The parking situation is not good. $40 to park in a tight and unsafe parking garage. This location is not in the safest part of town in my opinion.
Room smelled musty and was not extremely clean. Tried to find ice and there wasn't any.
The breakfast was good and the staff was helpful but not overly welcoming.

When I checked in, we were given a room on the 2nd floor because they said the elevators were out of service so we only had the stairs. When we got to the room, everything seemed clean until I checked the toilet. When I opened it, there was feces that was unflushed. I called reception right away and they asked us to move to another room on the 9th floor. By this time, one elevator was working.
Deeply disgusted that I had to see all that mess in the washroom. The cleaning staff needs to do better. The front desk staff apologized but I don't think ill be back here.

Breakfast every morning was great except one morning they didn’t have breakfast because something broke in kitchen and there wasn’t an alternative offered. TV in room was small. No lotion offered in bathroom amenities. Pillows were absolutely horrible and towels were dingy. Shower leaked water.

The breakfasts were excellent first thing in the morning. Rooms were very clean and spacious with many pleasing amenaties. Would be nice to have a place in the SpringHill for family members under 21 years of age to eat dinner. Only place available to eat was the bar in the Hotel, so your dinner had to be eaten in your room.

Great Time!
Hotel was fantastic. Breakfast, excellent layout. Our room was clean and perfect! Found them very roomy.
Every thing was fantastic. Front desk, friendly, nice, and funny! Excellent front desk staff! By far one of our favourites. We will be back for sure!
But, if I had to point only one issue. The bartender in the hotel, he needs some work on friendliness! Very grumpy. Found him rude. But will not affect us on not coming back. We will be, just won’t go to the bar!

I would definitely stay here again. The rooms were quiet, the beds very comfortable, the breakfasts great. The location is very convenient for walking to the Pike Market, Convention Center, Capital Hill restaurants, the Space Needle, many museums and parks.

The Springhill Downtown is 7 miles from the pier and about 10 minutes to the Space Needle and you can get transportation with competitive rates to different places with the wonderful driver, Henoch. We enjoyed everyone at the Springhill from booking to driving us around and the breakfast was wonderful, also.

Upon arrival we find out parking is $37 a night. Not being from the area and us not arriving until 2 am we went ahead and paid for parking thinking it's going to be cheaper or at least same price. Walking around the next morning yall are charging an average of $12 more than anywhere downtown. Then on top of that it takes 30 minutes of manipulating your elevator to get to your parking spot in the garage. Not a happy customer, with an upset wife.

Nothing to complain about. Great location if you’re willing to walk a bit. Very friendly staff. Nice bar, I didn’t try the food but the menu looked good. Breakfast was standard for this type of property, very happy with it. I would stay here again.

Stayed for three nights. We were able to walk everywhere. Has laundry facility that cost $1 to wash and $1 to dry per load, detergent included. The breakfast buffet has a huge variety!

Expedia in writing allowed me to check in between 7 to 12. The hotel did not honor. I was stuck, tired, hungry, and needing a shower unril 2:20. Agent said i should have booked direct. Room price very expensive!!!!

The building is very old and it shows. Towels and linen were dirty. This could have been much better! Breakfast was extremely busy and congested. Overall, the stay was average but nothing to warrant a 2nd stay.

Parking snafu spoils great hotel
I paid for parking while making my reservation, and was told at check-in that the garage was full and so I couldn't park there. They couldn't give me a refund either because I had booked through hotels.com. I ended up parking on the street, but in downtown Seattle that is a risky thing to do. Thankfully didn't get my car broken into, but I was only there for one night. Hotel was great otherwise, but they really need to manage their garage better at peak times.

Beds were uncomfortable, staff would not make up the sofa bed and had to be prompted multiple times for the proper sheets and pillows for the spare bed, traffic from highway could be heard during sleep, breakfast was good

Hotel stay was fine, breakfast was a mess, lining up for over half hour waiting for kitchen to make food, though I understand they have to make food for a whole hotel it should have been more food out at once and the area is so small everyone is crammed in.

Staff were very welcoming however cleanliness was not as good as it should have been. The hallways were never vacuumed during our stay. An empty alcohol bottle was left under a chair at the elevators the entire stay.
Carpets in the room appeared clean but socks were filthy after walking on them

The cleanliness was noticeable! It appeared to be well maintained and upgraded. Even the furnitures was from a quality well knowned brand! The staff was very helpful and friendly as well.. the only down side is the parking for guests per day, i feel.was high and the parking spaces or the underground parking itself was soooooo compact. It was hard to get it and out your spot and to even get out of the underground parking without worrying if you'll hit a car or not.

Great Service From Hotel Staff
Staff was super helpful and accomodating - allowed us to check in early, arranged for shuttles from the cruise terminal to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport, and stored our luggage after checkout so we could enjoy the day in Seattle prior to our flight.

Very clean, spacious rooms. Tastefully designed. Comfortable beds. You can request a late checkout for no extra cost!
The complimentary breakfast was very decent too!
Only "downside" is the onsite self parking at $36/night. That being said, all hotels in the area charge the same or more for onsite parking. There are private parking lots around the block for $12-$16/day if you prefer to look into that.
Overall very happy with this Hotel! would definitely come back!

This property is not worth the price. Not very walkable area. My biggest complaint was my room was not very clean at all. The bathroom smelled damp and smelled like mold or mildew. My bed was not clean as their was a lingering smell of the previous persons body odor around the sheets and pillows. Would not recommend staying at this location.

While the majority of our experience was consistent with our excellent experiences at most Spring Hill Suites and Marriott properties, it was hampered by an inconsistent or unreliable internet service on the upper floors. Reliable consistent internet is something, which if advertised, should be provided consistently and reliably across the hotel. The property was well maintained and comfortable.Shuttle service is provided through a third party, which is effectively equivalent to not having any and did not provide any financial discount or advantage to customers. While most interactions with staff were excellent, one desk person radiated an atmosphere of not wanting to be bothered with customer assistance.

Very nice room interior with a lot of cleanliness and comfort. Beds were very comfy and so was the sofa bed. Lots of ISB charging outlets was a big plus. Breakfast was good though some items were replenished a bit slow. Juice could have been better. Some cut fruits would have been a great addition.

Hotel room was smaller and less spacious than indicated online and did not come with the needed bedding for the couch pull out, nor extra pillows. The beds were not in a separate room (which would make it a suite), but actually just a standard hotel room. There were no blankets, just a sheet and extremely thin coverlet on the beds. Only 3 towels in the bathroom although we indicated 4 adult guests. Only two glasses, two paper coffee cups. No hair dryer either.
We found food wrappers on the floor when we came in, so obviously the rooms were not well-cleaned.
For $500 a night I would expect my room to be as indicated. The parking is underground and pretty tight. The homeless around the area are rampant.
The one thing that was amazing was friendliness of staff AND the bathroom was spotless.

Spent two nights here with friends. No one bothered us, it was quiet (besides our room being right by the elevator and heating it go up and down all night), it was safe, the breakfast was pretty ok as it is a standard eggs and sausage buffet you’d see in other hotels offering breakfast. We had no issues with checkin in or checkout. Staff was friendly and helpful, although we didn’t spend a lot of time in the hotel or our room. Everything was within walking distance which was the best perk about the location of the hotel. My friends and I were able to tour multiple cafes, brunch spots, and dinner restaurants without tiring out our feet and using Uber. Pike place was a 20 minute walk and for our group which wasn’t long but for others it might be a bit of a distance. Parking is underneath the hotel and you pay a $25 fee per day. My group found it much easier and safer to leave our car there and walk everywhere since parking downtown is busy and expensive especially during peak hours. Overall, I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Seattle.

Our room was lovely and spacious especially travelling with a toddler. Breakfast was also amazing, you often don't see hotels offering such a big breakfast buffet so it helped! The area in which the hotel was located, had a lot of homelessness and felt unsafe to walk around with our baby. The restaurant at the hotel was unfortunately awful. We ordered in one night and ended up throwing most of the food out. All in al I'd give it a 6/10.

Our room was nice and clean, love how spacious the layout of the room is as well! The ac was running a little warm upon checked in but they sent in maintenance to fix it. Thank you for the speedy recovery! Water pressure was a little low in the shower though.
Other than that, everything was great! Complimentary breakfast and coffee were provided. Parking was accessible and safe within the premise (not outside). Will definitely stay here again whenever we are in town!

Comfortable stay in Seattle downtown
Staff at the reception were very helpful. I traveled to Seattle on business trip, and my flight reached Seattle by 10am and I reached the hotel by 11am. Receptionist was kind enough to facilitate early check in and extended my check out for couple hours. Complementary breakfast service also very healthy. Rooms were clean..indefinitely recommend this hotel for reasonable price

Our room was clean and quiet although it was next to the freeway. We enjoyed the yummy breakfast options and the later dining and bar options. The hotel is located near the light rail station and the nearby bus stop made it easy for us to get around town.
