I booked a non smoking room me and my boyfriend walked in instantly smelt like cigarettes. We also found a half lit cigarette in the bathroom and there was a pad on the peep hole. The bed smelt so bad we hardly slept was very uncomfortable overall bad experience.

Ok but needs wirk
Hotel is well worn in need of upgrade. Room amenities are minimal (soap). Very little storage. Door locks need adjustment. Was listed as non smoking but had strong smoke odor and cigarette burn makes on counters. Also very noisy(trains and planes)

Convenient to the airport
It's a cheap and cheerful place convenient to the airport. No frills and a bit loud at night with people hanging out on the stairs. My room shook from the nearby train. It worked out well, only needed it for a little while before my flight for a nap and a shower. We easily rebooked for another night after our flight got cancelled

The staff was very kind, and helpful. We had no microwave to make even instant coffee. The guests in the room next door were very loud most of the night and we had an early flight. No lights over the bathroom sink, remote battery was dead.

The room smelled like cigarette. The bedding was dirty. Needless to say we didn’t even shower. We slept covered in towels because the bedding was just that disgusting.

It was very noisy, only one chair for two people, floor not clean, no coffee machine, small and rough towels, very bad access to WIFi. Very different from the two other Motel 6 we stayed at, in Scottsdale and Williams.

There was a naked man shouting in the parking lot at 7:30 am. The police and fire dept. showed up shortly after. Homeless lady asleep on the stairwell near our room. Horrible neighborhood.

We didnt get much sleep had a 830 flight. The beds were very lumpy and the air conditioner kept starting up all night. The place was clean enough. But it was in a bad area of town. But so close to airport and car return.

Don't stay here
Place for crackheads and hookers. Filthy. Cigarette smell is unbearable. Terrible mattress. Some folks were sleeping in the car right in the parking lot. Felt very unsafe.

Not great, expected better for price
Very expensive for the quality of room. Cigarette burns on bathtub, sink drain completely detached leaking all over the floor, toilet seat very loose and I had to tighten. Bed sheets were clean.

Although I was not expecting a lovely experience here, I chose this location because it was inexpensive and so close to the airport for our last night before flying out of Phoenix in the morning, hoping it would make things easier on us to get to the airport on time, but the loss of sleep due to such noise all night long (caused by people coming and going outside and the train with a loud and long horn that blew by every hour) negated the benefit of convenience.

STAY AWAY!!!!
The room smelled like smoke and it was a non smoking room. My entire clothes stunk!! People yelling outside all night. Horrible hotel! Never again!!!!

It's convenient but no attention to detail.
For the price, you would expect at least to not have hair all over the bathroom and to have a clean floor. Upon walking in I found long hair on 3 parts of the toilet and 2 on the bathroom sink. I spilled some water on the floor and used a hand towel to dry it off. When I picked up the towel it was black. The floors had clearly been swept but not mopped. The TV had no remote and the electric outlet in the bathroom didn't work. There were people walking around and talking loudly/yelling all hours of the night. The only great thing was the young lady at the front desk was super friendly and efficient.

The room was very dirty. Stains on the walls, sinks and bathtub. Alot of loitering in the parking lot, so I wanted to lock my door. Safety latch was broken off and missing. My bed linens smelled like smoke. Do you not was them? AC unit missing buttons, unable to adjust settings. I flew into town late night, needed a few hours of sleep, before I drove out at 6am the next morning. I did not get any sleep. Overall, very unpleasant experience.

First I want to give high marks to the staff. Check in was great, room was clean, and I truly believe the staff is doing the best that they can. But the property was not well functioning. Ice and vending were broken, it was extremely noisy on all sides and from above as well, and the neighborhood and other guests could generously be described as seedy. I didn't expect luxury by any means but I did expect a safe, comfortable room near the airport. Instead it seemed like a hub of illegal activity and a very poorly maintained property.

The sheets had stains, there were bugs crawling in the floor, dust and hair everywhere, and the water pressure was terrible. Definitely lived up to a "motel."

Pro: The hot water worked.
Cons: The facility was rundown and extremely disgusting.
The non-smoking rooms reek just as bad as the smoking rooms.
Extremely dirty.. bugs on floors, cigarette burns in bedding, hair matted into sheets, other 'stains' on sheets. Fingernail scratches on walls.
Very, very loud. Questionable characters throughout all hours of the night.

Convient but too close from the airport runways...
Thisis very close from the airport and very convenient that way.
But man... don't expect to get some sleep after 5AM when the airport is running full blast ....
You hear the jets of the plane like they are in your room....

When we checked in we noticed a van doing something inside a unit. When i had went to the office to request more towles, the customer at the window was telling the office employee that because the guy is spraying for cockroaches in the unit next to them that they were all coming in her room and she wanted a refund. The room we stayed at had a funny smell when we entered it. The sheets had stains on them. The AC barely worked and was busted on one corner so we couldnt adjust the position of the vents. Would not stay here again.

I understand that motel rooms were limited for the weekend we booked, but we did book a non-smoking room and when we arrived, we were asked to stay in a smoking room. Because of the limited room availability, we were kind of forced to accept. The room wreaked of cigarette smoke! The floor was dirty as was the desktop. The bed had a big dip on one side. There was a sign posted at the front desk stating the motel was located in close proximity to the airport so planes coming and going were noisey. It did not mention the train that blew its horn and shook the room every couple of hours!

We booked a room and got a confirmation. When we arrived, they just told us they canceled our room! They didn't notify or contact us, just let us arrive at nothing! it was after 12 am, we came straight from the airport, we were standing outside for another hour till we could book a room some other place. Horrible service.

Way to expensive for what you get.
Came to Phoenix for the Arizona Beer Bullies Strongman Competition. Lots of events going on that weekend so had some difficulty finding a convenient place.
First the good. Hotel was close to my event. Beds were comfortable. A/C worked great. Plenty of hot water. Ample parking. Decadent cable. Security at night. Check in was very fast and easy.
The bad. Supposed to be a non smoking room, the cigarette burns on the floor counters ect showed that was a lie. No microwave or fridge in the room. Three dead cockroaches just inside the door. Bathroom fan sound like a tortured animal, couldn't use the bathroom with the light on. Right next to the airport and train tracks.
Also our room was right next to the office. Owners/managers were having a domestic argument our first night there. We now know way to much about there personal life.
Altogether I wouldn't stay again unless it was the only place I could find. The price there charging is ridiculous for this place.

Cheap clean room
It was a very clean and comfortable room . If you looking a cheap option to spend a night near of the Phoenix’s Airport, stay here it will be a good idea, I slept well without outside interruptions.

Go somewhere else.
Non-smoking room smells terribly like smoke. Black mold all over the bathroom. Cover was broken on AC unit. Rips and stains in the comforters. No shampoo or soap.

There are "residents-guests" who hang around at all hours. One knocked on my window at 4:30 a.m. looking for something; I know now what; I do not open the door for anyone unknown and certainly not at that hour

I stayed here with my dog and was pleased that there was a grassy fenced in dog walking area. Disappointed that there wasn’t a refrigerator or microwave in room, given that I couldn’t find any places to eat nearby.

- Checked in, Walked in the room, called the marriot hotel down the street n saw if they had any rooms avalbibe(they did), walked out the room.

Nice and close to the airport
It was relatively neat and clean for an older building. The proximity to the airport for early fights is excellent. Excellent service at check in. Other guests were friendly. Sound proofing on an older building not great

I not recommend this hotel at all I never inspecting how disgusting it was I literally check in after 2 I had to go to the office and asking to cancel my reservation I can't stand the smell it was really dirty and I still waiting to get my refund

The bathroom door does not close completely. No hot water in the sink. The sink faucet is loose. Most importantly the room was INFILTRATED with roaches at night. Disgusting experience for a frequent customer at this hotel.
I DESERVE A TOTAL REFUND.

Lacking Customer Service
My flight arrived early and I called the hotel to check availability of my room. The manager asked me to call back at 12:30 pm and she would try to have a room available. At 12:30 still no room available. When I eventually checked in there was no water due to construction. Manager never advised at check-in about no water.

Got the key to a room that wasn’t ready housekeeping just started to clean the room.
Stains were left on the toilet and the bathtub. The entire room smelled like cold cigaret. Amazing feeling of sleeping in an ashtray. Bird feathers were stuck in the AC unit. Lots and lots of activity at night in the parking lot and not the right kind to sleep

It was very getting people arguing about drugs room smelled like cigarettes when room was none smoking the room was not all that clean no microwave floor moved all night from train it wasn’t even worth 98 for a room homeless men was un packed right under my room I will never come back I weather pay the money did I even mention the man sell weed the very first time we pulled up to the hotel

Disappointment. I scheduled a stay for a client here last night, 7/12 through Hotels.com. I received confirmation that motel had availability, reserved and all paid for. Unfortunately, when arriving my client was declined a room stating their were no available rooms.

Thank you very much to the girl a the front desk. She was nice and helpful my room on the other hand smelled horrible it smelled of cigarettes even though it was smoke free and I then noticed the smoke alarm had been taking off in order to smoke I came to that conclusion but it smelled horrible I wish I would of said something.

I give the Motel 6 on 24th street in Phoenix a 8.
It was pleasing to stay somewhere that cared about the patrons safety when something was dangerous to walk near. So, I was really happy about that.

There was no fridge or microwave. The toilet got clogged and it took over 30 minutes for someone to bring a plunger. The place is next to the railroad tracks.

There was an incident late in the evening involving a car full of people and the office manager that resulted in screaming and lots of banging on doors. The people left, but returned a few hours later with repeat behavior and began verbally attacking an occupant of the hotel. The office manager should have called police, but failed to do so.

We did not stay here. We tried 4 non smoking rooms and each one smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. The staff was very nice and patient in helping us try to find a room but in the end our health and comfort was too important to stay here. Found a radisson down the street which was worth the extra $50
