The property was close to where we wanted to be. It was very clean. The king bed was starting to get a bit off a dip in the middle which was a bit noticable during the night.

Our room had a very bad smell and the ac did not work well. We decided to give it a few hours and see if it got any better. It did not, so we asked for a new room. After packing all of our stuff and moving to a new room with a new ac, it worked better but the room smelled like mildew. At that point we decided to go to another hotel. I would not recommend this hotel.

No pool getaway!
Check in and there was no pool as stated at one of the websites. My daughters and i picked this hotel specifically for swimming. The couch bed was NOT comfortable at all. It was very noisy because we got a room on the first floor by the lobby/breakfast room.

Decent hotel
Had to find a hotel due to travel disruption and this one was one of the few with availability near Washington Dulles airport. Taxi from airport to hotel was 20$. Taxi from hotel to airport was $40 due to the clerk giving me the taxi card of the company they use. Only option. Rip off.

We were Initially given a dirty room assignment. We only got two towels for a family of 3 and no one answered when we called for more. No mini bottles of lotion or mouthwash or usual toiletries (make up wipes), etc. appreciate the complimentary b’fast starting sooner than 7 since we had to take airport shuttle at 7. Pleasant, safe shuttle driver. Everything was bright, new and attractive and worked well. Bed comfy but AC unit noisy.

Shower had some hair in it but I wiped what I could and food stain on the ottoman. The bed was on the softer side but no bed bugs thank God! Staff was fine & friendly and the building had a frangrance that I never smelled before which was nice…Overall cute little apartment sized room I would stay again

Just an awful stay. They put me in Rm 127 which is the first room off the breakfast area. We woke up to loud soccer moms trying to all gain the center of attention. Then at night the dads were there with pizza watching the games. Incredibly noisy situation. The food prep for the continental breakfast was in the adjoining room so we woke to that also with loud chopping. They didn't tell us that we had to request fresh towels each day when we checked in so after a long day we had to take care of that. Don't recommend and won't be staying here on our next visit to the area.

Needs some improvement
The check in experience was great and the people at the front desk are extremely friendly. Unfortunately the shower pressure was horrible, the air conditioner didn’t cool, and as we were packing up we found some items that weren’t ours making us question the cleanliness. We called about the shower and were told it’s been that way for a while now, but they’re working on it. If they can get that fixed and you’re not traveling in the summer you’re probably okay (seemed to be pretty clean up until we were leaving).

Best Customer Service of any hotel
The front desk staff is phenomenal. I always have to request no down pillows or comforters due to a feather allergy, but I booked this trip only 6 hours before arrival so the pillows were missed. At 9pm the front desk was quick to bring new pillows and extremely apologetic. And our trip unfortunately timed with a thorough cleaning of the lobby and a roof job, but they supplied ear plugs and started the work at a reasonable 9am.
Everyone makes mistakes but they handled it better than any hotel I've ever stayed at - and even had GF muffins for breakfast. I will definitely stay here again.

Great value for money
Stayed for a week at the SpringHill Suites in Herndon. King size bed rooms are very spacious with a comfortable bed, couch and desk. Staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. Breakfast whilst not offering a huge choice was adequate. Small gym which again was adequate for a small workout. Overall very good value for money and I would stay there again if I was in the area.

The Springhill Suites is a well maintained motel that is conveniently located. The organization of the rooms is very well suited for work away from home and the beds were quite comfortable. The breakfast is not as good as that of some of its nearby competitors. Nevertheless, I have stayed here multiple times and intend to return.

"Nightmare on Spring Street"...2 night stay, King Suite room, Housekeeping was requested as stated (and hotel clerk confirmed we requested housekeeping. We came in tired the first night and crashed, after self-sanitizing the room as always. (1) The next evening and last night stay we returned to "NO HOUSEKEEPING". Since it was 9pm the "helpful & cordial" clerk (Ken) stated he would move us from RM# 327. (2) Moved us to Rm#321 hairs in sheets and ...ready for it....CONDOM WRAPPER NEXT TO PHONE (3) moved to next RM #313, sheets not clean, cups not in wrappers, six pack with 1 beer left in fridge. CLEARLY HOUSEKEEPING IS TERRIBLE. WOULD not stay here again.

This was the most by far the best hotel i have ever stayed at. It was clean looks kinda new. Great breakfast buffet butvthe thing that "Wowed" me was I asked for a late check out and they gave me until 3p. That was unbelievable even though I didn't stay that long.

I have never been disappointed with this hotel. Clean and very good value for money. Even tough the pandemic and staff shortages have forced some changes, the rooms are comfortable and the atmosphere is welcoming.

Best one nighter!

The first-floor room was dark and depressing. The closet had about 9 inches of hanging bar, in two half-height sections (18 inches, total).
There was a translucent sliding door that covered the bathroom or the closet, not both.
We checked out a day early, and forfeited one day of the prepaid bill.

After a negative Airbnb experience, we opted for a last-minute booking at this hotel. We were all pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel and proximity to Reston Town Center. I wish we would have booked here in the first place.

The desk clerk in the morning named Ali was uncooperative and rude. We had 2 rooms and did not know that housekeeping was upon request.
I only asked for the garbage removal and refresh bathrooms. He responded rudely and point blank refused saying the staff is busy.
We understand times are hard on everyone but there should be courtesy of the job cannot be done.

The room was large and spacious. The bathroom and shower looked modern; however, it seemed like the shower had not been cleaned. I found hair on the shower wall and floor upon my arrival. The bathroom faucet seemed broken and had to be fixed. The bed and breakfast were mediocre at best. Overall, the price was right.

The person at the desk checking me in was very curt and unfriendly and had a scowl on his face. He got annoyed when he couldn't hear me, didn't explain anything about the room, wifi, breakfast, all the usual info you would normally get when checking in, and just rudely asked if I had a question. That night there was a storm and the TV stopped working so I tried to calling front desk to see what was going on and the phone in the room didn't work. I called on my cell phone and the person who answered rudely said it was the storm and it's not just me. Basically nothing worked in the room. I tried to turn the air off but the power button didn't work either. Also the bath curtain was moldy.

Everything was nice besides the air conditioner, would not lower beyond 72 and if set to fan just to have air moving it would turn off after a few minutes. Woke up hot several times throughout the evening.

Clean room! friendly staff! The hotel has a laundry room which is always good and the room was big and has a fridge and a microwave, always useful! It was close to a town center full of stores and restaurants and about 15-20 min drive to all the places we visited (botanical garden, zoo, local farms and playgrounds)
