Disappointed
The room was clean for the most part. Thwre were a few stains on the bathroom door and another one on the lanp shade. My biggest complaint is the were no towels and no eash cloths. Tried to call the front desk, but no one would answer. Probably won't stay there again.

Do not stay!
Customer service was great. The rooms are horrible! Tiles literally not attached to the floor, huge black stains on the carpets, ceiling falling in, one high bed and one low bed, dated and very very dirty. I do not recommend this place at all. The pictures are completely deceiving! Only thing that was good here was the staff.

Yuk, I would have given negative rating if possible. Broken locks, zero or very low lighting, filthy carpet, dirty bathrooms. What more I say, avoid this hotel, it’s worth not even 10 bucks.

Unpleasant stay.
I was very disappointed withat was the Suite that we had chosen. My jacuzzi tub didn't work, Our room had no face towels, and our sheets had stains on them.
Even just to get ice I had to travel across the property into another building and go upstairs to get it.

Great bargain but location off strip
Actually hotel itself and staff great. Be aware that a few blocks east was a very rough area with gangs of kids hanging out so highly recommended if on foot, stay more towards the strip (west).

An Honest Review
I'll try to stick to the facts and not let subjective opinion get in the way.
Pros:
-very quiet nights stay
-15-30min walk to the strip depending on how fast u walk
-10min Lyft (10-15$)
- working microwave + fridge
-nice staff
-clean bed, has dining table w/4 chairs +couch
-cheapest accommodations for the weekend
Cons
-I don't recomend walking to the strip past 530pm. There's a section with no street lights and active/talkative homeless wandering the street around there and its a subpar neighborhood
-room is very outdated. Think old huge TV and maybe... 2000s furniture style, carpeted
-room smells like old museum (is it musty or moldy? Idk, it smelled like old books)
-tile cracked in bathroom, but not so bad its pulling up, just old
-brass doorhandles show wear and tear, many years old
-main door is not fitted for doorway so u could see into the top of it an inch or so in the room, not a huge deal but i did not feel secure.
-if u do not pull the door hard it does NOT lock the hotel when u leave
-we had to exchange 4 room keys bc they didn't work, easy fix though
-the building/hallways looked old and a bit dirty tbh
-water turns scalding hot in seconds
-only gave 2 large towels, no hand towels
-no bath mat, very easy to slip getting out the tub on the wet tile
Overall I give this place a 5/10, i didnt trust to touch any surfaces outside of bed and bath, but it was cheap and available and quiet.

The property from the lobby and to the pool looks great. The rooms on the other had are in bad need of update. Stains on the carpet and tiles coming out of the bathroom floor, uncomfortable beds to name a few.

The staff was friendly and efficient, beds lumpy but i was too tired to mind too much when i used it. I slept well, felt secure and taken care of. Lots of mirrors and an extra sink that was something would like from now on lol

Stress Free Stay
I have stayed here now a few times and love the convenience to almost everything I needed. I think for the price, it wasn't bad, especially since we have stayed at a hotel and casino and just don't like the atmosphere there. Just being in a hotel was nice and stress free.

The lady in the frondesk gave us for the room but was sombody there. The restroom's door not locked. The restroom's ligth just was flashing and by the front door enter the ligh from The hallway.

I’ve booked the hotel for one night, I’ve arrived at 1am to check in (plain was delayed) but the website says check in is from 3pm until 3am.
When I arrived they told me that they don’t have any rooms anymore because I’m so late. They gave my room to someone else and I stand their without a hotel or q possibility to stay somewhere over night. The staff was very unfriendly… i don’t recommend this place, because they are very untrustworthy and it looks like that a booking and reservation doesn’t mean that you’re going to get the room for sure …??!

The lobby was very nice. The room was a different story it was dirty the bathroom floor was all cracked up and coming apart.They-gave you hand towel for bathing.I would recommend you take this hotel off you were options. I’ve always use Expedia had great experience except for this time. Thank you

We waited 2 hours after check in to get a room because it wasn’t ready Even though I called two separate times before I got to Las Vegas to make sure our room was ready. On arrival at almost 4 I was told they would know in 30 mins IF my room was available. Floor was filthy, was not vacuumed. Bath tub did not work and I paid for a suite just for the bath tub. Homeless people everywhere. Ceiling looks like it is falling down. Would like a refund. I will never stay here again.

Upon arrival the desk attendant did not have any customer service skills. More or less mediocre. The Wi-Fi did not work we inquired about it they said they would reset it and it still didn’t work. Not sure if there was supposed to be coffee even instant. Overall it was comfortable but the price compared to other hotels where we had just stayed at was higher and got much much less

Not bad. Needs some upgrades.
The bed was very firm and not comfortable. The building is a little old and needs to be refurbished. Other than that, it's not a bad spot to stay if you're not staying long.

Location is relatively close to the main attractions if you put walking shoes on. The TV was from the 90's. No flat screen here.
They don't patrol the parking lot for safety. There was a hole in the fence where STRANGE people kept coming out of and yelling incoherently. It didn't seem safe to walk out after dark.

This place was disgustingly dirty, the tiles were literally coming up in the bathroom, there were holes in the shower curtain, the TV and alarm clock are from the 1990s, and worst of all, my son mentioned the “crusty stains” in his pillowcase. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

dirty bed sheet, blood on the pillow, terrible attitude from staff, the picture are all photoshopped, nothing looks like the picture on website, this is a SCAM, I repeat, this is a SCAM. Plus there are cockroaches and the sink doesn't even drain water.

Well lets just say that the place is disgusting!!! We get in to the room ,after the horrible checking in experience. I open the room door and this nasty, muggy ,smell came from out of it. Then there was a little baggie with some white residue in it on the floor in the bathroom. And roaches by the bed. So i didnt let myself ,or my family stay therr a second longer. Ended up paying for two nights somewhere else . And didn't get my money back!!!

This place was old and dirty. Used the excuse I had a dog, but I paid extra for the dog, so thats no excuse. So, tbey gVe us a new room the next day. Rooms look nithing like their photos, tvs are very old. No cable.

Interesting stay; comfortable (inside the room)
This is a motel in transition. I inquired, and the very friendly staff said that Rodeway acquired this property in January, and they were ironing out their processes. We had no problems with their processes and the staff was helpful, but the clientele was definitely an eye opening experience for my kids. Once we got into our room, all was good, beds were comfortable, A/C worked, etc, (except for the loud, vibrating fridge in which I had to pull out and prop backwards.). For the money during July 4th in Las Vegas, a motel that is pet friendly, was a good value. At least the kids now understand that not everyone lives like their own family.

I felt like I was living in the projects. The property was filthy! There was even dog poop by the elevator that looked like it had been there for weeks. The non-smoking floors smelled like weed all the time and the grounds in general were disgustingly filthy. There was graffiti everywhere and vomit in the parking lot (multiple places). DON'T STAY HERE! The exterior doors to the buildings didn't work so anyone could walk in. I expected to wake up and find a murder investigation going on at the property. No joke!

The hotel is run down and in desperate need of renovations. The room I reserved was not the one I received due to it not being pet friendly. The pet friendly rooms cost extra and are in awful condition. They smell bad and have carpeted floors that are stained horribly. The beds were in plastic under the sheets and very uncomfortable. Maybe I’m spoiled but even the cheap motels I’ve stayed at previously have offered coffee for guests checking out. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The only positive I have was the staff was courteous and friendly.

This hotel seems like they scam you to your room charges. Upon checking in I fully paid the 2 days stay but in my account it shows additional charges of $160.00. When I asked the charges during checking out I was told that it was a mistake and they are voiding the extra charges. The fact is they did it and probably get away if I was not alerted by my bank. Second issue is the 2nd day the room key doesn’t work and I have to go to the office. Also towels were not present but you have to ask

This has been the worst place I have ever stayed at. Old TV's with not a clear picture. Stains on the carpet and bar stools. Tagging on the bathrrom door. Holes on the drapes that you can see when the sun hits it. No iron, no tissue paper. Mold in the bathroom. Drywall peeling off. What an embarrassment! Never again

We learned a very important lesson to choose accommodations based on reputation versus proximity to the strip. This hotel is a short walk from the strip which is why we booked but our waitress (we were eating across the street) advised that it wasn’t a good idea to walk in that neighborhood so we were paying for taxi/Uber anyhow. The hotel is in dated and in rough shape. It was clean enough but in a “everything smells like bleach” sort of way. We didn’t get a chance to check out the pool. The staff was wonderful. It was nice to have access to our Netflix account. Overall we would never stay here again or recommend this hotel to a friend.

Loved the price for the location, right by the strip!! However, had to wait to check-in because the room wasnt available however the manager was very accomadating, also it was a holiday weekend so things were a bit hectic everywhere in Vegas. Just know I wouldn't stay here again when visiting Vegas. The room was soooooo outdated. I paid 134.00 for a room with old furniture. No cold air blew out the AC. The mini fridge was old. I was not at all statsfied with what I paid. They should be charging 59.99 for those rooms. The jacuzzi water was basically lukewarm. Had to come back to the main building for ice on the third floor. The front desk man said they were remodeling each building seperately. Well from my observation of how dirty the outside of the doors were to the rooms ,I don't even believe it was being remodeled. I only stayed because all the other hotels were book since we came memorial day weekend. Alarm clock didn't even work, old ass square fuzzy screen TV. NEVER AGAIN staying at a Roadway.

I think a lot of people are rating this property as if it were a 5star resort on the strip. This is the true definition of you get what you paid for experience. It is one of the few properties near the strip (5min walking distance) with a low resort fee. It is super dated but it isn’t terrible. If you are looking for a relaxing stay to spend most of your time in your room then this isn’t the property for you. If you are looking to be out and just have a decent place to lay your head at night then I’d say book here.

Black mold
We were out in the oldest non renovated building with a service animal. Numerous dogs barking. Room smelled musty. Old box tv. Then in the morning when I took a shower I noticed black mold all over the ceiling. Around the shower head . Above the shower wall enclosure. On the wall next to the shower where it looked like it had been repaired before. I took pictures and showed them to the front desk supervisor, who was just as appalled. She comped me a room in the renovated building ( with my service animal) for my next stay and was going to speak to the building managers and maintenance. So she tried to make it right.

Stolen Truck
When I walked in the front desk people were amazing and kind. The Lobby is cute. Then we headed up to the room where some we realized the room wasn’t cleaned properly. Happy that we had a sink and a refrigerator. Saved us money on food. Some areas were stained like the Curtains, Chairs, Couch, Carpet and tables. Also a guys truck was stolen from the property, police showed up an hr after his call. Hotel has no cameras, so your out of luck.

The place is nice for the price. Very clean and friendly staff. The beds need some work but I paid under $400 for two rooms for three days. Great value for those seeking a good place for excellent price. Only a few blocks from the strip and local eateries.

There Was Blood Stains In Our Room
Upon walking in, the hotel looked pretty decent. That changes after check in time. The first thing I noticed was the blood stains on the carpet. I thought that was some kind of joke, we went back to the receptionist and asked for a room change and was refused. Unfortunately, I wasn’t the only person who had the blood stain problems. Another visiter came after us with the same complaints and was refused a room change as well. There is NO comfort at all about the hotel. The sheets were really itchy and the floor was more comfortable than the bed. After 6 hours in, we found another hotel and checked out. But wait..that’s not all. The hotel double charged us for the room :( talk about irony! It’s covid 19 folks so if the rooms weren’t clean, then I’m pretty sure their COVID standards aren’t up to date either.
