The motel was easy to check into and we got into our room fast. The room was dirty, there were pubic hairs on the toilet seat and dirt on the floor, I opened one of the plastic cups to use to wash my mouth with water after brushing my teeth and it tasted like womans perfume. The buttons on the heater/cooler were picked off and we had to flip the breaker on the plug to turn it on.

Pleasantly Surprised
This room was surprisingly great. We had stayed at a few other budget hotels during this trip, and this one felt fancy. My only major complaint was the sink in the room… it sprayed all over you which was annoying… but I’m sure that this was probably specific to our room. There also wasn’t any tissues or hairdryer… but not a big deal. Great location… visitor centre and the downtown was very close and walkable. I also really appreciate that dogs stay for free.

This place was disgusting. The toilet had a ring around it. The tub was so dirty we couldn't shower. The sink was dirty. Then, I cleaned up some spilled water on the floor and the towel was black. The area was convenient but no sufficient parking. Also, you have to pay for the wifi. The "free" wifi does not work at all. I could not do any school because of this and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Fantasia is a rude and mean person
Angelina was extremely nice over the phone she helped me change my reservation due to me not getting in until after 3:50 super nice. I get to the hotel after driving through the night to be greeted by Fantasia she was extremely loud and rude. First off I was on crutches she didn’t open the door for me and watched me struggle to open the door and made me go out to the car and get my BF drivers License (which I’ve stayed here multiple times and no one has ever asked for it) she loudly tells me “I am a stickler for the rules so it is what it is” she again watched me struggle to open the door no help at all. I will not stay there again due to the rudeness and attitude from Fantasia.

It's a motel 6....
The sheets are cheap, itchy and over washed. The towels are cheap and very tiny lol but the room was clean, updated and sufficient for a night. The heater worked well and the property was safe and well lit. You're getting what you pay for at this price but it's great for a night before hitting the road again.

👎 Bathroom was Filthy, too scared to take a 🚿
As tired as this family was after a long travel, we came upon This Place hoping without any Drama, but of course, OMG, of All Places of This Chain of Motels, This PLACE NEEDED ID FROM EVERY PERSON STAYING THERE &THAT WAS DEFINITELY A 1ST. Even,a Family Member had to come in & ask WHY That was Necessary? All the response was a BS Answer 😡

I have never stayed at a Motel 6 before but it was BASIC! We chose it cos we were traveling with a dog.
No breakfast, no coffee maker, microwave,fridge or Kleenex. It wasn’t even that cheap compared to the other budget hotels on our road trip. Bathroom was dirty. Also had the bad luck of some kind of noisy, trashy neighbors at 6:30am. Would not recommend

The staff was super nice and helped with anything we needed. The beds were so comfortable. And I usually can not sleep in hotel beds comfortably. It was great for the price we paid. There were a few things that may need some work. The shower did not drain properly.

My expectations of a Motel 6 was low, but these premises far exceeded my expectations.
The staff were very friendly- especially Justine at the front desk.

The rooms were newly renovated but the bathtubs definitely show some stains. The rooms felt clean. Bed firmness varied- we had two rooms and the beds were different but both okay. This was a pretty standard motel 6. Angelina at the front was the worse part of this stay. She was very rude and her communication skills were awful. It wasn’t until I started getting snappy back at her that she decided to a little nicer. She really made me think a lot less of this property. It was a horrible first impression. Management needs to figure out what they can do to make her a happier person and their customers will directly benefit from it. As it is now, any interaction with her is worth less than one star.

Arrived a little late. The room was great, but the smoke detector was chirping, which made it uninhabitable. Was moved to another room, which was fine, but unfortunately, it didn't have a mini fridge in it.

Decent wifi is an extra 4.99.
Don't plan to do anything more than check email with their 'free' wifi. No football or NFL channels. Decently clean. Room takes a long time to cool down.

I booked a smoke free room. I requested a downstairs room. I am allergic to cigarette smoke and have a terrible reaction to smoke residue. The clerk had trouble understanding this issue. She sent me to a smoking room to try it out.
The motel is going through a very nice renovation. The desk clerk eventually worked everything out, but it truly felt like my reservation was ignored.

This is a very nice place to stay. We checked in and it literally took 3 minutes and I had my keys. The room was on the ground floor and parking was right in front of it. The room was clean and nice and cool. With it being 110 outside! The floors were spotless and the bathroom was ready for travelers. If you are looking for a place to stay I would encourage you to stop here. A great budget price for a great room.

Check-in went well. But couldn't access the room after driving over to the building. Drove back to the office and was issued a new set of access cards. Drove to the room, still couldn't get in. Drove back to the office and the helpful attendant walked to my room and let me in. She suggested that if I needed to leave the room, I prop the door open with the internal safety catch.
Went looking for ice, circling my entire building. No machine. Another guest directed me to the one machine servicing the entire hotel in a different building. I emptied the machine, I got 9 cubes. Attendant blamed the guests for filling their coolers.
Room is very spartan, one bed with two nightstands, one TV, one narrow desk below the TV, one plastic chair. No mini-fridge, no microwave. But did find one micro near the empty ice machine.
Magically, after about an hour, I tried the key-card again and it worked.
Hotel was very quiet as each room had external access instead of an interior hallway.
TV had no signal for local network chanels, but i don't consider that a problem, the cable chanels worked just fine.

I had to go buy comet and a scrub pad. The tub was obviously dirty and I was able to rub dirt off the tub with a rag and soap. I spent at least 30 minutes scrubbing this bath tub. The tub looked better but still looked dirty needs hours of scrubbing to get build up off. But I knew if was clean to take a much needed bath after a long day of traveling. I was traveling alone and there were several men out side and after I entered my room I hear these men outside my room talking. Never less I felt very uncomfortable for most of the night checking outside of my door through the peep hole. Thank goodness a group of tourists showed up and they were in the room next to me and finally these guys left and I was able to go to bed.

Old Motel
The motel was very run down. It was the first hotel I have been in that every person in the room needed to check in. The only extra offered was coffee and for the price of the room should have offered more. It was fairly quiet though and parking was easy.

The staff are nice and welcoming.
Only downside is that the room has a bad smell when I get into. I cannot tell what smell it is, and there are lots of ants in the bathroom, but I still took a shower in there after a long day driving

There’s a coffee shop right next, parking right at your room, quaint area in old town Kingman. Loved driving down Beale Street and seeing all the old buildings. Lots of cool places to eat and drink with indoor and outdoor seating. Picked up some local brews at Rickety Cricket nearby. 😊

Clean enough, crummy staff
Check in was a hassle. They asked for too much personal info and didn't get it. The room was clean enough but could be cleaner, like dust. There was a cigarette butt in the shower drain, and when we reported it the front desk girl was like an eye filling teen. She didn't care. The train wasn't too bad. Sadly, this could be a better place if they tried a bit harder.

The good- lady at front desk was extremely nice at both check in and out. Bed was comfortable. The bad- floor was dirty, shower was gross, no amenities in room, not even a dresser. Air conditioner didn’t work, phone didn’t work, toilet’s pressure so strong that whatever was in bowl sprayed out when flushing. Just gross all around. We do a lot of budget traveling this was the worst I’ve been in a long time.

The rooms could use some maintenance and regular cleaning, the shower head has years of hard water build up, the shower walls have soap scum build up.

The room was clean, except for the shower and the floors definitely needed swept and mopped. There are NO amenities here. I even had to ask for a hair dryer. That’s annoying. No refrigerator. No microwave. You have to download an app to use the laundry facilities and that is challenging for older people. The desk clerk was okay, and willing to help you, but she acted like it was a big annoyance to her.

The bathroom had not been cleaned in a LONG time. The tub had black in it. Someone had swiped through the black with something. We couldn’t take a shower. There was hair and crusty on the sink. The door had yellowed drip runs all down it. The air conditioner RATTLED when it turned on. It was generally an uncomfortable experience.
