The good: the rooms are big and spacious, the staff is nice, and everything is pretty clean. The bad: this hotel must be made out of tissue paper, because we could hear everything going on, including the outrageous noise made by people walking around in the room above us. The floors literally shook like a dining room cabinet, and it sounded like a constant earthquake was vibrating through the building. Not to mention having to hear everyone's "personal" lives. We slept about 3 hours in total.

Amazing friendly place to stay
It was great we had a late check in due ti our flight delay and the front desk staff got us checked in quickly with no extra fees.

The large room was really nice and comfortable. The breakfast was really good, too, with a nice selection, including make-your-own waffles and oatmeal with an array of toppings. Will stay again!

They shouldn’t advertise room as a “suite”. In reality it is a long room with mini fridge and tiny coffee maker and couch at end. The design of the space is terrible. Only 2 drawers in which to put clothes. No shelves or storage space in bathroom or “kitchenette”. A typical hotel room is easier to stay in than this. At least in a typical room you can unpack your clothes and toiletries, and feel more comfortable.

Consistency is what I like about Marriott hotels. This one was typical of SpringHill Suites. Beds were comfortable, room clean and amenities were very nice. We enjoyed the breakfast. I like the space available in the room. This hotel is very close to major roads and access to shopping and tourist areas. We hiked and found the area has wonderful trails.

Never again. Gave us a handicap room.. don’t know why? Made the whole stay unpleasant. I would have preferred an actual shower and an actual sink to put my stuff on. The whole room was covered in water due to the shower being flat with the floor.

This hotel was in a research park type area. We had stayed in some real stinkers on our vacation prior to this hotel, so my judgement may be a bit clouded. We all agreed that this hotel was worth the extra money. Very large room, comfortable bed, very clean, above average breakfast. I would stay here again for sure.

Was there for a wedding we as a party had rented several rooms we arrived 2:45 check in was 3.Several other guests received their room keys. However as the Justice of the Peace and handicapped I did not. I was first told 3:15 we checked again at 3:30 still not ready I didn't get my key until almost 3:45.The ceremony was to start at 4:30 venue was 15 minutes away so of course I was 40 minutes late.Ruined the whole ceremony and my reputation as a JP. Sorry very dissatisfied.

There was a noise issue with the air conditioner. We recorded it and addressed it with the front desk. It seems though that the maintenance crew didn't look into the matter, and we were just offered to switch rooms. While the front desk staff was very nice and attentive to our needs (and even gave us a discount for a sleepless night of inconvenience), there seems to be a gap in the communication from the front desk to the maintenance crew. I am sure whoever stays in that room next will experience the air conditioner noise also.

Very clean, and the staff are nice.
However, there's no quiet and independent place for business and study. The only public place is the breakfast dining place. There's only one set of washer and dryer in the guest laundry room, and the dryer doesn't work well, you need to make a second $2 round to dry everything, otherwise, everything is still wet including those fast-dry clothes. Wifi signals in and out of room are both very low.

It was slightly hard finding this particular property within the business park. For those from out of the area, clearly appropriate marked signage would be helpful. Just one slight remark about front desk staff. They were a little terse upon checkin. A smile and a gentle approach make a big differnce to road weary travelers.

A little off the beaten path but so worth it!
Check in was fast and easy. The young woman was extremely friendly and welcoming. I was traveling for my late husbands Military funeral in Canada (dual citizens but my family is mainly in the USA) and completely worn out. It was nice to be greeted by a friendly face. She asked if we had any special plans and I said no just bringing my husbands ashes home from him military funeral. She thanked me for his service and offered heartfelt sincere condolences. Breakfast was great. Again the staff members were bright and cheerful. Everything was well cooked, well maintained and tasted really good. The amount of toppings and variety for the oatmeal was great. Any request is cheerfully answered. Honestly we stayed here on the way to and from the funeral and at a Hilton during the funeral.. the Hilton was awful. We have definitely found our new favorite hotel!

The staff was really nice but we tried to get house keeping to clean our rooms because we had something important to do and we didn’t have Tim to clean the room before we left they told us they would clean our room we can back to the room exactly the same way then we asked why we didn’t get our rooms cleaned when they told us the would they said they don’t clean rooms for guest that are only staying two night me and my family was extremely tired and expected to just come back and relax but we couldn’t even do that. Hope you guys fix that everyone deserves to have their room cleaned and we gave our reason for the room the be cleaned and was told alright but didn’t happen

Only stayed one night. Room was clean and comfortable. Only complaint was that we were told breakfast was served until 10am, but by 9:15 they started running out of food and didn’t replenish. The breakfast was important for us, a family of 4 and this was very disappointing.

I’ve stayed here once before and had a very good experience, which is why I booked it again. The hotel is clean and usually quiet. This time however I booked 5 days over Memorial Day weekend. It was not a great stay because the hotel hosted literally DOZENS of high schoolers visiting from out of the country. We had difficulty falling asleep because of the noise and we were awakened very early in the morning. The breakfast area was so crowded we could not even enter it. When that group left, another group of little leaguers arrived. I will probably stay here again, but will call ahead to check if they are hosting large groups first

The only reason why I did not give an overall excellent rating was because I opted for this hotel, even costing somewhat more than others, because it had the indoor pool. I was told at check in the pool was closed and unavailable until future notice. Needless to say, we were not able to use it. In their favor, rooms were clean, breakfast was nice, the staff was courteous.

When we arrived the room where they set us up did not have a working refrigerator, the receptionist answer was they do not work, I ask to be transfer to a different roo. When transfer we forgot a pear of shoes in the room and when we try to get them back no body was able to find them, I guess the person who clean the room decided to keep the shoes. I can’t think of anything else. Really disappointed about that part. Also the pool was not working and the right away receptionist said “I could cancel if you book because of the Pool”.

I liked the location of the hotel and the staff. The swimming pool is too small for exercise. I had bloody and torn curtain sheers that were never replaced even after I asked. There was also a blood stain on the bedspread.

I had an excellent experience. I didn’t get his name. But, the young man who checked me in, couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. Room was nice and clean and staff was friendly. We booked a double suite room for our family of four. It comes with two double beds, has a separate living room area with sofa bed, kitchen sink, table, microwave and fridge. The bathroom sink was outside of the bathroom door which we find is better if you’re all getting ready at the same time. The room worked out perfectly for us, we didn’t feel overcrowded. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was simple but good enough. We have no complaints and will definitely stay here again. Oh and love the shampoo, conditioner and body soap dispensers too.

I traveled there with my boys and I can't say enough about this fantastic hotel. VERY friendly staff and a lovely breakfast. The room was always cleaned thoroughly (they do cleaning every other day) and the hotel was in a great & safe location. Because I was traveling by myself with little boys I was nervous but I always felt safe and comfortable. It's only located about 30-45 minutes North of Boston and an hour Change south of Portland Maine so we were able to take some day trips during our stay. We will definitely be back! I can't recommend this hotel enough. There are a few local restaurants and you're about 15 minutes from a Walmart, Old Navy, and other stores in case you need anything. We will definitely be coming back on our next visit to the area.

My stay was ok. The room was clean but had a smell. Like a wet smell. I asked for my room to be clean when I checked in but it wasn’t done. Breakfast was included and it was good. Didn’t get to use the pool because my stay was short. Check in and out was easy. I had no issues with that and the front desk staff was kind.
