My experience was okay, when I first arrived I immediately noticed the place was dirty. The couch had white stains, the bathroom was not clean. The shower had hair, the toilet had pee stains at the bottom, there was visible dust everywhere, and the outside of the microwave did not look like it was wiped. After realizing it was dirty I felt pretty uncomfortable. The place is small compared to other locations, they had only one main elevator which was an inconvenience. Lastly, it stated that there was a smart tv but all it had was Netflix and YouTube. Overall 3/5

Great place. My only issue was that we stayed on the 3rd floor. It's the only floor without an ice maker.

Strange layout / housekeeping
The refrigerator in our room wasn’t working. The layout in the lobby where the coffee was outside of the elevator was a little strange. The layout for the breakfast buffet area was strange as well. People kept getting clustered together and it was hard to move around. We came back to our room after being gone most of the day and the housekeeper had kept the latch open so they could come and go while cleaning the room. However when we got back the housekeeper was about 4 rooms down and they forgot to put the latch back so our room was cracked open for who knows how long. Another family we knew staying there noticed the same thing up on the 4th floor where they were staying.

Great customer service
The stay was great, we checked in around 11:00pm and the front desk person was very helpful. We booked through hotels.com at the last minute and they booked us a room that wasn't available, but Springhill Suites was able to figure out a suitable room that was clean and stocked. Lesson learned, book directly when you're on the road looking for a place to stay at the last minute.

Great place to stay
We stayed before and everything was great, so we thought we would stay again. The location was good, right by the mall but quiet. Everything was good except the mini fridge was not working and I did not notice because I just put all of our drinks in it to keep them cold and did not bother with it until late at night when I got thirsty. Nothing was cold and so my husband had to go get some ice...but that did not keep the other drinks cold. We had planned to use those on the trip home. Disappointing...but that was the only problem, so I still give it high marks. If we stay again, that will be on my special requests to make sure everything is in working order.

Very nice & comfortable.
A very nice place, clean, quiet, comfortable. Surprising, because it is literally accross the street from the mall! The staff were attentive, kind and efficient. They had a good breakfast spread too. I would stay here again.

Wonderful stay!
Such a wonderful stay! Super friendly and kind staff, very clean hotel. The room was on the 4th floor, perfectly clean, and extremely quiet and comfortable! Breakfast had plenty of options including some kind of eggs and meat each day. Would definitely stay here again!

Advised the team member at check in I was traveling on business and requested a room on the top floor, due to noise. An immediate response that there were no rooms on the top floor available, which was fine. I was then given a room right next to the elevator. No sleep for three nights. I could hear the elevator constantly. I’m a Diamond member and have stayed here a couple of times. Likely will not return.

Hard to find a hotel in the post-pandemic era. This hotel is a rarity. They got most everything right. The kitchen area was the exception— only thing here not found in most any hotel room is a sink. I really liked having a ceiling fan and the 15-foot high ceiling.

I had a very nice experience at the SpringHill Suites in Glendale. I had an 11 night stay. Great value! Great customer service, friendly, clean, organized, decent gym, lovely cleaning and breakfast team. It was safe and close to many restaurants at many price levels, shopping and the freeway. Walking to restaurants and shops if needed was feasible.

This suites building is right next to the shopping center. There are plenty of options for shopping and dinning. I am not sure how safe it was at night. I saw some people hanging around outsides. While we were staying, the building seemed to be under some kind of repair on the roof. It caused some inconvinent. The hotel itself was clean and quite (except AC). The staffs were nice and professional.

The staff was very welcoming and personable. Enjoyed all of the amenities the hotel has to offer. The bed was super comfy and the room was a really great size. The free breakfast had many things to offer. We checked out quickly and easily. I also really enjoyed that the hotel was near so many shops and restaurants.

We only stayed one night for a concert in town, but our overall experience was great. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We got there a bit earlier and were able to check in way before the 3pm check in without extra cost. Which I was beyond grateful for after a long 7hr drive. Thanks to early check in we were well rested for the concert that same night. Room was a lil outdated but nothing too drastic. We absolutely loved the comfy beds and size of the room. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend.

Absolutely disgusting property. Bug in the bed and front desk told me to just pick it up with a tissue. Bugs are no big deal for them apparently. Just gross.

Our state the SpringHill suites was great! The staff was super friendly in the rooms were better than average. They were super clean! To stay also included free breakfast which we expected to be something like a continental breakfast, but to our surprise and delight it was a hot breakfast if you so wished! They did of course have the usual oatmeal and cereal, muffins, bagels... And of course all the coffee and juice you wanted! This was a great location as well. Just off the 101 interchange, and close to all the dining and shopping you'd ever want to do. We would highly recommend Spring Hill Suites by Marriott!

Catalytic converter was cut and removed off rental vehicle on our second last night. The hotel staff communicated that this has never happened before and there was no parking lot surveillance available. The tow truck driver communicated it was his 4th time there to deal with this in the last little while. There seems to be something strange happening here and it made us feel uncomfortable for the end of our stay.
