No frills stay.
It's a Motel 6. Pretty much a no frills motel. Perfect for an overnight stay. It could have been much cleaner, both the room and the motel common areas. But you get what you pay for and I didn't exactly pay a lot. Overall, it was safe and quiet, which is what I was mainly concerned with.

When I first got to the motel the person did not greet me they were very rude and unwelcoming. I was told that there was nothing available they almost wouldn’t let me check in early. The alarm would go off for no reason. Just a pretty bad experience not really worth the price

My room literally smelled like nothing but dog. I ended up so nauseous trying to sleep I spent the night throwing up. The late night staff got mad for me calling the police about what sounded like a gun on the floor above me. Ended up leaving by 2 am.

Motel 666 in the abyss
I have stayed at many hotels, sometimes for enjoyment and others for business. This was hands down the worst experience I have had in the last decade.when I arrived almost the entire property was enclosed by 10" chainlink fencing with the plast strips to block visibility. If my reservation was refundable I would have looked for anything else in the area. Sadly I had to follow through and check in. The hotel advertises that it is pet friendly and i even called to make sure my dog was welcome. I was not informed at either time that my dog, an Australian shepherd/ German shepherd mix was unacceptable regardless of her demeanor or training. I was informed that I could wait several days for a refund through the agency i booked with leaving me out of town at 9 pm without means to get another place. 15 minutes and a call to a manager later i was allowed to go to my room. I immediately discovered that the security doors were totally broken and not secure. The room was somewhat dirty, the window stops were broken so that had my granddaughter been with me she could have easily opened the second floor window completely.. early in the morning I discovered that the shower faucet handle was not put together properly and would not provide hot water. At this point i chose to fix this myself rather than waiting for room change or maintenance. As i ledt a homeless man was getting up from a spot in the hall he had slept the night in.I deserve a refund and pay for fixing the shower.:(

Our room had none of the standard amenities - no refrigerator, coffee pot, hair dryer, alarm clock. The bed was a mattress thrown on a wood platform. Cleaning service stopped after the first day (we ended up buying cheap towels to ensure we had something for our showers). The property was clearly being used as housing by transients and the halls smelled of weed. This was the worse experience I’ve ever had at Motel 6.

Staff were all incredibly nice and helpful, kept the rooms clean.
Room was clean, shower stocked and had extra trash bags ready as well. Tv didn't work in my room, but I'm not a big tv watcher, so that didn't personlly bother me.

Your not gonna be happy, comfortable, or safe.
The 1st room they gave us smelled like wet dog nor was it wheelchair accessible like we paid for in the picture and the 2nd room had long black hair on the towels, burnt cigarette holes in the blanket, and extremely loud noises overhead above us, plus the night manager at the front desk was unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful.

Woman at the desk checked us in. Within an hour another person was trying to get into our room with keys! We resolved the issue or thought we did. Came back later that night completely locked out of our room. I had the keys, the card i paid with and I.d as well as the copy from my bank that they already charged us. IT TOOK OVER AN HOUR JUST TO GET BACK INTO THE ROOM!!! This place is so poorly staffed it's unbelievable! On top of that not an apology nothing and definitely not comped for our inconvience!

Warning- Do not stay here if you have a morning flight. Website says it airport shuttle, but it doesn’t start til 7am! I had to pay $20 to go 1 mile with Uber. Only reason I booked here was for shuttle. There were plenty of other options.

Nothing..Don't stay here. No parking for guests, as they cater to airport parking & shuttle service. Front desk was nice, even after dealing with a rude guests. Homeless camp down the road was cleaner. Hvac unit had no knobs to adjust for heat/cool. Stained linen & shower curtain was tore, missing hooks & mold at the bottom. Floor was sticky, just not a great stay unfortunately. Motel 6 is slowly becoming more about money than their guests comforts.

Room was filthy and the bed absolutey unwashed and unsanitary. Hair, crumbs and even tape in the sheets, stained yellow all over, and a sinkhole on one side of the mattress. Blanket had wads of hair in it. Mens dirty socks beside the bed. This bed was made but not washed. Some maid has not done their job! Holes in the couch, phone doesn’t work. Old yellowed hallways, smelly. Worst More 6 I‘ve stayed in because of the terrible room and bed condition. Front desk girl was friendly. Plenty of parking. Grounds look decent.

I chose this location mainly based on price and I was very satisfied. My room was clean and I was able to find a parking spot right in front of my window. The staff members that checked me in and out were very nice. It was quiet and though I'm cautious when traveling alone on work trips, I felt very safe. Thank you for the good experience.

Honestly, I didn’t expect much when I booked a Motel 6 for the night, especially in the area it was in. But I was pleasantly surprised! Check in was a breeze, the staff were really kind. Our room was clean, there was no sign of any insects or filth at all. They provided extra towels without issue but unfortunately could not provide an extra blanket which we really needed. The walls were thin, I could hear my children from down the hall but I didn’t hear any other noise which surprised me! It was too cool outside to utilize the pool, but it looked decent and clean. Checkout was easy. Overall we were pleased!

My Third Time Staying
My third time here. TV didn't work, but everything else did. Last time here, the shuttle to the airport wasn't running, but this time it was. Room was comfortable and Wifi worked great. I had everything I needed, and would stay again if circumstances worked out. (Though I didn't use the Park & Fly option, that's what originally got me to this Motel 6)

We stayed at this hotel to make use of the airport shuttle. Only to find it operates from 08:00 in the morning. We were leaving for the airport at 05:15. So that meant a $20 taxi fare. Taxi was a yellow cab recommended by reception. The hotel was clean and functional.

there was lots of noise from the room next door [after hours] and we complained and it took an hour for them to quiet down.
also we had booked with this Motel because it said they had airport transportation...I even called and talked to an employee to double check as we had a very early flight, I was told that they would make sure to make arrangements for us. However when we checked in we were told we would have to make our own arrangements to the airport.
On our return trip we were happy that they did pick us up when we called.

Decent enough motel, but seemed a little spendy for a motel 6. Bed was very wimpy and you could feel support bars underneath. Gum and dust in the bath towel holder, but otherwise the room seemed clean enough. Hallway was covered in what seemed like pet hair. Felt safe and not like any sketchy activity was happening

Heavy smoking smells, even with rooms designated as non-smoking. Check-in counter staff was not interactive & helpful. If had not been so tired after long day of travel, I would have asked for money back & gone to another motel. My worst Orbitz booking experience ever. Sorry.

We didn’t like anything about this motel. The pictures of the room seemed nice and clean, but when we actually got to the room it’s disgusting. I don’t think they sweep, dust, or mop the floor in the room it was filthy. I understand the place may be old, I don’t expect the the motel or even our room to look brand new, but they can at least clean the place/room. It wasn’t just our room that was filthy, the motel it self was filthy as well. There was a decent size bug crawling on the pillow. None of the vending machines were working. There is no elevator. If you have heavy luggage you’ll need to carry it up the stairs. Also, online said that they have a shuttle that goes to the airport every 30 min which is not true. When we arrived I called to see where in the airport the shuttle will pick us up and was told they no longer have shuttle service from airport to motel. We were only there for 5 hours then checked out and won’t ever stay there again.

We were treated good when we check in. She is very helpful and fast in changing our rooms. The cleaner ladies also very helpful and friendly when we need something and also the Front desk . It makes our 3 days stay easy, relaxing , comfortable. Next time when we comes back , we will definitely consider this hotel. Thank you guys- Spencer of Canada

Unfortunately, one of the staff members provided very poor information to us. We were told that we could walk to restaurants in 7 minutes. It actually took us over 20 minutes. We we told that we could get a shuttle to the airport on 15 minutes notice. You are actually supposed to inform them the evening before. We were directed to a different area than where are room was actually located. It took time and energy before we finally figured things out.

Just a room to sleep in. No refrigerator or microwave. All doors other than room were in terrible condition, hard to open/close, noisy. Just very basic. Only 1 outlet in the entire room? Water pressure in the shower was weak and on full hot was luke warm. Worked, but barely. Nothing inn the neighbor hood. Public transport was good. Was clean.

Not a very nice stay.
Wasn't good. First room had broken card/key reader. Moved to a room where floor was sticky. Wife used a towel to mop the floor (pic included), and smoke detector had a plastic bag taped over it (room recently painted?) Didn't want to risk trying to move to a third. Evening staff were nice, but next morning receptionist was not very helpful and behaved as though I was bothering her.

Trip to Seattle
We had a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel. It was easy to & locate & close to the Westfield Southcenter Mall. It's sorroundings looked safe with a bright parking lot. The staff were friendly & couteous. Our room looked modern & seemed like we were on a cruise ship. The only thing we were not happy about was that there were no extra pillows upon our request. Overall we got good value for the price paid.

I was not told that I had to order the shuttle the day before, so I had to take a taxi to the airport in the morning..

One thing after another
This is a extremely long story of like several issues i have but i will just list them.
1. No one will answer the phone
2. Tried early check in but room not ready till after 4 but check in time at 3.
3. No parking
4. Got the wrong room, lots of walking back and forth and waiting in line for the right room.
5. The room key did not work, they had to have master key open it every time. Had to wait in line or by the door like 15 minute every time.
6. Floor was not clean.
7. Need wash cloth and had to go look for it myself and could not then i was given a dirty one and housekeeper knew it. Then gave me one that they use for cleaning.
Owner/Manager said he would make it right and still waiting for that and I've tried calling over and over. So i honeatly do not recommend this place at all spend that extra $20 and stay someplace else.

Had 2 rooms booked but they gave 1 away without informing us. Someone slept on the floor due to this incident. Floors were fithy. Room and especially the bathroom smelt like urine. Window frame has burn marks and screen was taped to the frame. Hallways were not maintained or cleaned. On the good side, bed was comfortable and shower was decent. Would NEVER stay there again

We arrived around 9pm and were told that the lock on our room didn't function properly and we would need to be let into our room by staff everytime we left (but the door locked properly from inside). We were also told there was no one to let us in at that time, so we had to wait over an hour til 10pm after traveling for 12 hours. I guess we were just the unlucky ones to get that room. Inside the room was to be expected: basic no amenities like shampoo or a hair dryer but somewhere to sleep. The room was also very noisy when the guests next door arrived home at 3am it sounded like they were inside our room. Overall not good but somewhere to sleep if everywhere else is full. Hopefully we won't have to return.

Alright stay. Could have been better
We came during a busy time, which I understand, but they moved us to a room with one bed. I also realized that they charged us a few dollars more than the price I was quoted when I initially booked. Although a few dollars isn’t a big deal it’s the principle. Basically we paid a little more and got a lot less. The blanket was super thin. The room also was right next to a flood light outside and the curtains did not block it out much. I also noticed a weird/gross smell in the hallway. It smelt like a mix of urine and cigarettes

Check-in rooms were already occupied! Twice!
We arrived to check in at 330pm to get to a concert in Seattle at 430pm. The checkin line was so long, we would have missed the opening gates for the concert.
We went to check in after the concert at 1am. We were given the key card to a room. The room was occupied by someone else! We were given a keycard to a second room, which was also occupied! In an adjacent hall the Orkin exterminator said "don't go down that way". We ended up having to drive 3 hours all the way home. The hotel gave us a refund, but I have never had an experience like this in my life.

This is an older building and is a Motel 6 (not the Ritz Carlton) so you should expect clean and safe rooms, no frill but basic amenities. It was a very very busy weekend when we got there, the motel was fully booked and some staff were off sick so they were understaffed. But the staff there worked very hard to keep up and get everyone checked in. I was very impressed with how hard they worked.

Only stay here overnight for the convenient location right next to the airport. The property was not well maintained, the motel was filled with questionable folks (like drug deals were done there), and the condition of the rooms was just barely adequate. Lots of people talking in the corridors, the walls were paper thin - and the cabbies at the airport don't like the meager fare (it's very close to the airport and they want a big fare into the city). Our cabbie was very rude, drove like a maniac, and practically dumped us out at the motel. Anyway, it's convenient, but that's it. It served its purpose, to give us a place to rest (not really sleep) before we drove to the ferry terminal for the first ferry out in the morning.

The room smelled so bad that I couldn’t sleep. Frig wasn’t wiped out. Bathroom didn’t look clean. The floors didn’t look vacuumed. The desk clerk was by herself on her first day and didn’t know how to print out a receipt.

Not bad. Not great. Average room for cheap near the airport. Lobby is a bit sketchy but room was fine. A little dirty and small but you get what you pay for.
