👎bad hotel
Where to begin, i reserved a deluxe room with fridge & microwave, got a regular room. Hallway going to our room smelt like cat pee and very dirty. Had to wait for a new room with fridge & microwave available before we could get a new room. New room wasnt the greatest and microwave didnt work at all. Should have spend a little more for a better hotel. Definitely not worth $110 for a night.

there was no cockroaches I was on the fourth floor so maybe it's just on the bottom floors.
The thing that aggravated me was the noise you can hear everything in the hallway doors opening and closing all night I even had earplugs and can still hear the door shutting being slammed
and the bed is a cheap bed it is very light I was able to pick it up with one hand

Very clean and very comfortable and friendly staff
From the first phone-call I made to check on late arrival check-in and other questions, I felt very welcome and comfortable. In-person I found the same friendly and welcoming atmosphere created by the staff, who trated me very well. I was pleased at how clean the room was and even the stairwells were spotless. The bed was very comfortable too.

It was quite nice place to stay there. Found five alive roaches crawling around in the bathroom at that moment at nighttime. I had to get all of my stuff away from the bathroom and put them on top of shelf. It was a hassle for me.

I did not have any housekeeping service during my stay, I had to keep my personal items with me upon leaving the facility. My door was damaged such that it did not feel secure, thus having to bring me personal items with me and not in the room. The front desk staff was nice.

Cockroaches
Sketchy motel, dirty and loud. Got up to my room, turned on the light, and saw German cockroaches (adults and juveniles) crawling around on the floor. Promptly went downstairs and demanded a refund, which I was given without argument. Disgusting place; find a different hotel.

Overall served the needed. Needed a place to stay overnight off the Pike, on our way west. Busy area but very convenient off and back on the Pike. Dunkin’ on one side of property and low price gas station on the other side. Rooms are basic but clean . Nothing fancy here but clean , functional , safe and good price for the purpose.

The bathroom had water on the floor, the tub had rust spots and the room was bare and lacked any warmth. The floor was some kind of fake wood.

Our room needed help! Bathtub tiles caving in, sink clogged, main door damaged (?). It was sufficient but not good. Lastly, I needed to amend our reservation a week ahead to one night from 2 due to change in funeral venue. Motel 6 would not allow it. Expedia kindly refunded. Mexican restaurant two doors down was quite good!

The toilet was leaking which was reported, it was never attended to. The receptionist was very unfriendly. You cannot have guests and not greet them.

Easy one night stay. King bed was very comfortable but felt the shower needed some updating and more water pressure. Not a deal breaker, would stay again for convenience of location.

Location is hard to get too. Although visible on side of a busy road near highway, it is a little complicated to get to the hotel if you are coming from the other side. Parking was challenging s not enough spots for all guest and when we were given our room we surprised a couple already in bed in our room. We were given a different room,

Do not stay here. Paint chips on the sticky floor in the room. Smelled to the point of almost vomiting. Urine soaked elevator. Multiple families living on the premises, blocking the halls and doorways. Door lock broke to room. Only good thing is my money was refunded. Honestly my 5 year old was so happy to go to another hotel.

Unfortunately, this place is a dump. I understand that it is convenient because the mass Pike and Route nine is right there, but the vending machines in the building were out of order or out of stock or out of stock of certain items, and for the amount of money that you charged for a room there should be a five star hotel. Exit signs were hanging on with one screw. The quiet time posted was a joke. People are running up and down the hallways and we’re very loud. There was a dog barking all night and one of the rooms.

We stayed for 2 nights. No one ever changed our towels. I called down to ask for new ones and explained they never changed out the old ones. I was told yeah bring down the dirty ones and we will swap them. There was broken glass in the parking lot. Not a super clean or upkept hotel. Price was high for what you get. Rooms are very basic. And it was very loud all night long.

I'm not sure how but the public areas and corridors off the hotel seemed dangerous, dirty and occupied by clientele who felt out of place. to make it worse the room rate with extremely disproportionate to the quality.

The building is kinda old inside, and the blankets have multiples smoking holes on them. Due to the motel is next to a heavy traffic highway, it is so noisy (I even heard train pass by) even without opening the window. The night I stayed has construction outside of the hotel, therefore, I could not sleep the whole night due to construction noise.

The hotel is being used to house homeless individuals. This fact should be disclosed to everyone who is considering booking a stay. I felt very unsafe. I could here televisions up and down the hallway. I walked out 10 minutes after checking in.

The staff are nice but the entire building smells of urine especially the elevator, fungus growing in the carpet, things are generally dirty and broken. They gave someone else a key for my room who would have walked completely into my room but it was latched, that was pretty scary

There were several roaches in the room. We showed pictures and requested to change the room but there was no availability. The lady at the reception was kind enough to call surrounding hotels to find an available room. So we went to another one to stay there. We had a fair experience in the Motel 6 last time but it was pretty bad this time. Hoping the hotel addresses the issue.

Nice room.
Room is nice but the hallway is a bit dingy and smelly, but the lobby area was clean. Small bathroom and outdated. No frig in room but air works great. Parking is tight.

My room door was in loose condition. I did not it until in the second morning when I tried to open the door. This is really not a security place to sleep overnight.

Never again. We travel a ton and have never had noise so bad that we needed to complain. The first night the people above us definitely had kids who were running, bouncing balls, and stuff crashing constantly unti 2am and just after midnight the second night. The front desk said they'd do something and didn't. We called 4, times and talked to them in person- even asked to change rooms but they stated the didn't have any. It was a lower price hotel so we weren't expecting top of the line rooms but the bathroom was super tiny and reeked of smoke plus all the floors were sticky but at least the beetles in the bathroom were dead. The beds were decent and the fridge/ microwave worked. Dunkin Donuts is in the same parking lot and a gas station on the other side.

It's an economy hotel, so no extras -- including no refrigerator. But wifi was fine and room was clean and comfortable.

Staff was excellent, but this hotel was too expensive for the quality. Parking lot was small and dark. Unclear with parking areas how close to gas station I could park. Common areas smelled like skunks.
Good things, room was ok (not great) staff are great and a Dunkin is right beside the hotel.

for what you’re paying, it’s not terrible. It’s pet-friendly, which unfortunately meant that the elevator was out of service while they got the stench of dog urine out of there (I hope it was a dog…). The vending machines were empty, the floors were sticky, the bathtub was not particularly clean… but again, you get what you pay for. The bed seemed clean enough and the AC worked.
The staff was wonderful and there’s one of Boston’s millions of Dunkin Donuts next door, so coffee was never too far away

The staff were very friendly. However the hotel smelled. The foyer smelled of cigarette smoke and the elevator and hallway smelled of vomit. The room itself was what I expected. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The area around the hotel seemed unsafe with people hanging out and drinking at the back of the hotel late into the evening. Overall I got what I paid for and would not complain in general.

On a positive note, there if dent appear to be any roaches or bed bugs. At check in, I was informed I would be staying in a recently renovated room. This is what I found:
Neither the dink nor tub drained properly, but pooled with dirty water.
The strip at the bottom of the door to prevent illegal entry had clearly been tampered with.
The tub drain was rusty and peeling,
The toilet seat was worn down to the wood and needed replacing.
The bathroom light fixture looked like it had never been dusted.
The room was so humid that the floor was wet and slick.
The sink stopper didn’t work.
Burn marks in the floor.
Some guests are permanent residents, as evidenced by their indoor pet cat and patio furniture.

When I first arrived, I discovered the room faced the highway, so I was reassigned to Room 125. It had no main light to illuminate the room. Also, the light switch was taken out. The lights between the beds didn't work. Then, I was given my original room back. The heating/cooling unit didn't seem to work correctly and was a little extra noisy. The lights at each side of the bed did not work. There was no a/c outlet for me to plug in my BiPAP machine for breathing. The "main " light was inadequate. When I woke up there was water covering areas of the floor. The maintenance person determined the 3 drain holes in the unit were plugged up. There were persons loitering outside in the back parking area which made me feel uncomfortable. A poor experience indeed.

OK for an overnight stay
No doubt this is an old hotel, but it was just fine for an overnight stay. Plus Dunkin is right next door. The hotel was full and parking tight when we arrived after 11pm. There are no toiletries or hair dryer in the room. The lighting is, well, not great. But for an overnight, it was fine.

Does anybody work here?
We could not reach this hotel for several days (tried before, during, and after our stay) as they do not answer the phone. Additionally, we showed up and could not find anyone to check us in!
We had another guest looking for staff for us. This was not a case of someone just being gone for a moment. There was nobody available for quite some time (and again, nobody answered the phone ). When we finally did get checked in (after waiting a long time and calling out into the offices for help multiple times) the person who showed up did not know how to program the keys.
The room was a bit grim, but not terrible. More or less what you expect from a Motel 6.
There was nowhere to park. When the hotel is full you have to walk through 3 creepy, dark lots behind the nearby businesses to get to your hotel from the spaces they borrow from a Mexican restaurant down the road.
Do not recommend.

If the room smelled like smoke. The hallway smelled like a sewer. If there was a room next to me with 3 dogs that were barking. When I went to change the room the woman said please call us next time however there is no phone in the room.and the front desk phones arent working

This motel was disgusting. The floor was audibly sticky in my room, there were stains on the walls and the furniture, there was a burned hole in the blanket on my bed. All night I could hear the people around me, probably partying and smell the stench of cigarettes and FISH that in the hallway. Absolutely despicable. I don't expect much from a Motel 6, but I do expect BASIC CLEANLINESS, which was not provided. I left this motel feeling disgusting.

The hallway smelled of mildew and wet animals. Limited lighting in the parking lot felt unsafe. The bed sheets had stains. The police were called for a domestic disturbance. Overall not a good experience. Front desk receptionist was kind and friendly.

Continental breakfast listed on website, but they only offered coffee. The room was clean, but there was nowhere to sit to eat other than right in front of the TV mounted to a desk or on the bed. In a pinch, I would stay again, but would seek another location first.

It’s a basic property. The room we were in did not have a microwave or a dresser. We got creative with the latter. The hotel is close to two supermarkets and a coffee shop. Staff is very friendly and professional. A nice place to stay for one to two nights, but no longer.

My friend and I were caught in traffic after a concert at Gillette, and we weren’t sure if we would make the 3am check in deadline. We called the staff, finalized payment, and they ensured the room would be ours even if we were a bit late. The location is set up more like a hotel rather than a motel with doors outside, and we were very pleased with our room. Great service!!

I decreased our stay from 2 nights to 1 night about a week before we arrived. I confirmed that the hotel and Expedia both had us down for 1 night. Nothing was said about a rate change when I spoke to the hotel or Expedia.
I saw my credit card was billed $223 per room (I got 2 rooms so $446) instead of the expected $103 per room ($206). The hotel is saying the rate changed and Expedia ‘is trying to reach the hotel’ and hasn’t gotten back to me.
Motel 6 is NOT worth $223 a night!!! The bed is uncomfortable, bathroom fixtures are poor quality, hotel is right on a major highway and very noisy. Hotel is non responsive to my concerns about the rate more than doubling without telling me when I shorten my stay with a week notice. Expedia is advising me to dispute the charge with my credit card company since they haven’t been able to reach the hotel (I’m not convinced they tried very hard).

I was very pleased with our stay. I was traveling with 2 pups that were accepted. They were very accommodating when I called and asked for early check in. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I’ll be staying here in the future when I come to town.
