Was not told the pool was closed, still paid full price. Stayed 2 nights, room service did not make the bed, did not replace the coffee, and did not replenish the towels. It is a great location in Branson. This is the first review I HAVE EVER LEFT for a hotel. They were not busy, no excuse for subpar service. There were like 30 guests in this hotel at best.

Staff was great. This should be listed as a motel, the doors are accessed from the outside. I wish this had been disclosed. The surrounding area is fine enough but the property itself is very dated. The rooms were musty and the bathroom smelled like urine once the steam from the shower was going. The beds were very comfortable and the shower got good and hot so that was nice. It wasn’t the worst place I’ve ever seen, but should be a $60/night stay at most. Only was I would consider going back.

Good location, close to downtown, parking, & the highway. Comfortable room but tiny bathroom. Staff was excellent.
I should have known when I saw the complimentary earplugs that this is a noisy place. I'm not a fan of the outside entrance and this is an older motel.

It was the noisest room ever. Could hear everthing above us, plus someone left a dog crying in thier room for quite a while. I usually like staying here, but not this time.

This high revenue generating BW is a property BW should be ashamed of; this is a high traffic (literally) hotel that BW has not bothered to reinvest into for years. The hotel is depressingly shabby with rooms in an awful mustard and brown decor, shorting out lighting, and we had the misfortune of a room facing the ceaseless traffic of highway 76 Country Blvd. The earplugs they provided didn't have a fighting chance at mitigating the exceedingly loud traffic. They should not even rent these rooms it is so bad, and has the additional annoyance of glaring klieg lights outside. I frequently book BW for one or two night travels, but would never stay in this one again. It is in appalling condition and the breakfasts were a real disappointment too.

They made it right! Comfortable! NICE BREAKFAST
I went to my room turned on the heat, it was cold out. After heading to get some dinner I returned, the room had no heat. I went back to the service desk where Christian a nice young man helped me. He moved me to a different room, the fan worked, no heat only AC, I went back to the front desk. Christian upgraded me to the SUITE, and it was sweet, with a KING bed and Jacuzzi bathtub to warm up from the almost 45 minutes of trying to get a warm room. They made it right and the tub was amazing! Thank you! The breakfast here was pretty good too.

The bedrooms sheet had some hair stuck and I also noticed hair on the bathroom walls. The carpet was a little dirty too. There was also a loose nail in front of the exit door. Place needs updates and there is old furniture. Bed was not comfortable.

The property is over rated. The room was clean and the breakfast fine. Pool too cold and shallow…only 3 feet deep through and we had to go outside to get to the indoor pool. (What about cold weather?) The campus is spread out over a steep hill which makes it very inconvenient to unload. The only elevator is located off of the main parking space behind a building … the layout is nuts! The steep sides walks and parking lots could be a real safety issue for some… and once again slippery in winter. Too expensive. Felt I paid way too much. Expedia… you need to check your listings closer. I will be reluctant to use you again.

Spider webs with spiders were hanging down from nearly all the lights along the walkway to the room. Shower in the room had brown spots on the wall in the shower (possibly from a hair color application in the shower?) - they came off with rubbing so it should have been cleaned better.
Check in and staff were very good, though.

Partial landing view
We had a great room location. Close to our car and the breakfast room. My only negative, the reason I choose this hotel in the first place, was the landing view from the outdoor patio. The patio is cute the way it's set up but the decorative wall you have placed on top of the roof blocks what would be a spectacular view of the landing.

The room we stayed in was very musty and moldy smelling. I have a respiratory condition and had to go buy an air purifier at a local store to get through the night. The room was comfortable and very clean, just could not handle the mold smell. Even our belongings smelled of it after we left. It is such a nice property, staff was so friendly, room was tidy and clean, but I hated to have the issue of the mold ruin it for me.

First thing we said was the room smelled clean. The property is very clean as well. We walked down to the Landing for dinner, it's about half a mile. Would stay here again.

When I checked in the girl was super rude and didn’t tell me anything about the property. I had to figure it out on my own. My phone didn’t work as nd the wifi didn’t work so I had to use my own phone to call the front desk just to have the guy act like it was such an inconvenience to help me. I won’t ever stay here again. Worst customer service ever.

Best points were the ladies at the front checking in were wonderful. They were very friendly and professional. The double room we had was kind of small but it was just fine for staying a night. The beds were comfortable and it appeared cleaned well. The door seemed a little off as it didn’t seem to close properly and the property had an older feel to it. However, it was in a great location and I wouldn’t have any issues staying again.

Not what I expected!!
The mattress’s were very stiff and the pillows were filled with hunks of foam pieces. Very uncomfortable! There is no ice or laundry service in the main hotel. We had to walk across an alleyway to another building for those services.

Parking issue/filthy floor
Parking is on a steep incline, when you open your car door it tends to hit the car next to you. If you're elderly you may have trouble getting your car door open. Try to park at the top of the hill and walk up and down or risk getting your car dented. The floor in our room was filthy and had to change or socks frequently.

Close to Landing - Okay Place to Stay
Close to the landing, which you can walk to. The walk there is easy, but the hills coming back is a challenge. The hotel is on a hill, so the drawers kept sliding open, and at night you would bump your leg if you were not careful. I finally folded a piece of paper and wedged in the drawer so it would not open.
We also got locked out of our room. Somehow the latch which you use when you're in the room shifted and locked us out. They thought there was someone in our room, but there wasn't. I think it was just that the room wasn't level, and it shifted.
The pool is open 24 hours which is a plus. Daily Breakfast. It was not bad, but the eggs were a bit runny, and the sausage links were a bit greasy. Not bad, but not great.
Not enough parking. They allow trailers to park, which take up to 6 to 8 spaces. When you have more than two, you have to park on the street in the dark. NOT Good!
Overall though it wasn't bad, I would have given it a better review, but for the price, it was just average at best. For the price I paid, I could have gotten better.

BOOKED IT THIRD PARTY THOUGHT I WAS GETTING A GOOD PRICE BUT WHEN I CHECKED IN PRICE WAS MORE THAN ADVERTISED ON THE WEBSITE. ROOM WAS OK FOR THE NIGHT BUT DATED. FOR THE PRICE WE PAID COULD HAVE STAYED DOWN ON LANDING.

Nice room except for…..
Clean and comfortable room. Friendly and professional staff. Someone had a dog and whoever did left their dog poop bags right by our room and they let them poop in the landscaping right out side our door. I would stay here again if the property quit letting pets stay here.

Great place near the Landing!
The staff are perfect! The location is wonderful and the breakfast is very good - it's hard to find with food allergies and we appreciated it. The beds in our room, however, were very uncomfortable, but everything else was top-notch!

Great location for downtown area. Room was comfortable and clean in common areas. There was a rotting orange under the bed ( I’m sure it rolled under the bed from a previous guest and was left) and the areas under furnishings ( a sitting bench) was not vacuumed. Will stay here again.

Cute Ski lodge like hotel

Old and worn out cave setting.
Not so good. Calling it a suite is a stretch. It’s situated in what feels like a cave setting. No direct sun light. Window looks into a narrow little hallway. Old property. Laundry was next to us so very noisy.
