Will stay again!
Great stay for an affordable price. The breakfast was great and the room was comfortable. The bed sheets had a couple marker marks and they didn’t give us enough toilet paper but besides that we had no problems

Always enjiy staying but lately too many people trying to have breakfast at the same time. Service people couldn't keep up with coffee and food.

First off what they don’t tell you is that they make you pay an additional $100 deposit for if you break anything and etc. Which is refundable to you. Thankfully for my case I got that waved by the manager after going back and forth about the pricing and what I expected to pay booking through here and that paying the $100 was not advertised. Also I had spoken to two people about being put on the second floor and they said it wouldn’t be a problem. As I got there they switched up and said they only had the first floor available. I was not happy about that so I let up and dealt with it the first night. As we got to the room the tv was not working nor the lamp set on the side of the bed. So next morning I asked to be put in another room and thankfully I was able to get a room on the second floor like I originally wanted. First night in the new room was fine until the second night. The family behind or below our room was being VERY loud and laughing and banging noises at around midnight waking me and my husband up and calling the desk. Also Housekeeping did not once come to both of our rooms that we had for any extra towels or new sheets. Breakfast was mid and too busy to sit down and enjoy. Although the hotel was very convenient for what my husband and I had planned for we do not think we would ever come back here. The staff was great and helped me with my needs but it was not a good fit for us. Do what you will with the info I have provided but in the future we will not be back

Terrible service
The hotel is good but service is terrible. Don't try to change the time although it satisfy the free change rule.
I changed my living from 3 days to 1 days satisfying the free change, but I still get resort fee for three days. They said they can refund but no further acts after 1 month.

The only negative thing I would say. The shower wall has holes & the room smells humid.
Other than that it’s clean & Katherine from the front desk is phenomenal.

I was very taken by surprised about this property, the lobby was extremely clean, and the room that was given to us was also very clean, I always check around the beds to make sure that they are no bugs, and I always check to make sure that the sheets have been changed And I was very pleased with the room I was given. Very clean !!! Loved it !! Free parking and looking forward to stay here again.

Hotel forced us out after two days after making false accusations, and we were of a reassured of a refund that we still have not gotten after multiple contacts, we are now literally homeless and broke the week of Thanksgiving. We want our refund for those 4 nights Nov 10 - Nov 14 now!

Tv didn’t work. Water pressure in the shower was awful. Shower was small could barely fit in and I’m a regular size person. Room had a weird smell.

I was flabbergasted when told about a resort fee for such a filthy property. The rooms smelled and reeked of mildew and mold when I am not able to breath in due to asthma. After being switched 3 times, I gave up! There’s no room better than the next! All bathrooms must be gutted & renovated pronto. This establishment is a health hazard.

Room dirty, no toilet paper or towels, sheets had blood stains. With my deposit, the man a the reception said in 5 business days I will get my deposit I am still waiting and 3 weeks has pass!

My husband booked this hotel for us for a night based on reviews, and it did NOT disappoint! This hotel was one of the nicest, cleanest places I've stayed at. The complimentary breakfast was some of the BEST hotel breakfasts I've ever had. Although they did need more seating for breakfast, it was still amazing! The staff was very friendly and made everything very easy. Would highly recommend this hotel, in fact, if we ever plan a trip to Disney we have already discussed staying here!

Bathroom door handle was broken , roaches , hair in the shower , ask for a service and they never came , I took pictures of everything , it was so disappointed , they don’t even allow you to take you breakfast to the rooms. Want my money back!!!

Check-in process was extremely slow! We were tired from our flight and took over 20 minutes to check in. There were 2 other guests in front of us and everything was just slow and inefficient

Unpleasant Experience
we had a very unpleasant experience. There was a huge leak from the toilet upstairs into our bathroom. Very stinky. We spoke to the manager to get another apartment and they said that it was full. We had to leave in the middle of our vacation and we didn't get full refund of our payment.

Unfortunately it is a really bad hotel, rooms smell really bad, we have a leaking on top of our toilet, it was hard to use it…. Breakfast horrible and no room to eat it.

I chose this resort due to reviews. I was disappointed. The pool was not cleaned of leaves daily, trash on the property and in the parking lot was disgusting (including a jar of pickles that was on the lawn the whole five days I was there and a pair of underwear for two days that staff definitely walked by multiple times), the floors in the room had a film on them that would leave muddy footprints in the shower, the lights were minimal in the room so I couldn’t read at night, the breakfast area was hot and too small for many people to sit in, wires were showing on outside lights, small bugs plagued my side table, and each day my room didn’t get freshened up until after four.

This place was great. There was an issue with the blinds so they moved us but other than that everything was great!
We are disappointed with Expedia though. We paid in full online when we booked through Expedia but when we checked in we were charged an additional fee. The staff said that they have notified Expedia about this additional charge before but they have not corrected it online yet. We chose this spot because of the low cost with a high rating.

I did not stay the last day that I had reserved. I notified the motel mgt. 2 days prior that I would not be staying that last day due to an illness of a friend. They would NOT refund my money . I picked this motel because they advertised a refund(cancellation) policy of 1 day prior to arrival.

The supples available in lobby (water etc) we’re all empty. Room cleaners did a good job but didn’t restock coffee (and could not get at desk), pool filthy and what looked like the hot tub was cold only

So many problems!! Small, dirty, always problems with the breakfast, like no food, no plates, cheap plates. Sometimes not enough towels. Floor was very dirty. One of the worst hotels I ever stayed in my life.

I had a bad experience staying at this hotel. There was not cold water to wash even our hands in the room and they said they would fix it in the morning but they did not. Some appliances were not functioning like little refrigerator.

It is the second time that I stay in this hotel and I have no complaints. Excellent location. The room is clean, towels are changed daily, beds and pillows are very comfortable.

Affordable and super comfortable option!
Cheap option to be close by Disney! Really worth it. The only problem is that we needed to have the option of late check in and nobody answered the phone to do so

Beware
There were hidden charges for wi-fi breakfast and supposedly resort fees even though this was a motel type of hotel there should be no resort fees. The fees were not mentioned on the Hotels.com website horrible customer service too.

Place is quiet and easy walking distance from mayor chain restaurants. Needs new window drapes badly.

An older looking property that seems to be in renovations especially in the front lobby. The price was ok so willing to take an older hotel for the price. It had everything I needed and the staff was friendly and helpful and kept my luggage as it was too early to check in.

Hicimos check in tarde y no había nadie en el lobby, pero rápido llegó un señor bien agradable vestido de seguridad y nos hizo el check in. Lo único raro es que le sacó foto a la tarjeta de crédito y al ID por ambos lados, me imagino que es por la aplicación, ya que no utilizo computadora y todo ya estaba en un sobre, me imagino que fue por la hr, pero lo demás todo bien, y el cuarto limpio y bonito.
