Nice for an overnight
Enjoyed the king size bed. Toilet seat was a little low, and I'm short. Was a little noisy as the highway was outside the window. Breakfast was good and comfy chairs. Convenient to McDonalds which I brought in for dinner and gas station.

Salem trip
I thought the hotel was nice and clean. The staff was very accommodating and helped when asked. The beds however are a little old and my back was sore in the morning.

The property was clean, breakfast was good. Everything seemed in working order. Housekeeping was good and the staff were friendly. The parking lot is small and there was road construction right up to the hotel but there’s not anything they could do about that. Access to the hwy/freeways was right there. Pleased and would stay again or recommend for a stay for sure!

The room, washroom, bed, chair were all dirty. Beds are uncomfortable. Staff are rude and deceiving. Pictures shown on the website are different from the reality. Saw bedbugs in the room, complained to various levels of management of the hotel, no action was taken. Did not stay in the room more than 30 minutes, wasted all the money as they have caused significant discomfort.

Convenient but unfinished
The room looked like it had been repaired from some previous damage but the repairs were shoddy. Ceiling sprinkler was without flashing so it sat in a hole in the ceiling,

This was a very convenient stay for us as it was close to the train station. However it was very strange that every time we left the hotel or arrived there was always 3-4 large males sitting right outside and inside the main doors. It was very unnerving as a female and made the stay uncomfortable. Even if no harm was intended it made the stay scary with everything happening with trafficking.

Room was moldy smelling. There was alot of lobby noise at night, which granted can happen anywhere at any time, but itbwas B2B nights here. Overall for the money, i suppose its ok, but pay a few extra bucks and stay at a nicer place. My mistake, budget shopping. Ya get what ya pay for. The owner was there at midnight during my check in and was super friendly however. My guess is he wants his place to be the best it can be. But sadly he cant be there 24 hrs a day.

The property was very worn. It needs to be updated. While the linens were clean, there were three long, dark hairs in the bathtub that grossed me out. The bed was very comfortable and was a good height, so easy to get in and out of. Location was convenient to interstate, food, and gas.

I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the staff was friendly.
However, that did not offset the fact that I discovered soiled and stinking linen on the pull out couch. If there were other options for lodging I would’ve left but everywhere was sold out. I called down to the front desk and they offered to bring up clean sheets but I was not about to sleep on that bed! An apology would have been appropriate but even better a room discount, as she told me I couldn’t be moved, the hotel was full.

Booked this room because the listing said that a roll away was available. Checked in and asked about a roll away and was told that they don’t have one. One of the primary reasons for picking this place was an extra bed. Listing needs to be updated

Hotel was perfectly fine. Breakfast was pretty basic and the same every day. They promptly replaced the broken waffle maker the next day. The surrounding area is under construction.

Dingey. Carpet was threadbare, the sockets were so worn they wouldn’t hold the plug to charge my phone. Gunk on the iron stained my shirt. Breakfast was awful. Friendly and helpful staff was the only bright spot.

This hotel has A LOT of road work. Tough to get in, tough to get out. The back exit has a door with a drop, no step. I literally fell out the door with my luggage onto the concrete. The breakfast was terrible. Bagels were fall apart dry, apples were mush, eggs were so strange. Could not eat the food. The workout room is hot, very hot, no restroom near it. The fan in the bathroom was definitely not working. The staff that I met were nice, the bed was comfy, the room was quiet.

When staying at Comfort, make sure you have enough money to cover all the extra “security deposit” fees and you can’t pay in cash. The total needs to be on a card otherwise they won’t check you in!

The 5th floor was noisy. Especially on the freeway side. We asked to be moved but was told no. The breakfast served artificial eggs and there was no bread for one of our mornings. No fresh water.

Property can use some renovation to update carpet and bathroom. Staff were friendly, location was great. Very close to Interested highway and close to restaurants and shopping. Breakfast needs to be improved. Took some scrambled egg, couldn’t eat it. Didn’t taste like egg. Waffle mix was sour tasting. It was okay for one night. Wouldn’t stay here next time.

My experience was horrible!!! Never will I recommend anyone to this hotel!!! Let alone choice hotel who is affiliated with it! I told the front desk that I woke up with bites all over my arm, I called today for a follow up and I spoke to Chris at the front desk, and than I spoke to the general manger nick, who was very rude and told me my bites aren’t important like the people checking out and hung up on me.he told me bugs were found in room and were dead… but told department of health that there wasn’t any bugs. I asked to email the report over to me cause he stated he didn’t know what the bugs were. He hung up on me multiple times didn’t listen to my concerns. I also have multiple charges pending on my credit card from the hotel for the room. He told me I was lying about my card charges and my bites. I called the hotel again and Jess answered the phone I asked if the general manger was there she stated he was not in. I said can you please call him and tell him I need to speak with him since I been speaking to him all day off and on and she told me I am not allowed to speak to the general manger and hung up on me. The staff is rude and does not care about your concerns, let alone I had to go to the front desk to ask for towels and stuff because housekeeping never came to clean my room!

Very good place to stay!
We arrived very late (12:30 am) because of a vehicle accident on the roadway ahead of us. The gentleman at the desk, Christian, was welcoming and very kind. Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was fine. Very glad we chose Comfort Inn for our stay!

Very dissapoonted
We found bugs in our room. We killed a few and left a few for the hotel to see. I told management and they said they would send someone to clean and check. No one came the bugs we killed were in the same spot. No one came to the room to refill anything. Very disappointing. I need to check my luggage so I do not bring home any unexpected visitors.

Location and price were good.
There was some highway traffic noise that could be heard at night because of the proximity to the highway.
Breakfast was the same thing every morning (eggs and sausage) and had a few less items than other hotels. I would have appreciated changing up the breakfast options (ex. bacon one day instead of sausage), but overall it was a positive stay and I would stay there again.

We loved our stay. The manager was very accommodating when we wanted to pay cash for our room due to the US exchange. Breakfast was decent. Everyone was very friendly. The only thing is that our room wasn't cleaned often enough and we weren't given clean towels every day. Overall it was a great experience and happy with the location. Just 20 minutes driving into Boston and surrounding areas.
