Spent the wknd with family celebrating a birthday . I will say property was great. Provided a heated pool with a lifeguard . Pool open 10a-10p. We also enjoyed the game area, pool table and other board games . Lots of entertainment. Bar closes at 10pm but we’re in no rush to get anyone out . They also provided a air mattress upon request.

Very nice property. Only observation — it was strange to walk in and find no one at front desk. Lobby totally empty and sort of eerie. And it took a couple minutes for someone to arrive at desk.

Don't stay on the lower level.
We were kept awake most of the night by noise and bright lights from the parking lot. Also there's no privacy on the first level as people walking by can look right into your room. Do not accept a first level room you will sorely regret it.I think hotels.com only purchases the cheapest rooms.

The property was always kept in a clean and tidy place. The staff were friendly and accommodating.
Upon entering the front door, the lobby always smelled fresh and clean. Our stay was enjoyable. We will recommend this hotel to all our friends and family.

It was a very pleasant stay. We had trouble with our tv so changed rooms and was comped 2 breakfasts which were very good. The desk staff were very kind, especially the young girl who was working Tuesday during the day. So sweet and caring.

It served its purpose and was comfortable enough. There were no crises and nothing uncomfortable (thankfully no scary people like the surgeon working the front desk the last time I tried a hotel and couldn’t go face that person), so I guess it’s pretty good. Standards are lower these days.
I recall prior Aloft experiences were better and more exciting, but this served the purpose for the trip just fine. The room was serviced as expected. Although I had to go out of my way to ask the front desk for plastic bags to take laundry home in (which I’d expect in the room), the desk worker was more than helpful and solved the only noticeable problem.

What an incredible hotel! I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed staying at The Dagny. If you are traveling to Boston, do yourself a favor and book this hotel. Ali is hands down the best concierge anywhere, but the entire team was top notch. The Tradesman and Fin are also wonderful and should not be missed. We will be back!

This hotel is a bit tricky to find as it is location behind other buildings.
We were given a connecting room. The dead bolt between the rooms did not work. We asked for another room and someone needed to go up to check to see if we were telling the truth. We did get another room, but it held us up from settling in on a very long day.

Other than the front desk not being manned for several minutes when we first arrived, our 2 night stay was very enjoyable and only 8 minutes from my business meetings the next day. Great new facility with several above and beyond the usual touches.

Tried to call front desk for new toiletries for hours; no answer (it’s just toiletries) I finally got ahold of them in the AM and the lady who just came up to give them to me was not “worried” the lotion I had was obviously used…”it’s not a big deal” “just keep it”
(I threw it away because that’s just unsanitary) the point is; caring isn’t exactly their specialty here… what else do they NOT do? Clean between guests? Change bedding? Clean the ice machine?

This is a beautiful new property but the room

I loved this place

Good hotel but no desk to work in the room.
Good place, well located.
Missing a working desk in the room. No way for confortable laptop work in the hotel makes me wonder if I would return to the hotel.
A basic breakfast should be included in the daily rate.

Upon enetering the lobby it smelled so refreshing. We checked in late as our flight from Atlanta arrived at 7pm and took an hour drive from the airport. We were greeted by staff with big smiles and friendly chats. They explained the deposit, which I thought was high $250. They explained the amenities and hours for breakfast. They even suggested some eating places close by. When we took our luggage up to the room and returned to leave for food, two bus loads of tourist had arrived. The lobby was extremely crowded. Surprisingly upon return, about 40 minutes later, there were only a few people in the lobby, great job! Love that the hotel offers games, music and a bar for drinks and entertainment. A very comfortable lounge. My daughter and I weren't the only ones enjoying the refreshing smell, we heard others with similar reactions.
The room is spacious the enrty isn't narrow so we could walk in with our rolling luggage without a struggle. Clean room no awful smells. We ate our dinner in the room. I love the small table and comfortable chairs. The bed was clean and comfortable. There are plugs on the bedside shelves so each of us could plug our phones. I greatly Appreciated this as I use my phone alarms and listen to sleep music. My daughter loved the shower and the hair amenities. I'm a type one diabetic so it's important for me to keep my insulin cool. The fridge worked! and I like the clear door so I can see inside. Definitely recommend.

Aloft in Framingham is beautifully decorated and simple. Staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and equipped with just enough of the things one might need. My only suggestion would be to reduce the scented air. The fragrance is a bit overwhelming. Otherwise, great stay.

Very clean hotel. It appears to be a newer hotel so everything is updated. No carpet in the rooms so that’s a plus. Beds were great ( I am very picky about beds). It’s about 15 minutes to the “T” at the Riverside station.

It was a smooth check-in and a very clean hotel. Very edgy. However the pillows were awful. Flat, flat, flat. They provided an uncomfortable sleep. Other than that it was a good stay.

Overall, it was good. We found blood on our bedsheets, so I believe housekeeping may have just reused the bedsheets instead of replacing with clean ones.

Price here was much better than what I was finding in Boston the same weekend. It’s right off Route 9 and you can just go East right to Boylston St. Lots of dining options and Natick Mall is nearby. Only issue is traffic can be heavy on Route 9 and divided by a wall which means you can’t just turn left easily. Probably would need some u-turns at intersections but easy to get used to.
Beds were comfortable and bathroom is clean. Hotel is set in modern style.

Wonderful staff, Modern vibe
Check in staff very attentive & thorough, explaining all the amenities of the hotel.
Another staffer cleaning inside the elevator offered directions to clarify where the rooms were located, very customer oriented!
Rooms were wonderful, extremely modern and well appointed. We had a short overnight stay but would definitely return again.
