This hotel was decent. For the price pretty good. However, it is no we’re near the quality of other Warwick locations around the world. Staff here miss the mark, front desk is inattentive, for multiple night stays your room isn’t guaranteed clean until 5pm which I have never encountered at any hotel(ours wasn’t don’t cleaning until 4pm and we never got new coffee/cups/supplies). For the price and location it’s a great option, but if you’re looking for luxury and the extra “bases” being covered this may not be the best choice. Would stay again if travelling with my kids, but not just with my wife.

The hotel is in a terrific location. The art museum, waterfront, shopping, and great restaurants are easily walkable, and I use a manual wheelchair. The area is not nearly as steep as most of Seattle.
Cleanliness was terrible. The carpet has its own microbiome. Bring shoes to wear in your room. Door handles, frig, microwave, most touch surfaces were really gross. I took soap and washrag to them all, and I am not a germophobe.
The hotel has no auto door openers anywhere. Double sets of heavy heavy doors at every entrance. are difficult for everyone, especially w luggage.
The disabled parking stall, I was told, is a loading zone. They directed me to plain parking spaces that were reserved. When I pulled in over 2 spots they got very upset. I explained I need the space to get out of my car in a wheelchair. Then they had me move to another spot and promised they wouldn’t let anyone park next to me. That was unsuccessful.
The path from parking to main desk and elevators has a set of steps. I was directed through the bar. Problem is the bar is closed all day, and I had to sit at the top of the steps and call for assistance. Someone would come around and unlock the bar door.
I was hoping for a much better experience with the Warwick brand.

I always love coming to the Warwick when we visit downtown Seattle. This time around they did have an issue finding our reservation. This caused for me to be on the phone with them for hours due to there phone line disconnecting multiple times, then transferring me, and then all the sudden after waiting twenty minutes to be transferred the call just dropped. That repeated multiple times. I’m not sure what’s going on with there phones but it did cause for a stressful evening. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. Always accommodating and kind.

When I was first checked into 1607, the next door guests were smoking weed, I can smell the nasty stinky weed smells from my room. I have to switch to 1803 room.
However, the next night my next door guests in 1805 were trying to open the door connect to my room. It was scary and annoying.
Both incidents because of door connecting the rooms next to each other. You really should seal the wall by removing the door.
However the staff was really nice and helpful. They deserve a medal.

The stay was perfect for what we wanted to do. A quick trip up to Seattle, walking distance to where we wanted to go, parking on site - Overall a good stay. A few little things came up like the bathroom door not locking, but hotel staff was easy to work with and happy to help.

Nice place, bathroom feels very small. And no elevator in the parking area, also hotels attededs pay for parking and we had to park on the very top do to others parking that where not staying at the hotel.

We loved our room. It included a refrigerator that I need to store my diabetes medication. Sadly the refrigerator has a very strong odor of marijuana. I even placed my left over chicken Alfredo dinner in the fridge, but the marijuana odor was more overpowering. I bought fabreeze to spray every time I needed to open the fridge.

5/5 Besides no elevator in the parking garage, but we are young so not enough to complain about. Still 5/5 for value in my books as a Canadian traveler. Lots of great restaurants at the bottom of the hotel, and close to pike place if you dont mind a bit of a hilly walk.

I liked the hotel. Very average. Didn’t feel special. But I didn’t like how I left the “do not disturb” sign on my door and my room was in fact disturbed. I didn’t require new towels or my bed to be mad but my sign was clearly ignored.

Always enjoy this property for location ( pike place 15 min walk, great dining/ bar options)
But this stay, the bathroom wasn’t as clean. The counter seemed crusty. Also the hot tub was a little dingy. Overall the stay was good besides those few bugaboos.

Some staff doesn't greet their customers in the hallway. They will just look at you with cold face.

When we enter a first room, the heater did not work and there was no hot water to get a shower and my and I was hoping to use the swimming pool and the hot tub but its down too. All Employee Front desk and Maintenance, the restaurant employees so Professional people they are so nice and friendly, helpful, caring,.

Beds are in very poor condition, room not cleaned for 3 nights, had to beg for service. Restaurants good horrible. Bar not open till 5. Hotel not in the best condition overall. Paid a horrible price for what we got. Won’t stay again.

Amazing New Years stay
Had a great stay, we were able to check in early (usually get the run around with other hotels) Very clean, pool and gym were perfect. Restaurant was great, very affordable and very friendly staff.

Room had a very strong overwhelming smell of a towel that has been passed around the gym to wipe everyone’s sweat off. Then been left to ferment into a stink pungent over the top odor. We called front desk to switch rooms but since it being new years eve, another room wasn’t available. Understandable with not having another room so a air freshener was offered to be delivered. Air freshener never arrived. Found that the bed runner smelled like straight urine! Took it outside opened the sliding door to air out room for couple hours, never worked. While sleeping because of a long new years eve night got woken up by a knock and door opening from house keeping. We where scheduled to checkout at 11am. Considering paying $380 for a night that was a ridiculous situation that we will never experience at that place again. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Good enough but could be great with some updates
We love this location and hotel. It could use a little update. The bed was horribly hard, but good pillows. Service was great.
I dropped something behind the nightstand and it definitely hasn’t been vacuumed back there in ages. The value, however, outweighed the negatives.

The location is conveniently located with a garage on-site. The garage is very narrow, and can be difficult for larger vehicles - but was fine for my sedan. The use of valet may be preferred. The rooms were farily clean, the bathroom could have been better. The beds were a bit worn-in, and the pillows were an odd size. Beautiful view from the small balcony/ledge. Overall, I have stayed here before and probably would again for the price point.

Disappointed in Warwick Seattle
Paid for deluxe king, only had a queen. May have been because we needed an accessible room as my partner broke his leg, however, asked the very rude front desk, girl who checked us in. She said it was still going to be a king. She also wanted to argue that I still had to pay $52 a night for parking, even though my reservation clearly said, free self parking. Hotel had many obstacles causing difficulty with accessibility. My partner even flung out of his wheelchair, trying to get in the room due to the very heavy door and the lip that caught his wheelchair wheels in the doorway. Had requested extra pillows and cream and sugar shortly after check-in, still had not received items after 10 PM and had to call again. Then items finally came but no sugar. Security guard yelled at us for wanting to use the front door after hours, which was locked. Insisted that we had to use the door from inside the parking garage, however, there were stairs that way that were impossible to navigate in a wheelchair.

They were so so so nice and let us check in early. Love the staff but not impressed with the location of our room, facilities, and stench.
We were appalled at the smell on the sixth floor hallway. It smells as though someone was smoking directly in the hallway. We walk by people holding their noses, dogs gagging, etc. We would also hear people complaining about it from inside our room. We were also placed at the closest room near the elevator and were woken up several times by rowdy football fans coming back late from the game. Many fans stayed in the hallway to celebrate and no one did anything. Don’t mess with a drunk person I guess!
Pool was not heated. Hot tub was slightly lukewarm. Other guests warned us the second we walked into pool area of the temps and we agreed they were bad once we tested for ourselves.
Bathroom soap wasn’t refilled upon our arrival. It also has no bathroom vent fan or window. Light colored mold on bathroom ceiling as a result of humidity, moisture, but no ventilation.
We usually stay elsewhere and thought we would try Warwick. Not very impressed.

Upon check-in, I was not happy with $300 of added "fees." However, when checking out, the fees were waived leaving me with the price I expected.
Overall, my stay was pleasant and comfortable and the staff was helpful and hospitable.

Its unfortunate they charge $50 a night for parking. The room was not as clean as I’d like, mostly with stains— meaning it’s a GM problem not a housekeeping concern. Fresh paint on baseboards and curtains that aren’t stained might help. The hot tub was absolutely tiny and had a black mold in the grout. Location location location, guess when they have that they think they can cut corners in other places.

The staff was fantastic. The big issue that we had, was uncomfortable beds. We did not get any sleep, as our bed was hard as granite. Hot tub is also quite small and people do not rotate out to allow others in, so a missed opportunity there as well.

Overall the hotel was ok, but I was disappointed in several things. The balcony door didn't seem to close tightly and you could feel a cold breeze and hear the street noise. The hot tub water was very dirty and if the bubbles hadn't been on and making it look ok when we got in we never would have.
Check in was fast and the service was friendly enough but nothing amazing.

This is probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The first issue was the parking fee. On Expedia it says it’s free but it’s not . It was an additional $52 a night . The customer service wasn’t good at all. The only good service we received was in the dining room for breakfast & at checkout. There’s always at least one or two staff members by the door but don’t even bother to help you with the door or your bags. Our hotel room had a water bottle full of cigarettes in the balcony. it was a no smoking hotel. Housekeeping had to be requested only after the 2nd night. Housekeeping wasn’t too great the bathroom didn’t get cleaned just restocked. The pictures make the hotel look a lot nicer than what it is. The only plus I give this hotel is their parking & security.

We didn’t have key cards due to the locks changed. Queen beds are very clean and comfortable. Love in door pool and jacuzzi however the security deposit amount and resort fees are too high and not much to offer. Overall is still good.

Parking was weird, not accessible from any elevator. I forgot something in the car and had to exit the main building and walk up the 4 flights of stairs to get into my car. Also they didn’t have conditioner in the room, I didn’t bring any hair/body wash as it was just an overnight stay and I’m used to hotels having the basics provided for within the room. Our room also smelled like tobacco smoke. The location was great and central but I would pick another place next time we do an overnight in Seattle.

This was a very convenient location for us. Walking distance to Pikes Place and The Moore Theater which we had an event at that night. Once we parked, we didn't have to drive anywhere.. It was clean and the staff was friendly.

Once Great Place Defrading Quickly
This once nice hotel is starting to shows its physical age. Service had slipped tremendously both in housekeeping and in the restaurant. Housekeeping is only provided if you stay 3 or more days. My 5 day stay the housekeeper picked the bath mat off the floor, left a roll of toilet paper and that’s it. No bed made, floors not vacuumed, no fresh linens or sheets. Just appeared lazy. Clerk st front desk this morning promised email if billl if extra charges as soon as I left. That was 5 hours ago I wonder what they added they don’t want me to see. Very very inferior customer service

Right in the heart of downtown, only a few blocks from Westlake transit station. Pool and hot tub. Tons of eating options, Space Needle within walking distance. Well-appointed rooms. Nothing to complain about at all!

I was worried to book because of some of the other reviews but our stay was great. The staff was very nice and the elevators are fast. We booked with a deal that included breakfast. There were a lot of options and the food was pretty good. We walked to everything we wanted to see and felt safe. It may be a little far if you have young children or have mobility issues. We parked a midsize SUV in the hotel parking lot without any problems. There is a fee for parking. There was a mini fridge in our room and good water pressure in the shower. They do have a pool and hot tub but it’s is very small.

Our room was not well cleaned or maintained, fab in bathroom didn’t work, ceiling was made of office tiles, which were dirty and looked kind of moldy. The hallway to the room smelled like vomit. Holes in the painting.
The restaurant down stairs even seemed so have issue with their ceiling.
The bed was also pretty old and should have been replaced.
The thing your really paying for is good location.

This hotel was very dated and smelled musty. The a/c system was SO loud. While the shower area was massive with a built in tub, the shower head was so low that I (5’3”) had to squat to wash my hair. It was so bizarre. Also, besides two small bars of soap our bathroom had no other amenities. We had to ask for housekeeping to bring us shower gel and shampoo. There were no extra sheets for the sofa bed, either. Finally, our room keys kept getting demagnetized so they never worked. The view of the Space Needle and downtown area from our suite was the best feature. We will not be staying here again.

3 Star hotel at best
This hotel should lose a star for appearance, amenities, and lack of service. We checked in to our room and discovered the abhorrent ceiling in our bathroom. I requested a new room. Upon inspecting that room we decided to stay in our room because the 2nd option was worse. (See attached photos). Our sink was clogged and I had to call 3x's to get it fixed. We called in the morning before leaving for the day and they never sent anyone until we called at night. When a maintenance man finally did come to fix it he asked how long our sink had been in that condition because he seemed surprised to its condition. We were never told about cleaning services only being available by request on Sundays. I would not recommend this hotel and think its ridiculous that it is considered 4 stars with the service and quality of rooms provided. Next time we will stay at the Westin.

nice stay, booked the hotel for the pool and hot tub for the most part. didnt disappoint but was a bit small if you’re there at peak season maybe. clean room for the most part except for some minor things. parking is way too much though as theres a $15/day lot right behind it ($42 or $49 parking under the hotel-cant remember which price but something like that)

I placed please clean room tag outside of the door but my room wasn't cleaned. I asked the front staff and he said room cleaning is done once in two days. If so they should explain it at the time of checking in.

My wife and I paid about 175 extra for am early check (no big deal) homeless all over the area and trash around the surrounding areas. the problem started as soon as we Inspected the room. The fire suppression sprinkler looked beat to crap the the sink and shower did as well. Light switch covers with gaps between the cover and wall. But the straw that broke the camels back was when we were getting ready for bed. My wife noticed what looked like old blood stains on the sheets and comforter we called the front desk and they sent up sheets but no comforter. When we called to check on the status of the comforter they said there was a “delay” im assuming they have to wash something. But in the end i would not recommend this hotel.

Checked in at 6 am, flight was delayed. Strange guy helped me in the front, almost looked like a janitor. Very unfriendly!
Checking out was much better and the gentlemen had a nice suit and extremely friendly. The room was decent and comfortable enough. Reasons I chose this hotel was its close proximity to Pikes Market and reasonable rates. I’d probably stay here again, but be sure NOT to check in during off hours 🙂

Overall it was a good experience. The only thing is that my room wasn't cleaned once. I stayed there for 3 days, we had trash for all 3 days. Apparently they were supposed to tell me when I checked in if I wanted my room clean, I had to tell them. No one told me, so my room wasn't cleaned at all.

In a debate with staff regarding being charged twice for parking during our stay. We paid on the way out, then was charged on my card also. They are insisting that i did not pay twice. The set up terrible. Be mindful and get all receipts, determine if paying upon departure or on your bill. We were not informed. I am hoping this may be resolved. The hotel and area are ideal otherwise.

This was not a very nice hotel. Our mattress was lumpy & had flat spots. It strained my back to sleep on, quite frankly. The wallpaper was lumpy & had a gross, old look to it. The popcorn ceilings and paneled ceilings looked dated and bad.
The shower head was very basic, functional, but nothing special. The shower, unfortunately, did not come with any hair conditioner, only a "conditioning shampoo", and a body wash. The sheets and towels smelled strongly of bleach, which, I guess, meant they were clean at the very least.
The provided chair in the room was falling apart, old, and was cheap when it was new.
I guess I'll give it points because it has a fast elevator.
Oh, almost forgot, housekeeping left our front door wide open for an entire day! We were very lucky to have nothing stolen because we were out from 9AM to midnight. They left the door propped open with the latch lock, I'm assuming it was an accident.

For a 4 star hotel and room rate that I paid for, the 2 bottled water should be complimentary and not charged for 6 $ each. Even the coffee inside the room we checked in was not free at all! Room looks basic and standard and not premium as advertised.
