Noisy fan in room, can hear showers in rooms on both sides of us and noise from exit door at end of hall opening and closing. Homeless couple living in car parked on property, loitering in parking lot late at night.

great but under construction
Great check in and room was clean. There didn't feel like there was enough light overhead of the office desk in the king size room I was in. Also when I was in the shower, the water pressure suddenly diminished and turned ice cold before I was able to finish the shower. Breakfast looked wonderful and it was nice to have hot tea and coffee available throughout the day. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT WITH MANY CHOICES.
Hotel is extremely clean and updated.
The great bonus is it is PET FRIENDLY, WOULD CERTAINLY STAY AGAIN.

I have no complaints on this property other than the pillows could have been bigger lol. Not a deal breaker at all since everything else was great! Side note, property is pet friendly but the site says fee of 5 dollars. When I got to property it was 50.

Breakfast option was good. Outdoor heated pool was nice especially for people coming to Arizona in the winter time. Rooms were okay. Noticed a few dirty areas. What was disappointing was that the cleaning staff did not clean the room on a daily basis or even every second day. I do understand that after Covid, things have changed but I felt misleads by the staff telling me that the rooms were to be clean every other day and when asked again on how often they cleaned the rooms, I was getting different information. Staff were friendly however it would be nice to get a clear answer so I could make any requests going forward. I donât believe the hotel site and or any 3rd party travel sites indicate how often they clean rooms, but it would be a good reference for people to know before finalizing their travel plans. Good location to shopping facilities, next to Arizona Mills shopping center.

Did I purchase anything extra??
Everything was fine except that I wasnât told that I had to pay for parking. I donât mind but it would be good to know because I was trying to figure out what I purchased that was extra. Aside from that; all was good. Comfortable beds and good hot coffee in the morning.

There was nothing wrong with the property. That was all fine.
The ONLY reason I had booked this room was for a very early shuttle to the Mesa-Gateway Airport. THE ONLY REASON!! At the time of the booking (5 months prior) I had talked to their customer service and explained that I NEEDED a shuttle for my 2 daughters and 2 grand-children (8yrs and 7months) at 4:30am. I as told that would be no problem and was assured it would be available. I was adament about this.Upon arriving the lady at the front desk told me that their shuttle services had been done away with several months ago. WHAT!!!! Not even a message was sent to me. Nothing!! This was the ONLY reason for the stay there. Mad was not a word that would describe my total frustration. Will never stay with this company again.

Easy check in and clean. Unfortunately, we had some very loud guests in the room next to ours, very well past 10pm and the walls are very thin.

Unfortunately too many things were not working. Our TV didn't work, the lights in the bedroom didn't work, etc. The staff fixed them, but it just seemed run down, in general. The breakfast was decent, but this hotel could definitely use some renovating.

Can not say anything about property since they were not able to check us in. Their system was down and nobody knew when it would be ready to take our money. Front desk associate was very apologetic and kind, but it didnât change a fact that we were not able to get in the room. And having early morning flight, it was more that just inconvenience.
Had to find new arrangement for new place to stay last moment.
Hopefully, it was just one time problem for this property. And really hope it will be not any surprising cancellation charges for this unsuccessful stay.

Good Things: The hotel was quiet and the staff was friendly. BAD Things: The property offered a free shuttle but did not have a shuttle and had not had one for over a month according to staff. The shuttle/transportation was the main reason I booked that property, for transportation to and from the airport. I check the Springhill Suite website again thinking I had made a mistake maybe and free Shuttle Service was still there and on the Expedia site. Someone needs to update that please. It left me scrambling with no transportation. Then, once I received my bill there was an $11.61 Parking Recapture Fee. I didn't even have a car nor shuttle service so how could I park?? The drain in Room 304 in the tub was clogged so the water backs up YUCK and the toilet chain came loose but I am a little handy so I just fixed it YUCK again.

Springhill was really nice. We had to find a place to stay while our AC was replaced. Staff was nice, room was clean and comfortable and the pool was a nice break!

Front desk staff were extremely helpful! We ended up with a great room. Clean and close to the lobby! The rooms were pretty sound proof as we didn't hear the front lobby or guests walking past. Our room had a great view of the pool as well. Breakfast left me hungry though. Not many truly edible options.

Everything was great about the location, cleanliness, location, comfort⌠BUT I didnât like that continental breakfast was turkey sausages, veggie patties. I didnât spend over $120 a night to eat gross food. The last time we stayed here we had regular sausages, we were expecting to have some good breakfast but it was disappointing.

Great family stay!!
Second time staying here. Great customer service. Rooms are a great size and cleaned well. Pool area is nice. Neighborhood is a bit rough, but would definitely stay here again. We love this hotel.

Clean for a one night stay. The lighting around the bed is up high above arms reach. Very difficult to feel around for it in the dark. No light or lamp at the sofa area. AC machine was very noisy on the lowest setting. One staff member at the check-in desk was very friendly, but other staff were just there doing the job.

Think twice before staying here...
When I arrived at the property I was greeted by Bo with a kind welcome and the ability to check-in early. While this is a non-smoking hotel, the 2nd floor smelled strongly of a certain green leafy substance. Thankfully upon entering my room the smell didn't carry into my room. When I was getting settled in, I noticed some cleaning needed to be done for my fridge and microwave. Bo sent up housekeeping and also asked if I wanted to switch rooms because I also saw a Silverfish. I did accept a change of rooms and when I entered the new room, the interior and furniture was very deteriorated I requested a change back to my original room which Bo helped with promptly. All was well until later in the evening after I returned from dinner, I was about to get into bed and turned on the night lamp and saw something on the side of the bed skirt (because there was a gap) and to my disgust there was who knows what on the bed skirt. I went downstairs and let Brenda know the issue I had. She apologized and offered to change rooms right away. We looked at three other rooms to check the bed skirts and it wasn't until the last room I felt comfortable enough staying in. Additionally the mattresses weren't flipped, the laundry room is a mess, and in the room I stayed with, the next morning I realized there was leftover soap from prior guest. Marriott needs to get on-site to bring this property up to their cleaning standards. Shawn, Bo and Brenda were kind, helpful and tried to make things right.

The staff was very professional and helpful. The facility was clean and peaceful but my shower experience was unsatisfactory as I had less than 10 minutes of warm water before turning ice cold each of the 5 nights I was there.
I thought the 1st day was an error so reported it the 2nd day. They worked on it and the water was warmer but never hot but still less than 10 minutes. I continued my stay as was attending my Grandson's tournament,đ and the surrounding hotels was up in cost due to the holidays. I was very uncomfortable at the tournaments as I didn't feel fresh.
That would be my only issue for not recommending this facility as I am unsure if others was experiencing the same issue.

Our stay was overall great. Our room was clean but did seem a little smooshed (?) Not like the pictures. Our couch did have what looked like a fresh stain on it. Staff was friendly and the breakfast options they had were pretty tasty. Our only complaint is that it seemed like we could hear everything going on around us within our room so it was hard to get rest.

Overall the hotel is fine. Our room had a musty, odd smell and the counch was very stained or maybe still dirty?? Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was okay but highly recommend the packaged breakfasts stop- anything with bread was soggy wet. Breakfast attendant was very kind and took pride in keeping the area neat. The pool area and firnishings definately need some TLC. Pergola area couldn't be used because it was covered in bird droppings and was never cleaned when we were there- for five days. Overall a decent place and would stay if it was cleaner.

I didn't like the fact that the clothes/coat hanger rack came crashing down at midnight, waking me up and everything I had hung up was down on the floor.
Also, the bathtub is showing serious signs of rusting around the water spout and drain.

Staff were friendly & fast at check-in. Snack area had frozen microwaveable meals & pints of ice cream for purchase which was nice if needed. Room was booked for 4 people but only 2 towels in room. Pillows were flat & uncomfortable. Couldnât get the TV out of Spanish mode. Toilet paper was cheap one ply sandpaper. Not that we would use the tub, but it was very shallow. The hotel has soap/shampoo dispensers that did not work in our room (just fyi if you utilize these features). Lighting was terrible. One door key did not work - good thing we had two. Walls super thin and I could here the lady next door with her daughter. I was counting to 6 with her, lol. If you partake in the included breakfast, skip the packaged blueberry danish/muffin top- my husband took one bite and spit it out. He said it tasted like plastic. To know him, he eats everything- so this had to be bad. .
Across the street is a 24/7 weed dispensary. Eager customers that light up in the parking lots waft the skunk smell. We saw a few customers wander into the hotel parking lot. One guy was even wearing blue surgical gloves. We suggest if you stay at this hotel, do NOT leave anything in your car and make sure you LOCK it. We did see a security guard walking the lot around 11:30pm, however that did not stop someone from placing their hands and face up against our car window to see what was in it.
Husband & son woke up to gun shots or similar. Didnât see or hear 1st responders,

The hotel was very nice and the shuttle bus comes in handy for pickup from PHX airport. The front desk was friendly and helpful on my stay. The room was very quiet and the location is close to CVS, a few fast food restaurants and a gas station. The bus line makes it convenient too if you need to go somewhere a lil further. The mall is not bad either. Definitely would stay again!

The room was great, the floor was quiet and their breakfast and coffee were delicious. I wish the area was a little more walkable, I didn't have a car and was hoping to grab lunch and dinner within walking distance which ended up not being possible. They did offer shuttles which was nice.

Service here was prompt and generous. The interior was recently renovated with beautiful touches, however the bathroom was already falling apart and furniture was chipped. The pool area has not been renovated and wasnât great. We had two towels for a room that sleeps 6. The sleeper sofa was not made up, nor was there enough bedding (you have to ask), and the mattress was so stained it was unusable. Staff quickly gave us a new room with no hassle, but while the staff here is doing an incredible job, the hotel chain seems to have forgotten them. The best thing about our stay was that the promised âfree shuttleâ really was hugely helpful! If the shuttle wasnât around they called us an Uber and covered the cost. That was amazing.
