If it wasn’t for one major thing my stay would have been great but I was pretty frustrated with the view my room had. I booked many months in advance for New Year’s Eve and requested a hi rise that would potentially face the fireworks. I was told that they will do their best to accommodate but no guarantee. That was fine for me but when I arrived they made absolutely zero effort to accommodate that in any way whatsoever. At check in the lady handed me my key to 411 like it was nothing. My room was not only not a high rise but the view was probably the worst one she could have chose considering the only thing we overlooked was the pool and the hot tub with everyone in it. Zero privacy considering you can see through the windows so everyone could see us if we had our curtains open. Not impressed at all for $1000 room at 5 star hotel. We made the best of the night considering and had a great new years. All the staff was very friendly and everything else was really nice.

Everything was absolute fantastic! The service was next to none. People were so very kind and helpful, and accommodating. The food was wonderful and room service was very quick to deliver meals. Everything was so clean and comfortable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We spent the weekend at this facility, and it was beautiful, luxurious, and everything we hoped. The staff at the hotel and spa were very accommodating and attentive to our needs. I would totally recommend The Four Seasons for any stay.

After asking the front desk if there was a gift shop for toiletries, they told me they don’t have one but suggested that I walk across the street to 7-eleven which was a horrific experience. There were two (2) homeless people on the sidewalk drinking from open containers and obviously intoxicated - - which was very scary considering they saw me walk out of the Four Seasons. If you are going to choose to stay at this property, don’t leave the grounds except to get your car from valet.

The food was quite poor. I understand the constraints on service right now, but the quality was not good. It took 1.5 hours to get room service and it was borderline inedible. We cancelled our reservation for the Edge restaurant the next night. Also, when we got a double room I didnt realize they were double beds not queens! - do they even make double beds any longer? I think this was a very nice 5-star hotel in the 1990's. It falls short of many other local facilities now. I would not stay there again. Definitely not worth the price.

This is not a five star hotel, just a regular hotel you can find anywhere in Denver. I booked the hotel from 1/6-1/11 can’t cancelled is ok but I check out 1 day early they still charge resort fees and parking valet fee until 1/11 what is that? I know is pandemic business is hard but honest transaction is how we still need to keep for a sake of the five star hotel name and Expedia honor. Very disappointed with Expedia whom handle my travelled, It’s such a low standard transaction.

Mh wife and I stayed at Four Seasons for NYE. From the moment we entered, the staff was accommodating, friendly, and resourceful.
The room was beautiful and modern, and was a treat to be snowed in for part of our trip. The central location in Lodo made it easy to pop around downtown to the many food and entertainment options in the area.
10/10 we'd definitely stay here again

Nice but not worth the price
The Four Seasons is certainly a really nice hotel. Comfortable bedding, beautiful, decor, good location.
But.
This hotel is priced more than double the rate of several high quality 4-star hotels nearby. And it is NOT worth the additional cost. It’s…very nice…but not what you would expect for a 5-star hotel at this price point. There is nothing special, luxurious, or different compared to the many higher end hotels nearby.

This was a quick stay to see our daughter and celebrate her birthday. The staff was excellent from parking our car, check in, to getting a afternoon snack. Location was great as it was within walking distance to the restaurant. Will stay here when we head up to see a show.

This was the last time I will ever book with Hotels.com as they totally screwed up my reservation for the second time in a row. I paid for a Mountain facing room but was not give one. The hotel was AMAZING and attempted to contact Hotels.com who come to find out booked me through Expedia - who also no one could get through to. They gave me $100 comp which they did not have to do as it was all Hotels.com fault - AGAIN.
I have spent literally MONTHS trying to get credit for a 3 day EXPENSIVE hotel stay I booked through Hotels.com in March and STILL have not had the nights credited. There is literally no way to get through to them via email or phone - out of the 2 phone #'s available - if you are able to spend 5,6 or 7 hours waiting on the phone to speak to someone - they tell you that you have called the wrong # and to call the other one. HOTELS>COM SUCKS and I plan to write the details of this on every site I can find - worst customer service out fo anyone, anywhere My email

Definitely not 5 star. Staff didn’t have the luxury go out of their way mentality. Every time we walked past the reception they were always on the phone. No one ever greeted us. Tried to call down for a question had to call 3x and no one answered the reception phone, ended up calling concierge only for them to hang up on us. For a hotel that charges $2800 for 3 nights, I’d look elsewhere. Location felt a little secluded, quick walk to some restaurants, but a longer walk to union station area. Pool service was very slow and poolside grill was very subpar. Overall disappointing stay.

Hotel and staff were amazing, staff made sure all guest wore mask, checked temps and hand sanitizers were given, pool staff were amazing with placing towels down and keeping everyone safe, I will recommend to friends and will definitely return

As always, I hold the Four Seasons to the highest standard. Which is why I was so surprised to see vacuum cleaner marks all over the bathtub. Also, the cleaning staff had left the handheld shower facing the door, so when I tried to turn it on I got soaked with freezing water. It’s a fine property, but little things niggled.

I have stayed in some very nice hotels; but found the Denver Four Seasons to be a cut above. The rooms were beautiful and quiet; and the staff, exemplary. We loved some of the bathroom features - the in-mirror TV, cascading bathtub spigot, and gently lit sinks. We were a bit too warm under the down comforters; which did little to dim an exceedingly comfortable stay. Well done!!

Rooms can be a bit noisy concerning neighbors upstairs and next door especially if they allow small dogs which was my experience for a week straight. The building is a bit older so you can also hear the train, wind, and sirens quite easily. Also being an older building the AC's within some rooms are quite noisy when operating*
Gym and SPA areas are top notch however dont forget your swim suit or appetite for the room service or lounge areas which are excellent.

Not Typical of Four Seasons
The late night bar service is horrible. Only one disinterested server. Additionally incorrect billing at check-out.....seem young and poorly trained. This is not what I expect typically from a Four Seasons, but won't be staying at this one in the near future.

Nice business hotel, room was huge and comfortable, but somewhat worn out, needs updating. Nothing terrible, but not up to 4 Seasons standard you would expect. The cabinetry was very dented and dinged, one of the cabinet doors was hanging with a screw that had pulled out of the hinge. The staffs tried hard to impress, but the hotel needs a little upgrading.

Very clean and tidy hotel as you'd expect from Four Seasons with all staff, that I interacted with, being warm friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself covers the first 16 floors with residential apartments above that. The hotel is easily reached by public transport from Denver International Airport via a train to Denver Union Station and then a free bus ride along 16th Mall St to Lawrence St and it's a two block walk from there. I would definitely stay here again when I'm next in Denver.

In Need of Some Updates
I love your hotels. But I feel that this hotel is a bit dated and in need of some higher end amenities in the room. For example, the snacks in the room were not specialty snacks as I usually receive at your other properties (ex the mini fridge has snickers instead of high end chocolate bars). The blow dryer was old and had no nozzle. The window shades were broken and had no handle with which to open it. The carpet in the road was dated. And it is imperative that you remove the fake flowers in the circular entry door in your lobby.
That being said, the spa was wonderful and my services exceptional.

The shower was the best part - including the bathroom amenities. Other than that, this was perhaps the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced. I am surprised that this hotel is rated so highly for service considering the lack of service we received during our stay.
When I booked the vacation, I specifically requested a room with any view. Instead, what I got was quite the opposite. I opened the curtains to a completely obstructed view of another building. No view of mountains or the city - just a basic white building. The stay pretty much went downhill from there. They bellhop took almost an hour to bring up my luggage.
The mile high breakfast was good - dinner not so much. The hotel staff also locked my dinner in the mini bar since they shut down access after my card evidently was put on hold by my bank (due to travel restrictions). As soon as I resolved the issue, the mini bar was still locked, and I could not retrieve my leftovers from a nearby restaurant.
I asked for 3 complimentary newspapers - I only received 1. The staff here has virtually no attention to detail nor any sense of of urgency. Between the atrocious view and piss poor service I experienced, I would not recommend my biggest enemy to stay at the Four Seasons in Denver.

Great location. Only complaint, the pool area was booked out nightly for private parties, which made the hot tub/ spa unusable. That was a big disappointment. Otherwise a very nice hotel.

From the moment we checked in the service is beyond amazing. We got to the property almost at midnight, the staff were so accommodating to us. There was some issue with Expedia with some kind of digital code that the hotel needs to input in their system but it was invalid given the fat that Expedia already charged our credit card from the moment I made the reservation. The hotel manager kept on apologizing for the delay. He fixed the problem and we finally were able to go up to our room. Four Seasons provides the highest level of service. The hotel Is close to restaurants and stores. As a hotel guest you are able to use their state of the art gym and spa. We will stay here again if we ever go back to Denver.

The property was beautiful and staff were very pleasant. Gym was great but was a little disappointed that the pool area was not available and wasn't aware that I could partake in the spa amenities without services until it was too late. Also there is no refrigerator in room but they will provide upon request. Overall experience was great!!!

Big neon sign in our room was annoying and also, for the price the hotel is just not that special. Parking overnight costs $50!!!! After my boyfriend complained they waived the fee for parking and also took care of our room service charges. I appreciated that, but probably would stay there again.
