. Will never stay here again!

The double bed sizes are terrible, you should definitely upgrade to queen sized beds. Shower was outdated.

Overall this is a nice and incredibly convenient place to stay, the restaurant is great but terribly overpriced. The other issue is that we were told by numerous employees that a free shuttle to the convention center was available for someone in our group who couldn’t walk so well, there was never a shuttle and there were complications from this.

Megacon Weekend
My daughter and I attended Megacon at the Convention Center and this was an excellent location, walking distance to everything! We were taken care of and felt safe on property as well. Very clean and comfortable :) We will definitely be staying here again!

Check in was a breeze. Front desk clerk was very friendly and accomodating with getting me a room higher up. The room was immaculate. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. I have stayed here twice. Reasonable price. Will be my go tobwhen in toen.

Family fun
We have stayed at this Rosin many times and they're all friendly and helpful. It's nice to be in walking distance to so much entertainment and dining. They also provide shuttles to theme parks which takes the stress out of driving so you can enjoy the trip.

The property is fine and has a lot of local options near by for shopping and dining. Few vegetarian options for eating nearby though I would not recommend this property for someone who has a fear of heights.

I'm not sure what is going on but this was the first time we stayed in the 10 flood building and the room had a wet smell and the shower looked like it had better days. Will be skipping this place for future I drive visits

Perfect Location to Convention Center
Perfect hotel for attending events at the conference center, easy walking distance. Hotel is a little dated, but very clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and accommodating. Our room faced the highway so traffic noise was noticeable. I'm an easy sleeper so really didn't bother me, but if you're not, make sure to get a room facing the pretty courtyard or pool.

Not perfect, but a very good value.
I find this property and its staff extremely satisfying. It's a great value. I would, however, not accept a pool view room again as the noise from I-4 is incessant, 24 hours per day and shower water pressure is disappointing.

Came with my family to this property. The receptionist greeted me with an emotionless hi and was very robotic through the checking in process. Almost like he did not want to be here, but let’s be honest, I completely understand.
The elevator lobby was dark and desolate, granted there is construction going on, on premise.
When walking into the room, fountain drink cup was located in the main rooms garbage bin.
We got a room facing the highway, allowing for the loud roars of v8 mustangs and crotch rockets to keep us up all night.
The rooms are older and it shows. Overall we found the rooms adequate for what we paid for it. Definitely not a 5 star, but also not paying for 5 star rates.

I made reservations through Hotels.com all right used to pay when I got to the hotel. I got to the hotel about 7:30 PM. I had to wait in line for 30 minutes by the time I got up to the counter it was 8 PM. The lady at the counter told me my reservation was canceled. I said by who she said the manager canceled my reservation I said why can I speak to the manager so then she went to go get the manager and comes back and says well I have one room available for you it’s a king size bed I said that’s fine then I said again I wanna speak to the manager so she goes and gets the manager and the manager comes out and I asked her who canceled my reservation and why she specifically told me she canceled my reservation I said why she said because I was not there by 4:00pm and they went to take it out of my account and it declined I told her well I choose to pay for it when I got here to the hotel I have never had a problem before I have stayed here before and never had a problem with this hotel and you should not have canceled my reservation. It still showed on my Hotels.com and all the emails. I was getting that my reservation was good I will also be calling her boss to report this because she had no reason to cancel my reservation and the room they gave me was handicap. I didn’t even have a bathtub. I had a shower and I had a chair in my shower. It was me and my daughter for an event at the convention center

They lost my confirmed confirmation STRANDED TOO
They lost my booking after responding with a confirmation. Moreover they booked me in error for March 3 to the 7th. I had to struggle to find accommodations at another hotel during one of the busiest convention cycles of the year. I want my money back from Hotels. Com and an apology

Terrible choice, never again!
From the moment I got here I regretted having prepaid for my stay. The hotel is run down and badly maintained, starting from the elevator not working (my room on the 6th floor), the key to the room never worked properly, the rug was very old and in need of replacement, the curtains didn’t close well and the A/C didn’t work properly either. The worst part was the last night of my stay when I found cockroaches in the bathroom! This hotel should not be on hotels.com and especially not with a score of 8, which totally misleads people!

Though this property has great reviews, I think you can find something better for a couple of dollars more. The property is clean but the building and rooms are very old. Don’t get me wrong, the hotel is OK, but it’s just not for me. What I found great is that there are a lot of restaurants at walking distance and there are also onsite food options.

This hotel is tired. The carpet is old, the bathroom light is dim and dingy
The rooms that face the parking lot are so loud from outside noise at all hours we had to go to the CVS and buy ear plugs and I played a white noise machine on my phone.
The service at the front desk is extremely slow. We actually ended up going home early

The property and room was fairly tired. They appear to be doing construction on 1 of their buildings. My chief complaint is the black mold in the shower. And also the granite counter tops on the bathroom are never completely wiped off. cleaning crew isn't wiping things down just pushing dust and grime around. Dust on the lamps and nightstands. Double beds were the only thing avail and they were ok. Sheets were clean and fairly new. Location is perfect. Close to everything. Didn't eat onsite, reviews were sketchy...
For what is charged to stay here they can afford to clean the rooms thoroughly and maintain the property... black mold is inexcuesable and avoidable even in Fla.

My room had a terrible noise coming from the sanitation pipes. I moved to a different room and the freeway noise was terrible. Next time I will pay more and get a good nights sleep

Room had bed bugs. In traveling the world, I never ran into these. Hotel responded and put us into a new room. We did not sleep at all the first night, being up til 5:00 am moving to new room. Many worries especially about bringing these bugs home. A clean room for some time was important so we did not just transport these to another hotel or home.

TERRIBLE CHECK-IN
Check-in was at 4pm, and there only 2 clerks. There were more than 50 people in the check-in line arriving all at once via tour bus. My room card key did not work. Had to return to the lobby and get BACK IN LINE to get a new key card. Total time from arrival to entering my room was more than 2 hours

This property was perfect for our Christmas getaway. Close to shopping and attractions was what we were looking for. Fabulous Buses was great to get us back and forth from Disney and Universal Studios. The property is a little dated but clean. The price was also affordable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I will stay here again.

The staff was friendly but things did not get properly done.
Our room door constantly jammed. We called to get it fixed and by the time we got back, it was still jammed.
It was very loud(not just traffic)
Wifi didn’t work for any of us and that never got fixed either.
Again, they were friendly, they did their best to work with what they had but I wouldn’t intentionally stay here again.

Everything was clean. Staff was very friendly. Close to restaurants, shopping, and attractions. Great price. Only thing is the beds are double, actually feel smaller than that, and not very comfy. I slept with my toddler and it still didn’t feel like we had enough space.
