Phenomenal rate for such a wonderful hotel. It was nice to have the option of dining on site, thought we only used it for breakfast the following day (included with our stay).
Roomy and comfortable, we slept like babies. Loved the “rain shower” in the bathroom and roomy enough to dry my 9yr old w/o banging into the wall. Bonus to be able to order amenities we missed: mouthwash, toothpaste online.
The pool was warm and my daughter was basically in there by herself both times. No frill, and not too deep. She thoroughly enjoyed spending the extra time in there with our late checkout, thanks to the staff at reception.
Breakfast was great with a la carte and buffet option, luckily we option to take away as we wanted to get more pool time in before checkout.
There were 2 restaurants within walking distance from the hotel but we felt like sushi and it was only 8min drive away. We would recommend as well return to this location should we return to the area in the future. Great for family or business travel…would be more convenient with a vehicle.
Only constructive feedback would be to post signs by the entrance advising registration parking is en route out etc.

Some windows don’t open in the rooms.
This is a great hotel. The only thing is some of the windows in the low rise section of the hotel do not open. And you can’t control the temperature of the room very well.

Beautiful hotel. Staff was very accommodating, gave us complimentary passes to Starbucks given it was my boyfriend's birthday. Also allowed late check out with a fee. Breakfast was delicious as well.

The Room Was a Hit; The Breakfast Was a Miss
My sons and I had a staycation here as the impending snowstorm was looming. My eldest wanted to swim, while my youngest wanted to play in the snowfall. This Westin allowed for both quite easily!
We stayed in a Jr Suite and were very comfortable with the extra fold-out sofa. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable.
The temperature of the pool was pretty cold to start. Eventually, a maintenance person came and turned up the heat (likely kept it lower temp during the week of less use), and although it was a tad warmer the next day, it still was a bit cold for my taste (my kids said it was great). The gym and pool areas were all very clean and well-maintained.
The only true downside was the breakfast at their restaurant, Relish. Their breakfast buffet costs $26 each! It's the same spread I can get at other nearby hotels and it would be included with my stay. Kids eat the same at half that, $13 each. Instead, I got an omelette off the menu, and my sons split the pancakes. One glass of orange juice was $6, and milk $4. In the end, we still paid over $50 for one small meal. Knowing there's a Dunkin' Donuts across the street and plenty of restaurants around, I'd highly recommend seeking your foods elsewhere.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and will return.

The beds are super comfortable. The walls are very thin as I heard another couple all nite. The room was very clean with the exception of the bathroom counter. Due to covid - I would have thought complementary individual bottles of shampoo, conditioner, lotion would have been left in bath room verses big bottles left in the bath room which is used by previous guest. Nevertheless, my visit included breakfast however I was never given the vouchers therefore the next morning when I went downstairs to the resturant for breakfast the resturant stated it was $20.00 for the breakfast buffet. I went out for breakfast and later asked the front desk about my complementary breakfast and this is when the same women who checked me in handed me the vouchers. Also, I had listed I was reserving the room for a total of 2 people yet I was only given one key card which I found strange as I review and stay at many hotels and this is the 1st hotel to only give one card key. Also, I was never given the wifi password which was also shocking most hotels provide all of this information at the time of check in. The hotel is very beautiful with a nice size gym and a nice size indoor pool which is heated - nice in the winter time. The garage is scary and the hotel does require $15.00 per day for parking which i paid. There are two resturants directly across the street along with a dunkin donuts. Also its right on right off the hiway.

I liked my room, the junior suite. My daughter was very comfortable sleeping in the sofa bed. The staff at the dining room was very pleasant, very friendly.

8 day holiday getaway
It was a nice stay.The restaurant breakfast buffet is awful looks like they recycle food and use again n again and for an establishment that seats over 100 people the dinner service and menu was very below average for an expensive place. Overall I had a cool stay. Pool and gym are good.

Great price, avoid corner rooms
The hotel assigned me a room on the opposite side of the building. We couldn't sleep because of the loud fan noise. There was also the issue of the room being cold at night, despite the fact that the thermostat was set at 75 degrees Fahrenheit. The last complaint is the shawer's ineffective water spraying, which wasted a lot of our time. Furthermore, the shawer handle was loose, and the shawer drain was plugged. Due to the holidays, receiving assistance was difficult and required a lengthy wait. Room service cleaning did not begin until late at 4 p.m., making napping difficult for the children.

This is a nice hotel in a suburban corporate office area. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance but you definitely need a car. Staff was nice at check in and we did like the room. However there weee no extra pillows and blanket for the pull out couch and the robe in the bathroom was stained.

Staff was very rude and not pleasant in any manner. Ordered room services as offered and they were clearly bothered to take down the order. No bottled water available in mini fridge in room, so 20minutes later I called down to ask where bottled water was available and before I could state why I was calling said the staff member picked up and stated “Sir! Your room service order will take more time than this, it will be up when it is ready!”. After asking where bottled water was available or whether they could send any up with the room service I received a reply of “Sir, we do not do that.” And they hung up. Throughout the night we barely slept as the air vents to our bedroom appeared to be connected to the above room where we could hear the upstairs guest coughing, dry heaving, and going to the bathroom throughout the night. Definitely will not be staying here again.

We just loved !! Very clean rooms and very comfortable beds. My stay included buffet breakfast. The restaurant service was excellent, the buffet very varied and very good.
Near the hotel there are two restaurants also with very good food.
We will definitely return to this hotel.

The facility is nice, room was spacious. Housekeeping 1) are in my room, left rice in the sink and clogged the sink. Did not clean the room, did not leave cups, glasses, water, coffee, tea for 2.

Rooms are pretty standard in comfort level. The beds comfortable but they are double beds and NOT queen size, so mindful of that.
The bathroom had one of those tiny soaps for handwashes (most hotels include at least two), but more can be requested as long as you don't mind tipping the staff when they deliver it. And yes, you do have to tip...
One small fridge, no microwave.
The window in our room was getting a lot of draft. I saw the duct tape marks which tells me it's been a known issue and at some point, someone tried to remedy it via duct tape. However, it wasn't fixed properly and whomever sleeps closest to the window freezes.

Facilty was clean. No free parking, you get charged $15 every time you leave the parking lot. Reception area staff were not welcoming. Restaurant staff were awesome.

I liked that the hotel was right off the highway and close to my destination. I did think the water temp could have been a little warmer. It never got hot, but wasn’t a huge issue. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Id like to speak to the Owner or CEO of company before my stay is over. I booked 3 stays in total of about 2 weeks at your hotel in the next 30 days.
Everything was going well as I chose this hotel to take my kids for the holidays to see family in Boston and enjoy swimming and fun stuff. The Westin was thought to be a safe top hotel. As my son was getting in the shower he sliced his foot on a faulty razor sharp piece of metal sticking out your bathroom door. Took me over a hour to stop the bleeding. I am furious! Not sure how the rooms could have such an object.Now swimming and activities is out the picture. I took pictures of his foot and the metal piece that is very sharp. I travel the world and am I Platinum or Diamond Member in just about every hotel chain and never have come across neglect like this. I was able to get band aids at the front desk but no first aid kit or alcohol to clean wound on site. ?!!Lucky I had some in my bag. This is very unacceptable and I feel terrible for my son and bringing him here.This is just crazy.Someone will be held accountable.

The hotel building looks gorgeous, but it is average inside. I was very shocked that we had to pay $25 at the parking, and the parking is not connected to the building, we carried our luggage outside.

All was well until my son cut his foot open on a faulty object in bathroom door!!!! It took over a hour to stop the bleeding no first aid kit on sit. Will be looking deeply into this. And contacting the proper people to handle this if Westin does not handle it correctly!

We enjoyed our stay very much. There was a problem with the bathtub, but it was handled quickly even though it happened very late at night.
We were very impressed with the high level of customer service given by Laurissa, the front desk agent. She was friendly, pleasant and gave us complimentary breakfast coupons to compensate for our trouble. She also left good instructions for the housekeeping team to pay extra attention when cleaning the tub the next day.
Overall our stay was great.

The hotel was nice, but it is supposed to be a smoke-free facility and the people in the room next to us were smoking weed and it was so strong that we were getting sick from the smell and it was hard to sleep. Also their tv was blaring.

I can't even tell you how pleased and grateful I am after staying here last night. Having to travel here for regular visits to my elderly mother can be challenging, especially trying to do it in one day and having a dog, etc. and this place was just a dream! Every single staff member was exceptional!
As soon as I got there, I lost my purse and was looking everywhere, retracing my steps. Apparently, I left it on a piano and security quickly grabbed it and locked it up completely intact for me. They apologized for the wait when I checked in which was barely anything, they were so welcoming of our dog, which made everything easier for us!
The parking was simple, room service was quick and delicious, the beds were just to die for, they were so comfortable! It was so nice to return back here after the visit to take it vantage of the pool, which was nice and warm, and the fitness center was extensive. Even the water pressure in the shower and the complementary shampoo and conditioner were great. I found the price to be very reasonable and it's just nice to know that there are still places that understand customer service. Whatever it is that you are doing, please don't stop!

Why stay in Boston when this is less expensive
Very nice stay and affordable. Room was clean, no weird smells, no noise. We liked the layout of the property, very easy to get to. This is a great alternative than paying much more in Boston; only 18 mins away.

The property was a bargain for what it offered, it was immaculate, and quiet, even though we had the room next to the elevator. The pool was quite warm like a therapy pool which is rare. There was a water dispenser machine with flavored water, restaurant on site. Would stay there again even though it was a bit further away than we wanted to be.

We loved the robot concierge! The hotel room was nice, but the $15 parking charge was ridiculous. I booked through Expedia based on price. The addition of parking made this a much poorer value.

Subpar housekeeping
It was mainly the housekeeping that was disappointing; beds were barely made one day, not at all the next. The cleaning consisted in emptying the trash cans. Not even the toilet paper was replenished until I asked for it at the front desk.

Sleeping on the Heavenly mattress superb. Best sleep, so comfortable, slept 10 hours.
Had to sleep during day and it was great. Quiet, black out curtains, clean, breakfast bar many choices. Travel nurse working nights, was a great fit.

We were heading to TD Gardens for a concert and I chose the Westin as it appeared to be close to the venue and we only stayed one night. The hotel was very nice but quite overpriced.
