I stayed for 3 nights, not once was my room
Cleaned. I was staying by myself and was scared as there were men and woman in and out of the room across from me and were screaming until 4 in the morning. None of the staff asked them to quiet down. The room smelled like mold and mildew. I couldn’t wait to leave this facility.

Do not recommend
Stayed here after seeing the lights in St Augustine. Hotel smells badly of mildew. Was recently painted but not repaired.

Formerly a Days Inn. Everything needs renovating which they were starting but wasn't noted when I made my reservations. Carpets dirty & smelly. Toilet needed scrubbing unless it was too old. Water pressure in shower was very low. Bathroom vents not sufficient. TVs are outdated. Free breakfasts need improvements. Staff very nice.

The staff was friendly and very professional. The property needs a lot of work. The room was clean but furniture was worn and old. The walls were nit painted properly. In all fairness I could see that renovations are planned for March or May of 2024.
The fitness room had a heavy mildew smell so I did nit want to workout in there.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The property needs a lot of work.

The place is clearly a hastily adapted former DaysInn hotel. Finishings are old and room was not very clean (dust thick behind furniture). Reasonable bed for a nights sleep.

Pros: It was tucked away in a safe, quiet, and attractive place. Cons: The ownership changed and the property was in a state of transition. Room greatly needs sprucing up in bathroom and the ac looked dusty/dirty and was extremely loud.

Would not stay here again
The hotel smelled very musty. I do know they had humidifiers going in the halls, but the sheets on the beds still felt damp from all the moisture. Was not a pleasant stay.

I stay here when I come up from West Palm Beach for the races at Daytona. It's off the beaten path and there is a Bob Evans Restaurant close by. Friendly Staff!

They hotel is in transitions. Apparently. So there was no housekeeping. The room smelled like mold as a matter of fact it was all over the chair for the desk. When i book the room there was hot breakfast included when i got there it was only continental breakfast. Got dupped by Expedia. Totally bad experience from them all the way around. What a joke.

There were no "Days Inn" signs anywhere. It looked like an abandondend hotel. When we came back to a hotel that had 5 floors with 30 rooms on a floor and only 3 cars in the parking lot at 7 PM there was a sign at the front desk that was empty saying "Sorry no more vacancies". Very strange hotel. Rooms weren't too bad though, so that was a relief.

Staff is friendly but…
First, it’s like we drove up to an abandoned building no signs what so ever!! Cats everywhere, stain carpets from the entrance to the room and the room smells like mold. I can’t complain about the staff they were friendly, but how and who gave this place a rating of 7.4/10 is beyond me.

The room had a sour smell that caused my wife to have a sore throat to where I could not hear her talk. The shower had very poor pressure. Wi-Fi was very slow or we did not have any. I called the desk on my cell phone because the room phone did not work. The desk did not know where the router was to check the Wi-Fi. And when we got to the Days Inn they were taking down the signs because it is not a Days Inn anymore.

What I did like was the parking for our trailer. Parking lot seemed safe and lit up pretty well and there was plenty of parking but the hotel was not full either. Location was convenient. I did not like the smell on our floor, it was a wet, dirty smell in the hallways. Carpet was dirty with several holes and tears in it and debris throughout on the floor and in elevator. Very sticky stuff on floor in bathroom, not sure what it was and really didn't want to know. Asked for clean towels and they did not have enough to give our family because they did not have any clean ones. Seemed very understaffed. Breakfast had poor selections compared to other hotels with pastries, bagels and cereal. It was a great location near lots of restaurants and stores and very close to boat ramp where we launch but unfortunately they need a remodel before we will be back.

The property is dated but not too bad. You can tell they are trying. It was clean inside with small amounts of trash in the parking lot. Need to pay a little more attention to the parking lot cleanliness. However, will definitely here again. The staff is friendly and the location is secluded but in a busy area.

Very accommodating staff. Hotel condition is great. It would have been nice if the directions had been clearer. We drove around the parking lot when all they needed to say was turn left when you are facing Home Depot!! With street signs missing just finding the place was a challenge!

Staff was amazing. The attitudes were great even with people being needy. It was a busy weekend when we stayed so I know they dealt with a lot of customers. The ONLY thing that could’ve been better was the breakfast and the gym. Other than that it was perfect. If I’m ever in the Daytona area again I’ll absolutely be staying at Days Inn.

This property was not clean and has not been kept up. The bathroom had not been cleaned, so we didn’t shower. The hotel smelled. Paint in the bathroom was chipping. The front desk person was obviously wearing many hats as you had to wait for them from whatever other job they were doing. Can’t fault the staff. There wasn’t enough help. I cannot recommend this hotel.

The room was filthy with carpet stains and dead bugs. The bed had food crumbs on top and on the sheets. I had to ask the front desk for clean sheets. The toilet was filthy. The fridge needed to be defrosted the feezer was completely packed with frost so you couldent use it. I had to clean the filter vents to the AC so it would work!! We will never stay here again and we will not recommend it to our friends.

The room was fair, what I expected for the cost quality wise. Older furniture, basic bedding was all fine. But the floor was not vacuumed, dirt and crumbs were all around. Bathroom was fair, but also not very clean. Hair wash on floor and shower walls, previous patrons wash rag was still hanging on shower bar. Mirror had whole message written that showed when bathroom steamed up from shower which lets me know the mirror wasn’t cleaned either.
Continental breakfast was good. Parking good. Check in very simple. Just wished the room was better attended to.

It was the worst place we’ve ever stayed. Dirty floors, dirty toilet. Wall paper was peeling off the walls. Had no water pressure so couldn’t even shower. When we left we told the person working about it and she really wasn’t concerned. Several other people were complaining that morning also. There was food in the air vents. The water we ran in the tub was green. Had a baby I couldn’t even bath, it took an hour to fill the tub. They’d had a water leak there were fans everywhere and it was a bad moldy smell everywhere.

The hallway to the room was very dirty, carpets were stained and smelled very musty. The room smelled better but there were crumbs all over the floor and bathroom. The chair had chips and trash in the cracks of the cushion. There were only two very worn towels to shower with. The pools was nice but there was trash left all over outside. Probably one of the dirtiest hotels I have stayed at.

Bath tub drained very slow. No stopper for sink. Toilet seat was so loose you had to be careful not to let it slide all the way off. Only two towel and wash cloths for three people. No bath or face soap. Went to desk clerk to get cloths and soap. Was given only two bars for three people and each bar was only as big as your thumb. Freezer section of refrigerator was so iced up we could hardly get anything in it. Sound on tv was so bad we did not each it. Holes in carpet between beds. Beds very very uncomfortable. Just a bad three nights. Not even close to being worth the money we had to pay. By the way, the room was clean and smelled good.

Filthily and rude is only the beginning. When we first arrived all the staff was outside in front smoking and talking. The hotel was DIRTY as soon as you walk in. The room had left over towels from the last guest. The bathroom had mold and the carpet was dirty and burnt. We needed to move rooms 2 days after we got there and the second room was just as bad. Left over food in the fridge stayed carpets moldy shower curtain… the interns room was a joke, the machines are broken and the room is dirty. Hallways were nasty. The days inn needs to be branded and run as a for bag motel

This is pretty worthless. I started a long message and it pretty much disappeared. Trying again. Stay was okay until at around 3 am the fire alarm went off. Pretty much everyone on our 3rd floor stepped out in the hallway wondering what was going on. No explanation until one of the guests on our floor called down and was told the wash machine caused the alarm??? Would have been nice if the staff would have notified everyone. Also, dogs barking incessantly. I was told that it's okay because pets are allowed???

Hallways and rooms smell
Room smelled of mildew and chlorine. Chlorine smell was so overpowering in the hallways and in our room that it gave you a headache. Rooms were nothing special....not clean but not our right dirty either.... Was ok for one night I guess even though the smell was bothersome

Close to Daytona International Speedway! Clean rooms, friendly staff, comfortable beds. I plan to book a room again in August!
